This was a very comfortable stay in Las Cruces largely because of this Best Western Mission Inn.
Room was clean and pleasing. Staff were helpful, especially Tracey the dining hostess! Thank you.

The decor was awesome in this hotel. And the lady in the breakfast area that morning was so sweet! Real food not pre-cooked or prepackaged.

Bed bugs! On June 8, 2021 I stayed in room 108 and was bitten my bed bugs. I have over 20 bites on one arm and was sick for over a week. I contacted the hotel and was told other guest reported the same so they called an exterminator. Unfortunately fortunately all of the research says this is insufficient. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

For an older property it is a great place to stay. Quiet and comfortable. Upgraded rooms are nice. Breakfast is outstanding.

Anyone that complains about a stay at this place complains wherever they stay.

Spacious rooms. The highlight is the fresh warm breakfast served by an attendant to your plate that you can eat at a table in the dining room. This is a couple of levels above other places in this post Covid world where you pick up a cold Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich from the reception desk, take it back to your room and microwave it. Friendly cheerful staff all around. I don’t normally rave about hotels but this rates a 10 out of 10.

A very nice southwest style place. Decor is lovely, nice pool and delicious breakfast. The staff is very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Retro architecture, old but well maintained. Clean, well appointed and an extremely professional staff. Tracy, the breakfast server/attendant’s courtesy, friendliness and professionalism was the crowning touch!

Customer service was great and the room was nice and quiet.

5 Stars This place is awesome amazing. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. Very pet friendly. We travel from Arizona to Wisconsin twice a year. I will definitely stay here every chance we get. I also have to mention that the grounds were very well-kept. I give this Best Western Mission Inn 5 stars.

Love the rustic decor and the wooden beams. The refrigerator and microwave hidden in the cabinet was unique. Agents at the front desk are very friendly.

Nice location, great service, perfect price point, awesome property. The rooms had a nice mixture of the "old adobe feel" that is found through the cool town while being modern and clean. I love Best Westerns because there's usually something unique or original about the property/rooms and this had it by keeping a mosaic in the tile wall, it was gorgeous. A family was enjoying a nice al fresco dinner over the holiday weekend by the pool and it just made you feel right at home.

Very nice and clean! Staff is friendly as well as helpful. Good breakfast. Beds very comfortable. Reasonable rate. This is the place to stay in Las Cruces.

Very nice hotel. Rooms open to the outside, which I don't prefer, but once you step inside any doubts will disappear. Room is totally updated, very stylish, wood beamed ceiling, marble bath, comfortable bed, great shower, fridge and microwave. Husband says it was a good breakfast as well. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

LOVED our stay here! Went through Las Cruces NM on our way to California and it was the best choice on the trip so far. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was very cool with furniture and decorations to fit the NM vibe that was new to us, being from Ohio.

Nice motel with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast buffet. Typical Best Western. They don't usually let you down and the Mission Inn delivered a good night's sleep for the money I paid. Amenities were very satisfactory also except I could only find one ice machine on the property and it was out of ice. That would be my only complaint.

Older motel that has been very well-maintained. Room was very clean and great a/c unit. Nice hot/cold breakfast was available the next morning. Great price on the room!

We have stopped here several times and have always been happy with it. The breakfast is better than most. On my most recent trip we got upstairs for the first time and it was not great at all. The air-conditioning is in the back of room in a small alcove so it does not cool the whole room. It was really warm with it turned all the way down. I will stop here again but only if it is a downstairs room!

Updated while styled traditional for the area, well kept, good price. My husband and two kids (4, 2) stayed here one night while passing thru. Was very happy with cleanliness and service. When breakfast was over at 9, the attendants even came around to all remaining tables to ask if they needed anything else before they started cleaning up. I was VERY IMPRESSED by this!

Property was very well cared for and extremely clean. Staff was incredibly helpful, courteous and professional. Although BWs generally do a good job, this location was way above average. We are travelling through Las Cruces again in 2 weeks and will definitely make reservations again.

Our two night stay was comfortable, quiet, & relaxing. The decor gave it a pueblo/mission feel. There was a microwave & small fridge in the room as well as free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was plentiful & varied. The swimming pool looked beautiful, but we did not try it. If you plan on going to the Basilica or old Mesilla Square, wait til late morning as they are not open early.

I love to stay at Best Western Hotels. Best Western Mission Inn is a great place with sweet people to service you. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again when I am in the area.

Hotel is old but fairly decent. Mostly clean but could use some dusting and vacuuming under the side tables / furniture as there is a noticeable layer of dust. Beds are firm and I thought pillows were ok which made for a decent sleep. The staff were also very nice and cheerful. Overall, it’s a good place to sleep but don’t expect a swanky hotel. I’d stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel with very comfortable beds and inviting rooms in a nice setting. The TV was excellent as well as everything else. Very good breakfast and very friendly hosts. My new go-to hotel when traveling through Las Cruces. The price can't be beat for the amenities! So glad I found this hotel. Thanks Best Western!

We were traveling through and stayed at this roomy, pet friendly hotel. We liked it enough to book another room on or return home. The staff was friendly and the other travelers we met were just as beat tired as us so we had a peaceful, restful sleep to hit the road in the morning.

This is an older hotel that has been refurbished and nicely kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean although the carpets could use a little more attention. We stay here any time we are in Las Cruces which is fairly often.

Comfortable hotel with a very good breakfast & staff. Is close to train tracks and there are times you can hear the trains going by. Good location close to downtown and many restaurants. Overall a good experience and I would stay there again.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you want to sleep on bloody sheets and comforter that they try to hide by tucking it in. The rest of the room was nice and clean. But it’s disgusting that their housekeeper can’t even put clean sheets and comforter on when cleaning the rooms. Showed the man at the front desk the pictures and of course he apologized and stated that wasn’t up to their standards. Well that’s an obvious response anyone would say. Then he calls over another man and all he can do is question how the blood was on the sheet and comforter but not the light weighted brown blanket. Seriously? Wow. Never again.

We love this particular Best Western in Las Cruces! We have stayed there numerous times now on our trips from Texas through to Arizona. The staff are always so helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. We always enjoy stopping in!

Home away from for us when we come to LC. Staff always friendly & helpful. Rooms big and homey, old but not frumpy. Only issue is lack of wall plugs; many newer adapters are too big for the little plugs at the base of the lamps. You might pass this up because it looks average but the reality is it’s better than that.

Nice hotel to stay at for one night. Decent price. Could tell the hotel/rooms were older but the front attendant said were actively working on renewing hotel. Breakfast was free/decent, standard hotel breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit, yogurt, waffles, assorted pastries and bread for toast, juice, coffee, cereals). No gym (went to gym Stay Fit Fitness just down the street for $5/person, also Planet Fitness nearby) no washer/dryer. Overall decent stay.

This room was really comfortable and spotless. Truly a great location and a great price. The bed was very comfortable and the room has a good selection of amenities. The service at the counter could have been more prompt but this was more due to overly chatty clientele though the rep could have interrupted to serve another customer.

We couldn't be more pleased with our hotel accommodations during our recent visit to Las Cruces. All employees were warmly positive, polite, and helpful. Our room looked and smelled clean. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was great! The room was nice and big! It was very clean! The bed was very comfortable. Our only problem is that our grown son had last minute decided to stay in our room with us. We went and asked for a roll away for him to sleep on, but they didn’t have any. They don’t have them at all. So our grown son was just going to sleep in our king size bed with us or on the floor. But he decided to drive the hour to just go home at midnight. That is the ONLY complaint we have. Other than that our stay was GREAT!

The rooms are nice. The beds were soft. We had new towels. The service was great. The ladies who welcomed us in the evening were friendly and energetic. The gentleman who hosted breakfast was attentive and helpful. Breakfast included waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal and pastries.

Very good price performer: large clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast and free internet. The building is across the street from railroad tracks but that didn't seem to be a problem.

Great value for the price. Extremely well maintained property. Spacious lobby and restaurant-style breakfast room. Our room was decorated in an updated southwestern style. I was impressed by the overall cleanliness, comfort, and friendliness of the staff.

Comfy beds and incredibly spacious rooms. Breakfast includes the standard cereals and pastries plus a fruit, a waffle maker, and reheated eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. Not restaurant quality by any means but good enough options. The location is the only real downside as the train tracks are right by the property and the noise of passing trains will probably bother all but the heavier sleepers.

Room was very nice, great shower. The full breakfast was good. (Nobody told us we were supposed to pick up a breakfast coupon before entering the cafe… and we were asked for it. That was a little odd/uncomfortable requirement. )

The rooms were sparkling clean. You couldn’t ask for better employees. They went out of their way to make sure everything was good. Spacious rooms huge actually more like a suit! I wished I could have stayed longer. Even showed me where to go to see the place where Billy the Kid made his last stand. Very cool.

The hotel staff is outstanding and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was fast and hot and the showers were great (Good pressure). I will definitely stay at this location again when I am near the area and I need to stay the night.

Staff, accommodations, breakfast & Wi-Fi were great with the exception of the wall AC/Heater unit. It’s the type that completely kicks on and off as needed. During the night we had the noise from the unit and then it completely stops (dead silence). May be just me but it interrupted my sleep. We stayed in a different room 2 nights earlier and that AC/Heater unit had a fan that continuously ran and the AC would then kick on and off as needed, a more peaceful nights sleep.

The decor is so cool. Love the rustic feel. Breakfast is better than expected. Clean, comfortable.

BW Las Cruces would be an excellent value at twice the money. The hotel is very clean, with a friendly, helpful staff. Although a train can be heard nearby once or twice a night, the hotel itself is unusually quiet, with better than normal sound insulation from noise from surrounding rooms. If you are a light sleeper, you will appreciate the all-too-rare quiet of the rooms in this hotel.

We have received highest level of service tonight from best western mission inn. Front desk Crystal made our night for our whole group. We are traveling with a scheduled itinerary and a flat tire not too far from white sands national monument where we supposed to visit. Road side service took a little while to get to us since all towns are very small around. When it was done white sands was closed. We were late at check in and had to leave before 6am return to white sand next day. When crystal check us in she was concerned and worry if something happen to us. After sharing our story and ask for j early wake up call, she offered early breakfast for our few dozen of people at 5am! Hot breakfast at 5am! We come from San Francisco, there are plenty of places offer great services, but this is different. This felt personal, we felt warm. The room itself live up to best western standard but with a new Mexico style within itself. Rooms are spacious, comfy bed, comforter can be a little thicker for my own like Wi-Fi super fast. Fridge microwave coffee pot in room. Very clean, smells good. Can't ask for a better experience. Thank you crystal and the kitchen staff!

It's a great hotel. Clean and well maintained. Staff is courteous and always available. It is located adjacent to a running railway tract, so daily train horns are commonplace.

Goes to show you that just because a motel is old it doesn't have to be bad. This was well maintained property in well maintained landscaped setting. Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly.

Pros: The outdoor pool appeared well maintained. The landscaping was done well. The room didn't smell funny like rooms sometimes do. The place is pet friendly. There was plenty of parking right outside of the door. Cons: There's a train nearby but I actually found it soothing. The room is a little dated. There's a big greasy head print on the mirror which makes me wonder what else didn't get wiped down. My dog found a rubber ball under the nightstand and when I went to see what he was after, I could clearly see more than a ball. There needs to be some serious cleaning done under there. All of those things aside, I came to sleep/relax. The beds are so freaking hard! I haven't even laid on it for a hour and it's already making me miserable. Hotels should focus less on visual things and really look at the important things… the bed. I seriously think the bed and the floor are about the same firmness. Edit: It's now morning time, and my back feels like I'm 100 years old. The bed is so hard.

If you want a good night rest, this is NOT the hotel you want to choose. The railroad tracks are right across and the trains run throughout the night, although the front desk attendant told us that they did not run that often. Also, the hotel charged us for a hand towel that they claimed we retrieved from the property, which we didn't. We call them and spoke with the manager which told us that he would reverse the charge. To date, he hasn't done this.

Very nice service and it was quiet. The rooms were quite large. My kids liked the pool. The breakfast had hot items like biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, and waffles. They had cereal, muffins, and some pastries.

This is a very clean and neat place to stay. The rooms were SW décor and looked great. Had a refrigerator and microwave as well as a large screen TV. Breakfast was neat and nice tables to eat at. Food was very good and home cooked. We would stay here again.

Nice motel. The location of the air-conditioner took a long time to cool down the room. The bed was not comfortable, but lots of comfortable pillows. Breakfast was good. Outside landscaping was beautiful. Big Truck parking in lot next door.

My stay at Best Western Hotel was really nice and comfy. The people and employees were so nice! The breakfast was good and plenty. My kids had so much fun in the pool! We hope to stay there again.

Our stay was awesome for two weary military travelers. My wife and I aways stay at the Best Westerns due to them usually being pet friendly. The staff members were pleasant, the area was nice, and the room was freshly renovated. The hotel is across the road from an active rail line, but I only remember one train passing in the night. Overall a good stay for the military rate.

Loved my stay here. Really nice and very clean rooms. Great price don't have anything bad to say. Very friendly staff and helpful especially Yuridia. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come back in town.

The man at the front counter somehow thought 1 night meant three nights. He printed out a receipt and authorization for $52. Xx. I looked at my account just a few days later to learn I was charged $177. I use this account for few things, therefore, my account was overdrafted. Patel Ravi, the owner, ignored my calls and voicemails for two weeks until I finally got something out of his staff to let me know when he would be there. Through this amount of time my account was overdrafted three times for a total of $105 because Mr. Patel has ignored my calls and refused to take care of business. He refuses to refund me my money. When I got him on the phone and put a little pressure on him, he Hun up the phone. If this is the kind of person you want to deal with when he scams you out of money, stay here. If you want a respectable owner that owns his and his employees mistakes and does everything. In their power to make it right, STAY AWAY. Stay very very far away.

Room was nice and big, although a little old. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was alright. Can't complain about the price we got though!

Booked through Hotwire and was forced to sleep in a smoking room. Asked for another non-smoking room and was told it cannot be switched. I do not believe the hotel was sold out but to their credit the room did not smell of cigarette smoke at all. Walls and floor are paper thin. Heard everything our obnoxious neighbors said, watched in TV and also had the terrible pleasure of them having sex. They kept me up all night and had people showing up to the room throughout the night. The location is not great, right next to the train tracks and across the street from a janky neighborhood and not well lit. Bed was hard and pillows were flat. The room is older but they have made it a decent place to stay. Shower and sinks were clean. Floor was not great and a dead cockroach was laying in the bathroom. Okay place to stay for one night stop over and hope you don't have obnoxious neighbors.

Great customer service. It was 45 min past breakfast and the wonderful lady still offered to make two plates. The rooms were ok but great place to stay.

Seeing so many positive reviews, I didn't bother reading the negs until after my stay. That was a mistake, because all the negative reviews are spot on. First and foremost: this is not a hotel; it's a motel. And it's near an active train line. And the trains come through at all hours of the night. And when they do, they blast their air horns. It's like a scene right out of My Cousin Vinny. The room smelled and was generally decrepit. Another reviewer described this place as a "1950 style motel". I agree; almost everything in the room was from 1950, including the paint, the plaster, the mattress, etc. Really, the only positive thing was the shower pressure, which was so strong I probably could have gotten clean without any soap. In short, stay here if your idea of a classy place is one that has indoor plumbing and a Mr. Coffee machine.

Bathtub water had very slow drain. Second floor felt weak. Location is in a less desirable area.

The manager Alan was awesome. One of the very best Best Western hotel I have stayed at. Thank you for a great stay.

An updated old place. Nice large courtyard beautiful pool that we were not allowed to use. Management was supposed to address this issue but manager was never there so we did without a pool for the last 3 days of vacation. The motel should not have been advertised as having a pool that they did not have the permit to open. We paid full price and did not get full service. We should have been informed at check in that the pool was not available and offered a big discount or a full refund.
Unfortunately with Best Western you get reliable name brand but you have to depend on The whims or policies of the individual owner with little corporate oversight. Just like the Best Western Inn " Gateway to the Keys" Florida City Florida. We checked into an ant infested room. We were offered another room on the opposite side of the motel which of the other room but we have to move all of our stuff from the car to the room twice. I requested assistance and was told that that was not their job nor their responsibility. When I wanted to discuss it with the manager the next morning he pretended to be on a conference call at 7 a. M. Good luck getting corporate satisfaction from Best Western.

This place is great, great service, clean rooms, comfy beds and good buffet breakfast.

The good: I didn't expect much for the two week stay but I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived much earlier than I had anticipated and they informed me that my room's previous occupants had just left and the room hadn't been cleaned yet. 15 minutes later and they had it ready, and it was in pristine condition. Very comfortable, cozy room. Appliances and amenities worked without a problem. Friendly staff. Breakfast isn't spectacular but it is good for the room pricing. The bad: the location isn't particularly interesting, but that applies to all of las cruces. There is a train track across the road but it didn't come by at night once. The pool is seasonal but if you couldn't deduce that from the fact that it's outdoors, you probably shouldn't be allowed to operate a microwave. The café and bar are closed as of my visit. If that's a downside for you, you need to get out more. Edit: based on older reviews I'm just reading, it seems they've cleaned up the place a lot.
