So far so good. The breakfast wasn't bad but there wasn't enough seating for everybody trying to eat. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are nice. The pool is very well maintained and heated despite being outside, so it's very relaxing.

Good location and easy to get to. The staff was friendly and the parking lot felt secure. There is also a good Chicago style restaurant next door.

. We traveled from Pennsylvania and stayed 3 night's. The room was very clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent and Sue was one of the best hostess we've had the pleasure of dealing with. She made sure dining area was spotless and was eager to please. Most definitely will stay there again on next trip!

Everything is great. We booked at the last minute as we were driving across country. The guy on the phone and then at the front desk was super nice and helpful. My keys were waiting for me when I got there. The rooms were just like all the Marriott Fairfields are, which was perfect. My children and I always love the breakfast there. The food was great but the breakfast attendant lady was a little stressed out and scowling. I was afraid to leave any crumbs.

Katie at the front desk was very helpful! Even called after we were settled in the room to see if everything was to our satisfaction! Can't remember the last time that's happened! Comfortable modern room nicely decorated. Breakfast was hot and delicious as expected.

I've had bad experiences with Marriott before, but this hotel had friendly staff, a very clean pool (which was perfect for a 100+ degree day), and a clean room with a great air conditioner. I would definitely stay again.

Extremely friendly staff Great breakfast Rooms are just fine with microwave, refrigerator and television that lets you log into netflix/Hulu for free so that you don't have to watch cable if you don't want to. Would recommend.

Was assigned a room when checking and upon opening the door the room was not made up. Was assigned a new room and the sheets in that room were the fitted type but were stretched out and didn't stay on the mattress. Also kids outside the room in the pool were screaming and raising he'll. Probably will not stay here again,

Hotel was very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was better tasting than Holiday Inn Express offerings. Fewer but higher quality choices. The reason for not rating higher was the room layout. The bathroom door was too large and kept banging into the toilet. The sink is separated from the bath and toilet by a large door. Someone should have done a better planing job. The bed was comfortable and everything worked, but the room was cramped. The toilet amenities were sparce, and rather poor quality. However, the towels and other linens were very nice. Very good Wi-Fi.

Clean room, friendly service. Just wished that the breakfast would start a bit earlier. We had to leave by 5:30 am and the breakfast starts at 6.

Happy with the room, front desk, and our stay in general! Very impressed that they had gluten free options for breakfast. I was able to eat a GF bagel with my breakfast!

My grandparents made reservations 4 months ago for a suite. We get here from Carlsbad NM and was told there was no rooms. In return we get a king size bed with a sleeper next the elevator and ice machine. We have stayed at Marriott/Fairfield for a long time now, and we’ve never been so upset about the service.

The hotel had all the essentials: hairdryer, toiletries, continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The front desk was very helpful we used the room to get ready for a wedding and overall it was nice except the housekeeper was totally rude and stressed the bride out.

It was an excellent stay. Very clean and well maintained rooms. The hotel has a strict no smoking policy which goes a long way to benefit the cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options, all of which were fresh. Overall it was a very good place to stay.

Very nice hotel. Convenient location just off of the freeway. Extremely friendly and attentive staff (all of them, from the front desk to hpisekepping). Everyone greets you with a genuine smile. Will certainly return and recommend highly.

Rooms were bigger than expected, nice and clean. Check-in was efficient with personable employees.

I slept so well on this bed, which is unusual for me in a motel. The people were so friendly and nice. I liked the morning breakfast hostess, so sweet. The breakfast was nice, I love the oatmeal, and fresh fruit, the infused water was such a nice touch. We enjoyed an excellent stay, would definitely return.

The people were very friendly and the hotel was clean. We only stayed overnight this time but I slept comfortably and the free breakfast is always nice.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Such a relief. We were going to stay at the motel near this but when we saw this we went in and they matched the price of the other normally cheaper motel! Awesome service at the front desk. Felt very comfortable here rather than motel 6.

The location was great. Unfortunately the room was just adequate. It was not near as nice as other Fairfields we have stayed at. The service was fine but not really the "above and beyond" service you usually get at marriott properties. I hate to say it but we will probably look for another hotel for our next stay in las cruces.

Building is extremely clean and looks brand-new. Everything was in good condition, except they were renovating the lobby a little bit, but not a big concern. Pleasant staff, and great breakfast.

I like the Fairfield brand of Marriott better than most other hotels. Having breakfast ready in the morning while on trips just makes the days go more smoothly. Their pillows are always just the right amount of fluffy and the ac allows for a constant fan throughout the night to help blockout any extraneous noise. The free Wi-Fi is the cherry on top to make the stay even better. Highly recommended.

Adriana was super friendly and helped me accommodate my truck and trailer. Room was incredibly clean and well accommodated, if I ever find myself in las cruces again I will be staying here!
