My 2 daughters stayed here over the weekend and both came home covered in bed bug bites. Their bed was infested. Front desk thought it was a good idea to make a joke about my daughter being covered in bites. Management thought it was the right thing to do to only refund 1 nights stay. Disgusting hotel.

Main entrance first clue to bad dirty hotel. Dirty windows, entrance driveway had dirt encrusted drink spills. Hallways cart wheel marks dirty sticky from parking lot. Baseboards dirty, scuffed and in poor repair. Hallway rug by parking lot entrance had not been vacuumed in months. Based upon the volume of dog hair, detritus, and dirt. Hallway outside room 220 had fresh spillage and trash. Inside 220. No carpet vinyl laminate floor that was so dirty after showering the bottom of my feet were black. Shower had mold over 50% of the tile grout. Shower and tub was stained and chipped. Sink and toilet were clean. The door was covered in dirt both sides at the baseboard and around the handles. The other upsides besides clean toilet and sink was clean bed linens and no bed bugs. Not sure if they are short of help or has lazy management. I complained got a auto email response. I called left message. ZERO response. My guess is bad management.

The sheets were stained, the pool was peeling and full of nasty dirt. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The fan left in the hallway from a flood was a trip hazard. The ice machine was broke. There was an exposed wire in the table in front of the mirror where you could plug in your phone or other things. Fire hazard. The TV only had about 5 channels that worked. We talked to management several times and got nowhere. It seemed some shady people were running the place and they said they knew about everything that was wrong but yet gave us that room anyway. We never heard back from them either.

The Wingate Hotel is an excellent place I recommend it very neat good service.

When we arrived at the property there was nobody at the front desk to greet us. When they finally showed up they were very unprofessional and unkept. They were also eating a sandwich at the front desk. We were then charged more than the booking. Com price in US. When we got to our room the front entryway was sticky and dirty (like a drink had been spilled and not wiped up. The bathroom had half a roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls to replenish it in the bathroom. The fridge had an open chocolate milk and wrapped up food from the previous guests. When we advised the manager (Priscilla) of this she said she would address. We went out for the afternoon and the food was still there when we returned. The room also didn’t have a remote control for the TV and we had to go down to the front desk and ask for one. The staff was eating a frozen dinner at the front desk when we got down there. Hallways and elevator were dirty (water bottle caps on the floor and other garbage). No hand sanitizer in any of the dispensers throughout the hotel. All in all not a pleasant stay and I would NOT recommend. Do yourself a favour and book a room at the Doubletree or Seneca.

Do not confuse with Wyndham gardens. Should have stayed at motel 6. This place is horrible.

I found the attention very good, the rooms spacious, clean and cozy.

We called 2 weeks in advance to make sure we had conjoining rooms with our friends that we were going with and they assured us that we did. We get there and nope no longer available they said that they can’t guarantee that. So they’ll give us rooms across from each other. They weren’t across from each other either they were at opposite sides of the hall. In our room we could not shut the bathroom door all the way without it locking and us having to force it back open. The toilet didn’t flush and we had to get maintenance up to our room to plunge it. The meeting room that is supposed to be be an amenity is apparently not an amenity because we tried to sit in there to play cards and were told that was for hotel staff only. The pool had no towels… we called down to get towels brought, there were 8 of us and they brought 4 sand paper towels. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, and snotty! The only one that was nice was the one on Saturday morning when I complained about the toilet I didn’t get her name but her hospitality was appreciated. I will NEVER again!

I got 2 rooms. Both have filthy toilettes and you know what I mean. Request to be reassigned to other rooms. When reassigned, one of the rooms had a dirty coffee area, where the coffee maker is. There were bread crumbs. With all the things going on with Covid, this is a dangerous place to stay. I DO NOT recommend to stay on this hotel. Very well located, but not healthy.

I don’t want to not recommend this hotel but I need to put this out here. The beds are the worst beds I have ever slept in in my entire life. We were thinking of sleeping on the floor because of how much we tossed a turned, But that wasn’t the only problem. If you have an infant you are better off bringing your own baby bed or have them sleep on the bed with you because the crib looks like a cage. The last problem was the breakfast. The breakfast was disgusting. Not only wasn’t there not many options but the sausage was Gooey on the inside. The staff was amazing and the rooms are nice and clean. We didn’t have any other problems during our stay.

Spectacular location and very good cleanliness and good service.

Good value for a hotel located in the heart of Niagara Falls. Walkable to the Falls, restaurants, shopping, etc. Had pool, fitness center. Breakfast was grab and go due to Covid (Bananas, fruit cups and muffins). Hard flooring throughout hotel hallways and rooms. Seemed kind of slippery like maybe just waxed? Because of value and location, would stay again.

Courteous staff, good rooms but a little more cleaner would be better. The pandemic created some problem for all. No housekeeping service in the room for entire stay, but bigger challenge was no in-dining breakfast. The breakfast provide as grab and go was of no use for us.

The facility is clean, well organized, front desk workers are very nice accommodating especially ShaSha if I remember her name. The lady that distributed breakfast bag is super nice as well. Prompt response and delivery of our room request.

First time visiting this hotel and it is very nice, me and my boyfriend came here for our 3 year anniversary and Nina at the front desk is very friendly and she even gave us some restaurants in the area we could go to. The room is very spacious and clean. Definitely a place to stay at.

Guest getting high in the parking lot at 8 am, chicken nuggets and trash all over the parking lot. Maskless staff in lobby, absolutely filthy bathroom, pool is cloudy, oily and filled with hair. Huge clumps. Excrement in pool area. Absolutely disgusting. The only people who should visit this location are health department officials.

Nina texted me after check in to make sure we were comfortable! so nice, clean, and quiet! highly recommend! perfect location to everything!

A more than amazing hotel, the rooms are large and clean, the staff are smiling, because we traveled from Chicago at night, they were received two hours before the date of entry, all the entertainment venues and waterfalls are very close and only by walking,

This place is amazing! I had my daughters 13th birthday there and the hotel is very family oriented — clean, updated decor, and nice gathering space by the bar area to hang out. The pool was nice and clean too. Breakfast was great (back in March before covid) too! Quiet hotel but kids had so much fun.

Misinformed desk attendants unaware that we had two rooms booked. No advisement of additional hold on card until check out. Advised first that the hold is one nights stay while another person advised it was 10% but the figures still didn’t add up. Individuals were sneaking outside persons into the pool area. Advised front desk twice before it was addressed due to capacity being exceeded and rowdiness. Dirty bathroom, sink won’t drain, rusty towel rack and weird white marks on the walls. Broken bed at 1030pm top topped off the visit. Over all I would not recommend or stay here or with Wyndham again.

Nice room very quiet, very clean, nice shower! Everything is close, I read reviews before staying here and I have to say the sheer curtains make hard to sleep after it turns light out, Overall nice place!

So far so good wish more things were open to do but the pool will do it’s nice and clean.

This hotel offered our family an amazing experience! We checked in and went up to our room. We noticed it was a little on the warm side, so I attempted to turn on the AC to no avail. By this time, the front desk had already text me to make sure everything was to our liking. I mentioned that the AC may be on the fritz and they sent a repair man up ASAP during the time that we stepped out. A little while later once we returned to the room, the front desk called the room phone and said that the AC was indeed in need of repair and they would need to get the part the next day. They asked if we would like our room changed, I thought about it and declined since we would only need to stick it out for one of our two nights. Because I was accommodating to their needs, Nina at the front desk allowed us to help ourselves to anything we wanted in the convenience store in the lobby. Our AC was fixed very soon the next morning and was super cold. I will always stay here!

When another hotel screwed us over, Wingate was so accommodating. The staff went above and beyond getting us a suite our whole family could stay together in at an affordable rate.

Just checked to hotel made reservations on booking. Com for one price after checking into hotel room they up charged me by $100 plus dollars to my bank. When asked about the charge they said it is for parking and 10% room fee. When clearly booking the room the website says all chargers are included. So no I will not ever recommend them to any one.

Great location to the falls within walking distance, friendly staff (except the concierge she was evil and not helpful at all), huge shout out to john at the front desk for going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

Love this place its close to the falls and the casino. Walking distance. To both and the hard rock cafe.

Great Room, Great Location (walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park), and Great Staff. Hotel is very clean, breakfast in the morning is very good, and the rates are very fair. My son and I have stayed here two years in a row while visiting Niagara Falls. I recommend this hotel!

It was a beautiful hotel, very clean and it was great that we were in walking distance of the falls. I was extremely upset though that I specifically said when I checked in that I wanted to pay with a different card (so my bank wouldn’t freeze my card due to being out of state and a large purchase) I was told that I can do that when I check out, the next day my account was froze because they charged my room PLUS even more! I went down and spoke with the SAME person that checked me in and she then says (when I reminded her what I said at check in) that “They charged our room plus another 10% about 2 am last night and that it would go back on our account when we checked out if I then wanted to use a different card) why in tf would I pay AGAIN with the original card I wanted to use? So I have absolutely zero money to my name to make it back home to Ohio?! She basically responded with sorry about your luck and that it’s policy. I informed her that being told that my card would get charged and also get charged about $100 more than I was suppose to would be a nice thing to know UPFRONT especially when saying I was using a different card to pay for the room! The customer service could definitely use some work! We will stay at a different hotel next time! Plus they charge you to park at their hotel that your paying to stay at!

Dryer was not working and it took 3 requests for them to deliver it. There was no room service when we came back. Beds were not made. Room was dirty. Management was informed but they had deaf ear.

Place has been great except I only got decaf coffee in my room.

John and Sarah made my husband and I feel welcome as soon as I entered the lobby. Their welcoming personalitys took the travel stress off my shoulders and made me feel at ease. They were extremely helpful and patient. They answered all of my questions in depth and gave me great insight on the hotel and the sights around. Even took the time out to mark a map for us on all the places we discussed. Even after getting settled they did not seem bothered by me coming down and asking more questions. Overall the hotel is wonderful and very clean but the customer service that John and Sarah provided was phenomenal and top of the line. Thank you both for everything!

Nice room great price. Friendly staff and nice large quiet room. Close to the Falls and all the sights.

I am still here tonight and will only be checking out tomorrow and I am already utterly disappointed. My Guess denim backpack was taken from my room. We checked in and left the room for dinner and I left the backpack as it was just for a short while. Came back and realized that the housekeeping did turndown service and my backpack wasn’t there where I left it! Lodge a report and the front desk said they’ll be looking into the security camera. I hope they can find it. But I am truly traumatized! Something of yours taken from your room, truly a scary thing to have happened to anyone.

The property and room were nice, fridge worked and had a microwave, iron and board, hair dryer. We stayed for 2 nights. My main complaint was room service stealing one of the two beers from our fridge we were looking forward to enjoying that night. They also did not not vacuum or clean our room. They made the beds and emptied the trash but that was all they did. Breakfast was decent and included scrambled eggs, pancakes and sausage, yogurt, juice, mini bagels and toast.

What a fantastic place! Great staff and in the middle of everything you need. I'm used to paying more for less so it's a treat having more for less. Definitely be back. Thanks.

Stayed here with my family this week. I felt that it was dirty and run down looking. It also smelled like mildew in our room, probably because of the visible mildew on the bathroom tile grout. Not to mention, I had to peel off a previous tenant's nicotine patch off the inside of the bathroom door. Yuck! The breakfast had a poor selection and even worse insufficient seating for its guests. The food didn't taste very good. We were there for 3 breakfasts and after the first one, my child never ate another one there. The pool flooring was so slippery when wet, that two of my family members slipped multiple times on it just trying to get over to the chairs. There are two elevators and only one functions. We ended up using the stairs, because the only functioning elevator runs extremely slowly and the wait is ridiculously long for it to get to your floor. Needless to say, I will never stay in this hotel's chain again.

Disgusting. Do not come here. We had our room changed twice due to the absolute filthy rooms. We were charged for three nights when in reality, we stayed one night. We are leaving early. Finding a hotel elsewhere… theres a bug in my bed. Black hair all over the floor (my aunt and I are both blonde). Splatters of something on the wall in the bathroom. A dirty rag behind the nightstand… the room was "cleaned" apparently and it was still there. The hallway carpets are gross. Stains and crumbs. Only one working elevator. The pool is dangerously disgusting. Other peoples comments are saying their kids ended up with a rare eye conjuctivitis and ear infections. The staff is extremely rude as we are trying to check out. Nice location. Short walk to main attractions,. Don't have to worry about parking. Staffs are nice, breakfast was very good. Pancakes, bagels, fruits, hams, scramble eggs, apple and orange juice, while milk, fat free milk, coffee, tea. The pool is kind of small, not for lap swim but good enough for family play. The water is not heated (at least when I was there)! The room itself is roomy and fairly clean.

Good location but closet handle came off when touched and ice bucket came apart when we picked it up. Worst part was the two elevators being out of service for 24 hours. Our 4th floor room limited husbands ability to leave room one night. The one elevator was out or order the entire time with no apparent maintenance in progress. Breakfast was fine, but seating was inadequate due to multifunction space, many people ate with plates on laps while seated on couches and chairs. Best parts was courteous staff, our two bedroom suite, cleanliness and convenience. Twisted Olives restaurant was great for our family… salad, pizza and wings. We happened to be there on 25-cent wing night and during happy hour. Great margaritas.

The Staff was well informed and very helpful with area knowledge. Rooms were nice, however the mattresses and pillows need to be upgraded. I prefer the type the double tree chooses to provide.

Dirtiest place I’ve ever been.
Our room had not been cleaned before our check in.
Floors dirty. Toilet broken. After complaining, they said they would come right away to clean. Never showed. Even after complaining again in morning. They still did nothing to rectify their incompetence. I was actually afraid to eat there.
Will never visit another wingate, and strongly recommend against this place.
And the pool was filthier than the rest. You could not sit anywhere that there wasn’t huge globs of hair. And bandaids and earplugs scattered about.

Good hotel, clean and well done bathrooms, very crowded breakfast but the servers were doing an amazing job. Speedy check in and out. Slightly pricey! Would come here again. Family friendly environment.

Very clean. Nice staff. Walking distance to falls. Came to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary, and had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again.

The experience at Wingate was really good. Located really close to the falls, just a 10 minute walk. I was looking for a hotel with clean bed, good customer reviews, free parking and free breakfast. It meet all my needs. The only complaint was the phone did not work. No big deal for me.

Maybe an isolated incident but the place was dirty. Floors and walls. Room needed to be cleaned instead of glossed over. Don't let the hotel website pictures fool you. This contemporary updated look has been replaced by folding tables in the breakfast area. Breakfast was bland and they struggled to keep it stocked and tidy. Coffee was practically see through. I guess I was expecting a better experience. If the price is right go for it but might have better luck staying some place else. Maybe pay a little more.

Front desk was very nice, we mentioned that we had two elderly ladies with us and then accommodated us with a bigger room than we expected and had a handicap bathroom which was amazing for my grandmother and my great aunt. I enjoyed everything but breakfast. It was extremely small and barely any space to sit down if you come around 8am. However, it’s a 3 star hotel so it’s to be expected to not perfect. Overall, it was a solid 8/10!

Really dirty. I don't know if this happened recently, but the mirror is dirty, the carpet is dirty, and even the walls are dirty. (etc. ) I have never been in a Wyndham hotel this dirty. There is hair under the mirror. I do not recommend this hotel. And it is $300. I would expect this hotel to be nice, clean, and well built. Also it has rocks inside the hotel. Again I do not recommend this hotel.

My family and I just recently stayed here. (4/22/18-4/23/18) It was a very nice, clean hotel. The staff working the front desk were so friendly. They offered some great conversation, as well as, suggestions for places to see and activities to do. We would definitely stay again.

I stayed last night with my grandchildren I arrived early and checked in I couldn, t help but notice that floors, rugs in halls and entrances to room were dirty right away The elevator has crude in corners dirty handprints, the channels of the elevator door was filthy … Apon arrival at the room I saw right away that the door handle on my room and most others have never been cleaned I realize stainless steel fingerprints but these are gross The room was nice but not very clean The new furniture and style gives the appearance that it is clean … The areas under bedshirt were loaded with crumbs There were hand prints on bathroom door The drapes had waterstains on them I decided to stay as my boys wanted to go swimming Apon arrival at the pool the glass doors were a mess,,, the pool is nice and area was warm The pool deck is extremely slippery people were slipping … just made for a stressed time having to be so concerned about walking There were no towels … The bathroom at the pool is a cestpool … no one looks after it… Later that evening the toilet in my room was plugged The man came right away and fixed it but he put the snake down on floor in bathroom and just wiped with dry cloth gross.

Although the staff was courteous and the room was nicely laid out, my friend and I ended up staying in room 231, which is one of several rooms which is directly above the bar which is leased out by the hotel and is a separate entity from the actual hotel… you can see where this is going. Well the music was unbelievably loud and persisted until 2-230am from 11pm! We spoke with management and they stated that there were no other rooms available and that they would go and "speak" to the bar and ask that they turn the music down, this really didn't work despite a slight to mild decrease in volume which returned almost to nearly the same level within 40 min. Also, there was no actual curtain in the room, only the thing white vernier pre-curtain; and so all of the street lights were flooding our room with light all night. Moreover, the washroom didn't have a diffuser either… so you can see where I am going with that one as well. The morning came and as we were departing we stoped to speak with the front desk staff who informed us that the manager has given us a 20 dollar refund due to the inconveniences we experienced; clearly this made us even more upset and we asked to speak to the manager. After several minutes the manager met with us and tried to hard ball us saying: this, that and the other, as a way of trying to get out of giving us a full refund. Clearly this made us even more upset and we insisted that he make things right and give us a full refund.

Perfectly situated at the entrance to the park. A short walk to the falls. Amazing vendors outside the hotel to eat at. No worries about parking because you can walk to most attractions from there. I will be back. Worth the money for sure!

Nice room, breakfast was okay.

Very nice hotel! The hotel is new and nice. Good staff. When I told them my room did not get fixed, just in seconds the staff came. Breakfast is warm and good. Nice lobby, reminds me of an airport lounge. Clean rooms, nice bathroom and many machines are available.

We planned a girls weekend away! Arrived early and were granted early check in with a smile! The 2 young ladies at the front desk were FANTASTIC! We asked about local places to eat and they were happy to give us a list of best kept secrets! We proceeded to our room which was very spacious & SPOTLESS! VERY VERY CLEAN! Pleasant surprise! The next morning were had breakfast which was hot and fresh with a nice variety! We will certainly stay here again.

Great place. Close to all the nearby attractions. We spend a whole weekend and was awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. They have a nice bar/restaurant with outside seating. We definitely will come back.

The hotel was very new and clean. Bed was okay. The doors didn't always easily recognize the key cards. Was a nice short walk to the falls. Service was pretty good. Breakfast was impressive for being included.

During our visit to Niagara Falls NY we stayed at this hotel. Our room was spacious & clean. Bed very comfortable. Location within 10 minute walking distance to NF attractions. My only complaint was breakfast. There was an older man in the food court refilling cereal & yogurt and eating handful of cereal at the same time. His pants were so covered with drops of white paint or plaster. Did not know if he was a guest or painter or construction worker. After inquiring if there was any more eggs or oatmeal? I was told they were all out of breakfast food and Dennys was 2 miles away. To my surprise I found out he was in charge of breakfast! For a 5 star hotel this a disgrace.

Great location. Walking distance to all Niagara attractions. Front desk personnel was awesome. Jessica, Jenn & John thanks for making our stay a memorable one. Would have gotten a 5 but the breakfast was a bit crowded and they ran out of some items. Not the fault of the staff though, they worked extremely hard to keep up with the demand.

Short staffed at the front counter, but friendly and helpful staff. Offered a snack shop and sit down restaurant. Room was clean and well maintained. Great location. One of the best hotels in the area for a great price. Within walking distance to Niagara Falls attractions.

Great hotel. Stayed in a 2 queen room with my wife. Hotel was very modern looking and was very clean. Staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. I would avoid the restaurant that is connected to the hotel.

The hotel was a good experience overall, with comfortable room, a fully functional kitchenette area, and shower area, and plush beds with plenty of pillows and blankets to spare. The complimentary breakfast and coffee was a great add on and perfect for getting up whenever and being able to eat at your own leisure. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The room and bathroom was very clean and well maintained. Room Service and service at the main desk was friendly. Bed was kind of hard but somewhat comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable for being free for customers of the hotel. Also had a good amount of variety of food to select which would just be basic breakfast foods for example eggs toast and sasuage with orange juice. Overall it was a great stay.

For the amount of money I paid I expected better service (~$200 for a small room). Alpha type of people at front desk and hotel restaurant. Just remind them they are not making you favors. You are paying money to stay and service. Do not let them dictate what they want and call it nonsense stuff as hotel policy.

Housekeeping has been awesome. Love our room location, concierge, front desk help are great. Bathroom is great size, love the room pocket door for privacy from other room. Within walking distance for everything.

Great location for Niagara Falls, close enough to walk to the visitors center and restaurants, as well as other things of interest for tourists. Had free parking for guests which was also a plus. A decent sized pool, though we didn't use it while we were there. The rooms were modern, well designed and a great stay. The only thing our group didn't like was the breakfast which we felt could have been served warmer, but was otherwise a standard continental breakfast (eggs, pancakes, cereal, etc).

Stayed for a few nights while visiting the falls. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful (namely Jessica). Lobby and visiting area well laid out. The breakfast is just OK. Decent selection and quality alright, eggs, sausage, pancakes etc. My personal knock on it was the plastic wear was very flimsy and cheap, Coffee cups need to be bigger and upgrade the seating from fold-able card tables. This hotel is to modern and beautiful to have to contend w/ that. The value for your money in the area is very competitive. I WOULD stay there again.

Really do not recommend to stay in this hotel. Next to it there is a huge casino and air-conditioning system of the casino facing the hotel. And although the distance to this complex is quite large, it turns out very noisy. Low unpleasant buzz really interferes with sleep. If you come across a room that overlooks the side of the casino, actually shaking the Windows. We are on the second night changed the room on the other side, but there was better but still very bad.

This was our second time staying at the hotel. It's well maintained. Best part is that it is walkable distance from to the falls, so we walk to the falls for the night view as well as in the morning view easily…

I docked it since then because I found out that the door to our room does not lock when we leave for the day. Luckily the people around us seem like decent people, but the fact that the door doesn't lock is ridiculous.

The location of the hotel was within walking distance to Niagara State Park and Seneca Casino (several blocks). The hotel room (229) was clean, had 2 full beds, and a spacious bathroom. Each bed had 3 small (square) pillows. The amenities included a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, and free Wi-Fi. Noisy minor guests in the room above could be heard running at night. Food from the Twisted Olive downstairs ($21 for a burger and French fries) was overpriced and loaded with salt.

Staff was very nice and very helpful. They had a good attitude. Rooms were very clean and modern. Very nice parking lot with cameras for safety.

This is Mr. & Mrs. Smith in room 240 ready to check out. The room was clean, & very spacious. The water pressure is in need of serious work. I can barely rinse myself in the shower, let alone my wife rinsing her hair. No action or care was taken to address the issue. And for two nights we had to call the front desk to quite the kids running & jumping above us. They knew this was an issue but tend to brush it off. They would give warnings that would last 10min. Then the noise would continue. Very disappointed with the hotel. Will never return. $300. Joke!

Very good hotel for its star class and price. Facilities are in good and clean condition. It's a 5 min walk from Seneca casino and a few minutes drive from the border. The complimentary breakfast is a full hot breakfast. The lock on my bathroom door didn't work and we had three guests staying in my room, I wish they staged the room with 3 cups, soaps etc. Based on the guest ledger. Not a big deal but that would have stood out in my mind as exceptional service. Overall great hotel and value. I'd stay here again.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. Bed was amazing. Staff was friendly but when we asked for restaurant recommendations, they offered two and neither is even open during this season so we were out on foot searching for food. They should be well aware of what is closed for 2 — 4 months out of the year. Otherwise, zero complaints. Would def stay there again.

Great place to stay… Especially for Black Friday shopping! Staff and accommodations were great and convenient location for shoppers!

Nice rooms. Granite, marble etc. Showers spacious. Sheets are nice. Soft pillows. Fresh pancakes, eggs, bagels toast cereal. Jams jellies. Orange juice, apple juice water and cranberry juice. Wall mounted tv. 24.7 mini shop downstairs. Great time.

Very nice hotel! The hotel is new and nice. Good staff. When I told them my room did not get foxed, just in seconds the staff came. Breakfast is warm and good. Nice lobby, reminds me of an airport lounge. Clean rooms, nice bathroom and many machines are available.

My experience was a complete disaster. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00. We went to check-in at 4:30 and have a break from the falls to cool down and enjoy the luxury of having spent a little extra to have a place to relax. It seemed they have given our room away. We had to wait over forty minutes to get access to our room. Having only the time to stay at the falls for one night, we had no intention of wasting forty minutes of our time in the lobby. When we finally got keys, we went to the room they had scraped up for us. It was a handicapped room. This in normal circumstances would make me applaud any company, but they room was a major inconvenience for us. The shower head was not usable unless you sat on the bench in the shower. Otherwise you filled the bathroom floor with water (enough to reach outside of the bathroom door). On top of that, the room was adjoining. There was a baby next door, and we could clearly hear every word, every cry, and everything those people did. We told them were were unhappy with the room, and they told us they were out of rooms. After three weeks of trying to get ahold of the general manager, he said he would give us a discounted rate but it would take a week or so. At this point it has been almost four weeks, and I have received nothing. There are plenty of places to stay around Niagara Falls — don't stay here.
