Very nice, pet friendly hotel. Very comfortable, spacious rooms.

They lost our reservation, charged me more for the room than our reservation said it would cost. The room window did not lock. Then I just saw that they billed me twice.

Very comfortable and clean excellent I loved it.

What a nice hotel! Great price, excellent service, great hot breakfast. The pool was a bit on the small side and it was indoors, but while all the other pools closed during a rain storm that came through; we got to swim until it closed, they also have a steam room, exercise room and nice jacuzzi. We had six people in our group and it was a comfortable stay for all of us.

A nice, we'll keep hotel. Best in Las Cruces! We recommend all to stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location staff was great accommodations perfect and I’d have to say comfort suites has the best beds and pillows thank you for a good nights sleep.

Vey nice Hotel. Beds are comfortable, girl at front desk wasn't super friendly but not rude. Make sure your out of your room before house keeping comes around if your staying more than 1 night or they won't clean your room!

Very nice hotel, great breakfast that stays full of goodies until 9. Rooms are beautiful and very comfy beds. Bathrooms are very nice and clean.

Stop here every year. Nice staff. Clean, comfortable accommodations. Easy access to local stores and food.

Everything was wonderful! Rooms clean and cool, breakfast was perfect with yogurt, cereal, waffles, and sausage, ECT. The true gem of the place was Rebecca at the front desk. Warm, hospitable, and great travel tips!

Rooms were spacious and clean, and the coffee is above average. Hot breakfast, although the eggs and bacon are mediocre. I would stay here again.

Conveniently located near shopping (Target, Albertsons, etc) and food (Olive Garden, Pecan Grill, etc) this is a newer property which is showing some signs of wear. The free breakfast was about average. Wi-Fi speeds were in the 2-3Mbps range; barely adequate for video streaming. The staff were both helpful and friendly. Overall, a nice place to stay. Would book again.

This is the only place we stay at in Las Cruces. It's great. The rooms are always very clean and beds are most comfortable. People are kind and ready to serve you.

Newer pet friendly hotel with clean, modern themed rooms. Great location right off I-25 in a newer shopping center with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast provided was simple but covered all the basics and provided options for all diets.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful for directions to places. I would recommend this place and plan to book with them again.

Nice suites, comfortable beds, microwave and small fridge. Good value for price. Stayed here numerous times when in Las Cruces. Breakfast is well just ok. Served from 6 to 9 am. Again good value for the accommodations.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve come across. Might be the fact that it’s a newer hotel, but still. I do wish they had a bigger area with grass for pets, since it is a pet friendly establishment. Other than that, this was a great hotel! Friendly staff and have to say… very quiet!

Location and comfort was great. Service was good except desk clerk gave us rooms on 4th floor that we're not ready yet. We had to go back down and be issued 2 rooms. We requested adjoining, so they had to give us handicapped room to accomodate.

Good view from the top floor. Quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Great customer service when checking in and out. Close to the mall and other shopping. Solid hotel!

The Comfort Suites in Las Cruces was really nice. They have an amazing pool a great workout area a wonderful sauna and a really good free breakfast. The staff was very nice and friendly and the price was frankly very inexpensive check them out if you need a place in the area. Check out my photos of us having fun there as you can see it was a blast!

The hotel is really great. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars, is because their receptionist when we checked in (12/26/17), who was also there the following night was awful. Came across very rude, like it was a chore to help us any time we asked for something. Even my children commented on how rude and grumpy she was. Aside from that, our stay was fantastic! The room was huge, and worked perfect for our family. We have 5 children (ages 13, 12, 8, 5, and 23 months), and had a room with 2 queen beds, the couch that pulled out into a bed, and a crib for the baby. We did a lot of swimming and they have their special towels in the swimming area, which we thought was pretty cool. They also had complimentary breakfast that was really good (waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pastries, cereal, etc). Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again if we come back to town!

Love this place! Great price for a big room, breakfast is great and front desk personnel are amazing! Never had such great experience with a hotel while traveling like this. Also, service dogs are free to stay. I'll definitely stay again.

Room was very clean. They were pet friendly and even had baggies to clean up after my dog. I didn't hear much noise from other rooms.

Really really nice. Hotel appeared newer and had a very modern design. The Suites were very roomy and clean. Breakfast had many options. About the only thing that wasn't impressive was the size of the swimming pool. Otherwise, a great hotel for the price.

Nice clean updated hotel. Great amenities (pool, hot tub and steam sauna) as well as friendly staff. Nice big truck parking and restaurants nearby. Free breakfast was very good.

Very nice and new rooms. Spacious with a sectional sofa, and the amenities are very nice in both the room and the rest of the hotel. Green chilis served with breakfast too, so that gets my vote.

I always stay at this hotel and location every time we travel through. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is convenient, the amenities are amazing, the breakfast is pretty good, and the rooms — — OMG. Love it. Huge and spacious and pretty immaculate. I trust this location a lot. I will definitely come back again.

We had been on the road 12hrs. We were going mad at the world and each other but the girl on the front desk just smiled. We are old and have trouble walking she got us the closest room to the elevator. We loved the room and booked another night. Can't wait to see the pool and use it.

The location was very convenient as it was right off of the interstate, the rooms were very spacious with a couch and a very nice tv, and the service was spot on.

Very nice! New, modern, comfortable, large rooms. We spent the last ten days in different resort hotel rooms, this room was better by far and way cheaper! Good choice wether you are passing through or staying for a while.

Went for birthday party. It was a great night in Las Cruces, warm no wind. It was on the patio. Music was too loud, when asked to turn it down it was turned off. Drink prices so high could had purchased a fifth for want it cost for two drinks. A shot of tequila was $40.00 anywhere else in town the same tequila is $18.00 TO $20.00. I know now where NOT to book an event.

This place is awesome! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the decor is great, the restaurant has really good food. I would go back there for other purposes than events.

It is a beautiful and rustic hotel. Staff is very friendly. It is an elegant hotel without feeling stuffy. Their restaurant and separate bar have wonderful service. The pool area is very nice.

Great experience staying here. Everything was clean. Rooms could use some updates, but I would definitely stay here again. Ask for a room with a view of the mountains! Also, the restaurant in the Lobby has a great breakfast burrito!

This is the place to stay! The staff was super helpful and courteous during a stressful stay while my husband had a procedure done at the hospital nearby. Not only did they discount our room (which was was great by itself), they also made it possible for me to stay 2 1/2 hours past late check-out until I could get my husband from the hospital. They made my life so much easier in taking care of my 3 year old and 8 month old while my husband was getting his procedure done and recovering. I can't rave enough about how great this place is.
