Review of Park House Bed & Breakfast 3*

Hello from Phoenix, AZ! So excited to write this review! Pam and David are both amazing individuals! Spent a week in NY for my birthday. Stayed most of the time in Manhattan but decided to go upstate to play in the snow. I’ve never stayed in a B&B before so I said why not. It was affordable too! We got in Binghamton late at night but Pam and David waited for us. They even stayed up late and left the lights on. Had a tour inside the house before they showed us to our bedroom (the bed was really comfy). Woke up the next day and breakfast was ready. And OMG, it was so delicious (my mouth is watering just thinking about it). Everything was fresh and homemade! I’m vegetarian so Pam made spinach frittata, baked potatoes, toast, pancake, apple pie, hot tea, non-dairy milk, orange juice, and I can’t remember the rest (all these for 2 people). It snowed all night that night and the entire neighborhood was a winter wonderland and it was just beautiful (little stuff we don’t get to see in Phoenix). We played outside for like 3 hours. We were ready to leave and go back to Manhattan at 11am, I requested an uber, and unfortunately, two drivers had to cancel my request. Snow was not plowed and those two uber drivers didn’t want to take the risk to drive down to the house. We had some luggage so we couldn’t walk in the snow with them either. David was so thoughtful and he offered to drive us to the bus terminal (10 minutes away from their house). I was extremely grateful! I couldn’t thank him and Pam enough for their kindness. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will most likely stay here again.
