Great location, minutes walking to Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, 5th Ave Shops and Times Square. I liked that you can fill water bottles for free in every floor. I have stayed several times, it has been quiet and a good stay except for the last time that we got the 7th floor which is the same as the restaurant. We could hear loud conversations on the hall and carts coming and going. The rooms are small, but that's expected in New York. I recommend this hotel, just make sure you don't get the 7th floor.

Great little hotel in the middle of NYC. Very well priced if you're looking to economically spend a night in NYC but don't want to go to a hostel. Perfect for business travelers on a budget. Rooms are tiny though so keep an eye for that.

Very good attention although only in English. The location is the best. It's in the midst of all the rooms are good and with amenities that add a lot like coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer and even ironing board with iron included.

Great location near several subway lines. Near MoMa, s:t Patrick’s cathedral, Top of the Rock, Saks and all the big stores on fifth avenue. 10-15 minute walk to Central Park. Clean and up to date.

Hotel from the Super strategic location! Large rooms with even double window… Only sin the bathroom with the glass door and sliding so it does not close… For the rest is highly recommended. If I went back to NY I would definitely book here again!

Room dingy, dark and outdated. (1202) VERY noisy. Trucks unloading on street all night long, men shouting, backup noise, etc. Bathroom poorly supplied-2 towels; no bath mat or hand towel. No iron or ironing board. Requested new room and still put in one of the unrenovated rooms. Still dingy. Bedspread in new room had some white substance spotted all along bottom. Waited for over 30 minutes for new bedspread. They brought new duvet cover. Was not happy wanted whole new fresh clean bedspread. They took it and changed it out somewhere I couldn’t see it and I’m sure put the new duvet cover back on the same insert. Yuck. I wouldn’t stay here again, that’s for sure. If you do, make sure to get newly renovated room quiet side of hotel. I believe only first 4 floors renovated at this point.

The location is perfect. It is close to Grand Central, Times Square, the Theater District, and Central Park. I have stayed at the same hotel 3 times now and will continue to as the rooms are good sized for a good price. The rooms are also clean and the hotel offers free refillable water bottles.

Very nice, great location, we had a room on the 16th floor and the view was magnificent on the 51st. Spacious and always clean room, large bathroom and spacious shower though with the curtain. I will definitely go back.

I have stayed at this property on previous occasions, albeit never the first choice. Some of their staff have no understanding of customer service or professionalism. The most recent stay involved heavy construction directly in front of the hotel, from 10:00pm until 6:00am. This involved large compressors, jack hammers, rotary concrete saws and yelling construction workers. The staff did not post any notices to guests or extend any verbal notifications. Guests were made aware of this continuous loud construction when they were awakened and unable to sleep the entire evening. I realize the construction is outside of the property's control, but informing guests and providing options were inside of their control.

Super Central, just behind the Rockefeller Tower. 5 min to Central Park. Otherwise not really cozy! Small, cold rooms with unsuitable interiors.

The hotel is very well located. Also the staff is very friendly!
The rooms, however, are unkempt and sometimes almost rancid. The shower looks like you're not necessarily clean after showering than before. Even the supposed king size bed is a rather small one.

Hotel well placed but really renovated…
Very high price for room quality and on dirty filthy mattress, bathroom faded paint tile with moldy join. Frankly I strongly advise against.

Class breakfast, first class omelet, very nice waitress, also the SPEISRN for lunch and dinner very tasty.

Great service, got an upgrade quite cheaply (it was so worth it). My only issue was the room was quite hot — and as so it was hard to sleep. The thermostat read 72 degrees. The corridor was cooler. Next trip I'll make sure I check if there is customer-controlled Air Conditioning.

The best thing about CQ is location, location, location! Just steps from Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue stores, St. Pattick’s Cathedral, and Radio City Music Hall. To be in that area, at Christmas, especially, is pure joy. The downside, the room needed attention. Our classified “superior” room had a kitchenette, but not enough utensils, etc for two people. We had to request several missing items. The desk chair was both worn, and stained. There are 2 elevators, but one had a few non-working buttons — one of which, was our floor. We did enjoy having a cool purified water dispenser in the hall, and a comfortable pull out sofa. CQ also has a deal worked out for parking: $35 per night — a definite bargain in midtown Manhattan. A really positive aspect was the attitude of each staff member: friendly, and accommodating!

Once one of my favorite "go to" places for quick trips to NYC. Room shabby with torn furniture. Great location but better hotels in this category.

Great location, across the Rockefeller center, on the same street with the Radio City, in a walking distance with the Bryant Park, the Empire State Building And The Times Square. It is a huge hotel with 24 floors. On the 7th floor they have the terrace club with an amazing view on the tree and the street. The check in is a little bit late. We had to wait till 3 pm to get out room. There is no security at all. All of us we were just entering in the hotel and nobody asked us are we staying in the hotel or so. The staff was ok, no hi no bye … overall it’s good.

Club Quarters Hotel was a perfect choice to enjoy Rockefeller Center. Lots of activity within walking distance. Room was spectacular exactly what we were looking for.

Room adequate. Location perfect. But I left a camera battery and charger plugged in the room. I called a few hours after check out. I had to leave many messages with housekeeping for several days and to no avail. Front desk staff refused to do anything but transfer me to voicemail. Refused to transfer me to general manager. When I finally spoke to JoAnna, head of housekeeping, she told me she could not get into room because of do not disturb sign on door but would call me back as soon as she could check. That was 2 weeks ago. No call back! I paid premium price for location but services were severely lacking. Considering I spent over $1000 there you would think I could get a call back.

The people working there are so personable and nice. They remembered my name after the first time they met me, and they've done that on each of my 3 stays there. The ADA room I had on the 5th floor was very nice, very clean, if a bit small. The restroom was accessible, clean, and plenty large enough for a wheelchair, as is the room. I look forward to my next visit, and hopefully that delicious looking pizza place next door will be open. I checked in at 18:30 and it was open, went down at 19:00 for dinner and it was closed. There is an elevator to Johnny Utah's downstairs, though, and it was delicious.

Best of all its perfect location in Manhattan, otherwise it is a clean and correct hotel.

It's a quite expensive hotel because of the very good location. The hotel it's not bad, but nothing fancy. It's just fair. It has a table for the computer on the room, comfortable bed and good bathroom. On the flip side, no freezer, from the room you can listen the noisy Manhattan and the breakfast is not included.

Not a bad hotel, between Time Square and Central Park just 2 steps from the top of the rock. There is a possibility to have breakfast on site for $13/person at will on a terrace located on the 7th floor overlooking Radio City and St Patrick's cathedral. The rooms are not very large but clean and on the 2nd floor the possible to use water at will also. The only complaint I can make is to the front desk staff who do not speak French at all unlike some of the city's Grand Hotel or at least one member understands or is being understood in French.

I stayed in room 207 and it's a perfect size for one or two people. There is a kitchenette which is very convenient for an extended stay. There is also a pull out couch if necessary. The one complaint that I have is the the widows look pretty dirty on the outside and I can't see to well through them.

All experiences in life are either good… or a good story. Our stay falls into the good story category. As my husband said, "I've stayed in Motel 6s that were nicer than that. " I've personally stayed in worse places… when I was a small child and my parents took us to crappy motels in Florida to go to Disney on a budget. In my adult life, the two Club Quarters hotels I've stayed in have been the worst I've experienced. This is a 2 star hotel in a 4 star location with a 3…-4 star price. The rooms are teeny-tiny. The king beds are literally just two twins put together (with the crack/gap in between). The lobby is practically non-existent — one tiny desk with one employee (who is thankfully friendly). We arrived before a room was ready, so we left our bags with the front desk. We went upstairs to print something in the lounge/restaurant/club area, and when we returned about 20 minutes later, our bags were still sitting in the lobby with many others. They could easily have been snatched by someone in the hotel or off the street. The staff all seemed nice. The location is great other than not being close to a good coffee shop. There is free bottled water. That's where the good stuff ends. The room smelled disgusting. Think fast food hamburger meets fried chicken joint. The room was, unfortunately, quite hot no matter how much we tried to turn up the AC.

Clean room, complimentary coffee, and great location in the City. Service fantastic and front desk team amazing. Room itself was clean, just big enough for two people but otherwise a little small overall. Did not change my good experience though. Love the amenities in the hotel (fitness, restaurant, lounge, etc) keep up the great work.

The localization is perfect. It`s in a walking distant to many important places. The team of the hotel is kind and the service is ok, not much to say about it. Rooms are clean and comfortable but nothing special about them, some rough edges though. The price is right considering the localization.

Loved this little hotel, great bang for buck. The location is perfect for exploring New York, steps away from Rockefeller and subway. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very clean, nicely modernized and updated, rooms are small by the American standard (everything is bigger and better in 'merica), but very spacious if looking at just NYC hotel rooms. My room had a desk and everything. I found it very quiet, I was on the 9th floor. It's not expensive if you look at the amount of time you save by not traveling in and out of the city. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic hotel. Was in New York for St Patricks day & was on a budget & I have to say this hotel was fantastic. Very clean, friendly staff & great location. There was other services on offer such as room service etc, but we skipped that as like I said we were on a budget. I have been to New York on 3 different occasions now & this hotel was definitely the best. The free water on each floor was also a welcome addition. 10 seconds walk to local convenience store & under 1 minute walk for transport. Honestly if your visiting New York & are interested in booking this hotel I would say go for it as you wont be disappointed.

This is a fine hotel for the business traveler that won't be in the hotel too much. The tin if are small but comfortable, nice TV and good channel selection, and all the self serve bottled water you can drink. Great location in midtown.

Awesome location, fair price. Rooms are small but work as a home base for doing other activities. It's right across from radio city music Hall and a close walk to 5th Ave shops, central park, times square and most anything you want in midtown. Also close to the subway to go to other parts of the city.

I like the location of this hotel. The room was clean but it was pretty small. We had a horrible view of another building. The staff was helpful and friendly. In fact, the person that checked us out was incredibly nice and genuinely made me feel welcomed. I would consider staying here again.

Very good location, right at the 5th Avenue. Small rooms, could have a renovation. If you just want to sleep there and explore NYC it's perfekt.

The location is perfect. Right in the middle of mid-town but the immediate area isn't crazy with traffic or sidewalk traffic. Directly across from Radio City — pretty cool walking out the front door and seeing the giant sign. The hotel itself was nice, room on the smaller side but that's expected in Manhattan — for the price you couldn't beat it. The restaurant's continental breakfast was pretty gross, would've expected a little more for like a $20/person continental breakfast but the view was beautiful if you just go for coffee/tea. Staff was very friendly and upgraded us our first night and made it so we didn't have to change rooms the second night. They also hold your luggage on your last day after checkout so you can still go roam the city and not have to worry about finding a place for your stuff then just go back and pick it up. They offer complimentary bottled water on every floor which was seriously a life-saver… so convenient. They could do with some very mild renovations just because the room looked slightly worn in places, but again no complaints (other than the bed being pretty uncomfortable — but we weren't there to sleep much). Honestly for the price and location you really can't find a better deal. I will most likely stay there again when visiting next time. Oh and the best part — it's right around the corner from The Halal Guys stand… perfect.

I made a reservation with the hotel via Priceline. I had a personal emergency and needed to cancel the reservation. I contacted Priceline who contacted the Hotel. The hotel will not cancel the reservation and will charge me for the entire stay.

I had a very unfortunate booking experience with Club Quarters Hotel. I booked my room through trivago, which redirected me to priceline and the dates of my stay were changed in the process. As a less than always, computer savi person, I didn't notice this and booked the room. 24 hours later, I was stranded in New York without a hotel and the club quarters refused to refund my $750 reservation money because of their strict cancellation policy. I can understand a policy that protects a hotel from not booking rooms, its bad for business but the dates booked were nearly a full month in advance and due to the circumstances THE HOTEL CALLED ME and said they would refund my money. The Club Quarters never followed through with my refund, calling me was just a way to keep me quiet. For that reason, I would never stay with an establishment that promises to refund someones money with reasonable circumstances and then doesn't follow through! Boo club quarters there are much better hotels in the city who would follow through with good customer service!

Parking one block up but close to 30rock so we will definitely be using this hotel again.

Good hotel, horrible elevators. Only 2 elevators and 1 is always used as a facilities/luggage/maintenance elevator. Such a pain to get down from high floors.

Space was slightly small but it's NYC so they cram you in. Didn't try amenities. Room temperature control very nice. TV off center from the bed. Great location.

Excellent position to visit NYC. The room was clean and silent. We appreciated the free and fast Wi-Fi Internet connection and the Usb sockets to charge the smartphones.

Me and my wife had the pleasure of staying here on our honeymoon and we could not be happier with our stay. The hotel is right next to the Rockefeller Center which allowed us to just walk around and shop and see things whenever we liked. The area is also very nice and walking around at night was perfectly fine. There are lots of good restaurants around this area and tones of shops. The hotel staff was very helpful and get us in our room 2 hours early! This place was great and would stay again.

The rooms are very small. Not kept very well. Dark and dingy! There was a stained bed cover full of ciggerette holes in A non-smoking room. We. Had to throw the blanket on the floor and sleep with just a sheet. The air conditioner was not working and the whole hotel was extremly hot. I wouldn't recomend staying here unless it was for free.

Small rooms, but you only sleep there. Though, the bed was not that comfortable. Not sure what a "good" price in NYC is, but with Priceline it wasn't too bad.

The hotel is located in the heart of NY, the location is the best of what this hotel can offer. The rooms are clean and well furnished.
