Nice clean rooms. Friendly customer service. Great complimentary breakfast.

We chose Hampton Inn for a business meeting. The conference rooms overlook the city and mountains. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was unbelievable. They took care of everything. The general manager checked in everyday to make sure that our stay was great.

What an amazing hotel! The conference rooms served us well, the staff treated us like royalty. The views were incredible! There are lots of hotels in albuquerque. Choose this one :)

Everything I expected. Honored my request for 'view of mountains'. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Extensive breakfast included with room. Pool area was clean and fully stocked with towels. Couldn't have gone better.

Can be a bit difficult to get into the complex due to layout. Great property. Very close (walking) to many choices for quick casual food. Not walking close grocery however.

Rooms and staff are nice and friendly. Good water pressure and temperature range in the bathroom. Climate control works without difficulty. However, the pool area needs updating. The handrail on the pool stairs is not fully secured and is unusable. Water temperature is cold. Lastly, the bottom of the pool has been stained and not restored. The hot tub is in much better shape. I would stay there again, but only as long as I wasn't planning on using the pool.

It was a very Good experience, the workers were very friendly.

So far we are not very impressed. We checked in to get a tiny room and they didn't not even give us complementary water like all the other Hamptons do for being a gold member. And then the TV quit working. It was barely sprinkling outside not even enough to need an umbrella. The guy at the desk said that it is because we are having inclement weather. My wife told him that it is just sprinkling and he replied that inclement weather means when the big clouds in the sky drop water down to the earth. I think they need to get their DirecTV satellite adjusted or need to drop DirecTV and get cable. I think they should also get rid of the smart ass they have running the desk.

Was visiting family. The lobby was nice and big. Ordered pizza and had plenty of room for all of us to eat. Went swimming after. The pool room could some more attention. Towels and trash were everywhere. But overall, very nice experience.

Mr. Alex manager very friendly, hospitable, and very personable with his services to the us. Mr. Arion actually made a special birthday care package for my beautiful friend who's birthday is today, very greatly appreciated. Thank you for your special hospitality!

Have stayed here seceral times. Amazing Customer service always very friendly! Very clean! Mr. Alex manager is very hospitable and always makes it a friendly atmosphere to stay in. Mr. Arion is very friendly and complimented a birthday gift for me which I did not expect. Highly recommended!

The service was okay I got charged a lot for simple things. Alex the manage is no help. Need improvement with keeping their customers happy. Overly poor experience not worth the money.

The customer service was OUTSTANDING! The employees at this hotel were so very helpful and friendly! My family and I were In town for the Balloon Fiesta, the employee's were all very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us get our tickets and explained the park and ride system. They provided an very early morning breakfast at 4:00am for the guests who were leaving that early for the Balloon park. So Awesome! I Wanted to Acknowledge 3 very special employees they have Thank you for all your assistance Jay, Alex & Ron! You made our stay very enjoyable!
