My family & I attended a wedding here and this place was phenomenal staff was excellent kind speedy response to any questions just an all round good place will definitely visit again even just for weekend getaway.

I had a great time and was able to enjoy.

Very, very nice place. From the moment you enter the hotel, to arriving at your room. Check in was quick. Security was present. Great accommodations. Pool, gym, billiards table, shuffle board, lounge, resteraunt. Our room was excellent at first. But turned into ok. The room above us had been leaking prior. Or, the sprinkler had gone off. Because there was mold all along the ceiling corner around the sprinkler. And the sprinkler was rusty also. Not really a big turn off. But it was enough to aggravate our allergies. The bed was Super Comfy. And we had a great view of the water way behind the hotel. The gym was superb. Offers all types of equipment. The lounge area is a lot of fun. Pool table is covered in shuffle board sand. But it works. Needs a brushing (if the business is reading)

I have stayed here for business training about 5 years in a row. The rooms are clean, sophisticated, and comfortable. The views are peaceful and fresh. We use the conference center for training and the food provided by the on site catering is delicious, and offers varied choices including nutritious, gluten free, and vegan to wonderful homemade potatoes chips, great meat selections, tasty desserts, and fresh fruit. There are plenty of local restaurants and shopping nearby too.

We've enjoyed our stay. Staff members are helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze. Beds and rooms are comfortable. The site itself is nice and well maintained. Also liked that our friends who stayed at the Holiday Inn were a simple walk over an indoor bridge away.

This hotel at first glance appears to be out of the way but upon arrival it actually is centrally located to stores and only about 30-40 minutes from various shore points and amusements. The rooms are clean and fairly updated with great amenities. The service is great. We called down to get extra pillows and bedding for the sleeper sofa and our request was fulfilled within 10 minutes. Overall a good hotel.

I was there recently for a corporate dinner. From start to finish the entire evening was organized seamlessly! Dorota was a pleasure to work with. Everyone had a great time and we booked again for next year!

The fitness center is amazing. They have a big pool. Free weights and machines. The Wi-Fi is adequate. The staff are friendly. Location doesn't have much food close by.

This was quite possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a hotel room. The overall hotel was fine but there was a smell of chlorine throughout the lobby. Once we got to our room and pulled the covers there was multiple bugs in the bed in the sheets. Make sure to check your bed for bugs the next time you go.

The facilities and food were pretty good. Nice and clean rooms. Conference hall and meeting rooms had desks and comfortable chairs. The projectors in the small meeting rooms weren't working (the one in the conference room did work).

My Wife & I went here for a mid-week get-a-way. There was some activity but not overly busy. Very nice accommodations. Beautiful room, friendly staff, heated indoor pool that was "actually" heated. I felt the need to say that due to all locations that say it don't always mean it or something may not be working etc. There was one other person in the pool, two when we left. We went to their bar for a few drink before we walked upstairs, to shoot a few games of pool. That happened to overlook the bar area which was a nice touch I thought. We enjoyed ourselves & had a great time. This place is truly a hidden gem!

I was here on business with best buy and they accommodated out group amazingly. They worked with out instructor generously bending over backwards for anything we needed. Crowne plaza has over the top stuff and service. The hotel is very nice with a well kept grounds. I had an amazing experience at the Crowne plaza and will definitely look forward to stay in more IHG locations.

By far one of if not the best experience I have ever had at a hotel… very friendly staff… beautiful roms… possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in… if you need a place to stay in the area look no furthur.

Close to Princeton Uni. Super nice helpful staff. We had dinner at the restaurant the first night we got there, delicious, especially great crab cakes. The room was clean and comfy all my special requests were granted promptly.

Well, all I did was sleep, but the room was great. Even the pillows were comfortable. And wow — a full walk-in shower. Nice.

Tons of fun for the kids … basketball, tennis, raquetball, pool table, and wow the huge indoor pool! Once the kids were tired out and off to sleep, it was grown up time! There's a jacuzzi, a bar, and a beautiful fireplace! Love it!

Nothing great relative to room prices… most front desk staff are pretty brusque with any request. If you go in here thinking of Crowne Plazas globally you will be disappointed.

Went for a professional conference. Staff was great, services at the center were great. Catering was excellent. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi was very slow, hindering some of the presentations.

The location was nice, as it was set away from route one. Rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. Good place for a work event.

Nice place to be. They have an amazing place to eat. Also, nice restaurants near by. Ask for their complimentary shuttle service in case you are traveling within 5 miles…

The hotel decor was up to date and professional. The rooms were well maintained with comfortable finishings. It has a nice gym, bar area, and heated indoor pool. There's not much around the area nut a great place to hold a business function.

Nice place for a conference. Large conference center with goof lighting and audiovisual support in the rooms. Easy to find and a very quiet location.

I felt spoiled as a Spire Elite member. Reserved parking spaces, room upgrade to the quietest room I ever had in a hotel, excellent breakfast with cooked to order eggs, smoked salmon, and tons of fresh fruit, and exceptional customer service all around.

The beds are so comfy and there are a lot of nice touches like a lighted cosmetics mirror in the bathroom and lots of outlets. I had a minor complaint and the management resolved it nicely. The location was convenient.

Very nice hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean! Pretty quite area, I just wish the hot tub would've been working while we stayed there but over all, it was nice!

Very nice facilities and the hotel room. The room was big and modern which was very well kept. The front of house staff had poor communication and just kept getting everything wrong!

Very nice new hotel and the rooms were very spacious loved them. The staff made so many mistakes really let's the whole hotel down. Not booking shuttles, forgetting room bookings, unsure where we are meant to have breakfast and what timings had been given.

Nice hotel, attending conference at adjoining conference center. As usual meeting rooms are cold, but that is common. I'm Spire Elite and didn't get an upgraded room or concierge level, but I will give that a pass this time as meeting planners wouldn't necessarily have known that. Food is ok, but not a lot of options in the bar area.

Very accommodating & friendly staff. Hotel is up to date, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is also clean & up to date. Complimentary breakfast was great. Large buffet selection and good service. Would stay again.

Most personnel are rude and not interested in helping you. There is free parking but who ever designed the parking lot did a terrible job. It is far from the entrance and very uncomfortable for handicap people. The small room for members in the fifth floor should have snacks and beverages for guests available at any time. This place is not inviting… They keep everything locked and that makes you feel uncomfortable. They should treat guests as the other crown plazas do. Even holiday inns treat guets better… The hotel has been renovated but it is not worth it.

Reserved guest rooms for my wedding weekend. Rooms clean and cozy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was perfect.

Nice place. Rooms are a fair size and the beds are nice. The staff does well to accomadate guests. Only issue was the rooms did not have a lot of outlets to use.

Had a sweet 16 party there recently. Beware of events before booking here. Accounting department takes extra fees from your credit card without disclosing why they did it. $50 "damage fee" in the event there are any damages to a ballroom after an event… not disclosed to clients beforehand. If there are no damages, have to fight to get the credit back on credit card. Management not available on weekend if there's an issue. Seems accounting dept "double dips" without a client's knowledge till afterwards.

There were wasps in our room. Our dinner at the hotel was awful when confronting the manger of the restaurant he said he couldn't find our bill, we paid in cash and then they charged the dinner to our room also (my husband was having drinks at the bar while waiting for our food, the waitress who didn't speak English well told him he said to sign the bill, little did my husband realize she made him sign it to the room after he gave her cash. ). The hotel manger gave me a false name. When I told him about the restaurant and the wasps he didn't care he asked me "what can I do for you? " I responded by saying "what can you do for me? " He said "I can't do anything for you".

We stayed here the weekend of June 29-July 1, great hotel, great customer service! This place was picked because they were part of the Sesame Place partner hotels, and boy were we pleased! At check in we were given a "goody bag" for the kids, all sesame themed goodies, cookies, toothbrush and cereal bar, very cute idea. The staff at this place is very friendly, always smiling! Pleasant to speak too, aiming to please! The pool was very big, and clean. There are a lot of lounge chairs, both inside and outside. I like that they open the big glass doors, so even though the pool is indoors you get the fresh air from outside and can sit outside at tables and loungers. The grounds are very well kept and they even have trails to walk and bike on. Pretty scenery all around the hotel. We had a package that included free breakfast and wow do they put out a GREAT breakfast buffet! The days we were there they always had full stocked foods, both hot and cold, pastries, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bacon sausage, pancakes or french toast, eggs, made to order foods as well. Servers were quick and friendly. Our room was very good sized, comfy beds, a lot of pillows, big bathroom. (our room only had a shower, no tub, but the shower was huge! walk in) Everything was clean and very modern. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when coming to this area again!

Room was a very good size. Price was more reasonable then comparable hotels in the area. Pool was very large. My kids really enjoyed the basketball court. Really enjoyed our stay.

Checking in was quick and easy. The rooms are very nice. The beds are very comfortable. The Wi-Fi is kinda flaky. The staff are very nice and friendly. The parking is kinda far bit other then that its been a good experience.

We recently were at this crown during wedding event. Their event halls were great & we enjoyed catered food as well (food was from local restaurant I believe but other arrangements were good by crown. I was not happy with the lighting in guest rooms. Even when all lights in room were on, it was still not bright enough. I had to finish makeup in bathroom :). Blackout Curtains were good to put my toddler to nap even at noon. Room was spacious & comfortable otherwise.

We stayed here a few time a year and loved it. This year was not as clean. We found a previous guest dirty bag of clothing under the chair. Room inspection was not done obviously.

Room was clean and had a nice view of nature. The shower water pressure was a little weaker than I like, but was okay. The lobby area was classy looking, but the rooms did seem to be showing age in comparison. Did not amaze, but was definitely adequate. Would return.

Stayed there as a team (college rowing) for a week. Had great Breakfast everymorning. Staff was always very friendly. Rooms were pretty standard hotel rooms, but nice. The best part for us was all the available activities: a pool and hot tub, racquetball, basketball, tennis, weights, cardio, corn hole, horseshoes, pool, shuffleboard, etc. Theres also a nice bar. It's also about 15min from shopping around princeton uni. Overall a really great place to spend multiple nights.

One and a half — Bug on toilet (not dead), no housekeeping service, not enough water available for conference attendees, not enough staff, and a staff that didn't seem to care. Used to be such a great place for a conference. Only nice thing: I somehow got upgraded to an executive suite which was nice (even if they don't send housekeeping up).

The conference centre was perfect for our group of about 50 people, and the equipment was up to the mark. The location is ideal, and the surroundings are tranquil and scenic. The service was impeccable with the servers being proactive and yet not intrusive.

You expect reasonable Wi-Fi at a business hotel. This is a horrible experience. The room and accommodations are great but the Wi-Fi is an awful mess. Really crowne, I get better Wi-Fi at a holiday inn.

This place is awesome. The service is phenomenal, and they have so many amenities. Best bang for your buck in the area. I highly recommend it.

Front desk receptionist was very polite and extremely helpful. Staff was nice, hotel room was spotless, and everything was perfect for the night. I will definitely go back (and maybe try to sneak the bed out of the hotel)

The executive suite was really nice, unfortunately I screwed up my reservation and had to move to another room in the morning, but the hotel staff handled that very well and it was as smooth a transition as possible.

This was the overflow hotel for the Wicked Faire event at the Hyatt Recency. The location is fantastic, staff was nice and welcoming, and rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.

I had an amazing stay. The bartender Mike was awesome. Super attentive and never stopped moving. The rooms were spotless and the front desk staff was super helpful. No one seemed bothered or inconvenienced it made my stay so peaceful. Will DEFINITELY come back.

Beautiful hotel with great accommodations — could not have asked for a better place to stay! Pristine rooms, huge fitness center, bar, restaurant, pool tables and even a running trail, everything a guest could possibly ask for. There is plenty of parking space as well as a hotel shuttle. Everyone I met from the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to make sure a guest enjoys their time at the hotel. Would highly recommend.

Clean, quiet and modern. Very nice staff in both the front desk and restaurant. I need to give special recognition to the overnight gentleman, Andrew. I had a minor issue with my room in the middle of the night (3am! ) and I came down expecting someone to be sleepy and miserable but he was upbeat and positive. He expedited the process of moving my room somewhere close by, helped me move my things and (the best of all) gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher. Extremely professional going above and beyond to help me. I have been patronizing hotels for years now and never have I ever had such great service provided for me (especially in the middle of the night). Give that man a promotion! It definitely is the little things when it comes to the service industry. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Kimsha (sp? ) in the restaurant was very accommodating and deserved the big tip for her service. After all, breakfast was free :) — Will definitely come back if I ever have business in the area again and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Bravo.
