Stayed here two nights, first night was okay except woke up in a pool of sweat. (you will find out why) Next day, left hotel early and came back in the evening. Room keys expired and could not enter room, had to go to the front desk to get them reactivated. Total inconvenience. Once entering the room it was so hot and AC wouldn't turn on. Come to find out the AC is set up on a sensor somehow controlled by the front desk. We called front desk to let them know the AC was not working and magically the AC started working again! We also discovered our microwave was filthy with caked on food. Our room was not cleaned. Had to request clean towels. Was not aware of this at check-in. Did not know you had to request maid service on the weekend. Staff was friendly but should be informing customers that there is no maid service unless you request it. Also if a customer is staying more than one night they should make sure the keys are not set to expire after one day. Other problems you may encounter: there is not much parking at this property. Located near a noisy highway and you can hear sirens and traffic all the time. TV system including TV needs to be upgraded to something more modern. Thought this hotel was nice at initial check-in but am now disappointed and will not stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here, the suite was roomy and the bed was very comfortable. We went to the complimentary breakfast and it had a great selection. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Clean hotel with a decent continental breakfast. The staff was really nice. The pool was being worked on when I was there. The AC unit in my room was as bit noisy, not so much that I couldn't sleep though. The shower head pressurized the water so much that it almost hurt to stand under it. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a week.

We stopped at the Staybridge after 16 hrs on the road. To say we were exhausted was an understatement! When booking the room, I asked for any early check-in and I was told they could not guarantee it but would do their best. Upon arrival, a little after 6am, we were told that the earliest we could check-in would be after 9am (standard check-in is 3pm) as they had no clean rooms. So we had breakfast (complimentary), and waited it out. I asked if there was somewhere quiet wher…e we could hang out, and was told there was a lounge on the 3rd floor or a movie room on the 2nd, however the movie room opened at 10am. The front desk staff said they would open it up for us to rest until our room was prepared. Thank you! We hung out in the movie room, and at about 9:15 our room was ready. Our room was great, we had a 2br suite (1 king, 2 queen) which was perfect as there were 4 of us, 2 of which were married. The beds were so comfortable, just the perfect firmness, and the pillows were great as well, perfectly moldable and not flat. I slept for a good 6 hrs, no tossing, no turning, none of that "not sleeping in my own bed" feeling (of course this could have been that I was exhausted, but I doubt it). The staff at Staybridge, Las Cruces deserve many gold for their excellent customer service, their willingness to accommodate our wishes, and all around flexibility in making our stay most enjoyable. This traveler thanks you, and definitely recommends this particular hotel.

Nice, large rooms, and better than average room service. My room was a little dark but it did have a couch with a chaise (fancy! ) a full size fridge, dishwasher, and a stove. The location is decent, with quick access to the freeway, a Wallmart super center nearby, and a few restaurants around.

Rooms were okay, they were clean. The kitchen has glasses, and wine glasses. Pots and pans to use on the stove, I thought that was really nice. They give you a couple of dishwasher pods to clean all your dishes in the dishwasher to reuse. It's nice!

Awesome, everyone is so friendly! Rooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable. They have fully equipped kitchens too.

Staff is excellent, above and beyond customer service! Rooms are clean. We stayed in a double room suite and had plenty of space. Found a lounge on the 3rd floor near room 306 that had a new massage leather recliner and an automatic fresh ground coffee machine, which also dispenses hot water for tea, chi tea and hot chocolate as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place! The location is real convenient and beds are real comfortable. I've been here three weeks and staff is awesome. They even do my dishes if I cant get to them right away. This place is great and I highly recommend it!

Extremely clean. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Nice view. I stayed in the two bedroom suite and it came with full size fridge and all appliances and dishes like home. Highly recommend.

This Hotel is dedicated to Customer Service. They just remodeled the rooms and lounges. They have a great Theater room, coffee work area, pool, yummy breakfast and dinners included in the stay. We stay every time we go to Las Cruces!

This place is my go to. They're very accommodating and helpful and the rooms are wonderful. And of course the breakfasts are fantastic by hotel standards.

Very nice place… Room had a fully functional kitchen, with a microwave, two burner cook top, dishwasher and full refrigerator / freezer. Nice outdoor area with a pool, water feature, two grills, a covered area and mini fire pits… Very nice staff also…

Rooms are nice and big. Free hot breakfast and free dinner mon-wed. Easy access from the highway. Staff is wonderful, especially Romona.

Worst customer service I have ever received! MONA… works the front desk and has no communication skills. Horrible attitude. Can't believe they claim to be "award-winning. " If that is what award winning is… I'll go stay somewhere else. Manager offered free night after hearing Mona' s attitude on the phone, I politely declined. SHAUNA… said she would "take care of the problem" Truly disappointed And to the manager… I'm not worried about the policies and procedures… It's how they are carried out. Offering a free night for what then…? There is an owner correct? I would love to speak to them.

The location is super optimal. Super close to the highway and easy access to Mesilla. Staff are excellent and super nice. The rooms are absolutely excellent for the price.

Every time I visit my relatives in this area I stay here. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The staff is polite and helpful. The free morning breakfast delicious, and the Jacuzzi and pool feel great. I give it a 10 :)

Great hotel, currently under remodel, but no noise at night or early morning. Parking lot out front is not for hotel customers you will be towed by the Pizza place. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great hotel. Warm and welcoming. Parking is sometimes a bit limited. Good breakfast and happy hour three nights a week is usually pretty good food — enough to make a full dinner from. Nice outdoor patio space off the breakfast room. Free laundry — two laundry rooms, so never had trouble getting a washer/dryer when I needed them. I'm back in Las Cruces this week but had to stay in another hotel since Staybridge was fully booked.

Every time I stay here staff is friendly. Room is always clean, breakfast fresh, and warm. Large variety of food and drinks. We will be back. Love the courtyard.

Our second use of a Staybridge and again very pleased. Highly recommend especially if one a long visit to the area. Feels like a second home.

I stayed here 2 years ago before I moved here. This is the place my company uses for extended stays when we bring folks from other offices around the country. Breakfast is better than pretty much anyone else in this price range, plus they have free dinner a few nights a week. Very friendly staff and modern facilities.

Loved my stay there. Pool is nice, food was good and it has just been refurbished.

Dinners are very meh. The breakfast is pretty good. The patio is a lovely area for a cigar. Rooms are pretty good and enjoyable.

We had an issue with the Holiday Inn who cancelled our rooms for the night. The entire city was sold out because of a concert. Holiday Inn sent us to Staybridge because they had extra rooms. The staff was wonderful in checking us in, the hotel was clean, rooms were great. If we have to go back to Lad Cruces we will definitely be staying at Staybridge!

I was fortunate enough to stay here for a month. My husband was temporarily stationed at White Sands Missile Range for his work. The staff of StayBridge was very friendly and acomodating. They made us feel welcome and right at home. I grew to know some by name. I appreciate the complimentary laundry fascilities, the breakfast meals and dinner meals, the swim areas and gym room, the coffee stations with wy-fy access… I could go on. I intended to leave excellent reviews for the staff, but my father passed away on my way back home and in my grief, I forgot. I am greatful for this chance to say that not only is it a very beautiful place to stay, but every member of the staff I met went above and beyond their expectations to see to our needs and make us feel at home. I would stay there and only there anytime I am ever in Las Crusas.

Suites are great! A lot of room, kitchens, living rooms, and pet friendly. I'd stay again.

All of the staff at the hotel are perfectly friendly and professional in my experience, and I have been staying there quite a bit for work. Beds vary in comfort: I've never had one that felt outright bad to me, but they really range in how good they are. There are four types of rooms available (dual master, single king suite, dual queen suite, king studio), and they all have the same very functional (albeit modest) kitchenettes, living room furniture, and bathrooms. The showers are comfortably sized for me (bigger than some hotels, but not luxury sized) and have convenient shelves for toiletries. Food is not the greatest quality (the egg offerings at breakfast in particular seem to come from frozen or powdered packages), but it is decent and perfectly serviceable… especially for the price, and considering that it's free breakfast every day and free dinner thrice weekly. Rooms and common areas are all clean and pleasant, laundry facilities are clean and effective (and free), the outdoor patio, grill, pool, and hot tub are all nice… Basically, it's not high end luxury, but is very nice for its price range, and will always be my top choice in the area for work travel.

Very easy if you are heading to WSC. Hotel is very clean. At least two hotel staff setting up and monitoring the breakfast rush. Tuesday-Thursday evening FREE food was again staffed well. How refreshing it was that the sales manager and assitant manager actually came around and talked to their guests. If I owned hotels, I would stay here to copy their customer service.

I am currently staying at Staybridge on a four-month extended work trip. The hotel itself is reasonably nice, but some of the guests have been trouble. The hotel has a great price, look&feel, location, clean rooms, free laundry facilities, theater room, Wi-Fi and wired internet, pool/spa, excellent 7-day hot breakfast, and catered-in dinners provided Tue, Wed, and Thu evenings. I have had problems having my room service being skipped about once per week because the hotel housekeeping is currently short-staffed. There were some small maintenance issues with the room, but the hotel has addressed them in a timely manner. They have on-site storage areas for guests, but they are always full and difficult to obtain storage when you need it. However, this experience has really been soured by the fact that some irresponsible and inconsiderate guests took my laundry one evening, and it took reviewing the hotel security video and a contact with the police to force the young men to give me my laundry back. The hotel was having almost daily problems with them. Fortunately, the hotel has forced that large group to all leave. Most of the guests are nice travelling folks and local engineers staying here for work. In contrast to that, a few guests are eccentric and bothersome if you are hanging out in the lobby or business center. Not much the hotel can do about that, but I find it more comfortable usually to just stay in my room.
