We have held our annual conference here for many years now — we love 3 West so much we keep coming back! 3 West is a beautiful venue with outstanding service and professional staff. The food and presentation is wonderful and the cost is incomparable for NYC prices. I highly recommend this venue! 5+ stars.

I have staged many events here and I can tell you it is an impressive space. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and the pricing is reasonable for midtown Manhattan. It's an intimate setting, like entertaining in your own townhouse.

The 3 West Club is simply amazing. My daughter and son-in-law chose the 3 West Club for their wedding over Memorial Weekend and we cannot stop talking about how wonderful it was and how amazing Lauren and her staff are. In additional to being a great venue and incredible location in the center of NYC, the food was really good and the entire planning process was smooth and fun. Several family members stayed at the hotel for the wedding weekend which made for a great time and so convenient on the day of the wedding. As the MOB and a professional wedding planner, the 3 West Club is an amazing venue for the perfect NYC wedding.

Bad money value not worth it bad breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were very happy with the amenities. The Club is located just south of Central Park off 5th Ave which is ideal for sightseeing throughout Manhattan. Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center are across the street. For basic goods and quick meals, there is a cafe next door and a Duane Reeds (Walgreens) a few doors west where you can get what you need without paying typical prices in Mid Town. We had a great vacation and would stay at 3 West again.

This location, just off famous New York's Fifth Avenue and literally across the street from both the Rockefeller Center Complex of Buildings and the Roman Catholic Saint Patrick's Cathedral between 50th & 51st Streets on Manhattan Island in New York City, is definitely a great place to be. . If an individual is looking for a reasonably priced conventional lodgings, with a very good location, this could well be the place for you. Nothing fancy but most certainly affordable by New York City rates. . Most definitely a rating. .

It is an old hotel, but very nice, comfortable, even that the beds require new mattresses, is located in an excellent area.

Great location close to Time Square with lots of charm and a special view from the solarium of the roof gardens and Saint Patricks’ Cathedral.

I would never stay in this dump again Stinky room maybe due the mold found in the bathroom broken sink And old broken furniture the room in bad need of fresh paint.

After reading some of the reviews I was expecting this place to have its problems. However, after staying I have to admit I really enjoyed it. My wife booked the place for Christmas weekend, knowing that I like hotels with character. That is normally true but in certain cities I always go with the chains (i. E. Boutique hotels in tropical areas sometimes have trouble keeping spiders the size of wall clocks out of guest rooms) She picked this place in September and it wasn't until mid december before I actually looked at the location and read reviews. I ended up packing a space heater and white noise machine since two reviewers said it was noisy and drafty. Neither ended up being necessary at all. In fact it turned out to be a wonderful. It's set in an older building right next to the Rockefeller Christmas tree. The room keys are actual keys with cool old locks that are fun to open. We actually would try and reach for our keys first to be the one to play with the lock like little kids. The rooms look like guest suites in a sophisticated home of days past. There is also a solarium with a balcony, library, lounge, ballroom, restaurant and pub all fit into this 9 story ~25 room hotel. They were pretty empty for the holiday weekend but I brought a sport coat per the websites directions so I could wander around at will. Some reviewers made a fuss about the dress code but that's ridiculous.

Won't be staying there. AC so noisy we could not sleep. Bed too old and way too soft. This is the old Republican Women's Club, and some of them are still there, stuck to the walls.

Unbelievably beautiful. Great venue for weddings.

Very nice just make sure you have a jacket if you wish to dine.

Very accommodating staff, good price, great location with a classic, old-fashioned vibe. Worth it!

My wife and I recently stayed at 3 West Club over Memorial Day weekend. If you value a good night sleep as I do, then avoid this hotel. Thier beds are very old, cheap, and too small for any kind of comfort. The website photos have been photoshopped to mislead unsuspecting customers into believing that it's a charming place to stay. Their rooms are old and out dated. They did provide us with clean sheets and towels.

The place is great, it's clean and inviting the staff is amazingly friendly and very helpful. The food is great and the desserts are betterI would definitely recommend this place for events.

Excellent internet with no messing around with extra payment or signing up. Room size varies but is comfortable for the price.

I went here for my friends wedding and I had a really great time! It was a classy atmosphere! the real best part was the staff. They were really helpful and cute. My favorite ladies. I hope one day I can have my wedding here!

The place shows its age. Dark and rustic feel. The parking garage they sent me to was AWFUL. Worst parking experience I've ever had. The attendant jumped in my car and drove off with it without even asking if I had everything I needed. (I didn't. ) And don't lose your ticket!

It looks really nice in the dining area which gets lost in the rooms. It's quite small and has a modest interior. The staff is very friendly and you are living right in the middle of midtown, which is nice!

Located on the South side of the street, it an easy place to find. The lobby is clean, fresh and fairly well put together but the waiting area and accompanying restaurant is impeccable and looks 10 times better than the lobby. The rooms are on the small side and the layout is obviously old New York but it's functional.

3 West Club is an absolutely AMAZING venue and I could not recommend it more highly! 3 West Club generously donated their gorgeous lounge for a charity event that I held last week. The event turned into a much bigger thing than anyone anticipated, but 3 West Club was with us every step of the way, providing whatever we needed and making their space completely available to us for various things that kept coming up. Their staff is totally professional and made working with them a breeze. This is really the best experience that I've had with a venue and I would tell anyone without hesitation to go there and use the space!

Went for an alumni meet up. It was obviously a place for weddings and receptions. The chandeliers were gorgeous.

We arrived in town by train and walked over to the hotel, it was about 11am. We wanted to drop our bags off to start our NY adventure, if the room was ready that would have been even greater. We were greeted promptly at the reception desk and we gave our name. The customer service representative had a hard time finding the reservation. I gave her our confirmation number from the e-mail and she was like "ok, you reserved a twin room". I told the CSR no we reserved a Queen STD room and showed her the email confirmation. The CSR replied the hotel was fully booked and the only room left was the twin. Although it was a couples getaway, a twin was a little too close. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told it was Saturday and they were all off, she did however offer to "e-mail" the supervisor to see what they could do. I would have been willing to take a Queen or better, or have them accommodate me at another hotel, I am not unreasonable. An hour later we received a phone call from the CSR saying that the supervisor explained that we used a booking agency to book the room and the twin was the best she could do. I informed the CSR that we booked right from their site. It was then explained to me that 3 West took over bookings themselves 2 days ago, prior to that another company handled it for them. I booked 3 weeks ago. There was a complete failure for service recovery, we were offered a twin at the same price as the Queen STD room.

Excellent hotel — — no fancy amenities, not over-run with tourists. I've stayed there with my children several times. I love this hotel.

A little bit out dated, but a fine choice for spending the night in NYC.

A very, very elegant event space where crystal chandeliers grace the event rooms. Walk in and check your coat (no tipping please) than either take the elevators up to your floor or take the stairs. The stairs are the way to go to have a look at this beautiful place. Old portraits grace the walls and the decor is from a time gone by. The staff was quite helpful in guiding me to my event and the coat check lady was very friendly. Dress well when going here and enjoy your surroundings. It's a wonderful place.

The room wasn't huge, but it was very convenient. So the location is really great!

A space to rent for a venue. This is old rich New York located by Rockefeller Plaza. Walk into this classical lobby and you are greeted by a very courteous staff directing you to the floor for your event. Don't forget to use the bathrooms on the first floor before taking the flight up. You can walk the antique staircase or wait for the elevator. I take the stairs because it's great to admire the rooms of the Club. You can peek into the library and see the long tables and classic chandeliers. You don't want to miss the one in the main ballroom, it holds a magnificent crystal chandelier from Austria. This is a wonderful place for a wedding. I have attended many corporate functions at this elegant reception hall.
