Good clean and updated rooms. Kind staff. Stayed here while getting my Scuba Certification in Blue Hole. Perfect place to stay in Santa Rosa whether passing through or staying the weekend.

Quant hotel, just the place for a quick stop on our way. Super friendly staff, indoor pool, hot tub, and a great breakfast. Like others have said, the bathroom is small (sink and mirror out in the room) and the beds and pillows were hard, but all and all, suited our overnite needs.

La Quinta always is a safe bet when we go away. This one has a nice pool, free Wi-Fi and great free breakfast with eggs, meat, waffles, bagels cereal and more. The employees are very helpful and accommodating. Our room was very spacious with desk and refrigerator. It was well maintained and clean. I highly recommend it to anyone, business people, families, etc. You can't go wrong.

Wonderful place to stay! So clean and so comfortable. Staff is so sweet. Great bfast too. I highly recommend all of these chains.

If you want to sleep consider staying somewhere else. Someone has been making loud stomping, running and walking noises in the room above us all night. The front desk person is congenial enough and has said twice ‘I will give them a call’ but the noises continue. I wish we would have stayed somewhere else.

Bed was hard and pillow were flat and hard also. For people like me, that have Neck fused and bad back, need at least better pillows. I will bring my own next time. Hotel was clean and the staff was great to work with. The smell of the hotel, bed and pillows was the worst part. Great Breakfast and coffee. 2nd stay in 5weeks was better. Great dive discounts available. Smell was gone. The staff is still the best thing going. Ned was better.

First room I got I entered and there was people's stuff in the room (suitcases exc) but the front desk took care of it and got me another room no hassle. The rooms were very nice.

Beautiful view, lovely landscaping, and is a dog friendly place. The indoor pool was well maintained and the complimentary breakfast was great. Great place to stay!

I felt the facility is very dated. The beds were very hard and not that comfortable. Small shower and toilet area although it was clean. The entry door to the room sticks and very difficult to open. This is definitely a much older property. It does not measure up to most La Quinta Inn and Suites that I've stayed in before. Very high pro ed for the condition of the property.

They were the greatest people here. Once again they put us right by an easy access door knowing I had a hard time getting in and out. They even offered to bring us food to the room if we couldn't make it to breakfast who does that they're just so much in the customer service business they're just wonderful people. ❤

I'll never forget how rude the receptionist was at this location. I'll not go into detail as I normally never have problems when checking in at any La Quinta Inn. Perhaps training in diversity at this location would greatly assist in bringing the standards at this location up to par…

Was very clean and the staff helpful. We had a bad experience at another hotel and decided to try La Quinta. Andres went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasant and we had everything we needed. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is great, includes bacon, eggs and biscuits and gravy! I highly recommend La Quinta in Santa Rosa.

Good stay. I just didn't care for the lack of help I recieved inside the hotel when we arrived late at night. Every question I asked it seemed like I was bugging the two workers behind the counter from their conversation.

Two stars are for workers very nice, upscale no way save money and stay at motel 6 sure it would be nicer! Sorry but you can't get better then Best Western or a Hilton for the price.

Nice view on high ground. Clean and comfortable. Lots of food options if you don't want to leave the hotel or have your own leftovers. Nice staff. Nearby restaurants and attractions. Would stay here again.

Staff was friendly. The hotel seems old. Bathroom is small but serviceable. Bed was clean and the rest of the room was old (ie stained carpets with lots of wear). Small parts are not well lit, like the elevator area on second floor or the area with the microwave and refrigerator. It did have a nice dog walk area with bag dispenser!

Okay, but boy the beds are VERY high. Hard to get into. Asked for a footstool of something kind to get into the bed. They had none. I had to use my suitcase as a stepping stool to get into the bed. Weird bathroom setup with sink outside the actual toilet/bathtub. Happy x.

I stopped here on my way to Albuquerque for the balloon festival. My room was nice & it was very clean. The hotel has a spa pool as well as a hot tub. The Spa pool is indoors and has a lift chair for those who are handicapped as does the hot tub. The hot tub is outdoors in the cutest little patio which has an outdoor kitchen. There's also a computer room and work out room. I believe there was laundry access as well. I highly recommend this place when you're in or near Santa Rosa New Mexico. I had pictures, can't locate them now, sorry.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel was clean and quiet at night. Pets are treated like guests here! The breakfast is ridiculously good, there are more options than just eggs and cereal.

I was greeted by a friendly staff. The pet friendly room was a plus as I was traveling with my dog. The building was clean as well as my room. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler.

It's a nice hotel for the area. Wasn't the nicest la Quinta I have stayed in but the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and we'll kept. If you're staying in santa rosa This is a good option.

Looks nice from the outside, Easy access from the road is great. Gas stations around and good food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room looked decent (could use a upgrade decor wise) also Bed was a bit stiff.

Very good place to rest comfortably, a breakfast very rich and a 4-minute near there is the blue hole the most visited in santa Rosa New mexico, a small town very nice.

La Quinta Inn & Suites Santa Rosa is convenient to I-40, has clean comfortable rooms, and good service. Check in was quick and painless. My children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was above average. The only issue we had was in reserving the room we asked for a roll-away bed and were told we could have one. At check-in we were told roll-away beds were not allowed because they were a safety hazard. It wasn't a big deal but should have been told when the reservation was made.

Didn't seem too clean, but we've come to enjoy La Quinta and their modest hotels. We appreciate the lack of a pet fee/deposit. Other La Quinta hotels are really nice, I think this one just needs some more staffing. The suite room was cozy and had plenty of room, not sure about the basic rooms. I would give it a 3.5 because its location had a great view and the back spa area was pretty. The staff we talked to were nice, I just think they need a few more helping hands.

Very clean and quiet, the breakfast very rich and best of all, I can go in the trailer there have a place to park definitely 5 stars I liked it.

Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice. The hot tub was outside and was relaxing.

Bed sheets were not changed when we got ready to turn in for the night and someone's kleexex was under the pillow. Front desk upon checking out the next morning just said that she'd let housekeeping know! Won't stay there again.

The rooms were very clean and quiet. It's a pet friendly hotel, so we were able to bring our little parrot who we're travelling cross country with. Breakfast was great!

Very clean! Beautifully put together. Nice breakfast — hot waffles. Modern breakfast area. Great service. Pretty pool area. Jacuzzi area looks like a little oasis. I would go here again and recommend a friend.

Clean enough for a quick overnight stay. The first room we got smelled like fresh dog poo, and the second room was stuffy. But luckily the window opened, and we could get some fresh air. The staff was friendly, but it would be nice if the rooms were cleaner.

We loved this place. Easy, fast, & friendly Check in. The staff was wonderful. Our room was immaculate and furnished very nicely. The bed was amazing and we slept like babies, and they even had late check out: 12PM (which was perfect because we didn't want to get out of that comfy bed a moment sooner then we needed to). They offered a complementary hot breakfast too. We are very pleased with our stay and look forward to returning to the Santa Rosa LA Quinta Inn & Suites again.

Staff was very nice while making reservations, we got a double queen room and it was pretty cramped with furniture. The bathroom was just big enough for the toilet, bath, and the door opening. Sink is outside bathroom. Beds are relatively hard, but everything is clean and neat/prepared. Surrounding landscape is not very manicured, tiles and bricks were dumped behind the parking lot. Overall pleasant experience despite outdoor setting.

If you're looking for a clean well kept hotel in a city that has nothing, this is your best bet. However it'll come with a cost. 167$ for one night in a single bed in such a small rundown city was absolutely outrageous. However as stated it was very clean. The staff was all friendly, I even got a phone call around 7pm to verify everything was ok and nothing was needed. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. The pool was kinda small but served it's purpose. The hot tub was great with a nice little setup around it. It is outside, so if it's raining you're out of luck. The room was setup super weird. It was a large open room, however the bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in which was weird. The sink to the bathroom was outside of it across the room which was weird. However This was nice when I wanted to shower and my gf was still doing her makeup. However no sink in the bathroom means you get to touch the same door handle as everyone that has wiped their ass prior to your visit. Not cool at all. The bed was on the far side of the room but the TV was caddy corner from the foot of the bed, which was weird and uncomfortable to watch TV in bed. Speaking of the bed, no bedside table? How weird! The fridge was large but had no freezer which was weird. There is nowhere good to eat here so make sure you stop in another city prior to santa rosa. Otherwise your best bet is the Comet. Little hometown Mexican place. Overall I would stay here again if I needed to.

Very happy with our stay. Even though it was a pet-friendly facility, the room was clean and didn't have any problems, we heard some doggies barking as we walked down the hall but that was it. The bedding and the beds are great, bathroom clean and nice towels, spacious room. The facility in general was clean and friendly. We have had great luck with LaQuinta.

Nice clean rooms. The price wasn't bad and you can sign up for the xlub membership in less than 5 mins which gives you an immediate discount onroom prices.

Very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and slept well. Breakfast looked nice but I only had cereal. I would stay there again if in the area. Friendly desk clerks too.

We were in the process of driving across the country. I'm getting tired so I called La Quinta and found wonderful reservation specialist. VERY friendly and helpful. My reservation was made for La Quinta Inn & Suites Santa Rosa, NH. When I arrived I was tired and ready to rest. The front desk had my reservation and all my information. Sign-in and get the key. Just what I needed… a friendly and easy checkin. When we woke up we enjoyed the warm breakfast that which we both enjoyed. The COMPLETE experience was very good and when we left we were very rested and fed. I will recommend La Quinta Santa Rosa. On our return trip I'll try and get this location again.
