Hotel was Clean and Nice, bed comfortable, bathroom could be a lil bigger (shower/toilet combo) Full Refrigerator with ice maker is a hit and full kitchen need more cookware and utensil. Overall 8/10

I’ve never had a worse experience than at this hotel. My group reserved 10 suites for 2 nights and spent over $5000 just to get treated so horribly and for the hotel to legitimately steal from us. Multiple times, staff was rude, yelled at us, and ordered us around like we were animals. It was disgusting. My room didn’t even have a shower curtain. When we informed hotel staff of this, they tried to just hand us a shower curtain to put on ourselves. On the final morning, we couldn’t even shower because there was no warm water. At a luxury hotel and being our group spent so much, this is unacceptable. Now for the theft…. They encourage hotel guests to order food and get it delivered. They even have a list of restaurants they hand out to customers. Twice during our weekend stay, our food was stolen and the employees lied about it saying they never saw our food. The delivery driver took a picture of the food on the front desk. When I tried to remedy the issue, the manager on duty was disrespectful and claimed that it’s my fault for ordering the food and that they couldn’t do anything. He refused to check the cameras and said he wasn’t going to help. I’m warning you now, don’t ever stay here! I’ve stayed at motels with better customer service. I wouldn’t go back if they paid me!
