Horrible. Beds weren’t really made. Hair in the shower and on the sink counter. Old and yucky cleaning. No bugs we could see but very unhappy. There’s a reason it’s cheap. Food was left in the fridge, but at least the sheets seemed clean with a bleach smell on them. Air conditioner barely works because it’s never been cleaned.

Very nice has been newly renovated. So nice and clean.

Weary looking. Old linens with cigarette burns. Definitely not up to Choice. Com usual standard. Consequently, over-priced for the product. Appears clean and bugless.

Dirty rooms but it was place to lay your head after 1000 miles.

Bathroom had mold on ceiling.

Room is dirty, actually had crap in the unflushed or cleaned toilet. Heater barely works. If I could sleep in my truck I would.

Overall very nice the staff was nice. Room had orginally been for a single Queen, they should have left it that way. It needs new curtains. The shower is strange but it worked and was clean. Overall, a good experience OH and the bed was comfortable. Very important.

When we went in to register for a room there was a sign stating Motel 6's computer was down. They would accept cash only. I had to go next door to Pilot and get cash from an ATM that charged me a $3.95 fee for using it. The exhaust in the bathroom did not work. The pool was closed (in August? ). There was a water mark ring in the toilet that made me think it wasn't cleaned regularly. I have stayed in Motel 6's prior to this stay. They seemed much cleaner and had been updated.

Room was clean and sufficient for a quick overnight stay while passing through. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator. The motel was easy to get to right off the highway. It was the lowest priced motel in the area. Could have used more outlets for our Electronics for charging.

Bed was comfy and bathroom was super clean. There were several big stains in the carpet however which makes you wonder what happened… If this Motel 6 gets updated like the rest of the Motel 6 with hardwoods floor this hotel would be a great hotel for the price. Overall it was good it was a cheap place for us to stay shower and sleep comfortable. I would recommend considering redoing the rooms that have stains on the carpet though.

Location was convenient. Room was dirty, pool was closed for the season. We stayed the night on June 17th. There were hairs and what looked like eyelashes in the bed. I killed a spider on the wall. There was no water pressure in the bathroom and the water that came out was HOT. There were hairs in the shower and on the bathroom sink. I asked for additional towels and they never came. The A/C hardly worked. I understand you get what you pay for but there's no excuse for filth. The lady at the front desk was less than helpful. The check in process felt as if I was giving up my first born… too much work to get to my room and I travel several times a month for work so I am familiar with the process. The shower head wouldn't adjust for my son and my non-smoking room smelled like smoke! I will not stay at another Motel 6 ever again.

First, the desk person asked for ID with reservation information, which I provided. Then, without my consent, the agent at the desk took a picture of my ID. When I objected, they said simply they didn't 'keep a record' and this was for 'corporate' purposes. NOWHERE have I EVER stayed has someone asked for ID and then camera recorded it. What policy is this? Why was I not asked for my permission? Unacceptable. Later, in the room, we had partying neighbors who occupied two rooms next door to us — they were extremely loud, drinking and causing a ruckus in the parking lot; I called the front desk twice, at different times and was assured someone was 'sent out there' — yet, they were still outside their rooms in the lot, drinking and partying using my vehicle as a leaning post and bar top for their beer. I had to resort to moving my vehicle completely away from the area. When I went to check out in the morning, the desk clerk on duty said something to the effect that the 'cops had to be called' on the occupants of those two rooms, though when I went out to move my vehicle they were still outside. It was Memorial day, so the rates on the Motel 6 were jacked up — initially I paid 58 for the room but the manager offered me a 'discount' down to the regular rate of 39 plus tax for my troubles. The room stay should have been completely comped (NO CHARGE) as we got virtually NO rest and left there as soon as we could. The entire situation was repulsive.

When making the reservations, they booked us in the Santa Rosa, CA location. Once we realized and called back to correct this and it was handled promptly. The room was clean, not spotless, but doable. Very small but if you're just stopping to sleep, it's sufficient. The one issue that gave us a bit of an issue was that the air conditioner, sounded like a freight train. We eventually got use to it. We would stay there again if traveling this route. We are simple people and well don't need top of the line. We do require a feeling of safety, and a comfortable bed, which was met.

This place was good. Everything worked. Even the staff. The site was clean and we accidentally left all our car doors UNLOCKED, but nothing was taken. Impressive I would recommend this place by just this one stay. And that means alot from this picky gal.

No heat in room. No hot water in room. No coffee maker. Rear rooms face I40 and there was constant sound of traffic. Very limited cable TV and several channels were unwatchable due to distortion and frozen motion. Very slow Wi-Fi. Even at $40 this place is over priced.

Eh, ya know. It's a $45 motel. You get what cha pay for, but I've had better. The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to work with, but… I'm proud of them for not just throwing out all the old square Zenith televisions from yesteryear but rather, giving them a nice dry climate in which to enjoy their retirement. Like right here in this motel room. The stand up corner shower kinda threw me for a loop. I mean, who does that? The loud whirring noise from the air conditioning unit really helped to drown out all the noise from the nearby interstate traffic though and that's what got me up to a 2-star.

The desk staff was pleasant and efficient, providing all the necessary and important information about my stay. There is a Dairy Queen in the same parking lot. This made for an easy dinner choice. The room was comfortable and convient with a few exceptions: 1. The floor wasn't clean. 2. I hate the tiny corner stall showers. 3. The adjoining room with the crying dog at 4am. I called the desk. They did something quickly because the crying stopped. (Which I appreciate. ) However, I'm not sure the other occupants could have been much louder as they packed and left.

Dirty, hairy, and cold. The carpets had dirty water stains all around the room. The shower was so filthy, you could see the black mold and dirt on the base, therefore, I refused to shower. My bed's sheets had hair from previous tenants! I was so exhausted, I didn't notice before my first 30 minutes of refundable room inspection was up! Plus, the door doesn't seal out the outside cold OR light! And the walls are paper thin. Plus, the fan/heater did a loud, and questionably-kill-u-n-ur-sleep-CO2 emitting, job of keeping the room warm. Please do not stay here if you are a traveler. No joke.

Was looking for a place to rest and shower and this did the job. It didn't have the "modern" upgrade when I stayed and the TV was small and the signal was fuzzy. But the staff is friendly and it was a restful stop.

We had a breakdown on Feb 8 2015 and landed up staying at this motel. I met Jessen and Moe and they are so friendly and helpful. The next day morning, Mr Moe even took us out. The rooms are also well neat and tidy.

This was one of the worst stays we've had at a Motel 6. The location was bad, the clientele was questionable, and price was too high for what we got. We asked for non-smoking; however the hallway reeked of smoke and leaked under the door, not good for someone with asthma! It definitely was not quiet as several people were arguing in the hallway in the middle of the night. We were told the building was under renovation, but our room was not in good shape. The bath fixtures were loose, the tub was cracked, and everything leaked. This motel is going on my blacklist!

We have stayed here a couple of times before & it was ok for $45 but this time it was disgusting. Dog poop & urine in the corner of the room which I got gloves & cleaner & cleaned it up (coz we were settled in when we saw it) then after getting out of the shower I saw more in the corner under the vanity. The floor was filthy. Even though we have a dog, our dog does not poop in the house & is much cleaner than this place. That was our last stay there … This place is always packed… people must have some pretty low standards to stay here.

I am a Sr. Citizen. Have stayed at this motel before. I was sick, recovering from a flu so maybe more critical than usual. The bed, up against the wall, needed to have the mattress flipped. The convenient side was mushy; the other side more firm. The TV remote needed batteries… did not work. Oddly, I slept very well… was exhausted. Can't beat the price.

The room was comfortable and quiet. That s the only 2 things I require from a lodging rental. Oh yeah, it was inexpensive also.

Very small room. No microwave or fridge or coffee maker. Sink stopper had to be removed with knife. Shower curtain covered in mildew stains. There's a better motel 6 down the road from here. We picked wrong one. Terrible room.

O only problem I need shampoo in your rooms soap doesn't get it other than that cleanliness was great this day was great thank you.

Price was great, dog friendly, but… asked about AAA discount, told me yes, but they never gave me the discount! She was to distracted with ending her shift. When I realized I didn't get it, I went to the front desk and the gentlemen said, couldn't honor it because it was already "audited". Walls had good on them and shower was gross.

It was a decent stay, but definitely just for an overnight, not a vacation spot. The room was clean, but very worn and old. It's right off the freeway so that's a plus. No pool or any other extras beyond the room.

To start the location was great! It is accessible to everything and right off of the freeway. The hotel honored our request for wood floors which was a big deal. They allow pets and we didn't want to allergies to be an issue. There was long black hair everywhere, both on the floors and in the bed spreads. The beds themselves were older and worked for our one night stay. This was the consensus of both adults and children. The water pressure in the shower was good but the curtains definitely need replacing. We tend to frequent Motel 6 when we travel and compared to the updates of many other Motel 6's we've stayed at, this one was simply sub par. I've rated it average because although it was below average the customer service was good.

Found the cheapest hotel online because it was close to midnight and ww just needed a few hours of sleep. Even after finding the best deal online they gave us a senior discount when we went to pay. The room smelled nice and the beds were very comfortable. We actually left our iPad at this facility and we called and they went and found it and we're going to pick it up on our way back through that town on our way home. The staff is very friendly and helpful I just wish it would have had at least a continental breakfast but otherwise it was good for the price we paid nothing fancy but we didn't need anything fancy.

I have stayed at a few M6 before but none as poorly cared for as this one. First impression was the hose for the pool left connected beside our door and scattered across the walk. Next was the mattresses that appeared borrowed from a camper. I had to kill about 5 flies before retiring. In the morning I found that the shower curtain was folded over at both end and upon unfolding discovered it was full of mold! My wife refused to go in. On the plus, the AC was so cold on arrival we left it off all night. Since it was in contact with the bed, I was happy about that. I would not recommend this hotel and might consider sleeping in my car if nothing else was available.

I'm not a smoker, but the only thing left were smoking rooms. Smoke doesn't bother me much, so I said we'd take it. When we got in there, though, we couldn't breathe. It's the kind of place that after washing your clothes, they'd still smell like smoke. I will say the clerk was nice about giving me a refund and apologized. Could have just of been a pack of chain smoking bikers that lived in there for a week without bathing or going out, but at least leave the window open.

Clean and nice. Good for low budget. We arrived at 11pm, got a good nights sleep, a hot shower and left at 6 am the next day. Nothing fancy but perfect for us.

The desk staff was very friendly. Smooth check in. Room was clean and smoke free. Great price. Beds were a bit hard and worn. TV was old tube style and did not function very clearly.

Staff were distracted/disengaged during check-in an check-out. Floor was swept, but so dusty/dirty that our feet were dirty after a step or two. Very disappointing. We stayed here 2 weeks early and had a very good experience.

Quite possibly the grossest place I've ever paid money to sleep for a night. Avoid this place unless it's truly your only choice and you're falling asleep at the wheel. (And even then, your car might be better. ) — "Non smoking" room had two ash trays and reeked of smoke. — Sheets were filthy — Bathtub was stained and gross enough that I skipped a shower — Light switches didn't work After three failed attempts at coding our room keys on a windy and freezing night, having to run back and forth to try them out, they finally just opened our door with their key. So we don't have a room key that opens our door.

Staff was friendly, the room was not so good. I got switched from one room to another and was not any better. The bathroom was not clean, my sheets were filthy. I dont recommend this place.

The room was clean, no amenities only coffee at reception if you asked for it, we paid $4.99 for Wi Fi but found it wouldn't let more than one device in, even after talking to reception and getting another code it still wouldn't work, even cheaper Motels we've stayed at had better amenities and strong Free Wi Fi won't be staying at a Motel 6 again!

More expensive than expected and lacked any amenities. Pull-out couch was broken. No breakfast except coffee. Pros: clean room, bed and pillows pretty comfortable. For the price we could've stayed somewhere with a breakfast. We probably wouldn't stay here again.
