We loved it Denis Chambers cook Tonya Kim Sabrina and of course Michael we're EXCELLENT.

My husband and I decided to go put for a night without the kids but we didn't want to go too far so we stayed at the Inn at Voorhees. It was very nice. The room was a nice size and clean. The people who worked there were very helpful. The breakfast was great! The only complaint we would have is around 3am people came down our hallway making all kinds of noise, but that's not the hotels fault.

If the rooms were kept up a little better and they served a better variety of hot food at breakfast, I would give this place five stars. This is a decent place to stay and for the price you get a good deal. The staff was friendly, especially the cook, and we had no difficulties. Kim even helped us get connecting rooms that met our needs perfectly. It's away from the interstate, so no highway nose at night and there's plenty of restaurants nearby. My biggest disappointment was that they only had waffles and oatmeal for hot food at the breakfast. Other reviews showed sausage and eggs, and the cook said he usually has biscuits and gravy with home fries. I got the impression that management was cutting back on expenses.

The staff is helpful and polite. The room was clean and I enjoyed my stay.

If this is the Hampton Inn I give it 5 stars, If this is the Marriott I give them no stars, the Marriott totally gave me their ass to kiss after I made reservations for 2 days, they changed check in rules, instead of paying like I did last year, I brought my mother and father up from Dover Delaware and the Marriott tells me I can't have a room because I withdrew the money off my debit card to pay them so the funds were not on my debit card anymore, thank GOD for the Hampton.

I’ve visited this hotel on Saturday the receptionist told me I could stay on any floor then assigned me to the third-floor after I told her I didn’t want to be up high. She was very adamant that there were a lot of rooms clean when I arrived, she made me fill out all the paperwork and took the payment before she gave me a key and told me my room number. So I went upstairs, upon exiting the elevator the hallway smell like eggs I went into the room it was fairly clean I made a couple phone calls and then I heard slamming of the door frequently next-door it was a lot of drunken Mexicans and so I went downstairs and I asked her if I could change my room she told me no the hotel is completely booked Mind you I was only there for about 25 minutes and then I said well if I can’t stay where I need to can I have my money back, she didn’t told me no! she couldn’t do that so when I went outside to get in my car I drove around the hotel and I seen empty hotel rooms the window curtains were open no one in them jus clean and un — touched but she wouldn’t allow me to change my room. This hotel is definitely worth the price of its value which is very cheap very distasteful and poor customer service! She gave me a room change still on the 3rd floor claim this room could be quiet but the fact that she lied to me saying that there were no rooms available was enough for me! I wasted $81 of my money and I took myself to the Marriott around corner.

This is a surprisingly nice hotel. Staff friendly and professional. Breakfast decent. Rooms clean. Beds comfortable. Noon check out. Fast Wi-Fi. Everything a touring musician needs. Fridge. I would definitely stay here again.

Very basic hotel, great service, room was what I was hoping for. Couple places nearby to do. Perfect hotel for just a place to stay for cheap.

Our room was spotless, ac worked great. Check in/out was a breeze and the staff was accommodating to our large group of parents and little league baseball players, continental breakfast was very good as well.

My family and I stayed here for one night. My kids are very young so I wanted to make sure this place was clean and safe. It was booked through trivago. Great price, great service, room's clean and with everything we needed. Only negative thing was there was no toilet paper but as soon as I requested it was brought to my room. I'd definitely stay there again. I'd totally recommend it. Great job!

Clean and comfortable (mostly). The only negative was the shower stall doors were corroded, off-track, and a bit dirty making it difficult to slide easliy. We told the front desk clerk about it as we were leaving. He wrote everything down, and was very apologetic. There were eggs, bacon, a waffle station, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, etc. For breakfast. Plenty to eat. Would stay here again.

One of the most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever slept on, but also one of the worst breakfasts of all time. The hot food was one step above actual garbage. I've spent many nights in hotels and had many breakfasts in hotels, and these statements are genuine. 4 stars because of the rooms and price.

I can't comment on the rooms or the stay. Paid for a room could not make it and manger was extremely rude couldn't help with anything and hung up on me. I will never stay at this hotel in the future and recommend anyone to stay if the staff is so freaking rude. Spoke to Michael so called manager and Clerk Kim who don't tell full story!

Free continental breakfast this morning consisted of powdered eggs, sausage and self-made waffles that were like rubber. I asked for a piece of lemon, but packets of lemon juice were the only option. We forgot toothpaste and they had none because they ran out. The rugs look dingy, either they need a good cleaning or it's time to replace the rugs and spruce the place up a bit. Neighboring room occupants keep banging doors closed and/or banging on them now and during the night (which scared my daughter). The staff, however, are very nice. Nonetheless, I won't be staying here again.

My experience was great, great customer service at the front desk, great housekeeping staff and etc. I had 2 problems in my room but the maintenance man which I believe his name is Justin was there to fix my issues that I had other then that I cant say nothing bad about the place. Great place to stay especially for the price for free breakfast, great staff, and also a POOL. Definitely get more of my business hands down. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality.

Worst hotel experience of my life (and I am 50 years old). I have never written a review for a hotel before but I was hoping to save someone else from the miserable experience my family had at this dump. When we arrived on Friday, a beautiful hot Sunny day, the pool was inexplicably closed. They told us it was being shocked. I went to check out the "fitness center" to find it consisted of an old treadmill and incumbent bike and a medicine ball. The entire area was the size of my walk in closet. On Saturday night I was part of a 30 person group that was staying at the hotel for a soccer tournament. With only a small area to congregate to eat, we ate quickly and then cleared out so that another large party could use the area. We politely ask the "manager" if we could all sit out by the pool and promised not to use the pool since the pool area was locked off from use at 8:00 pm. It was only 8:30 pm, still light out, and we all wanted a central place to congregate. This manager person, in a T shirt and looking very slovenly, refused our request and told us we were welcome to sit in the parking lot in front of the hotel. We were so shocked with his response and begged him to reconsider given the amount of business we were giving the inn. He snapped his fingers at us and told us "there were rules and that wasn't going to happen. " When I pursued the matter, he threatened to call the police and have us ALL arrested!

Great staff and customer service! I stay here very frequently for business and the staff is always accommodating and polite! I don't know what some of these people are talking about with the staff but it's bs! Michael is on of the managers there and always treats me right and hooks me up from time to time. I highly recommend this Establishment!

1 person doing all work. No back up. It took him 1 hour to give my room card. Ice machine near room didnt let me sleep all night.

It's a decent hotel for the money, the building is a bit older. Nothing overly fancy but it gets the job done.

Good hotel. Shower head was too low (around my chin — I'm 6'1"). Pretty comfy bed. Mini-fridge made some weird noise but I just unplugged it.

This property is about average for a Hampton Inn (which is not a bad thing). Front desk was friendly and efficient. Only real complaint was the breakfast which was well below average with rubbery eggs and a sparse selection.

The staff members are very nice! It's super close to RowanSOM and there's a restaurant right next door too! It's clean and the complimentary breakfast is pretty good. I would definitely recommend it to others who wish to stay for a night or two.
