Great couple beautiful home wonderful food very comfortable stay.

Exceptionally clean and very good homemade breakfast. The neighborhood is not the best, but the house itself is quiet and comfortable.

Extremely clean, friendly hosts, and very good breakfast.

Room was quaint and clean. Shared bathrooms were kept well stocked with linens. Hosts were very friendly and made accommodation for special food requests. I would stay.

Nice staff, good clean looking place.

It was a nice place, the rooms were pretty and could fit 3 to 4 people on the bed.

Hello from Phoenix, AZ! So excited to write this review! Pam and David are both amazing individuals! Spent a week in NY for my birthday. Stayed most of the time in Manhattan but decided to go upstate to play in the snow. I’ve never stayed in a B&B before so I said why not. It was affordable too! We got in Binghamton late at night but Pam and David waited for us. They even stayed up late and left the lights on. Had a tour inside the house before they showed us to our bedroom (the bed was really comfy). Woke up the next day and breakfast was ready. And OMG, it was so delicious (my mouth is watering just thinking about it). Everything was fresh and homemade! I’m vegetarian so Pam made spinach frittata, baked potatoes, toast, pancake, apple pie, hot tea, non-dairy milk, orange juice, and I can’t remember the rest (all these for 2 people). It snowed all night that night and the entire neighborhood was a winter wonderland and it was just beautiful (little stuff we don’t get to see in Phoenix). We played outside for like 3 hours. We were ready to leave and go back to Manhattan at 11am, I requested an uber, and unfortunately, two drivers had to cancel my request. Snow was not plowed and those two uber drivers didn’t want to take the risk to drive down to the house. We had some luggage so we couldn’t walk in the snow with them either. David was so thoughtful and he offered to drive us to the bus terminal (10 minutes away from their house). I was extremely grateful!

Rented it as an airBnB, great place, for 11 comfortably!

The Park House was very clean and welcoming. The bedrooms were beautiful and the entire house was very comfortable. I was there for a bachelorette party so we had the place to ourselves which was very cool. The location is convenient to downtown Binghamton, a very short drive and the neighborhood is pretty nice as well.

I been in the place before David bought it. It's a beautiful place, elegant and vintage as it would be. My friend lives near by block. We grew up a few house away. David does nice presentment, clean yard beautiful inside. But I I've heard guest being loud and drunk at 1am, woke us up. So please if you are a guest be respectful. There is working and real people around you. This is a family friendly area. Never did quiet understand why a B&B in a neighborhood full of people. Beautiful none the less.

As you reach the door the mat sez "Home " and that is what it feels like, Home. If you are looking for a quiet, comfy, place for a nite or more then this is the place for you. The beakfast was delishious and conversation inviting after a restful night sleep in a cozy bed. We would definitely stay there again.

We rented the whole house and had a great stay. We stayed for two nights and I thought the price was fair for the number of people we had.

This B&B was an excellent choice. We called the afternoon of our stay to book and they were more than happy to accommodate us. The room was comfortable and the proprietors were able to direct us to a great local restaurant for dinner. We relaxed after our return downstairs on a comfortable couch in a room that featured an electric fireplace. We had already let our hosts know when we wished to be on our way in the morning, and a wonderful and varied breakfast was waiting for us at the time specified. We will definitely be keeping this locating in mind for future traveling in upstate NY.

Lovely home. The Madison room worked well for us with two queen-sized beds. Very, very good beds! I haven't slept that well in a long time. Breakfast was excellent! Owners are friendly.

When we first arrived Pamela was there to greet us with a smile. Check In was fast and efficient. The Tioga Room we stayed in was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable… my husband and I both slept well. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast was delicious. The owners were very nice and welcoming. We are definitely going to be returning in the future to explore Binghamton and the surrounding area.

We had the wonderful treat of staying here. You walk into a peaceful environment and are greeted with a warm smile. The home is immaculate and beautifully furnished. The rooms are wonderful. I slept better here than I do at home. The gourmet breakfasts were unique every day and always savory and fresh. Staying here will be a wonderful experience, I never forget! I hope you can have this experience too!

Everything was absolutely perfect. My wife and I showed up on the coldest night of the year to date, and were greeted with a tray of delicious hot chocolate in fine china. We had some time to socialize with Pamela and David and they are some of the nicest, down to earth people one could encounter. Despite us being only one of two rooms occupied on this night, no holds were barred with breakfast. Homemade scones, ham/egg/cheese cups and potatoes — oh and of course the crepes that my wife couldn't stop talking about. Thank you, Park House, we will be back.
