Really beautiful hotel! I loved everything about it. Katie, at the front desk, was really informative as well and was really welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. Though there’s a restaurant/bar and a gift shop inside the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here!

The grounds of this hotel are unique and beautiful. I love the old world style. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the pool as it was being chemically treated. Our room, a standard double, was clean and well kept. There was no mini fridge in our room which was an inconvenience, but regardless I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has beautiful Spanish style decor and a gorgeous outdoor area and pool. I think the best part was how hospitable they were. They text you the morning of to see if you need anything and they offered complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries since we are recently married. They're extremely pet friendly and offer pet sitting, a treat bag upon arrival, and 2 outdoor pet relief areas. The only thing I was upset about was they put us and our pups on the top floor. While the view was beautiful, our dogs could hardly hold it long enough to get outside. Wish they had been more thoughtful there.

We chose to stay at the hotel as a way to celebrate our wedding anniversary and Hotel E didn't disappoint. We were greeted with a warm and friendly smile and were given a tour of the hotel. I asked a member of the staff where the nearest ice machine was and instead of simply telling me where it was he walked with me to the location. It's the details like this that make the difference. The staff went out of their way to make our night feel special. We had left the hotel for dinner and upon our return we were surprised with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting in our room. I would highly recommend this hotel for those needing a getaway.

Got to enjoy this location twice. The hotel is very private, meaning nobody will disturb you. What stands out are the hotel grounds. If your planning an event or party check out the pool area. One thing that comes to mind when I first saw it is WEDDING. The grounds are already divided up for you. Bathroom is available in pool area and the stairs could make for a grand entrance. You really have to see it for yourself to imagine all the possibilities.

Hotel Encanto is a great place to stay at. It's next to a great mall with many stores. And the hotel also has great food, a gift shop and a fantastic pool. They even have a gym. Kids and Adults will have a great time staying in this hotel. The best hotel in Las Cruses, NM.

Super clean and old world classy hotel. I stay at the Encanto every time I'm in Las Cruces. The pool and hot tub are gorgeous and surrounded by palm trees. There's a hopping bar with fantastic outside seating. I had the breakfast sandwich on sour dough bread and it was seriously good. I highly recommend the Hotel Encanto.

I love staying at Heritage hotels and this one is simply beautiful! We upgraded to a terrace room for easy access to the stunning pool and we had a pretty patio with Jasmine growing all around us and lovely sunset views. Good food and a good stay!

This place rocks. We brought our dogs with us and they didn't try and charge a massive fee. They dog sat at the front desk so my wife and kid could go out to eat, without having to worry about our dogs. They went above and beyond. Plus there beds are the softest beds in Cruces. Highly recommended and will stay here anytime I come back. They did a phenomenal job, keep up the good work Encanto. Customer service first! Thanks for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one.

Great weekend getaway from El Paso.

A very lovely hotel. Very clean and welcoming, decoration are beautiful. The setting is more like hacienda style vs modern. But the room we stayed in was perfect. Pictures of our jacuzzi suite below. If you order a turn down service, be sure to get details, on that subject we didn't get what we wanted. Avoid the restuarant-enough said, But over all it was an amazing experience.

Room are nice, not five stars or even four. Atmosphere is definitely premium for Las Cruces. There is nothing that compares to the pool area in Las Cruces. It is a beautiful oasis for both day and night fun!

Just spectacular the hotel.

Great place to meet new people from other states. The atmosphere is pleasant and great selection of drinks. The remodel of the pool area and Club Azul is amazing. People dress to impress and it turns into a big city feel.

It was a great hotel. My mother and I stayed there one night during spring break. Unfortunately they didn't have a fridge or a microwave and it would have cost $10 per appliance per night to have. Not really 5 star hotel quality. They did have biscochitos and water up front that they brought to you in real glasses. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond for my down allergy and got me blankets without down and put pillow cases on the pillows without down. The swimming pool felt great it didn't have too much sunscreen or chlorine in it. I could open my eyes underwater without goggles. There was a lot of noise during the night my mother complained about. We were close to nearly everything and even though the trial they suggested was closed they had more suggestions. I really would love to give this place 5 stars but the no refrigerator thing was just ridiculous.

My partner and I spent the night here for some R&R. The hotel is really nice and the food is great. However, the security is nonexistant. Our car got broken into and everything inside was stolen. The front desk folks were not helpful and they kinda just looked at us while we were checking out. My partner was clearly upset and they had nothing to say, no apologies, not even a discount. It was an awful experience and they didn't even try to make it better. The hotel is not safe, and they have no customer service. Don't risk staying here.

Excellent location and very good service.

Really great customer service! Lovely decorated, clean rooms, and you felt really pampered. Only reason it's 4 is because there was only one operating elevator at the time of my visit and a LONG time!

Very nice hotel. Has an awesome pool area. Does not have refrigerator or microwave in rooms but they are available to rent. If they had been included in room I? would have given a 5 star rating.

Truly a fabulous experience! We found a wonderful rate using Hotel Tonight and were so impressed with this beautiful, atmospheric hotel, the stellar service, the elegant and comfortable room, the gorgeous pool/hot tub area. Davion and Colton at the front desk were just exceptional with their customer service and hospitality. We loved the Hotel Encanto! It’s got a great New Mexico style inside and is dog friendly too—what’s not to love?

The hotel lobby is beautiful with a number of fine statues & an awesome restaurant. The rooms were fairly well appointed and definitely had beautiful furnishings. The rooms need to have a place to plug in your cell phone charger near the side of the bed. The showers are a bit small also. Overall a beautiful hotel and a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable room and a wonderful bed. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant have been good on both of my stays here. I travel with my dog and the pet friendly rooms are well kept. The staff is very friendly.

Our anniversary fell on Thanksgiving this year. We enjoyed their Thanksgiving buffet. The food was excellent and tasted homemade… we where extremely pleased with both food and service! Definitely worth a return trip.

Las Cruces is an amazing place and staying at this place is the best choice!

I was there in the spring of this year and enjoyed my stay. The room was great, the bed very comfortable and there was a good coffee vending machine in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the "American" breakfast in the restaurant was worth seeing. As a German, it reminded me of a 5-course menu for dinner:-)
Absolutely recommended for the price! The only minimal point of criticism: The hotel did not have a power adapter for German plugs at the reception, I have already experienced this differently in other hotels. But luckily I was able to get one on site.
Would recommend the hotel at any time.

For being a high end hotel the bed was very uncomfortable. The elevators move very slowly and it seems that only 1 was working. However, the lobby is beautiful and the staff were all very nice. It's a great place for pictures and the bar seems to be full all the time. Their ballroom is pretty big too. It's not a bad place just not one of my favorites.

If I could give negative 10 I would. Worst service I've ever seen. Don't waste your time or money. Worst bartenders ever! It should never take 40 min to get a drink. I was assaulted physically and verbally by a regular customer that was a male, followed by a male security staff. I was told I was dancing near this man and that's the only reason he was allowed to assault me. The man was way over served and I can only assume that's a regular practice for this establishment hence the murder that happened between cops. Las Cruces has way better places than this hole. Next time I'll drive to El Paso before I consider this place.

I was there in the summer 2017 and I have to say it is a nice place close to a shopping mall with in the shops.
There is a pool is a small jacuzzi were not spotless because just before C had been a thunderstorm however we were able to do the. Bathroom the same.
A few miles away are some attractions such as the very nice white sand desert!

Lovely hotel with beautiful views. Rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. A gift shop, bar and restaurant are right off the lobby. Lots of restaurants & shopping within EASY walking distance. Nicely located for reaching lots of sightseeing destinations. Rooms do not include refrigerators or microwaves. They can be requested but there are a limited number so request early!

Maybe it's better during the week. Jacuzzi completely smelled dirty. Had to wash our bathing suits immediately after and take a really good shower. So many kids jumping in and out of the jacuzzi where my hunny and I tried to have a nice evening. Does not live up to what I expect a Resort should be. I had high hopes and was disappointed. Will not return nor recommend.

Beautiful top to bottom! High end. Across from many restaurants, banks, shopping centers and Mesilla Valley Mall for shopping. Excellent bar and restaurant. Nice sized gift shop. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Requested a room on a high floor. They put me on the third floor. Had issues with my AC. Repairman stopped by. Said new thermostat needed. Said he'd be back. Never saw him again. And there were ants everywhere, including inside the coffee maker. I did like the restaurant, but that was it.

Staff is extremely friendly. I used the gym accommodations, and have been swimming in their gorgeous pool area. The restaurant downstairs has amazing breakfast burritos. Highly recommended.

Even though I didn't stay the night I enjoyed my time. It was a much needed luxurious vacation. Very friendly staff made it that much more enjoyable.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and authentic. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There's also a nice Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel with a bar and delicious food. The rooms are nicely kept and the prices are cheap for what you are getting. We will definitely be back!

We got a Jacuzzi suite which was very nice. The jacuzzi was a nice size and allowed for some options with bubbles (on/off) and temperature. The bed was soft enough for me and firm enough for my husband. There was no fridge. The location is very central with shopping and dining nearby. They also provide discounts with some local shops and restaurants.

Beautiful surroundings. Room was comfortable. However, cleanliness was appalling. Dirty hallways, never vacuumed room service trays left in hallway over 12 hours. Bathrooms throughout were disgusting. Not stocked. And if you want to rent a movie, your out of luck.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Encanto. Very friendly front desk young lady. Shannen was very informative, very courteous. Rooms were very spacious, beds very comfortable. Checkout was nice also. Nicollet made a note about our awful experience at Gardunos restaurant, even though they are a separate entity from the hotel. Go out of the hotel for Mexican food (Si Senor).

Great food at gardunos. Rooms are clean. Bar at club azul is fun! Great location across from mall.

I was there for a Alcohol certification class. Love that class. I'd been there before a few years ago for a political thing. The food is good. Great place for a wedding.

If you are traveling with children DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel has beautiful decor. However, the rooms are not clean, pool was dirty, and the young staff at front desk… not friendly or inviting at all. We felt as if we were bothering them. We are supposed to be here for 4 nights and I'm ready to change hotels after 1 night. For the price of a "Deluxe" room we are in and the amount we paid… The amenities are basic.

We stayed there for 3 nights and our experience was great. We were there to attend a wedding. Staff was really nice and very friendly. The rooms are nice but I could have used a refrigerator. The room that we had was very noisy but not the hotel's fault. It was the people driving up and down the road with the loudest mufflers possible. We had other family members who were in other parts of the hotel and had much quieter rooms. The wedding and reception was beautiful and I only have a small critic, the couple getting married should have had mics because we could not hear them. I would surely recommend and visit this hotel again.

Lovely staff. Quick service. Only issue, breakfast is not included. Otherwise, the best or one of the best hotels in las cruces.

The hotel itself is beautiful, however I had a major problem with staff. When the pool came down to close time the man there walked up to us and said that he was going to kick us out. Very rude. Instead of asking kindly for us to leave due to closing, his tone of voice was horrible and not very kind to his guests. I understand he has a job to do, but he could have asked for us to leave in a peaceful manner. Very displeased. A few other small happenings such as my fridge being broken and had trouble getting them to at least attempt to fix it and so on. Won't be back.

Rooms are nice. A little noisy at times. Pool is very nice. Azul is a good bar, good staff, nice feel to the place. Good drinks.

Had dinner at Gardunos Mexican Cantina in the hotel. Quick service and very reasonable prices. The food was excellent and authentic. Great happy hour also… free taquitos and chips and salsa.
