I would rather sleep in my car. I booked a room in West Windsor. When I showed up was told they were booked full and was sent 20 min down the road to there other location in South Brunswick. Keep in mind I had payed for the other room already. I booked a king size and was given a queen they refunded me $5 after fighting on the phone with expedia (that's a hole different problem) I get to the room half the lights don't work there is food stuck on the table coffee stains on the counter and all down the side if the chair. I know they didn't expect this room to be filled so I guess they didn't clean it before putting me in. I don't even want to sleep here but they won't give me my money back and it's 11pm do I don't have any other options. I will never stay with this company again and plan to put in more then one complaint with the health department the better business bureau and any one ells that I can. I would like to point out that even the sign that says clean has a stain on it!

We've stayed in a lot of hotel/motels and this is the only one that has soft towels. We're staying about 2 months and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Not bad for the money. Room was somewhat dated. I stayed two nights, the following my first night, I headed out mid morning, and I had seen the person cleaning the rooms. I had told them that they had access to my room to clean, and was told that the rooms are cleaned upon checking out. That a first for me.

This is a barebones place, and for the price it's perfect. People expecting a 4 star hotel are just being ridiculous. Everything was clean, basic Wi-Fi was free, higher speed for 4 bucks, which I'm fine with. Staff was super friendly, and even called to make sure I was satisfied. I'd lose my mind staying here for weeks, but that's more due to location. Look folks, you get what you pay for, I got my moneys worth. I took a non smoking room, smelled clean, bedding and towels clean.

The stuff is not polite at all. Not friendly at all. The manager of the hotel is racist. The hotel is not clean too. They have cockroaches in the room. They need to improve the cleaning.

What ES calls breakfast is not breakfast. Be prepared to eat elsewhere if you plan on staying for more than a couple of days. This place is very old and one of the doors was left open as the access card wouldn't work. Talk about safety in a motel. I've been trying to get a copy of my invoice for over a month now and am yet to get it.

Although the location is a little inconvenient, only accessible from northbound route 1, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. It is close to pretty much anywhere you want to go locally and there are plenty of restaurant choices nearby.

I spent 2 weeks here on a job. Staff are my friends now. Clean rooms and overall good experience. I have stayed in many Extended Stays and this is a good one.

Pretty horrible. Even though it’s supposedly non smoking, very strong smell in hallways and neighboring rooms. Loud arguing screaming from other rooms. Dogs barking. Didn’t know dogs were allowed. When I checked in to my room, bed wasn’t made and empty garbage snack on bed. They had to change my room.

I would strongly recommend against staying at this hotel. The room was not very clean, lacked any kitchen amenities (although to be fair, you could ask the front desk for them but I didn't trust the cleanliness), and had very sketchy people roaming around and hiding in the bushes at night. Additionally, the hallways reeked of marijuana. As mentioned by previous reviews, there is free Wifi but it is incredibly slow and the TV had only about ten channels. I stayed here by myself (in town for work) and felt unsafe the majority of the time I was here. I will say, the hotel employees were all incredibly nice and seem to be trying their best but the hotel itself is absolutely terrible. I would strongly recommend (especially if you're alone) spending more money on a better hotel in a safer part of Princeton.

I would not pay the higher price for this sub — standard extended stay hotel. The room was fine but for the price you get a better room and breakfast at a Holiday inn Express.

The place itself was pretty clean and the rooms were okay, but they tell you you get free Wi-Fi which you do but they have some sort of scam going on where you have to call a number in order for you to be able to use your internet and you got to call several times if you want more than one device to work plus the Wi-Fi is extremely slow and sometimes disconnect but then they charge you if you want fast internet without having to call. If you ask me that's a scam if it's free Wi-Fi it should be free Wi-Fi without any problems.

Horrible experience! Beware of sharing your credit card details with the front desk! I made a reservation through Priceline, checked in at the hotel at around 12:30AM. The guy at the front desk wasn't able to lookup my Priceline reservation so asked me to fill in a form along with my Id and credit card details. The room was missing the side lamps as shown in the pic and had an unpleasant odor because of which I couldn't sleep at all and decided to check out at 5AM. The biggest shock came when I got 2 charges of $126.49 each at around 6:30AM! And this is despite having paid through Priceline! I opened an inquiry with Priceline and hope those charges are taken away. Stay away!

Weird experience. Lost reservation. Dripping faucet in the room. Staff did try to be helpful.

This is the worse hotel we have ever stay in. We were in the process of purchasing a new home so we decided to stay until closing. On the first day we found burn marks on the kitchen countertop. The fridge was leaking, we had to put a cup underneath the dripping and throw out the water everyday. The bed sheets had stains, cat hair and human hair. I am allergic to cats, so we took the sheet off and applied our own. We ask for garbage bags for the two bins in the room and was told we could only two no extras. One day they ran out of toilet tissue. The Wi-Fi was off for to days. I woke up one morning hearing water dripping. I went to check the bathroom and and found the bathroom ceiling leaking water. The majority of the staff there are rude. The laundry facility there has a terrible odor. The staff at the front desk seem very clueless at times. We had to change our key card at least 12 times. Our last day there was on the 29th of this month. They charge our card $70 and when I called the I spoke the women she was very defensive and clueless after I ask for name she then became even more defensive. I call customer service and they contacted the manger. They so called charge our card for internet service that we never purchased. This was the worst experience. I do believe the company isn't bad I believe the poeple and the upkeep of the hotel is bad. They need to clean house and retrain all employee departments. The garbage outside is full of raccoons and cats.

Have stayed before and have deal with Marissa at the front desk, She is pleasant helps any way she can knows her job very nice to talk too. Very helpful and check in was quick.

The room smell horrible. We have just one toilet paper in our rom and when we go ask for more the receptionist give us one more but with cero attitude. The entire building smell like cigarette, I'm not coming back ever again and not recommend this to anyone.

Booked non smoking room but it smelled like smoke they moved us but the 2nd room smelled so we had to go somewhere else.

My stay at this hotel was horrible! I booked my reservation in advance and when I arrived at the hotel (denise) the front desk receptionist had me in the system for the wrong reservation. She claimed they were booked and couldn't accomodate me for the reservation that I originally booked. There was a very long line, she decided to let a guy name (richard) get in front of everybody and make a reservation in which he didn't have one to begin with. That took 45mins, the line was out the door. We were on the third floor, it stinked so bad in the hallway. The tub wasn't thorougly cleaned. Then they have the nerve to have 'grab & go' breakfast, it was barely anything left. Nasty off brand muffins ans granola bars. All the coffee was gone, they took forever to refill it. Then when I called the general manager (maria) today to explain to her how I didn't enjoy my stay. She says to me: the only thing she can do is give me 10% off for the next time I stay. That's it? 10% off? hell no, there won't be a damn next time. I for sure will never stay at this hotel ever again. I will patronize somewhere else, like the doubletree or the mariott. Atleast I know that they're way more professional, way much better customer service and awesome clean comfortable rooms with buffet breakfast. Y'all aught to be ashamed of your selves. Rip-offs, channel 10 nbc news needs to hear and see about this. Investigation is on the way.

Its fine. Standard hotel stuff. I forgot my tooth brush and so they gave me one. Such kindness is truly humbling. The location of the hotel is somewhat inconvenient.

Booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room instead. Smelled terrible. Windows were broken. All the light bulbs were out except 1 so the room was very dim. No privacy tag provided. Lots of bug droppings underneath the mattress.

I would have given a zero star if Google allowed me. Worse experience ever. I booked through priceline for a nonsmoking room. When we got there they gave us a smoking room reeked with cigarette smell. The front desk told us he doesn't know anything. He only gives out the rooms and that there was no more room left. He said there was no manager around and "he doesn't know he doesn't know". Priceline did not do much to help either. Worse experience EVER!

Even though my room I booked for the night got sold to another patron the hotel transferred my reservation to another hotel not far away, upgraded my room to lovely decorated suite and even took care of the bill. Now that's great customer service.

Called to make reservations over the phone and specifically asked if there was a pool before booking since there were pictures of a pool on a third party site, the person I spoke to said yes they had a pool but didn't know the hours. At first the room seemed ok but once we tried to settle in, we found dust and dirt. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, you have to request clean sheets and towels and the service was very rude. The receptionist in the front desk couldn't suggest any family friendly places and said he didn't know of anything near by besides McDonald's. There was no pool and the "breakfast" consists of coffee and muffins. Worst experience ever! Do not stay here, especially not if you are doing a family trip!

Soooo horrible… the extended stay in somerset nj is very nice. I thought this would be the same it is horrible… every year I work and stay in a hotel for a week… summer work! This is the 2nd time I stayed extended stay and this is the worst. Nooo pots and etc in the room on arrival and they have a stove to cook… noooooooooo room service to clean… once a week… somerset was every day or two days cleaning… the staff here isnt racist because im black… but was unnogatiable to all guest white, black hospanic that I was staying with… I was away on work… they were rude when asking for towels, or plunger when toilet over flowed all over the bathroom… tub was dirty I baught shower mat to shower… TV is small. Breakfast is cup cakes or granolla bars… DOOOOO NOT STAY HERE… CLOSES THIS HOTEL.

The room appears to be okay at first. It's kinda of dirty and dusty. The bed is horribly uncomfortable, you have to request cook wear, one of my spoons was bent and had a burn mark on the bottom. The walls seam to be paper thin.

I enjoyed my stay, clean room and great front desk staff especially in the morning/mid-day.

Upon pulling up, exterior was very inviting. Location isn't the best since you have to drive past it for about 3 miles just to come back the same 3 miles. The staff is very nice. The rooms, on the other hand, were mediocre. The paint in the bathroom was peeling, the shower whistled the entire time, and the sink in the bathroom was cracked and discolored. Bed wasn't bad.

Great hotel, very nice staff, good location!

I have been staying here since April 2015 and plan on leaving at the end of the month. First of all I stayed here for my pet, it was the only hotel in the area that would let me keep my pet without it being a daily fee. Now I couldn't keep my pet because they refuse to clean the room if the pet is present. (makes no sense) They do not actually clean the rooms. The change the shower curtain and towels and that is the extend of the cleaning. They so not clean the windows or dust the furniture or clean the rug. It has a small kitchen which YOU have to clean (I understand the dishes are my responsibility). Now the real deal breaker they have overcharged my account every single month I have been here. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Front desk is basically useless and the internet is dial up speed even if you pay for the upgraded version.

I stayed here for several weeks. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are courteous (although I haven't really needed anything). My only complaints are that the free internet is rather slow, and there is no gym arrangements (even though the pamphlet suggests an arrangement with a local gym). But I needed a decent place to stay with a kitchen. This place was just fine. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights and I won't be returning. HORRIBLE Experience! The worst experience i've ever had at any hotel! The front desk staff are horrible. Extremely unprofessional, unaccomodating, slow and inefficient. The Hotel Manager (who should lead by example) is also rude, unprofessional and lacks customer service etiquette! I actually witnessed her being rude and impatient to a guest. Also witnessed her calling the cops on the same guest who made a complaint about a maintenance worker entering her room while she was half dressed. Overheard one of the front desk staff knock on a guest's door telling them that their card was declined. O_o umm, I believe a phone call would've been more appropiate! The older overnight guy comes across as a perv and is extremely slow! The refridgerator in my room didn't work and the AC leaked leaving a huge wet spot on the floor. The walls are VERY thin and you can hear the TV in the room next to you crystal clear! The laundry facility was dirty and HOT! No air conditioning. The only thing I liked about this place was the fact that the rooms are newly renovated and spacious. Never Again! This place is the PITS.

Decent place so far. Updated and clean. Beds are comfortable. Limited TV channels. Internet speed less than 1mbps on free Wi-Fi. Front desk was very helpful and courteous.

The room was pathetic, the only reason I booked it was because it was my company's preferred place. I opened the room and there was a foul smell comming from the sheets, I asked for a room change and didnt get it till the next day and the new room was as pathetic as the initial one. I initially booked for 2 weeks but checked out in 3 days. If you are planning to stay for more than a week in South brunswick locality then I would suggest Staybridge suites at cranburry, they have some good corporate discounts and their rooms are very good.
