I hung up on the guy that I was talking to because I couldn’t understand him and he started yelling at me. I wouldn’t give them any stars. He hung up me first then I called back and he was yelling at me while I am trying to understand him. My husband could even hear him and I didn’t have it on speaker. They lost potential business. I do not recommend this!

Room was clean and service was friendly.

The front desk guy is rudest person I ever see seems like he came straight from Indian jungle.

If you don't mind it being sub perfect … it works for a place to shower and sleep. $130 cash only per night for 1 person. $140 for 2 people.

Sheets had cigarette burns through them and were soiled, the pillows had a variety of stains as well. One of the worst hotels I have ever visited. Without a doubt the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at.

Night guy who answered the phone needs customer service training, he is extremely rude and fiesty with the customers. … I don't know how he got that job and how his manager doesn't address his lack of training.

Showers were nasty the blankets were uncomfortable. Too much $ for crap.

I've been staying in hotels for work for 18 years. And never in my life have I been told there is a 7PM check in time. Plus the rates went from $120 to $135 for single.

Just called to book unbelievably rude n nasty on phone …

Tried to book a room but the Indian guy who answer the phone was very rude and unprofessional. He hang up the phone, its like he don, t like people. What is management doing about this guy? You are losing customers, because we will never try to book there again.

Indescribable! Big mistake we didn’t read the reviews 1st. Cassandra Cyrius just made it short & simple. Nessa Fox, agreed with the kind of customer service & suggestion to close this hotel down. When we check in here before we were charged $120.00 for a night stay. Today was $175.00 but when I went down to pick up coffee I overheard the young Asian Indian at the Front Desk asking for $140.00 for an incoming guest. So, I asked why? The simple answer with lack of apology is “They kept on changing” really? What can we do? I guess none so; I opted to jot this down. Go find another one or join us here after your own experienced. I am not racist in mentioning her race because I am Asian too!
