Great place to stay — quick shuttle service to Newark Liberty…
Not a place I'll be returning to. Customer Service depends on who is helping you. Parking absolutely sucks! First Hotel I have to pay to park! 13 bucks at that. Oh and if you have some one visiting you they will have to pay for parking too.
The morning of my check out there was a bill under my door. By 6am. Makes you feel really welcomed.
According to the bill left at my door is should have been 220.00 When I check out I request a final bill and its says 205.93
Than, I check my bank statement to see that I have been charge twice 205.93.
Are you freaking kidding me? None of your rooms are worth 410.00 for a one night stay!
Than I call you to resolve this issue which is obviously your fault and you tell me I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund! I will not return and I will make sure to use every social media site to informed them of the extra charges you like to add. Beyond Upset and Disappointed!

If you care about your car or personal belongings, do not stay here. The hotel itself is fine, but I parked my car in their "secure" parking lot, for which I paid, and within 20 minutes of parking, my car window was smashed and a bag was taken. The manager seemed very nice and promised they would get my window fixed and I would simply need to file a claim with their corporate office and be reimbursed for my loss. I lost 2 hardcover library books, so I do have to pay the library for those, as well as an umbrella, the bag and a pair of prescription glasses. The manager scheduled a glass repair company for 8am the following morning, knowing we had to leave by 9, at 8:10, no one had showed, so we called the glass company only to be told they would not arrive until 10am. So, we had to drive with no window and get the glass fixed ourselves. Mr. Ward in the corporate claims department is neither polite nor effective. He says they are not liable and that they did schedule a glass company, so I shouldn't complain that they did not fix the glass. Yes, they comped us the room, for which we paid $97 and gave us dinner in their little dining area, however, given that my daughter is vegan, she could not eat anything but a small salad and we could not go anywhere because our car was full of glass! When one pays for parking, one expects a secure site. They misled me when I made the reservation telling me it was a secure parking facility.
