We chose this place due to location and reviews. First time our prior research has failed us this badly. :From day one of 6 days. We waited for over two hours to check in and we’re told “final touches” were being down to our joined rooms. Finally walked in and food ketchup on the wall, crayon markings, cabinet door hanging and splatter running down the center of the headboard. The hotel housekeeping manager pulled out a small hand wipe and started cleaning in front of us! Changed rooms right away, all of a sudden these were available. Energy shake left in fridge in one room and we’re told it was one of the housekeepers. Day two-no clean towels or garbage pick up or hot water in the shower and yes, we did not put a sign out. Got back at 8pm and called and asked for items and we’re told to leave garbage in the hallway for pickup. Day 3 same situation. Day 4 — same situation. Day 5 same situation. And to note, the first day with the problems, we didn’t know the hotel manager was the guy next to the lady helping us and not once did he apologize. He was incompetent, Unknowledgeable, condescending and simply not management material at all. I also cannot believe their sanitizing methods. Plus the morning grab and go food was known but what was know disclosed was there would be no non pork or non meat option at all. Waste of food everyday. We provided the leftover food to those that needed as we went around with our day. We are Hilton honor members and this has been communicated upwards along with pictures, names and full details. Extremely unbelievable.
