The hotel staff is extremely friendly here. The beds are soft and comfy and the rooms are always clean. This hotel is nearby plenty of shopping and dining places. It's just a quick drive to Philly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the area.

The room was beautiful. Very contemporary. The bathroom was gorgeous and there was a nice feel to the hotel from the moment you walked in.

This was almost a five-star rating. Everyone was very nice. The rooms were comfy. They have a nice little gym. We were having a nice breakfast watching the Royal Wedding with the other guests when it started raining all around where we were seated, and the food area. I hope they got all of that fixed, because this is a good place to stay.

Great location and beautiful facility. Hotel staff was expecting my arrival and were incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean, modern, and had all the amenities a business traveler needed.

Stayed here for the first time. Super Clean. Rooms are beautiful. Breakfast buffet one of the best I have seen in hotels and was maintained by 2 attendants who kept it full and clean and really cared. Desk staff fantastic. They even had a shuttle bus for us to take us to our trade show — — driver was fantastic. Rooms are set up for business travelers.

Awesome spacious rooms. Great breakfast and even a heated pool. Close to food and shopping too.

Good breakfast. Eggs, potatoes, meat, fruit, waffles, oatmeal. Clean, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows and blankets. Nice sized walk-in closet. Shower was AWESOME! There is a lumbar sprayer (?! ) that was amazing and also a bath tub. Lots of lounge space AND a bar in the lobby. Heated pool room and heated pool. (We've stayed places where the pool room is too cold to want to hop in the pool. ) Fitness room, business center, plenty of close, convenient parking.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They offer a full breakfast and the coffee was on point. We stayed here because it was 10 minutes driving distance from Sahara Sam's. There are ample restaurant options to choose from within a mile radius and an ACME grocery store nearby.

Front reception, bartender were great! Nice room, clean, comfortable beds and layout. Exceeded expectations.

Ok, I’m going to be brief but validate other reviews with low stars have a common theme with this Marriott branded hotel for a blocked event that my immediate family planned … and a “Suzette” made it quite clear that their site is not accountable for any mistakes the Marriott may have made with, as she put it “altering” the rates for myself, my mom and my sister. To begin we kept being told no rooms were available everytime we called the main site from this “Isadora” and then rooms were booked with ease for other guests that are family friends with the same “Isadora”. It made no sense to me, so we called the Marriott who easily found rooms for us and at a lower rate! We were greatful, thanked the associate and even complimented them to their manager for helping us. They emailed us the reservations along with the promised rate. Then we arrive and what should have been easy, became more difficult. “Isadora” who refused to book a room at all from the start, claimed the rate in the email was wrong, and although the Marriott booked the room for their site, they claimed the Marriott made a mistake and they would not honor the rate in the email — and charged extra money for each room beyond what was in the email.

Nice and clean hotel room. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast is also nice.

Nice place but the morning breakfast kind of stinks but overall great service and good quality.

Stayed for a nearby wedding and this was a convenient location for us. Room was nice with a sectional couch and comfy bed. Everyone was pleasant and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

I booked two nights at this hotel for a wedding. After the first night we were there, the day of the wedding we were attending, my husband went to the ceremony and I stayed back with our infant so he could nap and enjoy the reception for longer. 30 minutes in to his nap, housekeeping walks in our room and wakes him up. I confront him immediately, and he's holding the do not disturb sign in his hand that he removed from my door. Turns out the front desk screwed up and had us as checking out that day and rechecking in to a different room… I was furious. After flipping out on the housekeeper, I said leave now you've woken up my baby. He hears crying and apologizes and leaves. Two minutes later, the flipping phone rings. It's the front desk. Didn't they tell you they woke up a baby and maybe wait to call their flipping room? I will never visit this hotel again and will tell everyone I know that lives in this area. Stay area from this horrible service!

We had a hotel block here for our wedding (booked up almost 50% of the hotel), and while the facilities/rooms/bar were really great, it was incredibly challenging to work with the sales staff at the hotel. They took really long to respond to any form of communication (if they responded at all), and didn’t seem to actually understand how to do the basics of their job (making hotel accommodation cards, adding room to a block, etc. ). What should have been one of the simpler vendors ended up being one of the more frustrating ones to work with.

So, a story. We checked in at just after ten pm. The room was nice, unloaded our stuff in the room, and when we went to set up the convertible couch for our daughter we noticed that the couch was missing a foot. I go to the front desk and was offered to have maintenance look at it. I said it's late, is there another room. Right next door was an identical room so we switched and moved everything in it. In the second room we found a baby bottle under the bed and the air conditioner was making a loud rattling noise that we know would have kept us up all night. We went back to front desk. They didn't offer a third room but had maintenance fix the couch in the first room. Now it's after eleven pm and the seven year old is way, way, past her bedtime. Eventually the couch gets a leg and we have to move all our stuff back to the first room, set up the couch bed and get the little one to sleep, which is close to midnight. My wife asks the woman at the desk, who was very nice and the Operations Manager, about compensation. A second night would have been awesome. All she offered was Marriot points, five thousand of them. We repeatedly explained that we hardly ever travel and that the last Marriot points we had expired in 2016 due to two years of inactivity. That's where we're at currently, at 6.20am.

Good hotel. It was quiet which is a big deal for me. The room was nice, the only reason I deducted a star was that it had a strong new carpet smell and there was a crack in floor of the shower (not big deals, but something to note). The breakfast was good, they had tater tots, eggs and sausage in addition to the typical fare.

I travel a lot for work. Anytime I have to go to Philadelphia, I stay here. Super close to transpotation, clean, and convenient. I had an issue with my television, and it was replaced the next day, after I told them around midnight that I had an issue. Great place!

The staff were really exceptional. We traveled as a family and they called us by family name. They were receptive to suggestions and the breakfast had better fresh fruit options than the Fairfield we had stayed at the few nights before. Room and hotel were both clean and in good order.

Loved this hotel. Nice sized room for a good price, especially considering that we booked it about 30 minutes before we checked in. Room had a fridge and microwave, and the beds were comfortable. Didn't look like your typical hotel room. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities had an exercise room and pool, neither of which we used, so I can't comment on either. Breakfast buffet was small but complementary, so can't complain. Food was good. Only reason it got four stars instead of five was the toilet did not flush, but someone came to fix it almost immediately.

First of all (and most importantly for me), the bed was very comfortable. The layout was nice — it was loft style, with a separate couch and desk area that was divided not by a wall but by a raised back to the desk. It's overall fairly modern looking and was very clean and nicely maintained. The reception area was quite nice. There's complementary breakfast in the mornings, and a bar in the evenings. The bartender was very nice. There's no restaurant in the hotel, but there are several nearby, both fast and sit-down restaurants. It's not a huge selection, but certainly enough for something different every night and plenty of different types of cuisine. The only negative for me was the closet. It's sorry of awkwardly placed near the foot of the bed and the doors don't stay open very well, so they'd sometime run into me while I was getting my clothes. It's a pretty minor thing, but it was kind of annoying.

Location was fine. Service was great. Front desk, the night manager, and staff around the hotel were all smiles. The rooms were amazing EXCEPT that the lock broke and wouldn't let me in at midnight, the night before my friend's wedding. Took staff 45 minutes to solve the problem, but I could tell they genuinely cared.

We love this place. Its perfect for when you just want to get away. The employees are very nice and the place and rooms are very clean and modern. They have a fitness center with the tv's on the machines and they have an indoor pool. They have a nice bar in the lobby. They offer free breakfast with a nice variety of things to eat and they have 12:00pm checkout. My kids love it when we stay here, so im sure it wont be our last.

We used Springhill Suites for our wedding back in April 2017. While the sales office is a bit troublesome to deal with, it was worth the hassle as the hotel and hotel staff were both amazing. They were very accommodating to our group and even went out their way to ensure that my groomsman's rooms were ready early the day of the wedding. The hotel itself is clean and well kept. Definitely the best option in the immediate area.

Very clean, very spacious, great staff. Shopping and restaurants right acros the street. We were very comfortable.

Location is convenient to various wedding venues and staff is very friendly and accommodating. They went so far to gather towels to help us dry off the seats on our bus during a monsoon. However, when we got to our room after check in, it had not yet been cleaned. Many people's rooms were not ready, and until they were ready the hotel for some reason could not confirm the guests indeed had their precooked rooms available.

Visited friends that were staying here and getting married at a nearby hall. The hotel is nice and clean. And we had a good time sitting by the fire pit with a few drinks.

Stayed here for a wedding. Rooms were great and clean. The showers are awesome with the pressure jets. The continental breakfast was really good as well.

The room upstairs used the tub and I had a waterfall in my room. In addition I had the wrong date for the check in when I arrived, they promised it would be fixed. I ended up paying for two stays. One with a flood the other non-existent. When I called to ask for correction, they told me they would call back they never did. If you stay there don't count on getting a billing issue resolved or a problem corrected. There are many hotel options in the area.

The room accommodations were ample and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast choices were varied and well maintained. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The rooms were very nice, I think the new design concept is very modern and nice.

Would have been happy to give them the fifth star, however, not only were there little children on the floor above us running back n forth at 6:30am, but there were teenagers next door doing the same; the slamming doors and giggling and laughing running up and down the hallways doesn't quite lend itself to sleep induction… Why do hotels INSIST on putting small children and kids right above or next to older people who are there for peace, quiet and sleep? After a 15 hour road trip, the LAST thing I would EVER want is sleep… Best breakfast of any hotel I've stayed at yet! Make your own HUGE waffle, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, coffee, tons of fresh fruit, breads of all kinds, luscious scrambled eggs, (cheese, salsa and spinach to put on it if you're so inclined), fabulous hash brown potatoes (and fully cooked for once! ), sausage (sorry to say I could have done without the semi cooked pork patties — — bacon would have been better… or even the link sausage), nuts, raisins, brown sugar, cranberries, dried banana chips (for your oatmeal or for you to eat) and the largest most extravagant collection of delish spreads for your muffins / toast / breads that you could imagine. Fruit/citrus water, tea, but no hot chocolate? The variety and quality impressed me (except for the meat — — yuck! ) and there was a lady there to oversee it all and replenish it if necessary.

Stay as far away from Marriott as you can. If you are not sure, check out their corporate rating with the Better Business Bureau in Bethesda MD. Their rating is an "F". They don't care about customer service, as you will see when you read all of the problems they don't address. I will never stay at a Marriott again. The comments here are the same at the BBB. I am amazed they don't care about the consumer and their concerns. Too bad, they just lost another customer.

Very nice hotel for the price. The buffet breakfast was ok… surrounded by a little shopping center.

The room was clean sufficient and very very comfortable and had a microwave and refrigerator and a coffee machine and was certainly sufficient for my overnight stay.

The rooms were nice, if a bit narrow. Comfy beds and free Wi-Fi. Continental breakfast was a nice touch.
