Rooms TOO small. Nice bathroom and the very clean rooms. But just too small. No where to lay out suitcases without tripping over them.

Constant noise all night long. We stayed on the 4th floor. Room was tiny which really wasn't a big deal, but the noise was insane. There was a window AC in the window with 2 little foam pieces on either side of it. So it was basically like the window was open and you can hear all the noise from the street all night long. You can also tell people smoke in the rooms and in the elevator. Their website also says they have continental breakfast which they don't!

Worst experience! I paid for a room for two nights by booking and when I arrived at the hotel they did not let me take the room when the payment had already been charged to my card. This hotel is a SCAM!

They would not communicate with me about an upcoming Stay. I was told to call the manager, but she would not answer her phone. So I am going to be out of $1, 163.06 (US Dollar)

It’s okay. Our room was a bed & a bathroom. Tiniest room I’ve ever been in. $250 a night. Take the good with the bad it’s within walking distance of everything. And it was Christmas time. — running the vacuum at 9pm outside our room was dumb though…
We were tired! Ride to LGA was cool.

HORRIBLE experience. Stuck in a snowstorm and can’t make it to NYC. Everyone we’ve called has been rude when we call to try to reschedule or get our money back. We’ve tried to speak to a manager and I’ve been told they won’t even be willing to help me. Don’t ever book here.

Horrible and extremely rude staff. Tiny dirty and smelly room. I got this room via Priceline and extremely unhappy with what I got. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone! Go stay at Travel Inn on 42nd Street instead.

The rooms were tiny. The first room we were given smelled smoky even though this is a non smoking hotel. The front desk people were helpful and gave us another room. The location is pretty awesome, but this is not the place for you if you're a light sleeper.

So this is my first time staying in a hotel in NYC. I'm not used to the big price tags and tiny accommodations, especially right around Time Square and Broadway. The staff was extremely friendly, everything was clean and the breakfast wasn't half bad, but the rooms are SO tiny! Just a word of warning to anyone making an overnight stay to NYC for the first time, every place will be like this unless you are paying a premium on top of the premium of being in NYC. I do have to say though the location was great, very close to everything you could possibly need!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel I loved the fact the staff was very friendly. Location is everything thing everything is a 4 to 10 min walk this place is great if you are trying to take in the full experience of NYC but if u are looking for peace and quiet. Lol this is not the location for you but its still a great small hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here even though the room was quite small. It IS New York so I was expecting a smaller room. They have a small, quick breakfast, and the staff was MORE than pleasant and helpful! The location can’t be beat for the price! I highly recommend this hotel for all out of town visitors that want to enjoy themselves without going broke!

Very small rooms, but clean and very well located. Close to Times Square, Broadway theatres, and great restaurants. Basic, but good continental breakfast is included, as well as free Wi-Fi.

Nice hotel, clean room, but very small rooms. It is right in the middle of everything. Perfect location at a very decent price. They offer Continental breakfast and Wi-Fi. I would definitely book here again.

The room was very small but comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was nice.

A no frills operation. The room is tiny and the bathroom to match. The furniture is all very worn. But it's cheap and the location is solid. You get what you pay for. My only gripe is that the room could be cleaned a bit better and some minor cosmetic repairs done.

All were very nice:D Only the breakfast did not meet our expectations and in the room it was cold. But the price was great! What better price can't be found in Time Square (English)

Ok, so this could be long and horrifying. I will just stick with the shorter version, this hotel room was DISGUSTING (room 404) On Tuesday February 14th, I was told my room was ready and waiting for me. That was not the truth because what I found in the toilet was extremely offensive. Someone had used the bathroom for a and did flush. I almost vomited. I immediately returned to the front desk, the young man apologized and offered to have the bathroom re-cleaned or changed. Of course I changed the room. The manger did seek me out to compensate for the bad experience. My stay was extremely miserable. Rooms are so small, I would get to other side of the without crawling over the bed. Never, ever again.

It would be perfect if only the rooms were a few centimeters larger, but everything else very good! Near Time Square is to be close to everything;)

Good location Reasonable price. Small room but has everything in line with the price. Breakfast included something scarce. Attentive staff. Some speak Spanish.

Great location in the hotel room.

This hotel is small, but you get what you pay for, and we saved so much by staying here it was perfect. The room size is comparable to a college dorm room, and the staff is very kind. The location is amazing. Don't expect the best hotel in New York, expect the best price and quality.

I absolutely recommend it! I spent last night there and I loved it! People who work there were fantastic and Very available. They saved me from the snow storm and helped me to get to my apartment, especially a guy (I think his name is Chad)

The rooms are clean and quiet. Staff is pleasant and the rate is great for the location. I always stay here when I'm visiting the city.

The location is conveniently located just a short walk from Time Square and the Broadway theatres. On the other hand. The rooms are a bit narrow and the breakfast buffet disappointing. Big worries with bedbugs during my stay.

Awesome location yomostly everything from food to shopping and even the subway. Rooms are really small but not bad although the breakfast is free it is very poor and suggest to go anywhere else for breakfast.

The room is very small, and there is no restaurant in the hotel. The attendants are very polite. The hotel is very close to the times square. Nice staying!

It is the ideal hotel when you are a tourist in New York. The rooms are girls but very clean. Breakfast is next to the front desk and has few tables, but in the room there is tray to serve breakfast and go up. You can serve cookies all day. The downside is that the coffeemaker works only on the breakfast schedule and there is no hot coffee for the rest of the day.

Good points first, 3mins away from Time Sq, clean rooms, friendly house keeping. Bad points, it's as small as you could imagine, just enough to move around the bed, street noisy at night but the sound of the Aircon drowns it out somewhat.

I enjoy this awesome moment, when I was in this place. Just one Night but it was really good. Sivangi who was working on reception have good polite and positive atitude for us, she is amazing. And for me atitude mean a lot, so everything was great. Location also cool, 5 minute from Time Square, 15 from Rockefeller Center, 25 from Central Park. I wasnt use any public transportation, I was just walking. So I enjoy this hotel, I will choose it next time.

For the price and location. I will stay there every time. The rooms are small, but the goal is just to have a safe place to store things and sleep. The city has so much more to offer.

Yeeeessssss! This is the Hotel to book. The price is right. The Staff is very professional. The Rooms are small and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We was close to all the hot spots in New York City. This will be our go to Hotel, going forward. Thank you EconoLodge for my first New York experience. You deserve an A!

I wish I could give a minus star or at least no star at all. Worst experience ever. Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. We called front desk. The lady who s name was jasmine said she couldn't do anything. She gave us a fan which was good for nothing and said air conditioner stops working many times and this is what we do every time. I don't know what she meant by that. Spent the whole night in the reception area because it was boiling hot in the room and we were so tired from the whole walking. Guys spend more money and stay somewhere else if you don't wanna be treated that way. Spending money and getting that kinda attitude and a boiling hot room. Not worth it.

Good location decent breakfast. Rooms are small but typical NYC small. They keep cookies and fresh water all day in the lounge.

Micro and little clean rooms, also the fact that they were supplied with earplugs immediately made me worry, and in fact sirens, honking, and noises throughout the night. The only micro-window is not able to break down even a decibel of the external noise.

The room smelled so strongly of cigarettes that my clothes I took on vacation still smell of it. I am allergic, so this was a huge problem, and they did not seem concerned when we complained. If we closed the window, it was unbearably hot, but with the window open it was so loud. The shower flooded the entire bathroom each time we used it. The positives: the room came with ear plugs, and the breakfast and snacks in the lobby were very good. Overall, very affordable, but I would not stay there again.

The room was small, but very clean nonetheless! The staff were super friendly too. The location is just around the corner from Times Square, which made things super convenient. If you're looking for a place to stay that's cheap, clean, friendly and close to everything, this is the place to stay!

The location of the hotel is great. This is a 2 star hotel, so you can't expect much. My room was a bit noisy, as it faced the street, room omaggiavano you indeed earplugs. The only really negative note was the price: € 170/notte for a single use, it seems to me little. It is true that we are in Manhattan, but it is anyway a 2 stars.

Very close to the Theaters, Restaurants & Shopping. I really appreciate the friendly professional Staff. Mr. Willie Howard had been very helpful in so many ways.

Most of the reviews are spot on. Very small, however very clean. The staff was very helpful. Hotel will store your bags before and after check in/out for free. This is a bonus. There was a problem with the hot water when we stayed but the hotel had it fixed within a few hours. You are always greeted when you walk in. Housekeeping staff was accommodating to request. Within walking distance of the bus station and most other attractions within time square. I would stay here again. The only reason I am giving a four instead of five is the amount of space you have. Good place to sleep a little and take a shower before going out and about. If you are trying to decide on a show while you visit do yourself a favor and see finding neverland. Amazing!

The room was tiny! but only there to sleep. The staff, or most of them were great, very helpfull, we had a fab time in N/Y.

Very nice! Economic price, clean room. Small but a lot enough for NYC. Just in the Time Square. Easy access. The attendants are very gentle, especially Singh that let the breakfas ready for all.

Hard to breathe, windows won't open, room is not clean. Reception is not too friendly, too. At the same time the cost is the same as in the Marriott down the street.

The hotel is very good, very close to Times Square, staff super nice and helpful, room very small, bathroom tiny, cleanliness acceptable, the venue for breakfast located in the reception area very small, 5 round tables and lack of chairs and A LOT OF NOISE AT NIGHT Acceptable for the price it has. You need to improve.

Horrible! Dirty filthy hole in the wall! Manager was uncooperative and had very poor attitude! Bed bugs bit both legs. DON'T STAY HERE! It's the ghetto of New York Hotels!

We stayed here for two days. Our main intention was to stay at times Square, not waste too much time and money on transport and visit places and watch shows without missing fun in between. This place proved to be ideal. Though small, we were comfortable, clean bathroom, good breakfast (you can carry it to your room) and proved to be a money saver, especially coz we used it only to rest at night, freshen up and have breakfast.
