This Motel 6 was very clean and quiet. The rooms were adequate and updated. The shower set up was a little weird but it got the job done. The location was good. The staff was polite. It just felt a little pricey for a Motel 6. You do not expect luxury at a Motel 6 but you do expect a good price.

Enjoyed my stay. The room was nice but I felt the air was a little stale. Maybe a fresh fragrance would make the room smell better. Coffee in the morning is good. Wish it came with a small snack or something. Pool was nice. Overall I would comeback again. Staff was so courteous and helpful.

We like this motel because of the location and it has always been clean and a good place to stay. We have stayed at this Motel 6 several times before with our dog and have had a room on different floors. This time we were told that if you have a pet you can only have a room on the 3rd floor. We didn't mind this at registration because the last time we were there people above us were extremely noisy. However, we found that in our 3rd floor room there was a CONSTANT noise… maybe either water running or maybe some kind of AC unit for the building. In any case, it really disturbed our sleep. Sandy at the front desk couldn't explain the noise. Also the beds in this room were very uncomfortable, mattresses looked very old! Unfortunately, If indeed we can now only stay on the 3rd floor, and nothing can be done about that noise, then this will be the last time we stay there. We stayed here on May 30, 2018.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The girl at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice of them to hold my room for a late check in. I had to change from one bed to two at the last minute and they were happy to accommodate my needs. Overall I really liked it.

I believe this is a fairly new Motel 6. This is a perfectly adequate place to spend one night. The motel clerk gave us a 25% off coupon for Ruby Tuesday and we had a very pleasant dinner there (it was just across the street). The coupon was very welcome. We came to this place because our original reservation was with a different Motel 6 in Las Cruces. That Motel 6 had apparently been sold to a different franchise. The worst part was that we had not been notified about this change. Upon finding out about this problem, we called Motel 6 and the reservation clerk was very helpful in finding us this room. It was, however, more expensive, which was very disappointing. We can only imagine what kind of problems we would have had if we had come in later at night and happened to find this out. I was also disappointed that Motel 6 apparently does not have any extra pillows on hand.

Very clean, remodeled room. Comfortable and cozy. Thank you for the friendly service. The only thing I wish you had was available smoking units. Other than that I was very pleased with my stay there.

Well rolled in at around 3 am to get a room for just under 80. Room 327 I get into the room and my girlfriend does like everyone should and looked at the beding. Hair tie on the bed sheets from prior guests and stains not only on the sheets but the blanket covering the bed. We of course weren't going to sleep in stained sheets and bedding that didn't look clean in any way. I asked to be moved rooms. I was given the room right next door but was a double bed setup. Room 329. It was actually worse. We noticed hair on on pillows almost immediately and when you have black hair on white pillow sheets it's quite obvious. Also note my profile pic. I am bald and really don't want to deal with other people's hair. Bedding was just as stained as previous room and both beds were disgusting. Same house keeper so no surprise. Bathroom tile was loose and yeah pics will be included. I then went back to lobby after loading all our stuff back in the car, including our now cold as hell dinner. I requested a refund with pics on the phone and the manage processed but no apology for either rooms condition or the inconveniences that resulted from our unwillingness to sleep in some else's body left overs. As a matter of fact when I mentioned I will be leaving a Google review she actually said and I quote "Sounds good to me. ". I mean really?

I have dust allergies and I was grateful for the hardwood floors in this newly remodeled Motel 6 (no dust from carpets). Room was clean and the light-blocking curtain was in good shape (a must for an east-facing room in the sunny Southwest US). Hotel pillows were not great, but I had my own with me and used it instead.

The location of the hotel was good very close to where we needed to be. The beds were very comfortable and the room temperature was good as well. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. The room was not swept the bathroom smell like urine there was hairs from the previous guests all over. When we checked in the person at the front desk told my husband that they would be breakfast in the morning. We got up the next morning to find out there was no breakfast ever.

I LOVED IT! I loved having coffee at anytime I wanted. We loved the pool it was awesome. I think if you needed a critic it would be your dryers did not fully dry my clothes and I was there 3 hours. Other then that awesome job guys! We will be back soon! Thank you.

It was clean. I did not like that they did not have towels at the pool. The pool and hot tub was a yellow color… not sure chemicals were up to par. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. We were still in our room the first time the cleaning people came around. But we were gone shortly after, a little disappointed that they did not come back by. However, for the price it was cheap and the hotel over all was clean.

They are very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They do need a recliner chair in the handicapped rooms. Enjoyed our time there.

Staff is what makes this place. Older building… staff do their best to keep it clean. Don’t expect perfect. Great value for the money and I’ll stay here again.

The front counter ladies were very nice & helpful. The lack of any kind of breakfast is a bummer but the dirty pool & even dirtier brownish yellow jacuzzi was a big let down. Im surprised the jacuzzi was even available instead of being covered & placed out of service. Nobody would go near it due to not only the color but the smell coming from it. Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Plenty of towels on hand was nice.

The furnishings and cleanliness were great. The location was very convenient for us. The night clerk however was very rude and unwelcoming not only to us but to other guests. The pool was very dirty and green with dirt and algae growing on the pool floor. This was disappointing because this was the reason we booked here.

I got there on New Years eve but quickly had to leave due to a family emergency. I spoke to the front desk and she explained what needed to be done because I paid with a cc. I did call the next day and spoke to the manager and was refunded promptly. When we stay we always have a good time while there.

I booked this room online upon seeing it was a newer built motel and expected a higher quality of standards. I even booked this room over a cheaper Motel 6 that was a couple of miles away hoping to receive a better experience which I did not receive. Let me begin with the front desk staff upon checking in. The woman who checked us in did not smile and could have been more welcoming. We received 2 key cards and were pointed in the direction of our room. We used our key card, walked into the room, looked around, and left immediately to get something to eat. Luckily we had not left our luggage in the room because upon returning to the room a few hours later, our room door was not fully closed as we had left it. I immediately went to the front desk to inform them of the situation. The front desk person said it couldn't have been them because they "don't have keys to the rooms" which would not make sense in any situation. The front desk person walked to our room and used one of our key cards and opened the door. As the door was opened, I also noticed the light was on which it was off when we left. I mentioned the light was on as well to the front desk person. As she was almost walking away, I pointed out that the door latch was broken and then she said she would give us a different room. I was tired and walked into the other room and noticed the door handle on that room was loose too.

Staff is great and very helpful! Also dog friendly which is amazing! If I had to change something it would be to add grass/turf but I figure that wouldn't be possible due to the location. I also say this because my dog doesn't use the restroom on rocks. But overall A+

Las Cruses is a great location for an overnight stay, for my families trips to visit each other, we always choose Motel 6 off I-25 for that resting place. This hotel is the face of friendly, warm greetings from all employees. This stay met my expectations, and more! Rose was especially welcoming and pleasant at my late night arrival. The next morning, Sandy, followed the Friendly Face of Las Cruses The staff I met on the 3rd floor were all cheerful, and gracious. The entire hotel, my room, and all public areas are very sharp and clean!

It is comfortable and the rooms are spacious. I recommend it when traveling with children.

I had a 5:00 AM appointment at the hospital in Las Cruces so we made reservations with your motel. The worse decision we have ever made. The bed was the worse I have slept on in all my travels, 11 foreign countries and over 20 states, in the last 65 years. Military beds in Korea (1953) and Vietnam (1970) were better. The room was nice and clean, but did not make up of the springs in our back. We would have been better of if we have drove the 85 miles at 3:00 in the morning to get to the hospital on time. We would have had a better rest. Also, a very rattling heater.

My stay within the Motel 6 was good; however, it was lacking a few things to make the stay even better. Besides bars of hand soaps that are supplied in the room, additional soaps could be added such as travel sized Shampoo/Conditioner, lotion and facial tissue to be added. Reason being is that some of us that forget, don't have the time or are just too tired to go to a store to purchase these type of necessities would've been helpful. Thicker and longer curtains would best suit the room especially for rooms that are within the direct path of the sun. My room was in the path of the sun so as it was rising, the room became very bright and hot as well. Other than that, the room was very clean and I love that there was no carpet, just a wooden floor that I really liked. It would've been nice if the TV was not set so high above the closet because it made it difficult for the TV sensor to catch the remote when channels were being changed.

We always stay at this Motel 6 when in Las Cruces and the staff is so friendly, they are always very helpful, they always remember us when come to town and they are good to our dog! The rooms are always very clean, comfortable and affordable. We enjoy staying there. The staff makes us feel like family! Tammy G.

The room was clean. The pool/hot tub area was clean. The front desk staff was nice. There were more than enough towels. The bathroom was clean. The front desk clerk was eager to please. The only thing I would recommend is making an indoor area for smokers, like a small break room w/ a coffee pot& maybe a TV.

We love staying at Motel 6 because most locations are very accommodating when we are on the road for dog shows! We appreciate that we can usually find a location that has room for us & our dogs!

I usually am thrilled with the experience I receive at this Motel 6 as I stay at least 7 times a year at this particular motel 6. But this time I was not. On my last stay I was given a coupon for 20% off a stay and after the lady already rung me up I mentioned that I had it because I forgot about it and she goes "oh well too late. " Our Room was not cleaned when we were gone for the day because we stayed 2 nights. And every other time we stay they clean everyday. I went and asked the lady at the front desk and she said if you stay more than 3 night stay clean every 3 days. So that I requested to get a new room and she did oblige without question which was nice.

Super clean, staff were nothing but Professional. It was one of the best experience we have ever had a motel!

The motel was neat and clean. I meant to use the pool but never got a chance. The hotel staff was warm and friendly. Checking in and out was quick and easy.

As usual, my stay at Hotel 6 at 2120 Summit Court was great. The rooms are clean and the staff was very friendly. Due to emergency, my reservation was last minute and my check-in was 3pm. We were traveling with an infant, so I called to ask if there was anything available earlier. Without a hitch the staff was able to find us an available room and checked us in early, allowing us to settle in and let the baby nap. Thank you. Great service! I will continue to stay at Motel 6. Keep up the great work.

From the time we checked in to check out we where treating very well. The women who checked us in was very nice and welcoming. The night women was helpful and was kind enough to get us what we needed. Our room was VERY clean and comfy. The pool was soothing and the vending machines had a great selection!

Located right down the street from my end destination in Las Cruces which was very convenient. Very pleasant staff on check in and stay.

The rooms are great but I hate how they treat their employees. The managers of the motel take the tips from the employees who clean the rooms. I also saw a man who was probably a manager yelling at one of the employees and you could hear it throughout the entire motel. I just wish that would change and they could great their employees in a good day for their hard work.

Was clean, smelled cleaned. Asked for non smoking but in the morning I constantly smelled cigarettes. Maintenance workers were really loud, yelling & bumping their music early in the morning while walking past our room. Decent stay but can't expect perfection. Have to check out early because I can't stand the smell of cigarettes.

Had a very late night check in with no issues. Just needed a place to sleep and shower. The building and facilities are in very nice shape, which is refreshing for a place with such a low rate. There was even a mini-fridge and microwave in the room.

Had been on road for 12 hours arrived at ten pm check in did not sleep at all all night door across hall was slammed and door leading outside was slammed every half hour tried calling front desk five or Sox times no answer decided what good would do to go speak to front desk if no body on duty got up with head ache swollen eyes from no sleep and eight more hours of driving. The morning attending had nothing to say to busy on personal cellphone speaking to someone else will not stay again pay $84 for no rest.

Purchase price online will be increased upon check in. No refrigerator, no microwave, no shampoo or conditioner. Coffee is only available from 6am to 9am. It is about 20 dollars cheaper than a holiday inn express but all the ammenities that are lacking is not worth the savings. Go somewhere else for sure.

Front desk charged me over 2 dollars more than was on my Motel 6 confirmation. I showed him the screen shot proof. He agreed I should be charged less. Some state or city charge was the cause of the extra charge. Thats Motel 6 problem NOT the guests problem. Even with absolute proof he would not offset the price. That was a deal threw Motel 6 website, and he still would not change the price to reflect what Motel 6 agreed to accept. TERRIBLE customer service Motel 6. Fix that. Talk to your front desk people. It got you a whole lot of negative publicity in Las Cruces. Over two bucks your people should have wiped right off the bill.

This has got to be one of the best Motel 6's I have ever stayed at. Very clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. The motel 6 across town is horrible, which is why I chose to try this one. Wish I had known about this location sooner.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Stopped early and just needed a comfortable bed to sleep. The bed was comfortable. Televisions need updating, but that was not why I stayed here. Got to watch the last 10 minutes of the SDSU Aztecs over Kansas upset. The indoor pool and spa were nice. Temperatures were good; not too hot; pleasant to go from the spa to the pool because the water was warm. Don't try the coffee. Excellent place for a fairly priced stop over. BTW, if you have the time and the interest, dine at La Posta.

This is a hidden treasure within Las Cruces; have lived in this town for 15+ years and know that this specific location to be safer than most. This hotel is clean, has spacious rooms, hot tub is well maintained, and is an excellent value overall — I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone. It is also worth to note that the staff here have never disappointed me — —.

I arrived early and my room was ready. Could do with a better TV. The room was clean. Do not ask for room 112, becasue it was quite noisey due to nosies from the 2nd floor. Just not the best room. Also the chlorine permeated our room since it was close to the pool. The overall stay was a success. I slept comfortably and I loved the blankets. I was warm all night long. For the price, I would stay again. I also loved the idea that the Motel was close to the interstate.

Nice place to stay. The beds made our backs and necks hurt and the sheets were rough. The TV volume was hard to adjust, the picture was poor and the channel selection could be improved. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay and have stayed there before and would stay again.
