I have lived in this complex twice now. The first time I lived here was in 2016, I then worked for the company as a house keeper/RA. The office manager at that time was Melissa. Melissa was a very good person inside and out. She was very thoughtful and went out of her way for the guest/tenants. Melissa did everything she could to be a great landlady. She was my boss and landlord at that time. Because my husband and I had such a great experience as tenants we decided that when I applied for school we were more than happy to move back into the campus gate apartments. We made the appointment that day to see a unit that was available. When we went to meet with the property owner Mark we were very excited to get an apartment through the same company and management. Little did we know that things werent as they were only one and a half years prior. To our surprise the property looked terribly! The grass, weeds, bushes and shrubs were horribly over grown. There was trash all over the ground. The parking lot had trash literally blowing by in the wind like tumbleweeds. The property manager Mark was very rude, unpleasant, and not in anyway welcoming. He was very unprofessional and was pushy on our "tour" of the property. Mark also did not ask us to sign any papers or even fill out any kind of application. Since we have lived here most recently the office manager has changed twice in four months.

This place is god awful. I spent one night there and to see a concert at CMAC and there was a hole in the wall in my room, and the manager tried to tell me it was the maintenance guy fault that he had just quit, how is it the maintenance guys fault you never checked the room before having me go to it, Dirty water on the floor from someone who tried to quickly clean it. Also my reservation I made months ago vanished and on top of that the Manager named Amanda did nothing to help except make smart remarks to me and my situation. I will never be staying at this place ever again and I will make sure none of the people I know go there either.

Walked in to find food on the floor from the previous guests, there were no towels, sheets, or pillows provided to us (had to go to Walmart and purchase them myself). Also realized that the TV got 4 channels and the remote didn't work. The bathroom smelled gross and there were questionable stains on the floor. Only upside to this place is it's walking distance to venue.

I hated his place isn’t even the rating to get it. It’s an awful property with unprofessional employees and management, the rooms are completely gross, not too mention we recently saw “German roaches” there (cock roaches)! And the fact that I brought it up to management they told me “how do I know you didn’t bring them here” how rude! Another thing, it smells like weed in there as soon as you walk in and management allows it! This place needs to be shut down. I don’t recommend this place the slightest bit.

Reserved 2 rooms in April for a concert at CMAC yesterday 6/23/18. They were given 2 months to find 2 rooms next to one another as I had requested. They were fully booked and ignored my request. Rooms were on the same floor, 122 &138 and were filthy. Our room had no toilet paper. Light fixtures just laying on the counter, a screwdriver on the floor and the toilet was backed up which lead to an overflow. Staff assured me they would clean up and of course we got back from the concert 4 hours later and it was still not cleaned up. The other room the refrigerator was not cleaned out and the TV didn't work. To top it off Staff made it sound like they were doing us a favor by only charging us the rate that we booked the rooms back in April for. And guaranteed with a credit card Then to add insult to injury they were selling the parking that should have been reserved for us as we were paying guests to any one willing to pay $20. To rate this place a NEGATIVE 10 WOULD BE GENEROUS.

As a non-student, I live here as a full-time resident in a monthly Studio. My partner and I both enjoy living here. For being on the same property as dormitories, it is very quiet. The staff is very accommodating. They have office hours 6 days a week. Residents have free Wi-Fi, access to a fitness Room, free cable, and the studios include all utilities. The only complaint I have is that the pool is no longer in use, but I can totally understand why. My only regret is that we did not move here sooner.

I live here I think it is an amazing place to live very little work to none for most but all around good the manger mallisa hardy is an awesome person and I have had wonderful experience with her.!

I'd have been happy if the room looked anything like the pictures. The floors were disgusting, they made my socks black from the filth. The bathroom was just as bad. The TV remote didn't work, we had to change every channel by physically going up to the TV. The only bright spots were the location to the CMAC and the nice young man at check in. I'd never let my child live in a "dorm" like this. Very disappointing.
