The rooms were clean and well stocked with plenty of outlets. The parking lot was open, with plenty of space. The breakfast was what you expect: waffles, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, toast. I only minimally interacted with the staff, but it was fast and friendly. For the price, it's about as good as it gets.

Very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Hotel is a little older but well maintained. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast options were excellent. I was very surprised to see they also offered options for people who are intolerant to gluten and/or dairy which was my case. They also offered almond milk which I have never seen in all of my hotel travels. Bravo to management!

The Best Western in Binghamton, NY is always a great experience. They took great care of me, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and breakfast was always ready even though I left very early in the mornings.

I won't stay here again. Location was good. Everything nearby. The rooms were clean. However there is no pool on site. You must go to the neighboring fitness club with restricted hours. There was no refrigerator in the room as described. The bed was very old and soft. It actually creeked when sitting on it. The front desk forgot to activate the keys. Very inconvenient. Definate updating needed. The lounge is not open. Not sure if it will ever be. The security is lacking. None of the entrance door were locked.

Excellent location. Close to a mall and restaurants. Friendly staff. Good free breakfast. Good amenities. Nice clean room. Great value for the money.

Nice room and bathroom, almost comparable to some of the chains costing $40.00 more per night. Very clean. Comfortable beds. I will be staying here again in the future.

The Best Western Hotel in Johnson City is a wonderful and ideal place to be at. The accommodation and staff is extremely superb, supportive and professional. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going upstate NY or just staying in Johnson City or surrounding areas.

A clean hotel with excellent service.

Thus best western was pretty good in spite of being under renovation. It will probably be high quality when they are done! Located near to restaurants and the highway, hard to go wrong at the end of a long day driving. One thing though, this one does not actually have an indoor pool. They have an agreement with a nearby place to use their pool. For adults, not a problem if you want some exercise. But I was hauling three small children and that makes pool use a headache after my day of road warrioring. I just told the kids no pool and through on a movie.

This Best Western is in a convenient location when I visit my old home town (Johnson City). The weather was miserable cold and snowy and I left a day early during a snow event. The rooms were nice and I slept well.

The room was so clean and organized. All of the staff were very friendly amazing accommodations and complementary breakfast! Would recommend to anyone, great place to stay for one night or a week!

Comfortable place to stay. They are going through renovations right now which is definitely needed because the decor is outdated. Overall I would not mind staying there again.

Nice hotel! We went there on our way to NYC. We liked the hotel, nice location, nearby gym (free for hotel guests), lots of fast food restaurant. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was simple, but ok.

Overall it's a very nice hotel for the price. I just stayed here over the weekend with my boyfriend, and really have no complaints. Complimentary breakfast was decent and the room was spacious and clean.

Good location. Spacious room and Bathroom. Bathroom shower a little retro. Small breakfast area with dusty window blind, maybe due the ongoing construction. Overall I suggest it.

My husband stays at the BW Plus, Johnson City for work at least 6 weeks a year. He likes the location, close to everything and to his work. Staff is more than accomodating and he is more than happy with the rooms. The beds are COMFORTABLE. He loves that! He is there now (February), sort of a slow time for BW I'd imagine and they are doing some great renovations that will make this hotel even nicer. He said it is not at all disruptive and staff works hard to assure that it isn't. Great place to stay if you are in town for a few days, college stuff, hockey, baseball or whatever!

We were in the back conference room. It was a nice size. Could hold probably 50 people. Our group was 1/2 that. Room was maintained well & had private restrooms to use.

Easy to find location, parking lot is terrible, always seems to be flooded. Bar was decent for a hotel bar. Nice to have different restaurants right there and the gym across the parking lot is amazing.

Didn't stay here but did have a meeting in one of the small conference rooms. Pleasant experience.

The room was nice enough, the breakfast was bland, but palatable. The staff, however, were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall a positive experience. If I ever have cause to stay in Johnson City or Endicott again, I'll book here.

Well located hotel. Good service and comfort of the room as well as close to many restaurants. The Ground Round was excellent. The Court Jester as a fitness facility was a big disappointment.

Very satisfied with our stay. All staff was friendly and courteous. Pool was nice but is in a different building, (part of a health club) which offers several options.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple yet good. Just what we needed. Pool is not in hotel, but rather across parking lot at a health club. Not convenient. Bar was small but sufficient Right near Dennis and other restaurants. Easy on and off ramp from highway.

Very clean, worth the price paid. Breakfast has limited selections, however, there is a restaurant in the same parking lot as the hotel. There is a grocery store in the plaza across the street for any forgotten items. The pool is not inside the hotel, it is in an entirely separate building that is part of an athletic club & the hot tubs are not always on/in working condition. All of the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Hotel was nice and the breakfast was good! Only thing I'd change is have the pool inside the hotel instead of next door at a gym! But they had a hot tub and sauna open 24hrs so that was nice! Richard at the front desk was very kind and helpful! He deserves recognition for being great at what he does!

Decent older hotel with free breakfast and access to large gym next door. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Wifi was a little intermittent, bed too stuff for my liking but it was a clean place and friendly staff.

We travel 99% of our time, this was one of the nicest places we stayed. Denise in house keeping was so super nice and made sure I had everything I needed.

Rooms were very clean and well presented, and staff were friendly and professional. Location is very proximate to the commercial area and there is plenty to do nearby. 8/10 would stay again.

It should be called Best Western Minus (sorry, I had to). I chose to stay here during my business trip because I'm a loyalty member with the chain. There was only one parking spot open near the hotel, and it was in the middle of a giant puddle. The parking lot is shared with another hotel, a bar & grill, a chocolate shop, and a 24 hour gym, with a Friendly's (it had its own tiny parking lot) off to the side. And it's filled with potholes. The hotel looks a little run down from the outside and feels the same from the inside. The rooms need updated furnishings and appliances. They did have plenty of electrical outlets, but no USB ports. The Wi-Fi at the hotel and in the area was very unreliable and I could barely get any work done. But most importantly, it was very clean. Given the age of most of the things in the hotel you'd think there'd be inevitable stains and build-up, but it really was spotless. The hotel didn't have a gym, but guests are allowed to use the 24 hour gym next to it which is a better option than a small hotel gym anyway.

The best Western in Johnson city was small but very reliable. The people are very helpful and the bathrooms are great but the toilet was a bit small.

Great location. Rooms are a little dated, but everything was awesome. There's a full gym across the way, and tons of restaurants and grocery store and mall within walking distance. Absolutely look forward to coming back.

Ok. Staff pretty friendly. Lacks a super clean atmosphere. Elevator is very noisy.

The place is very tidy. Breakfast is really not so good, but I guess that's kind of American standard. The young lady at the reception was very kind. The gym next door with swimming pool etc was great.

Poor condition of rooms (desperate need for a renovation) — had a toilet seat that looked worse than one in a run-down gas station; from hallway (and room) carpets to elevators to the breakfast area — everything has a cheap, not maintained motel feel about it; Avoid — there are plenty of other options in the area! For that price.

Stayed here this past October, and the condition of the hotel is very lacking. The overall tone is dim and depressing. The rooms are basic. Not dirty but not inviting either. Other local hotels at a much better rate, would be a better option. The "breakfast" selections are minimal and the area you're expected to eat is dingy. The location is apparently desireable, but this is not worth the price at all. Would not stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel with a brand new baby. We requested a fridge and microwave before we arrived, and a non-smoking room. We arrived after a long drive to find that we were booked in a room that reeked of smoke, and lacked a fridge and microwave. After a long wait and much frustration trying to balance two children and our belongings, we were finally switched to another room. We also requested in advance to be in a room next to our in-laws so they could help with the kids. We arrived to find them on the 3nd floor, while we were on the first. The room was decent, but the bed was an utter nightmere. I didn't sleep all night. With a permanent back injury already, the bed was like sleeping on a roller coaster everytime my husband moved. It sunk in the middle and I spent the night struggling to stay in one place. I was in complete pain when I woke up. When I expressed my experience to the front desk staff, I received a hurried "sorry" and only 10% off our stay. The staff even went to test the bed out and admitted something was wrong with it. They shouldn't have charged us for our stay and offered additional coupons or something for the pain I went through the next day for our 4 hour car ride following that horrible night of sleep.
