Nice place great place visit.

Noone was ever at the counter throughout the night to ask questions. The garbage can outside was overloaded. The rooms were very clean and the lobby was cozy. Overall it was ok but wouldn't come again.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, we enjoyed the pool and the beds are very comfortable.

Love-this place. Great healthy breakfast beds are comfy.

A modern hotel in a small but beautiful town, by a lake. Laid out just a few hundred metres from the highway, it's quiet and serene. Minimal but hardworking and polite staff. Kept clean all the time. Has a fitness centre and a pool. Small shopping area in walking distance. Breakfast is appetizing and the Cinnabons are superb. Not too expensive.

While reserved a roll away for our room, it was not there. When we went down to the front desk and informed the man there about the issue he said they were all already in use. Thankfully another employee who was on her way out of her shift overhead and managed to find a roll-away available in a room that had recently checked out. The gentleman didn't even bother to check for such a thing. Thankfully she was there. The beds were not very comfortable either. On the plus side, there is a Walmart and a Wegmans nearby so you can just buy some food and save money instead of having to order delivery or room service.

Rooms have plenty of space. There is better lighting than most hotels. It's nestled away from the road, so it is nice and quiet. Overall a good hotel.

A hotel in a quiet area of the small town. The room is very clean and spacious. Free breakfast is provided for guests.

We stayed here for the night. The price was reasonable and the room was very clean. I appreciated the coffee available even at night and the breakfast buffet was very satisfying. My son and I also. Enjoyed the pool. Overall it was a great experience.

Great rooms and breakfast. The hallways are so hot! Other than that miniscule complaint everything was great.

Stopped on the way from Toronto to Jersey. Recently built hotel, breakfasts are so-so, the room is a typical American standard. There were no questions to service. Why did you remove 50 dollars of deposit, had to insist that would return. Opposite a large supermarket. And the rest is the classics of the American roadside service.

Typical hotel stay for quick traveling. Rooms were very clean though, more than a normal hotel. Breakfast was good.

Slow far great, front desk was very nice person, cookies, coffee etc around the clock. Room is very nice, very clean, warm! Really need that this time of year. Seems very new. Glad we chose this place.

Nice enough for what I needed, a place to sleep at the end of the day. Appears to be brand new. Staff was friendly and helpful.

So extremely clean. Staff is polite, hard working & friendly. Breakfast bar kept well stocked. If you need anything, they are happy to help. Room was spotless. Great location.

Basic, nothing fancy but a fairly new hotel. They do offer free breakfast in the morning typical hotel breakfast, do appreciate the high end Greek yogurt tho selection. There's a tiny fitness center and little indoor pool. Right a cross from Wegmans which is nice.

We always are impressed with Holiday Inn Express. The service was professional, quick, and courteous and staff even pointed out some of the good wine trails in the area. Beds were comfy but I wish there were thinner pillows. Rooms were clean and neat (they look new).

Straightforward place. Good free breakfast choices. Pool and small gym, no hot tub. Prices up on popular wedding stay nights so book early.

My sister and I traveled to the area to take her daughter back to Hobart William Smith College. We were really impressed by this hotel and its staff. The decor is very hip, the breakfast was tasty and well presented and the staff extremely kind. We will be back again!

The building and room looked recently updated, but the furniture in my room had obvious dust streaks on it and the TV was covered in streaks and fingerprints. They did not give me the Wi-Fi password on check in, so I tried calling the front desk for approximately 30 minutes and they kept picking up the phone and putting it on hold without speaking. The bed was comfortable but there was a lot of noise from other floors and outside.

Lovely location and nice accomodations. Wonderful staff. Accidently left my credit card on the counter after check in. Then left for dinner. The clerk saw it, put it in an envelope for me, then called me twice to tell me it was safe and waiting for me. Only negative comment… they are clearly understaffed, otherwise great stay.

Location is good, bit it's a little weird to get to. Staff is very friendly, hotel and rooms are nice, clean, and prices are fair. I definitely recommend.

Im impressed by the fashion in which this customer first lodging experience exceeded my expectations. They did so not only with accommodating staff and modern decor but also a perfectly suited medium density bed and a shower head that perfectly emulated a summers rainshower. I was disappointed by the lack of home fries in their continental breakfast which I drempt about the night prior. The small tub was absolutely unacceptable for someone who is over 6 feet. Lastly the nearly 200 dollar pricetag didn't fit the "recently renovated" chambers. I would recommend to a friend or business person who likes a good, dark nights stay or a cleanliness fanatic who needs a good shower after a long day of travel. I would also recommend this hotel to someone, who can handle soon outdated furniture scheme, looking for superb hospitality at an even more superb price I would not recommend this hotel to a family on a budget or anyone looking for more than one room. Although the Internet was quick the shortly examined business and printing center was less than fantastic. Roadtrippers and those looking for the absolute high end need not stop by.

Location is beautiful, right next to the lake. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance of the hotel.

Nice place to stay, the Waterpark is right next store, close to the lake, ponds and attributaries for fisherman.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was nice, and breakfast was good. I only wish they had fluffier comforters.
