We were 6 days in this hotel. If you want to spend your holidays in New York City and just looking for a good place to sleep with a good location, is in this hotel right. To the positive side of this hotel:

— The location of this hotel is very good and next to the hotel is the subway station from which you can reach everywhere comfortably.

— The hygiene and cleanliness in the rooms should be better.
— The rooms are very small, which is supposed to be normal in New York City
— You can not control the air conditioning in the room or on and off, that means if you are unlucky it runs through like ours and we just had it in March and it was partly too cold in the room. We were told at the front desk that the air conditioning in the entire hotel by a generator is operated. This means the air conditioning is set depending on the mood and mood of the hotel itself.
— You have to walk up to the lobby from the main entrance, as there is no lift. Which was a problem for some visitors who are traveling with prams or have to carry the heavy suitcases up and down when entering and leaving.

The best part of the hotel is the decor's theme, a middle eastern vibe. The decor is carried into the rooms with middle eastern curtains. A guest will get what he pays for. If you want wide hallways, a huge lobby, a gym and pool that you don't use, an elevator, on site restaurant or bar with expensive food and drinks, a large bathroom with lots of dead space between the sink+vanity and toilet and tub-shower, a dresser in your room, a large tub, and a good view, then you've got to pay out the wazoo. My complaints: The entry staircase's carpet was shop worn, the hallway doors slam shut noisily, the fire escape door needs repainting, small towel rack in the bathroom, my room needed vacuuming around the perimeter, and the place smelled dirty/dusty. In any case, the hotel fit the needs for a bedbug-free place to sleep, bathe, plenty of outlets for charging devices, and store my stuff during my trip. When the hotel's description indicates the presence of a lounge, it's correct. The space looks as if it used to be a bar. The bar is dark/dry/unmanned but there are cushioned benches, ottomans, and a rattan pod chair.

Convenient meter. Availability of the guys x bring suitcases to the room (there is no elevator). Quiet area with several restaurants x in the evening. Simple hotel. Regular linen change. They could take the carpet off…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The guy named Dani didn’t even bother to look at me when talking and ignored me when I would ask him a question. He answer the phone after we had arrived to check in and stay on the phone with his hand on his chin just like we were not even there. I didn’t mind that the hotel did not have elevators, no closet in the room, no drawers, and no hot water, but the service at the front desk with this person was so bad and disrespectful that I would not return here ever. This guy will bring this hotel down with his attitude towards customers.

Pros: 1. Nicely located, next to a train station, few stations away from Times Square 2. Rooms a bit old, but clean 3. Friendly service 4. Facilities and amenities nearby (restaurants, groceries, etc. ) 5. Good price Cons: 1. No elevator (but the hotel staff will help you move your luggage) 2. Thin walls and doors (you can hear people going in and out, loud people will wake you up) 3. No street views (our rooms was facing a very close wall) 4. Narrow room Overall: It was our first visit to New York and we enjoyed it. We would recommend and come back again to this hotel.

For the price we paid, this hotel was amazing! Location was great, subway at the doorstep. Plus plenty of restaurants, laundromat etc close by. Central park was about a 10 minute walk away. The only downside was all of the stairs, but wasnt horrible. The staff were great, accepting packages for me and holding on to them until my arrival. The room itself was basic but comfortable.

It was definitely a themed hotel. No elevator so not for those who can’t climb stairs after a long day sight-seeing. Right on Broadway so close to the subway and easy to get to. Great restaurants nearby, and comfortable beds. Washrooms are small and shower head didn’t work properly, but good enough to get a shower in. Would I come back? Yup, as long as the price is right.

Nice little hotel in a quieter part of Manhattan, super close to the subway and a short walk to central park. Rooms are basic but nice enough but the highlight for me would be the staff who are all super friendly and incredibly helpful. If you're set on staying on Manhattan but don't want to break the bank, definitely add this to your shortlist.

We stayed for 7 days and enjoyed ourselves. Our room was cleaned and beds made every day. Didn't have to worry about what we left in our room. They price is hard to beat here in New York. The room we were in didn't have a refrigerator or microwave but was very cozy and clean. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was because of the hot water in the shower. It would go too hot or too cold on it's own. Danny working the night shift and Chaisma working the day shift is what makes this place great. They are very friendly and respectful and willing to help at anytime. It was very nice meeting them and the rest of the staff. Will stay here again for sure.

I wanted to love this hotel, I really did. The location is great, and the staff is friendly… except the night receptionist. She is horrible. First night, we didn’t have face towels and needed an extra blanket. Went to ask for them. She tells me that she needs to check and She’ll “call me”, then turns around to dismiss me. Went to my room, waited a while, gave up and took a shower. An hour later, I looked around for the phone only to realize, WE HAVE NO PHONE! How the heck was she supposed to call me?! Crazy experience.

In General a good hotel if you consider the fact that it is convenient to reach since it is very close to the Metro stop. Definitely a factor not to be overlooked is the presence of a Starbucks just below it. However the cleanliness of the hotel and the management of the rooms is not the best. For this you have to settle for the 3 stars.

Good hotel at low cost, good also the location near the metro, less good cleanliness of the hotel and the service. In general a good place to spend a few days in New York but not recommended for long periods. Close to the hotel there are also many good restaurants and diners, excellent also the ramen bar right below the hotel.

Did not return the deposit of 50 U. E, so even with the pleasant service, on the attitude, put the Edenitsa.

The walls are cardboard. You hear everything. No Elevator. The floors are wood, they creak. Impossible to sleep in peace. Good cleaning. They speak Spanish.

A. Little eccentric but at the foot of the subway. A bit noisy but clean and comfortable. In short a good value for money to be in Manhattan.

Friendly staff but the rooms small and outdated. The heat didnt work and no attempts were made to fix it. Beware that there are no elevators and you will have to carry your bags up 3 flights.

The staff were AWESOME, but that is the extent of the positive feedback. Unfortunately. There's limited places to park, so we got a ticket, in spite of having a placard in the windshield. The building is very old, so you could hear the water going through the pipes, whenever someone took a shower. Awfully loud. The carpets, (throughout) and lobby furniture cushions looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in months, if not years. No heat, just a portable oscillating heater. Last but not least… There's only one way in or out, (no handicap access/elevator) and if someone is going in the opposite direction, (on the stairs) you must wait. The stairs are too narrow.

We had a nice stay. Especially the staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was small but clean. The location was the top, with the subway right outside the door one was in 10 minutes at Times Square. Always happy.

Don't usually have your room ready on time. But the maid service is wonderful and the staff is friendly. The have a nice hangout around the corner when you enter with coffee available.

Budget Hotel (by Manhattan standards) and cozy. Small rooms, small bathroom but that's okay. We booked for two adults and a 7 year old girl but we did not find the cot or bed for our daughter and the first night she slept with us. We didn't like that. From the second night, with an extra cost, we had it.

Conveniently located accommodation in Manhattan. Food in the vicinity of 2 streets well available. Subway station 2 minutes on foot. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Noisy Hotel. One night there was a rat in the room, we went to complain, they sent someone and they said they couldn't do anything, so they moved us from room to a much smaller than what we had paid. I told the charge of that night that the next morning I changed to a room according to the payment made and replied: "But the size of the bed is the same" in a bad way, finally agreed.

The room was a 2.5 and the overall experience itself was about a 2. The customer service was horrible. Another customer asked for a hair dryer and they told her they didn’t have one, when she asked again the next day the lady at the desk freaked out and started cursing that she shouldn’t be told what to do. It was a huge over reaction and made us extremely uncomfortable. Another even occurred like this one and the woman working at the desk was cursing and complaining in Spanish. Lastly, the room had no noise insulation and we could hear our neighbors every night. I barely slept. There are a lot of noisy international customers. Overall the location was good and the room was clean but the customer service and experience was not good.

Although the staff was super helpful and very friendly the rooms were little too dated for my taste. The cleanliness of the hotel was mediocre the size of the rooms is small you have no control over the Heat and some of the rooms I had space heaters there was air conditioners in the windows. The bathrooms are very small the tub is half the size of a normal tub and there are no elevators and there are a lot of stairs to walk up. This is not a place I would stay for an extended period of time but just for a weekend where you plan on sightseeing and won't be in your room a lot this is Affordable with a great location I wouldn't necessarily recommended to anybody that wants a nice getaway but I would stay there again if I was only visiting for one or two nights cuz you can't beat the price.

Well placed along Broadway and next to a subway line. No elevator or 4 to 5 levels if the room is on the top floor. Small room and no possibility to open the small windows. Air conditioner present and functional. Friendly welcome.

It's okay to spend the night. Good location, there is a subway station on the corner, a Starbucks and a market. The carpet was pretty worn and old. But the staff's attention is very good. Speak Spanish.

Traditional hotel with aging features. Needs upgrading. Friendly and supportive staff. Good location. No elevators so be prepared for stairs if on higher floors. Rooms were clean.

Very clean and friendly staff. You must be able to walk steps to stay here. We find it cozy and very convenient. Safe neighborhood and quiet hotel. Old fixtures but everything worked properly in bathroom.

Not good, I wanted to like this hotel so much as the staff were absolutely great. The room was tiny, cold and the walls were insanely thin. I had a huge problem where whenever I plugged the heater in, a few minutes later the electricity in my room would cut out. The only saving grace of this hotel were the staff, very nice, friendly and willing to help wherever they could. For the price, I expected more.

We have spent Christmas at this hotel (7 days).
An experience to forget.
The rooms have nothing to do with the photos that appear on the website, they are so small that you can not take the clothes out of the suitcase (there is not a closet in conditions).
It has No heating, which a — 15/20 degrees that we have been, I think should be a main service, we have been very cold, only have an air heater, is very unfortunate.
The sheets are very dirty, that the first day we asked to change and they said NO, solution: They gave us some "clean" sheets for us to do.
When you turn on the hairdryer that is installed in the WC, the lights jumped… a drama to have light in the room again.
The sink was wrapped to the second night, an incredible disgust.
The cleanliness in general leaves a lot to be desired throughout the hotel.
They do not change the towels or supply shower soap.
And to top it off, Tubimos a Ezquizofrenico junkie in the room across the street that literally smashed his room at 5 in the morning and when he got tired, banging our door until he got open (we don't even know how), that luckily, Before we went to bed we put the safety latch on and he couldn't get in, a while later he turned on the fire alarm and a monumental ruckus was set up.

The worst of the worst, a — 15 degrees in NY and no heating and with the window open by an air conditioner. The only silucion was give us some blankets fine and full of stains and stiffs, it is type hotel of road (everything is heard) hair in the bath, without soaps or any product of toilet, the dryer does not work and the alarm of fires sounding at night… shameful.

The only problem I could see with this hotel is poor accessibility for someone who would have a difficult time navigating the many stair, but even in that case, I overheard a complaint from a guest that his wife could not go up that many steps, and the staff quickly worked to get them a room in lower level. As far as cleanliness, I felt it was just as clean as any other hotel I had stayed in with no signs of any pests. Also Wi-Fi was very quick to use, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. AS far as the distance from down town Manhattan, it is not even a 10 minute commute from the 1 subway, which is 3 blocks away to the north, or 6 blocks away to the south for the express subway line. The only difference is a $32 Mta pass that will take you anywhere you want, and its just a $25 to $30 dollar cab fare after a late late night outing.

Very very bad experience! Not pleasant Service! First room not heated at all in the middle of winter! The hotel did not want to cancel the reservation gave me a 2nd room just as "bad"! Lighted small and male room: light the lamps with no natural light! Bathroom bathroom: I found hair in the shower just when I arrived! The hotel having already cashed out its money categorically refuses to cancel me the reservation and let me leave: it leaves them the comfort to give a very bad service without gene! Really bad hotel! Not to book! I will not recommend anyone such an experience! For a city as beautiful as New York, it's "desolate and sad" to have such establishments!

We visited as a last minute decision and we very very pleased. I had read other reviews which panned this place and so did my 16 yr old daughter. They were wrong. I found a fabulous rate for two days on Groupon, we traveled to NY by MegaBus, and the icing on the cake was our stay at the hotel. Even though there are many many steps… the staff was MORE THAN ACCOMMODATING, the room was clean and inviting, and the beds were comfortable. One reviewer had freaked out over rusty shelves on the bathroom… that is true but not freak worthy (metal rusts in moisture… duh! ). The best part was the neighborhood and the easy on and off of the subway. I will stay here again if I visit the Big Apple in the future.

Great Budget hotel. The check in was a little late in the afternoon. Around three pm. But for waiting we were upgraded for free and they checked our bags for us so we didn't have to carry them through the day. You could not beat the value. It was cheaper for me to park my car in the Bronx and take the B train to 103rd. Walking from the hotel to the B train there was a shooting about a block over, so I made sure to go to Columbus circle and connect to the 1 train on my way back later in the night.

Budget accommodation, according to the price. Stuck to the subway and Starbucks. No Elevator.

Good hotel for a city break right on the subway unfortunately, there is no breakfast available, but in the surrounding area there is no problem.

Probably the worst "hotel" I've been to. I stayed on level 5 for one night — BE WARNED: NO ELEVATORS — I had to carry my suitcase up 5 levels of stairs after a long flight, staff offered no assistance or directions beyond a gesture to a corridor. Starbucks and train stop are located outside the door, but the HI Hostel down the street was 1000% better AND cheaper.

I'm traveling to New York for the first time in a couple of weeks and I was hoping to truly stay at the Marrakech Hotel as it was in my price range and looks beautiful! But when I called to ask a few questions I had, I was RUDELY hung up on! I hope not all people in new York are like this!

Well located near a metro station, not too expensive for New York, clean but without rajnish.

Very good hotel due to its location, its staff and the rooms in themselves. The only two problems are the lack of lift and the lack of insulation around the air conditioning (forced alarm clock pretty early in the morning even from the fifth floor)

I arrived during in the beginning of January of 2017 in my trip to New York City after regretting a room I rented on Airbnb. The service was decent, its employees and staff being quite accustoming and helped with our bags. As for the Hotel itself — It was relatively average. Its bathroom was compact and small, almost uncomfortable. During the cold night, the small radiator barely managed to do its job so it was still probably 55 degrees in the room itself where I slept, maybe a little bit warmer. Thank god for blankets. The good thing about his hotel is that its right next to the 103 metro station which takes you all over downtown Manhattan and not too far from Central Park. As said earlier, the service was quite hospitable and even let me stay in the hotel lobby for a few hours so that I could wait my flight. Overall, it was an okay hotel, and was at least expecting a free breakfast service to compensate for the lack of a good radiator. Damn that thing!

This hotel is honestly the worse hotel I have ever slept at. I will give it 1.5 stars at best. The first room they put us in had hair all over the bed sheet with pink stains when I pulled back the comforter! The second room was slightly better however; the AC unit was extremely loud not to mention the shower was extremely hot or cold! I will definitely not be staying here ever again! Please do yourself a favor and pay the extra to get a better hotel because this one is not worth your money!

Old hotel, no elevator cleaning of the rooms very poor, towels were not even changed, only folded, in the rooms there is no closet, convenient only because there is the Metro right below the hotel.

Dirty, uncomfortable. Very small rooms Missing lift and stairs are steep. The split of the air conditioner was behind the pillow of the bed.

There are no elevators, so I had to go up 5 floors everyday. That only bothered me on the first and last days when I had to carry the luggage, but it's something to consider especially for people with limited mobility. The common areas are all covered in carpets and they are a little stained. The room on the other hand was great, it had a good size, the beds were clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet, I couldn't hear any external noise at all. The only issue is that the shower got too hot or too cold all of a sudden. Bear in mind that this hotel is too far from most tourist locations, but it has a subway station very close, like 15 meters or so. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again, very good hotel overall with only a few minor issues.

A normal hotel for its price, with no windows, but with waifai and everything you need. But right at the entrance to the subway. There's no breakfast, but there's a starbucks downstairs. The staff is almost invisible.

Small bedroom, sealed window, external fan loud and impossible to turn off, fifth floor without elevator, problems with the reservation of the taxi… I would say that nn missing anything.

No elevator. 1st I had walk up a looong flight if stairs just to get to the lobby. Then had to walk up 3 flights of stairs just to get to my room. Everything is so small, I understand that with it being new york. The bathroom was so small. I had to turn sideways just to use the toilet. The people were nice. Not worth it for the cost of the room.

My fiance and I stayed here back in January, Pros — great location, lots of shopping places and restaurants near by -good size rooms and clean -nice workers -not noisy Cons — no elevator — house keeping only came once — no extra towels -Wi-Fi was hard to connect to With that said, this hotel is pretty good for only paying 80 dollars a night.

A nice hotel with cozy room, staff here are friendly and helpful. However the Wi-Fi was terrible, hardly open email or any webpages, turns out I turned on my phone hotspot to access the Internet.

Decent rooms for a 2 star hotel. Everything else is garbage. My house had better Wi-Fi in 2004. Asked the front desk to send stuff to our room, 20 minutes later nothing. When I called again he said "sorry I got busy. " WHAT KIND OF HOTEL SAYS THAT? No spoons for some very odd reason. Took a quick glance at the cleaning products used for housekeeping and even I, A STUDENT, have better products for cleaning! They made us wait for like an hour after check in time to get us a room that is supposed to be ready considering check in time is at 3pm. I asked them for water while we were waiting and one of them walked to some unused bar they have in their lounge and poured me HALF a glass in a PAPER CUP. One day I walked into the hotel and asked the front desk for plates to be sent to our room and he told me to wait as he got PAPER PLATES from his back office or whatever that room behind the front desk is and handed them to me. Instead of the spoons they sent us plastic forks. Other than the lounge barely anything about this hotel is Moroccan, it's actually kind of an insult. The TV in the room is so small and absolute garbage quality. One of the lights in the room isn't even working. The paths to the rooms are a joke. No elevator. The AC goes on and off whenever it wants to, whether it's on auto mode or not.

This hotel is great! Rooms are good size, it's clean and the staff is friendly… great place to stay a lil hidden gem right on Broadway! Starbucks right next door and a lot of different shops around and restaurants the train is near by… Will certainly return.

Nagler: after some mails to the manager keith land I did not get any answer from this guy. I didn't know if he is alive. And now, after I did it on the internet he is able to answer within one day. Hey keith: fu! I dont help you to improve your hotel, which is really necessary. I only want to warn others not to do the same mistake and to book this hotel. I hate you and your hotel!

We had bed bugs in our bed. The staff didnt care about realy. The next thing the cock roaches in the bath. Disgusting, after that we changed the hotel. Very unfriendly staff. Never ever again.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! 1) The stuff of this hotel charged us way too much for a trip to niagara falls and refused to give us our money back. After lots of discussions, the stuff of the hotel promised us that we would get the money back. But this has never happened. They also never answered to our e-mails and the manager Keith Acker was hiding away from us. Very strange! DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING AT THIS HOTEL! 2) The room was very loud — we couldn't really sleep 3) dark and cold rooms KEITH ACKER WE WANT OUR 140 DOLLAR BACK!

Friendly, accommodating staff. I needed a room with a desk for writing, which the room I checked into lacked. When I asked for a different one so I could have a productive stay while doing research at Columbia University, they took care of me right away. No complaints!

Super tiny, bed was hard, couldn't sleep cause if someone used the bathroom, we could hear it. The walls were so thin I could hear my neighbor sneeze. Unfortunately we didn't make it to thus hotel until 1am so I asked if there was any accommodation get could give me to check out a little later than 11a. They told me no because the hotel was booked for the following day. I was so irritated with the whole stay that I couldn't wait to get out of there. We definitely didn't wait until 11a we left way before. Would never stay here again. The only positive part is the location. That is about it.

I read the reviews from other people and everyone complained about the fact that the rooms are small. My biggest complaint was the fact that there were roaches in the bathroom. At first I saw two roaches I figured I would let that go. The next time I came to the bathroom there were 20 roaches when the lights were when I turn the light on.

Clean and spacious twin room, could have been hoovered better but otherwise, really great, really enjoyed our stay and staff were great.

BEG BUG ALERT! This hotel review would've been sub par, maybe a 3 star — ideal for sleeping at while you explore the city during the day. However, my spouse and I received over 50 bites from bed bugs between our dates from Oct. 16th-19th. Not only that but it's been 3 weeks since I reported it to the hotel management, and the most I've gotten from them is "we're looking into it, I'll send you a report". I have yet to see any report, and they refuse to answer my questions over email or take my calls when I've tried calling 4 times. The management thinks that if he ignores me long enough I'll go away. If this is how their management deals with health issues — avoid at all costs.

Very expensive. Do not get the service against the amount you pay. Rooms are small and the washbasin is in the room. Also has dirty carpets. We stayed here for a night and then shifted to another hotel.

Every where was dark and noisy. Without elevator you must go up a lot of stairs. When someone use the shower you cannot sleep. It doesn't have refrigerator. Our bed was so uncomfortable, so my husband couldn't sleep well.

Great hotel in a great location. Subway just outside the door and Starbucks and McDonalds next door. Free Wi-Fi was great so could keep connected to the world. Staff were really helpful and knew loads about the local area and what to do. I would recommend this to everyone.

I had a very disappointing experience in Hotel Marrakech. The staff gave us a room in first floor. Let's skip that the room was really cold and we had to ask twice before they fixed it. The real problem was that at 3:15AM there was a loud clinking sound coming from the room's radiator. It woke both me and my girlfriend up. I came to the front desk and complained. The staff assured me that it is nothing exceptional for this room and the sound will just go on and off during the night. Hahaha! Am I going to be awaken again at 5AM? I did not accept and required a new room. Let's note again it was 3AM. The manager Issa gave me a new key. I said I want to be also compensated for the inconvenience of being woken up at 3AM. I asked for a discount. Then it started. The manager started yelling at me. Yes, seriously yelling. And he said the following: 1) "You are such a pain in the ass. " 2) "If you don't go to your room, I am going to kick you out to the street right now. " 3) "You don't need to stay at my hotel. Go somewhere else. " I told him I had a great experience last time and that's why I am back again. He told me to never come back again. Needless to say that I never raised my voice and never showed attitude, but Mr. Issa was loudly yelling most of the time. Probably it's a standard way of internal communication in hotel Marrakech to yell at employees, but I would never raised my voice, since I am trained differently.

I chose this hotel for a 4 night stay because it was one of the cheapest hotels in Manhattan. After reading the reviews, I was slightly nervous about my choice, but I wasn't going to be spending my vacation in the hotel. It was just a place to rest my head and feet after a long day of walking around the city. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Marrakech Hotel. It was like a hidden gem. It is conveniently located in the Upper West Side and next to the subway. It was great hopping on the subway after a long day/night and only having to walk a few steps to the hotel. It was in a super nice area. Right across the street, they had a Subway sub shop, Indian restaurant, Starbucks, which was great. A few blocks down, they had a bagel shop that was very popular. We went there a few times, and sat in the park for breakfast. The hotel DID have a flight of stairs that you had to lug your luggage up, but they had strong men to help. When you got to the lobby, all of the staff were super friendly. The lobby was decorated in a Moroccan theme (which I thought was a nice twist from your regular hotel lobby experience). The room was the perfect size. It fit 2 nightstands, a full size bed, a table, tv, closet. We were lucky and had a room with a red accent wall and on the side wall, it was exposed brick. It added to the city vibe that I love so much. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was small, but clean and had all the necessities. I will definitely be staying here again!

Staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. Great location, quiet, and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the inner city. The room was very cozy and clean. Take a yellow cab to and from Laguardia airport, $37 each way without tipping. The red 1 subway is right across the street. Metro Diner is two block down on Broadway, great breakfast spot. Arco Cafe on Amsterdam is a great Italian Restaurant. Makana on 106th and Amsterdam was a great Hawaiian/Japanese restaurant. Will definitely stay here when we return to NYC.

Ideal investment. Mouth of a subway at 30 meters and a Starbuck to 10 meters. Central Park 10 minutes on foot.
Marrakech atmosphere very well transcribed with lovely faience, a nice fountain at the entrance and beautifully decorated rooms.
However, don't expect something exceptional. We were lucky to have a room with a size very correct but this random air. In addition, there are 4 or 5 floors and no lift. The staff is attentive and colossi of muscles helps you get your luggage up to your room. We had 2 big bags of 20 kg each. No problems for them, one on each shoulder :).
Neighbors showers are also very noisy, especially if they return at 2 or 3 in the morning (by extension your showers are also noisy for neighbors).
When I say noisy it is really really loud.
Apart from this small problem with the showers, our stay was very good compared to the price that we paid him. In addition, staff is friendly and sometimes that's all it's gold.

The truth this hotel for the price that you pay is very good. Its location is the best, there is everything to her around and the main station of the metro a few steps. 1 red line connects you to all sides. I highly recommend, very friendly staff. Definitely return to this hotel.

Negative : Super small rooms, bath and TV. Cold water in the morning. Very loud street. Thin walls to your neighbors. Positive: No rats or roaches. Cheap! Right next to subway station. Clean! Friendly. Free Wi-Fi.

This hotel is okay, but I liked it. Don't expect anything amazing (because you really would be disappointed). I cannot fault the staff as they have all been very friendly and accommodating, but I would be lying if I said the hotel wasn't a little tired and shabby looking. But to be fair (and having stayed in NY before) I think the same can be said for a lot of the budget hotels here, as they are predominantly based around the concept of just being a place to rest after a long day of sight seeing. You get what you pay for! We had issues on arrival with our room not being ready (after 3pm), also the lock on our door was less than secure (which we did raise with the reception staff several times), but the room was reasonably clean, the bed was very comfortable (with clean linen), there is free Wi-Fi (albeit it quite slow), an iPhone dock on the desk and the room was spacious. There is a downside though. The noise! The windows are double glazed, but there is no soundproofing whatsoever (and I mean NONE! ). This results in constant road noise and the hustle and bustle of life outside, of which there is little let up. New York is definitely the city that never sleeps! I advise you to bring some ear plugs if you are (like me) a light sleeper. But hey, let's get this into perspective; yes, the accommodation is important, but who comes to New York to sit in a hotel looking at the less than perfectly finished decor and furnishings.

This is a budget hotel and provided us with clean accommodation and shower facilities, which is just what we wanted as we didn't plan on spending much time in the hotel. The only fault I found was the wardrobe space. We booked a double room and only had a single wardrobe to share. Other than this the staff were friendly and helpful esp the bell men and maids. The reception provided a city map and were more than happy to help with directions and questions. The rooms were made daily. There was free Wi-Fi in the lobby area and we could access this in our room as well as it was close to the reception area as well. There is a small bar area where you could get drinks and a small menu.

I was the new year of 2013 and I thought it was a good hotel to recommend it. Accessible this next to the subway exit, and has several places to eat to your around, the very friendly staff serving you at the hotel.

Photos on your website must be opening as nothing to do with today, no decoration and the only thing comfortable pillows. There is NO elevator and upload my own luggage to a 5th floor by stairs is not easy. There are no facilities for persons with disabilities (handicaps).

Absolutely emfehlendswert, good price for New York relationships, but otherwise nothing to suspend unfortunately no lift, staff very helpful, polite, nice, is not a 5 star hotel but the location and above all quiet at night, walk to many fine restaurants and can eat well and also relatively cheap,.
also sub way station at your doorstep, and thus you can go anywhere easily.
