Lady at the front desk was very helpful very polite and went above and beyond for us at our state to make us feel welcomed.

Every time I am in the area my favorite place to stay is the Marriott!
Especially this one; it has a really warm atmosphere.

Hotel was in a great location to the Falls and the Canada border. Our Suite was beautiful. Staff was friendly.

We sat on the patio to enjoy the weather & the band. We all live in the area & wanted to check the place out. We had the pizza/wing special, which was good. The only negative was that there is no waite staff. The young male & female behind the bar were very nice & helpful.

We stayed at the Courtyard and I can’t say enough about their hospitality. Melissa, general manager, was amazing. She was so thoughtful. Went thru the entire map of Niagara Falls with my husband and I. She worked so late and was back early the next morning with a smile on her face. Her attitude and overall customer service was amazing.

From check in to check out this hotel and staff were wonderful. We checked in and the young man who checked us in I believe his name was "billy" was amazing. He remembered it was our anniversary and upgraded our room and waved our parking fee. Neither of which I expected or asked for. He also gave us both walking and driving directions to our attractions and even suggested places for dinner. We saw him every evening and every evening of our three day stay he was the same upbeat and ready to help person. It was refreshing. The ROOM, words alone cannot express how great the room was. I prebooked a suite but we were upgraded to a suite with a balcony. It was chilly but the balcony was a nice place to relax. There was a large shower and separate jetted tub. We had a king bed with a microwave and mini fridge in the bedroom. A living room with a pull out sofa, a few chairs with an ottoman and a counter with another mini fridge and sink. It was spacious yet cozy. location… yes, this hotel is about a 25 min walk to the falls and in a bit of an industrial area however literally steps from the hotel is the "shoreline trail" and if you follow it, its a beautiful scenic walk to the falls. Safe, lit at night. We didnt mind it at all and parked our car and never moved it until we left. The walk added to the experience. overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This was actually my second choice when my first choice was full, now im embarrassed that it wasnt my first.

Hotel and room was great — clean and big … the “bistro” needs more options and people that know what their doing… $3 for a $1 bag of m&m’s is a rip-off. My view over looked a run down abandoned building (which by the way this entire area looks run down and abandoned), scary areas too … Hotel was nice location — scary. This state needs to do something this is embarrassing (so much potential to make this area awesome) … I honestly feel bad for the residents … if we ever have to come back we’d stay here again.

Overall the stay was good but the staff out front in particular in the dining area were in a little bit of disarray. The music was way too loud in the commons area especially early in the morning.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times know. Love the art deco lobby. Great pool area and the gym was cool to. The staff was hospitable and the rooms were modern and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel as I will return again.

Very warm, inviting, comfortable quiet yet, lively stay. The staff are extremely friendly and goes above and beyond, to accommodate their guests needs and attention. "A hidden in plain sight hideaway, " at best… Definitely recommendable!

This is an amazing beautiful hotel. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend staying there or going to have a few cocktails the outdoor court yard is breath taking in the warmer months!
