DO NOT BOOK HERE THEY CANCEL YOUR ROOM WHEN YOUR 5 hours from home pregnant and alone with your child awful service at the desk women screaming and hollering in front of my child and telling me there is no one to talk to no customer service number and no way to book another room because they are complety booked save your money and book else where and they don’t tell you you won’t receive hot breakfast and the pool is closed.

Great experience! Been here twice and it’s been great.

I stayed here for one week and it's a decent hotel. All the employees were helpful and personable. Their complimentary breakfast is OK. Nothing about it tastes fresh. You have a few choices to pick from including sausage, scrambled eggs, ready-to-make waffles. Even those tasted cardboard-y. The coffee was good though. The room that I stayed in was the perfect size. It was kept very today and clean. My main gripe about the room was the fact that bed was directly in the air conditioners path. I tried every which way to get it to not blow on me as I slept but the final do not move or rotate. I ended up winning the drapes in front of the unit so the air blew upwards and not on me. The pool is the size of a fun-sized Snickers… It's incredibly small. It's almost uncomfortable to be in if there is a couple families there. The "workout" room is a joke. It's maybe five machines and, I think, they put this room there as a selling point. It's nothing special. All-in-all though, if you need a room to stay in, this isn't the worst.

Newly renovated hotel. The rooms are clean and orderly. The only thing is that if you booked a king bed room, not all of them have a fridge and microwave. We had to request ours when we arrived. The location is conveniently located off a main road, although the entrance can easily be missed since it's behind a diner and cardiac center. All in all, we like the hotel and would come back when we are in the area again.

Great staff at check-in, clean new hotel. Two queen bed rooms include both a microwave and a fridge, something the website didn’t let us know, which was an added bonus. Entire hotel feels clean and new. The bathroom was spotless, and the amenities are all nice. Breakfast area is super clean and upon check-in there is both coffee And tea available for our taking.

I really can't deal with expensive hotels who won't hire enough housekeeping staff. Check in was not available when offered. Lobby full of guests waiting for their rooms for hours after check in time. Place full of little screaming kids. Pool the size of a large hot tub full of unsupervised children. Never got to use it. Mold in coffee pot! They must never even check it. Truly gross. Some guests reported ants in beds. Front desk out of free amenity items. Shower hard to adjust. Walls thin, neighbors loud. One computer screen cracked in business center. Omg this is a Hampton Inn? Won't be back.

This place needs a manager who can control the housekeeping staff. I stayed there several times over the past 4 months and some days the towels and washcloths were not replintished. Once the room wasn't made up at all. When the room was made up it was a fast and incomplete job. The toilet began to develop a ring at the water level so I know it was not being cleaned at all. There was mold/mildew around the bottom of the shower that wasn't cleaned the whole time I was in one particular room. The breakfast left much to be desired, several days they were out of 2% milk and all that was available is half and half or skim, no Vitamin D milk at all ever. Also bring your own change for the laundry if you intend on doing it yourself as the front desk may only sometimes have enough change to make quarters for $2.00 the cost of a wash and dry combined.

No complaints, everything was good but not extraordinary — clean facilities, amenities as described, and ample complimentary breakfast. It was good value for the money. Rooms are not too sound proof, we heard people in the room above us running around and jumping or something.

Very nice and quiet… staff was great. And most importantly, bed was super comfortable.

Nice clean room. Very pleasant staff. We were there under unpleasant circumstances but the pleasant stay made things more bearable. Nice place to stay.

I stayed about a week, with no snags if any sorts. The rooms are very well kept. Kudos to the staff. Beds are quite comfortable. And breakfast was excellent. Thumbs up to the kitchen staff.

Check in is 3pm. Got here 5 minutes to four and they stated room not ready it will be 15 more minutes. It's now 10 after 5pm and rooms still not ready. Watched several people check before myself. Will post more to see what type of response/excuse they give and see if they do anything out of courtesy. Traveling with two kids and a pregnant wife. Manager is Brenda. ***update*** The check in crew was awful. Their manager Brenda never took the time to call me back, but upon checkout we were helped by Melinda and her trainee Branden who took the time to understand and empathize with our situation. They were the ones who brought the 100% guarantee to our attention and in all honesty took me from a completely dissatisfied to a neutral/satisfied. If you do go I hope you get them for your stay!

My fiance and I stayed here for a couple of days and it wasn't a bad experience. The rooms are fairly spacious and clean, the AC and heating works perfectly, the staff is very helpful and friendly. On the downside, the water in the shower is not nearly as hot as I like it and the temperature is not stable — it keeps jumping up and down regardless of the time of the day. The breakfast is just not worth the money you pay for it — you are much better off in a dinner across the street. I've been to 3 other Hamptons in 3 different cities and they had 3, sometimes 4 times more options than this place. Then again, those where Hamptons outside the US, so it could be that they do things differently in general. Overall, I would recommend this place.

I had a quick 1 night stay at this Hampton Inn… check in was easy, as I did it on line through the app… once at the hotel, I was greeted by front desk staff, as I had a question for them… once I got to my room, I found it to be clean, and all as expected… the beds were comfortable as usual for Hampton, but for some reason, I didn't get a good night's sleep — not sure why — not too much noise — maybe heat/ac unit was too loud?! Anyways — breakfast was available as always, but I couldn't eat, as time was not on my side! Hopefully I will get back to this location again in the future — it was In a good location, and was clean!

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. Also enjoyed a continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I don't typically write reviews but we just left here and had to. The hotel staff is amazing! They are so nice and accommodating. The hotel is super clean! We used the pool a lot. It was small but super clean and perfect for our little family. The people that went to the pool late at night left it a mess. So much so they left food and there was ants everywhere. When we told the staff, they were there right away to clean it up! Amazing experience!

My family and I were displaced on the coldest night of January 2018. We checked into Hampton Inn for what we thought would be 3 nights, but turned into a week. The staff in Hampton Inn treated us with utmost respect, confidentiality and kindness. If it wasn't for the current situation in our lives, I would say it felt like we were on vacation far away from home. The rooms were very clean, staff was very helpful, courteous, and attentive. The pool might had been the highlight since we had two little boys with us. The situation we were facing at the time was made easier for everyone because of where we chose to stay. I'm forever grateful to Maggie Sanchez and her awesome leadership. Thank you. The Torres Family will come back soon after everything is settled.

Typical Hampton Inn. Relatively new, well appointed and very suitable for a good night's stay. Reasonably priced and well managed. There is a swimming pool but it's small. The nice thing about this location is that there is a great restaurant right in front of it. A short walk and there is a variety of good food.

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Free breakfast is a plus.

Checking in was like mass confusion on the day we arrived. There were only about 4 others ahead of us, however the desk staff did not seem to know what they were doing. The hotel has a pool, but it's not much bigger than my bathtub. While we were getting ready to leave I was searching for a shirt I had lost and when I went to look under the bed I noticed that the disgusting quilt on the bed was covered with puke from who knows how long ago. When we told the woman at the desk she just said thanks. They did have a nice free breakfast, but I was grossed out from the bed situation and the staff seems clueless.

Visited a friend here and it was quite a nice place. Accessable and well taken care of as well. Staff were super friendly and had cool little packs for the whole wedding party.

Horrible don't stay here customer service is horrible and rude. Had ants in my bed didn't gave me a refund didn't contact me back like there where supposed to. Someone hit my car and they didn't even care. Don't stay here.

Our stay here was fabulous. We stayed here during a mini vacation to Diggerland and Sahara Sams. The staff was incredible and very helpful. Our room was exactly what we needed (we made some special requests). They had popcorn and cookies every evening. My son loved coming back to yummy treats! As parents, the coffee bar was a life saver (and the coffee was great). Our favorite part was the breakfast. They had a waffle maker my son loved, and a great selection of breakfast foods from eggs and pancakes, to oatmeal and cereal. Fresh fruit was great, and staff was always on hand to help. We loved this hotel, and will definitely stay again soon!

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, nice small pool, very good breakfast. Only thing when checking out elevator was out of service for about 20 min had to walk with lots of luggage down 3 flights, not a prob for me, but for my elderly mother In law, fitness room is small it has 1 cable machine and a few tread mills, it could use a bench press. I would rate 4.5

The rooms are nice and clean. As a tall person I wish the towels were a bt bigger and the shower entry ways a bit taller but not a deal breaker. Cookies and popcorn in the evening are nice. Breakfast was the standard to see in places now. Nothing special but a good place to rest your head.

Clean and comfortable. Theres also a diner right in front of the hotel that will deliver to your room. Super convenient!

Terrible place to stay. You can hear and understand the conversation in the next rooms & hallways. You can hear every step they take above you. Kids and adults were running down the halls late in the night. We didn't get to sleep till after midnight due to The noise The bathroom door will only close halfway.

The hotel is relatively new and acceptable in cleanliness. It is located behind the Voorhees Diner, which is an excellent diner. I did not stay at the hotel, only checked it out for my relatives who will be staying in the area.

3 day stay. Fast check-in. Friendly staff. Many choices of complimentary breakfast. Room is spacious. Only issue was the cleanliness. Tables are dusty, toilet wasn't clean the next day and used towels are still on the floor… wasn't it housekeeping is everyday?

Terrible, the general manager, is extremely unprofessional and hostile. We had reservations here for Mother's Day weekend, 3 nights, the third one paid for in points. Well our stay was awful, there was a football team above us, they woke us up two days in a row at 6 am, they didn't offer to move us. We called a few times but it did nothing. They never showed up with towels, the room was dirty. I had my young children with me, we decided to leave a night early. The hotel misinformed me that Hilton Honors had to refund my points. That's not true, the hotel general manager has to. After three weeks of calling and not being able to get in touch with managers, the general manager was hostile, continued to fail to refund my points, then argued that they shouldn't have to refund them because they used them to discount my nights stay. She then yelled at me and got extremely hostile. This hotel needs to really take a look at customer service training and hospitality.

Visited just for a family get together. The pool was very nice though smaller then I thought it would be. Was also much warmer in the room which was nice while in the pool. However once out it was too hot in the room to relax comfortably.

Very clean and nice with a good breakfast bar. Comfortable bed and provided a wonderful "cot" that was really a nice size twin bed for my niece to stay after the wedding we attended down the road. Only complaints no towels at the pool x 2 and I wish the pool was bigger and the room a bit warmer.

Awesome place & staff. They were all so helpful, especially the young lady who checked us in on Sunday night, Nov 27th. Breakfast was yummy & fresh. The pool is small but we had a blast! One of my best hotel stays ever!

People running up down the hall ringing the door bell on the room in the hall right by the front desk. Employee was probably in the back sleeping because there is no way he didn't hear the noise they where making and could have seen them if he was at the front desk doing his job and could have asked them to please keep it down because it's three o'clock in the morning and people are sleeping!

Much cheaper than most places in the Marlton and Mount Laurel.

This is my very first time staying in this hotel staying in this hotel an the way the Interior decorate it Is soooo nice. The staff are very nice, we had Complementary breakfast an I have to say this is where it went bad. The food was very bad I wished I could have went back an cooked everyones food I was going to take my family an leave cause of that. We did stay but I thought about it hard because the rooms are sooooo small an just not what I expected from this being a hilton but I guess having more rooms makes them more money. But they should take two rooms an make one cause they r very very small. To stay one night cause you need to rest from driving this would be the place to stay.

Rooms are very nice. Staff was accommodating. The only thing about the hotel is that it is situated behind 2 building off the road. So when you are looking for it Its hard to find. However one of those building is a 24/7 diner so that's kind of awesome.

This is a new hotel, so it is very clean. The rooms are nice sizes and everything is in good shape.

I stay at Hilton properties about one or two days per week. I consistently come back to this hotel, even though it may not be the closest to my daily destination. The wonderfully modern rooms and a great friendly staff make it worth it. This place is also always immaculately clean. Tenisha always greets you with a smile.

Good location, it was nice and close to The Mansion in Voorhees where our event was. The rooms were nice and clean. They mixed up our room at first but then corrected it right away.

Got back from work to hotel and key wouldn't work… walked back to front desk got a new one. Then I get in room… room service still hasnt come to refresh the room so I called front desk to ask when room service would tidy the room. The unprofessional response was… their still working click… she hung up on me… I stay alot of places… worst ever. Your better driving another mile to the holiday inn.

The room was clean, staff were friendly and good price. We got the Sarhara Sam package. The hotel pool was a little concerning… Small and sort of green? Not the blue in the picture… Breakfast was good, kids had fun.

The staff is very unprofessional. You had a hard time telling the difference between the guest and staff. The room smelled of mildew and within 5 minutes of being in thee room had to kill a huge bettle.

I don't get it. I call this place to make reservations over the phone I gave them my debit card number and my email, they said I will receive an email for conformation. I waited 20 minutes never got email and I call back the same telephone number I gave them my last name to check for my reservations and she said that they don't have any reservation under my name. Then I go on there website I make reservations I got email right away. Let's see if I will get double charge on my debit card. Will post what happened tomorrow.

A great experience and same consistent cleanliness and friendly staff as all of the other Hilton properties I stay at regularly. Being a Diamond member definitely is worth it.
