First impressions matter, and the building was pretty standard. There was a very generic air to this hotel, but the staff was very nice. The rooms were not terrible, but not great either. In one room the air conditioner was broken, in another the water in the bath tub wouldn't go down, etc. However the staff accomadated us to a better room. The pool was also great too.

The room was okay, except for the smell of smoke and the entry light was out. This is not the norm for this place — we have been here twice before and the smell eventually went away. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. I liked having the microwave and refrigerator — for our late night snacks.

Bed bug infestation and expired food! Rude prejudice owners! Hostile environment makes for good employees to resign! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Also watch your credit card charges they add charges for everything and never pay cash either.

Great price! Family welcome. A little noisy for just a couple relaxing. Coffee pot didn't work. Pool needed cleaning but all in all clean.

We only had plans for one night, but we ended up staying a few nights. This is a great motel, our family enjoyed the size of the room and the Wi-Fi was good too. Would definantly stay here everytime we come through town. Oh and the price is great.

The bath tub with jets was nice after a long day in the caverns for us. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was Good. Only glitch we had was the card keys didn't want to work other than that we had an amazing stay.

I love staying here because they have a decent selection for their breakfast but I really wish they had something to put in the door for “do not disturb. ” My fiancée and I were in the middle of our romantic scene when we had to run for covers because the cleaning lady was going into our room. This happened 2x during our stay and it’s really annoying.

Room was fine and clean. But book keeping lacks a lot. I was charged 2 time one in cash and once on my charge card. Took 24 hours to settle it.

Not worth saving the extra few dollars. We received absolutely terrible service, the room was open when we arrived, it smelled like some, the linens were soiled, customer service was awful, all in under 10 minutes.

We paid through priceline. After we got here and checked in and in the room. The staff said our payment was declined. We explAined it was paid through priceline. They where trying to bill a deposit through our card AFTER. We had already paid. Which was not authorized to do or said they would be needing. And then said we needed to bring a cash deposit in in the morning when we are leaving in the morning. Makes no sense. BUT the room was clean. Quiet and nice hotel. Pool and hottub looked nice but to cold now to use this time of year. Would come back.

Well if you like fresh fruit don't stay here. There were three to four apples in giant fruit bowl which in my opinion inedible soft dusty and gross. Tha juice which all Quality Inn pride themselves on was some child's drink flavoured water less than 1% juice. Feral was a generic brand bought in bulk bag, sitting out like dog or cat food purchase. If you like breakfast as I do you don't want to stay here. Insubordination of infringing on a corporate name in America soon if continues are country will be Mexico standards. I'm sick of slackers people cutting corners to save a few dollars. In America we are supposed to have pride in ourselves and what we do. That's what makes us Americans. Steve Genovese.

Best motel we stayed at on our road trip! The night shift lady was so sweet and helpful, the room (upstairs) was immaculate and everything was just very high quality. Way better than any motel 6 or super 8 I've stayed at, for the same price. Breakfast was also great! More than the basic cereal and waffles! The only complaint was that we couldn't get the air conditioning to stay on through the night. Personally, I appreciate this because I know it's more green and that's probably why it's like that, but my friend is sensitive to noise while sleeping and it woke her up when turning on and off.

An older motel, fairly clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The free breakfast was nothing to brag about. Close to railroad tracks and I could hear the train from my room. They could do a better job in the maintenance of the place. An OK place to stay for the price.

First off let me say that this is a very nice hotel and if it's available I will usually stay here. I rated 2 stars because of an incident that recently happened. I booked a room for a Saturday, check out Sunday. Paid online, received confirmation all is well. Arrived at hotel 8pm, go to check in … no room, they showed that it was for 2 weeks from my arrival. I show a confirmation, they cant change it, have to call and have it done. It's 8pm they aren't open. Family is outside waiting, I just say "F, it " rent the a room again don't want to deal with it at the moment (guy at desk sees military Id, gives me lesser rate, thanks for that). I call on Monday morning to cancel. They tell me hotel has no refund policy. Pretty much "Sorry if you don't use the room in 2 weeks you lose it. " So I ended up paying for 2 nights. Which was pretty lousy. As much as I like this place I don't think I'll be staying there again. Sucks but customer service is a biggie. They could have at least given me a credit so I didn't lose out. Bummer.

The battery in the door lock of the first room we we're offered had died but we had no trouble switching to a comparable room. It was clean and comfortable. Most importantly our room key offered us 10% off at Dick's Cafe across the street and I love to eat some Dick's.

BEWARE! This place was horrible we rented a total of 4rooms. The moment I turned the air off the room smelt like cat which I'm allergic to. I didn't sleep well so I got in the shower and found that there was black mold in the bathroom and from the looks of it they keep painting over it. The grout in the bathroom was bad. The carpets are filthy they need to be replaced. Housekeepers do very little cleaning noticed webs and trash behind dresser. So since I was concerned about the room I slept In. I decided to go check on family members in the other rooms and also found black mold in the bathrooms along with bed bugs in one room. I immediately went to the front desk to complain and I disappointed on how the manager addressed the problem. Very bad customer service didn't seem to care that the rooms were filthy. She offered 20% off the rate of 59 plus tax. I finally made it home and noticed I was charged the regular rate along with another 8.00 charge and I've a hundred times and no answer.

Great overnight spot. Cheap, clean, and quiet.

Disappointed and majorly disgusted! It stinks in this room and the bath tub was dirty as well as the rest of the room itself! I'll never ever stay here again!

We booked a room that was non smoking but the room smelled like smoke. They moved us, but it was still annoying after a long day driving.

The bed and shower was awesome. Haven't slept that good in a while. Breakfast could use a little help but there's an old school diner across the street that you get a discount with your room key.

I have stayed there one night so far and it was nice and clean. The staff was friendly the Wi-Fi works and the breakfast was good eggs walffels sausage juice…

Room was clean and tidy. Staff was courteous and helpful. All around a good overnight stop.

Bomb hotel. Much props to my hoes at Quality Inn. Fly honeys at the counter. All you eat biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Dope cleaning lady.

Decent hotel. Front desk was nice. Rooms are ok, that is all that matters, a place to sleep.

Beware, they will charge you extra after your stay a couple times, refund and charge you again. When I called to ask what was going on, why there was other charges other than my charge for my stay. Their response was it's for deposit in case anything was damaged in the room and they will hold the deposit up to 10 days then refund it back. It's something they do with every customer. Make sure you have additional funds in your account that you can spare because you won't see it for 7-10 days after they release your room and can say nothing was damaged.

We stayed at the Las Cruces, New Mexico location. Everything was extremely can and the office personnel was cheerful, helpful and pleasant. The only negative we had was their Wi-Fi didn't work at all. It showed it was connected but I kept getting a "check connection" while using Internet. It a lso dropped me down two bars.

The room was reasonably clean, but the Wi-Fi was glacial, when it worked at all. At check in, the desk clerk was telling everyone the Wi-Fi might be "slow" when the hotel was busy. With the parking lot nearly empty, I was still unable to reliably load simple web pages, and even the prompts to sign in to the hotel's Wi-Fi took several minutes to load. Later in the evening, with more guests, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Be advised there's a train with a loud horn that passes by the property several times a night.

Hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was free but mediocre. Room was nice and included free fridge. Price was good. Service was good/friendly.

Stayed two nights, came back from being out all day, in the evening of the second day to find that the room had not been picked up at all, no bed made, no towels changed, nothing. Really? Several shady people just loitering in the parking lot with loud truck music, several times. Lots of Interstate 10 semi truck noise also. Won't be staying here again…

When asked if they had a hot tub we were told yes over the phone but did not get told it was outdoors and seasonal.

I hated the stay my husband and I were bit by bed bugs which later turned in to scabies. They did nothing to help or anything will never stay in this or any other quality inn ever.

Mostly as expected, decent quality. But ridiculously tiny pillows.

Its alright whenever me and my mom stayed the ladies at check in were verry rude to us but the service is pretty good but TV in our room was broken. —.
