This hotel is in a great location. It's right off the highway and is in walking distance of Wegmans grocery store/Cafe, the Oakdale mall, and many other conveniences. The staff was friendly, helpful, and fantastic. The Continental breakfast was excellent; great selection in a small space. On our stay, there were Belgian waffles, French toast sticks, Western omlettes, sausage, muffins, bagels etc. There's a coffee bar that was available from early to late. Our room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again.

Neat and clean. Filling breakfast. Key in the app means you do can check in from your phone and head straight to your room. No need to stop at the front desk to check in and pick up your key card. Your phone acts as the key.

Don't stay there! My husband Steve stayed in room 306 last week from August 6th to August 10th. He works for Herr Foods and was working in the area. When he called me the first night that he was there, he told me that he was itchy on different parts of his body. Just trying to rule things out, I told him that it could be the soap drying his skin or what ever they use as far as laundry detergent. Well, the itching got worse as the days went on. By the time he returned home, he was itching all over. He talked to an on line doctor, and he said that it was scabies. So, he ordered a special cream to apply to his body. He certainly did not have a problem like that before he stepped into that room. The itching is still a problem, so he has been taking hot salt water baths with Tee Tree Oil. I am going crazy just doing laundry constantly, so that we are not reinfecting clothing and sheets. Also, he is sleeping in a different bedroom, so I do not get infected. My husband spoke with the Manager (Katie) on Monday to explain the situation. He will be working in the area again soon, but is NOT staying in this Hotel again. That is really bad! We never had this problem in any other Hotel before. Katie said that there were no other complaints. Even if you have had people come down with this, they probably would not even figure it out like we did. Those mites are microscopic! I was in the medical field and I know all about things like this!

This was such a wonderful experience! Home away from home! The staff made our stay the best ever! Breakfast was top notch and the travel bags of snacks were such a great and useful gift! Rooms were very clean and fresh!

The hotel and room smelled like mildew. The fitness room has very little to offer and the treadmill was broken. But the staff were attentive and pleasant.

Very nice hotel with phenomenal staff. The breakfast wasn't quite as good as another Hampton. But the staff was amazing.

Hidden location behind the Wegmans supermarket. The room looks very nice at first impression but then I noticed there was no closet, not even a hook on which one could hang a coat during the winter, and Johnson City does get winter. If this is the style the Hampton Inn brand is moving to then I'll not be staying in Hampton Inn in future. It turns out the closet is behind the full length mirror, but no one mentioned that to me at the time and when I tried to move the mirror I couldn't get it to budge.

Comfortable, clean, good service, good value.

Clean bedroom, quiet at night. It was nice! Just be sure you catch the driveway on the right at the end of the cul-de-sac, and don't hop the curb into rentacube like I did!

Nice rooms great staff … the only thing I would change would be putting Keurig coffee makers in the rooms … like Holiday Inn express.

Location is quant. Room was great, had everything. We had a non smoking room. The restaurant right outside was fantastic.

Good overall, meets or exceeds modern minimum hotel standards. Location behind Wegmans and storage locker facility not ideal, but quiet.

Great accessible rooms! The swimming pool is nice; it has a powered lift which helps persons with disabilities get access to the pool. The staff was courteous and very helpful! The breakfast was very good too.

I stayed here for one night on April 6th-7, for the Odyssey of the Mind competition at Binghamton University. I absolutely loved my stay. The hotel was clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the pool and breakfast, and the beds were very comfortable. Front desk agents Brittany and Todd were extremely friendly and helpful! Would absolutely stay again :)

I’m actually writing this as I sit in the room. Compared to every single Hampton I’ve ever stayed in this place is a dump. You would think the walls were made out of paper. You can hear everyone stomping around above us and in hallways. No fridge, no microwave, beds are ancient and I’m pretty sure there is a urine stain on the boxspring. I complained about the noise and asked to be moved upstairs but she said she has no rooms tonight. I’m supposed to stay tomorrow too and she said there are some rooms but she won’t know what’s available until tomorrow WTH. I hope to find another hotel for tomorrow.

Great room, great staff, great breakfast all the choices were kept topped up and fresh. I'm glad we went with Hampton Inn!

Good location as close as you can get to the Binghamton airport. Very comfy beds and free breakfast just as Hampton Inn normally provides.

Love this hotel. The nicest service just wish this one had a hot tub.

We stayed one night to visit family. The hotel was clean and overall well kept. Didn't use pool, but there was one and appeared to be well kept as well. Breakfast was okay, but coffee was sub par. Overall decent stay, one of the nicer places in the area to stay.

I loved it! The beds were so comfortable and the pool was nice.

I work here, so I like to think the place is pretty decent. We are aware that we're due to some renovations, and we are in the process of doing it. We staffera always try our best to satisfy our guests.

Its a nice clean hotel. Nothing close to walk to for a meal. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Ok for a good nights sleep.

Clean, and friendly. Room had a maintenance issue when we checked in but they quickly got us another upgraded room.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean, set up in a typical motel style. The continental breakfast is pretty good with a variety of options. The location is a little out of the way, next to a self storage lot. Overall a typical Hampton Inn experience, with no complaints.

This place is awful. Dated, old and dirty. Staff is not accommodating. Mattress are old and awful, they sink literally 6" down when you sit on them. No fridge or microwave like most Hamptons. This is NOT a typical Hampton and is a disgrace to the Hampton Brand. Non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. Beware for allergy sufferers. RUN AWAY from this hotel and go elsewhere. Plus the surrounding area is either the freeway or the back of Wegmans grocery store.

My stay was nice. Everything was clean, but slightly worn down. Still a good place for the price.

I travel allot for work and stay at hotels for weeks at a time so would be nice to have guest laundry. Apart from that it's fine.

Hampton Inn in name and price only. Nowhere near as nice as every other Hampton Inn I've stayed. Not as comfortable — it feels more like an EconoLodge. Furniture seemed cheap and outdated. No fridge / microwave in room which even Motel 6 has. Very disappointed. Should have gone somewhere else.

This Hampton in is a home away from home. They remember your last visit and welcome me back like family! Leticia and Denise and their staff are top notch!

We checked in late and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was dissapointing because it was small and lacked ammenities like a fridge, microwave, and sink. The worst part was how it smelled like residual cigarette smoke. Breakfast was decent for hotel standards but not very good. Yet the employees were again extremely friendly.

They provide breakfast and sometimes dinner. Really nice room and have great service. Really good service not kidding.

The Hampton Inn Binghamton/Johnson City was great! The room were clean and the A/C worked great. There was an indoor pool that my children enjoyed immensely.

The front desk was pretty helpful but they gave us a smoking room when we requested for a non smoking one, they changed our room to non smoking later on though. Its right behind wegmas so close to 24hr grocery mart. Ample parking and the hotel is not very busy.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast room was well stocked and managed. Housekeeping left much to be desired. They were missing the attention to detail that I have come to expect from the Hilton family of properties. Soiled bath linens, sheets that did not fit and long hair on tub wall for five nights and no one noticed. Also, when I arrived the ice bucket was dirty with a used liner. I cleaned and replaced with trash can liner. It remained that way for five nights.
