I was employed here. The boss fired me knowing that we’re short staffed two days before my probation period was up under false pretenses plus I have bedbugs circulating through the hotel so if you rent a room there just make sure you shake your clothes out.

Quality hotel with great staff/service and located in proximity to the events by the falls, also only a 10 minute walk to!

Amazing place I highly recommend staying at that place was visiting Seneca Niagara falls.

I stay here whenever I am visiting Niagara Falls. The last few times have been stellar experiences. No problems at check-in friendly staff, and a clean and quiet room. I also appreciate that this is one of the few hotels in the area that does not charge for parking or has the silly 'resort' fee added to the bill. The location is great and everything you need is within walking distance. I have stayed here a couple of times since COVID started and only have one criticism and that is the complimentary breakfast. I know COVID limits what the staff can provide. What is offered is kind of sad. I went down there Saturday morning and almost did not notice things were actually out on the counters because there was so little and the quantities so small. It was as if someone ut a few items out and then never bothered checking on it again nor did they bother refilling any of the coffee dispensers. There are limits to what you can do but, compared to what I have seen at other hotels, it feels like this hotel took the cheapest and easiest approach. I suppose something is better than nothing but perhaps you should do a better job managing guest expectations so we know to go elsewhere.

Nasty woman! Avoid this place like the plague! She’s disgusting! Made my son cry! I have supporting video to show an atrocious interaction! Go elsewhere. She goes out of her way to ruin vacations. She also refused to provide her name so I took a picture. She shouldn’t be allowed to work with people. When the travel industry is being hit hard by covid she shouldn’t be refusing to honor reservations. She should be immediately terminated for her behavior.

Very nice hotel. Clean and seems to be new. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only downfall, no restaurant or bar on site but there is an Italian restaurant next door. Free breakfast was ok. Surprised there was only sausage and no bacon. Close to everything! Complimentary parking! Walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park and rainbow bridge.

As hotels go, it is pretty standard: cable TV (though it was nice to have Netflix available — not for free) ; maid service; pool; continental breakfast; etc. The pool, though, was tiny; I have seen larger ones at people's homes. The breakfast was typical — not great but not bad (excep the hard boiled eggs). The space for the breakfast, though, is tiny and was very congested, especially around the waffle iron. The coffee was pretty good the first two days but very weak on the last day. It was clean and well maintained, though. It's a decent place to lay your head but not much more. So, I wish it had been less expensive.

Awesome TV channel selection. Nice room layout. The bathroom is shower only. I wish the ledge was made more for sitting. The Monday sightseeing agent was very friendly, professional & more importantly NOT pushy about making a sale. And also knowledgeable regarding Niagara Falls and the movie "Niagara", I'm a big fan of Marilyn Monroe's work.

I was visiting buffalo for work and insteadof staying in buffalo I thought to book a hotel Near Niagara falls so that I can enjoy falls in the evening. This property seems to be new. Little bit far as compared to other hotels. You will need to walk 1 mile to go to state park. Didn't face any issues in service as I stayed only one night and never get a chance to use it. But had a little issue while checking in. I am platinum elite member and stay more than 100+ nights every year at Marriott. I wanted to use my Marriott credit card on file for hotel charges, but the desk agent kept saying she can not do it. As per her their system is different. But I am sure she couldn't do it and gave me excuses.

Place was clean, comfy, & close enough to walk to the falls! Room was great even had a microwave and refrigerator! Breakfast was provided with lots of choices from waffles to cereal with a lot in between. Pool wasn't huge but still had a lot of fun! Staff was very helpful, friendly, and always trying to go above and beyond! Wonderful stay!

The stay was okay and mostly met my expectations for a hotel in a tourist area. Breakfast, though it had many options, was so packed with people that it was a hassle to even get food. The room was clean and spacious though.

It was very clean and neat. The room sevrvice was very fast and good. The breakfast was good. I loved the mini store it helped because I was able to get food to eat. The Queen suite was very big and nice. It was good for a vacation for me and my best friends.

My family recently stayed at this hotel. The degree of disappointment that I feel in their service can not be measured. I've come to expect so much more from the Marriott brand. As a status member who stays in Marriott hotels 60+ nights a year, I have never had such bad service. I checked out 5 days ago and the bill has still not been properly posted. There were issues with check-in. And, the main floor was covered with sticky mess. I pointed out the spill — that was right near the elevator. The response was to cover the spill with a "wet floor" sign, and then 4 hours later, it was still there… stickier than before with the "wet floor" sign still there. I am still waiting to hear from the General Manager, but I am certainly feeling some sort of way because I am not one to go online and post negative reviews. Beyond disappointed.

The good: hotel was clean and newly renovated. The bad: The thing that stands out most was the pop music that was played 24/7. We stayed for the better part of a week and it was too much. In the lobby, hallways, elevators. There was no way of escaping it and I was even on the younger side of the guests that week. The group we stayed with took the time to set up out check-in because we would be arriving later and didn't want to wake them at midnight to come down to lobby and check us in. When we arrived after midnight, the desk clerk didn't know what we were talking about and had to call and wake up our group because the desk clerk from earlier failed to communicate. The pool room is cold and the pool is not heated. If you want folks to use your pool in the late winter/spring one would think the room would at least be heated?! That room made us want to bring down a comforter — not jump in the pool. The staff couldn't seem to keep up with the breakfast. Everyday something was out and people were standing around waiting. Just in my group we had to wait on meat, eggs, and coffee on separate days. There was not an overwhelming breakfast crowd to account for the shortages. We had to talk to front desk multiple time during our visit and most time we had to wait for them to come out of a back office. If they are working the front desk why do they hide in the back office?! There should be a bell or buzzer to let them know someone is there.

The hotel is great and the staff was helpful! The place is in a great location, walked to the falls and back. Great Indian food places near by as well. Easy to get out from the city as well. Place has a gym and a pool that I did not explore.

As far as hotels go, this certainly is one. Nice rooms, recently built, very clean, guest staff is excellent and it's a great location. Very close to the falls, the casino, and whatever else there is to do here. In fact, the casino dominates the view from my room!

Their curtains are designed so it's impossible to shut them, couple that wth the fact they have parking lot lights just outside room… fire alarm went off at 7am zzz.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Seems pretty overpriced but I guess you get what you pay for in this instance.

Dirty rooms. No housekeeping service the whole four days we were there. Looks like never vacuumed under the desk or dresser in weeks. Popcorn hulls, peanut shells under the dresser. Waste baskets filled up. Had to get clean towels on our own. Overcharged for parking by $10.00 per day, and charged double tax. Breakfast was good and location is convenient.

Spent one Saturday night here. Stayed in room 312. Plenty of space, friendly staff and the rooms were clean and quiet.

The rooms were very nice and very close to the casino and the falls. When I went down for breakfast it was busy and a lot of the food was out. They did restock the food slowly though. A nice hotel that is close to all the attractions on the US side.

Nice hotel. Comfy beds. Could have used a little more help in the morning for breakfast. The breakfast staff was very helpful nd friendly, though.

Similar quality I would expect from other Marriott Hotels. The breakfast buffet was great, the snack bar in the lobby had just what I was looking for and I very much appreciated the 24 hour coffee and tea. Thumbs up.

The hotel and rooms are nice. The hotel however is in a run down neighborhood. During our visit the snack section in the lobby was pretty empty and in order to get an extra shampoo I had to answer a full 20 questions.

This place is about a mile from the bridge over the Falls. Took us (seniors) about 20 minutes by walk. The hotel rooms are well good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot is conveniently accessible from many exits in the hotel. You need the room key to operate the elevator which can be inconvenient at times.

The most overpriced hotel in the most blighted city in New York. Compare their rate of approx $185 per night to the $50 flophouse immediately next door. The area is predominantly comprised of boarded up buildings, abandoned properties, and run down businesses. Shame on Marriott for price gouging guests who can look forward to seeing a view of a casino parking lot, flophouse, or questionable house with people coming and going all night. Those are the three views available.

Staff here is terrible. Check in was a mess, would not let me use Rewards points at the desk, told me I had to do it in the app. Not accommodating at all, they seemed like they needed to make everything as difficult as possible. Reservations got screwed up, never got a receipt or points for my stay. Most Marriotts aren't that bad but this one is terrible. Room was near the elevator and the bell from the elevator kept waking us up at night also. I tried bringing these issues to the attention of the manager but nothing was done except to say "we'll look into that". Try to avoid this location if possible. Not in the best part of town also. Abandoned houses nearby.

The room was nice, and clean. It was a cute cozy little hotel. The pool was nice, very small and so was the work out room. The bummer is that there is no hot tub or sauna. Breakfast in the morning could possibly be stressful, so you have to get up early. They ran out of good a lot and they were short staffed. One thing that made me sad was that there's no restaurant in the hotel, that would be very convent. The location is a bit odd… it's next door to someone's house. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. I would come back.

The rooms are very nice. The location is not bad for visiting the falls. Just a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to visitors center. The staff was a different story. Room was not ready when we arrived and they had trouble with several reservations.

Stayed here over the weekend I took my wife to the Falls. The property was clean and seemed new and modern. Parking lot seemed small for this property. The staff was good though we had a mishap with feather pillows. The food at the breakfast bar was mediocre. The fruit bowl never seemed to be refreshed and the eggs were not cooked all the way. I won't use this property ever again.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, tours pick up, pool and on hot breakfast. Only thing that brings rating down at all is the pool had a lot of chemicals and couldn't stay in it long. Family was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

A very nice, new hotel. Rooms are clean, well maintained. Service very courteous and willing. Breakfast had many choices. Very happy.

We stayed in this hotel on June 16. Unfortunately, we accidentally left an item in our room. This would not usually be an issue however the phone number for the hotel on Google and on the corporate website is incorrect and disconnected. Providing proper contact information is very important and this is unacceptable. We can not contact them and they have no email address listed. We were big fans of Marriott properties/Fairfield Inns and use them frequently while travelling. One hotel makes them all look bad.

This place is clean staff is friendly very nice rooms professional setting.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE — I booked this back in March for JUNE — I had to cancel in April, when I booked it, it was CLEARLY stated that I could cancel at no charge until June 25 — 1 day before my arrival, I would receive my prepayment back because I was a marriott rewards member. Now I canceled 2 months before! I did not recieve my money back and was spoken to very rudely by the woman at Marriott rewards and the general manager of the hotel. Clearly they don't know their own rate details and rules. They try to tell me I only had 24 hours after booking to cancel for free — WRONG! I did not book the prepayment in full method-i signed up for their rewards program so that I could receive my money back if the need to cancel arose. So if you like actually getting your money back when your suppose to, and being treated like you know what your talking about when it is staring you in the face do NOT book here — Horrible!

Very nice new and clean hotel, within walking distance of the main attractions.

The location was close to the falls but it was in a depressing town. The room was nice as well as the service.

Never again… cancelling all future reservations to all locations… 1st on the list will be all our tournaments… going to holiday inn.

The room was clean, and the gym equipment was in good repair. The staff weren't unfriendly, and the breakfast was ok.

Large King bed, with fluffy, clean smelling sheets! The frameless shower door was hung poorly, but that didn't really effect our stay. Would stay again! Also it's very close to the Falls, only a quick walk it was very nice :)

It was nice, about a 10 minute walk from the falls. Its within short driving distance of quite a few restaurants as well as being very close to the casino (if you're into that kind of thing). The king bed suite we stayed in on the 5th floor had a comfortable bed and fresh clean sheets. I would stay there again.

We stay almost exclusively at Fairfield Inn & Suites when travelling. The Niagara Falls location is one of the nicest we've seen. The room was clean and spacious. The lobby and downstairs area are well decorated and the staff was friendly. Rooms have all been updated to use Rf-id cards and the whole experience was top notch as expected. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit into town.
