Fantastic location. Toilet door knob broken so you could not lock the door whine using toilet. Window blinds, microwave and window ac unit very cheap quality, bathroom tissue holder missing. Hot water for shower would take at least 5/7 minutes to get tolerably warm (not hot). Wash basin cracked and drain sluggish.
Friendly staff. Perfect location. But the A side apartments are street facing and extremely noisy. We booked 3A and 4A, both were almost identical but 4A needs more TLC. 4A bathroom sink didn't drain fast enough, hot water from the shower took some time to heat up. Overall needs attention to detail but we are all happy with our stay there.

Location Well-equipped apartment. The owner very helpful. It's noisy at night but it's worth it because you're in the heart of Manhattan. He lived in Time Square. You pass at all hours. It is a privileged place.
