Just stayed at Crowne Plaza Englewood for ten days and was very happy. Room was large and clean, with a good sized refrigerator. All staff was helpful and polite.
Ample parking is a pleasure. Location was excellent for our needs. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Lovely Hotel. I attended a birthday party there this past Saturday. The facility was nice and the food was good. Would love to revisit and stay a few days.

Bad customer service. They asked me for my Credit card and I gave it to them while checking in. After two days there, and after checking out they never returned me my CC and they were just telling sorry… I hope they won’t charge my cc with something because they will be reported to the bureau. The lady on the phone and the receptionist were unhelpful and when I asked to speak to the manager of course she wasn’t available. I hope she called me back and get so reimburse from the Lyft I had to take back and forth.

Great hotel! Budget friendly and close to New York. This hotel also has pretty easy access to other points of interest. Beds were extremely comfortable and staff were friendly. I really loved not having to pay for parking. Times Square was about 20 minutes by car. Whenever we wanted to to to NY, we just parked there (found parking for $23 for the entire day through Icon parking) and took the subway throughout the city.

This hotel is only good for one night, after the first night housekeeping don’t come to clean, called the front desk they will tell you they will send someone but never did. They only clean vacant room for next guest. Their service is not good enough for the amount of money you pay to stay. I stayed for 4 nights and 2 nights a week before. No longer coming here!

Check-in was at 3pm, I thought a little late but check out wasn't until noon so they balanced. The room was spacious we had some issue with the temperature of the room. It was unable to be fixed and they moved us to another room. The breakfast buffet was simple enough but filling. The only downside was it is in an industrial park area. So if sleeping late is your idea the trucks and the backup alarms will cancel that idea.

I called the day before re: checking in at 1:30 PM, when I arrived, the young lady, "Judy" informed me my preferred room wouldn't be ready for an hour or so. I sat in the lobby until 3:40PM, all because somebody goofed. The front desk staff was very nice, and the room I waited so long to get was very nice with a great view.

I'm currently here second day. Views are beautiful, I'm loving it. So peaceful and beautiful room. Lots of light. Great for working and studying. Bed very comfy too, good cable TV. They also got me a fridge and microwave for the room for a one time $10 fee. I read other comments about the place being out of date? Everything looks new, renovated room, with a nice shower. I'm on the 7th floor. Took some pics before checking out, the room was even nicer when I got here :)

THERE WAS NO HOT WATER! My parents stayed there because my mom was getting surgery at Englewood. She was suppose to bathe before surgery and there was NO hot water. When my father called the front lobby, the employee asked why that was an issue-are you serious?! Everyone needs hot water!

I could not give this place a worse rating. Desk lost our reservation. Management was clueless. Our clothes got thrown away during turnover while we were at work. Card got charged for almost $1, 000 due to mess ups by the front desk, when our grand total was less than $280 + $50 security. Corporate was absolutely no help when we contacted them. The floor in our room had a huge wet spot that never dried after two days. We spent over 3 hours throughout the course of the stay trying to figure out our reservation issue with management, ended up being late for work both days. Absolute nightmare. And all they did after all of this was say "sorry" like 5 times. Breakfast isn't complimentary either. Could not recommend this place any less.

Great hotel. The breakfast is awesome. Very comfortable beds. Very convenient location if going to NYC right next to I95 and G. W. Bridge.

Really good hotel! My room was cleaned every day when I initially was staying for a week but ended up being three weeks. Breakfast and dinner is served downstairs in the lobby. Pool and a gym is also located in the hotel with vending machines. What more can you ask for. When I was there, there was only one washer and dryer for the whole hotel. That really sucked. I've never had breakfast there but I've had dinner there a few times. The menu seems to be the same over and over but the food I had was good. If I forgot or just didn't have the time or really just being lazy to get food from somewhere else it was good to know that I could simply walk downstairs for a meal. There is food anywhere you go to enjoy, so if you choose to dine at the hotel alone then that's your choice.

There were very nice rooms and super helpful staff, but the breakfast was pretty bland for the price.

The guy spilled food on my husband suede shoes and dress pants and didnt even say sorry. Now we have to pay a cleaners to clean everything. Definitely will not host an event there anymore.

Came in a very large group and the hotel handled it very well. The breakfast buffet they offered us was very limited and not very good though. The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. No other complaints.

Due to the weather, restaurant only has buffet. $28 for cold pizza, bad salads, pasta and chicken, really bad. Newly renovated room not bad but housekeeping didn't bother to close and lock adjoining room door which was weird. Peephole didn't work so I couldn't look out the door when someone randomly knocked on the door. Phone in the room didn't work so I couldn't even let them know about room problems without going downstairs. I've stayed here a few times in the past and this was by far the worst experience.

I am staying here for 5 days so my son can enjoy the pool and the woman at the pool that wears a shirt that says swim school is very nasty and not kid friendly at all. She should not be around kids!

I recently stayed here and it was a wonderful experience. Very clean and the staff were excellent. Great breakfast in the morning.

Hotel goes like this. It is partly very noisy. Depending on the room neighbors. Is unfortunately located in the industrial area. WWR to work there has not been much change.

The rod for hanging our clothing was so low my dresses and my husband's jacket's and shirts were more than touching the carpet so we had to hang our clothes on the shower rod then when we took a shower we had to lay those articles on the bed, it was as if the closet area was specifically designed for midgets.

Overall a good experience, big are only full sized and they get a little cold in winter. Service good, pool was nice.

Staff was amongst the nicest, most efficient ever. Breakfast buffet was very good. Free, plentiful parking. Our room was very clean. The location is excellent for connecting with NY while avoiding excessive cost and congestion. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

For the price I paid (100+) it really wasn't as good as I hoped. I've been to better hotels. Way much better hotels. With better rooms and beds. For the same price.

Nice location. Beds comfortably fit two. Fair distance to New York City. And the service has been impeccable.

I don't say it a great hotel. It needs some refurbishing of rooms. Rooms are very small (I stayed in the sixth floor). Beds are small, not sure they are queen beds, it is more or like full bed. No fridge or microwave in the room. Bathroom is outdated. Overall you don't get the value for you money.

At my stay in this hotel I found the service to be exemplary. All the staff was very polite a d helped whenever I needed. The amenities were all easily accessible and enjoyable. Also, the rooms were very clean and confortable.

I went there one night and then we decided to keep our room for the following night. We went to there front desk and we told them what we wanted to do and we were told that everything was going to just fine. My wife and I left the hotel for a function. When we came back the room was deactivated and the Spanish guy who was at the desk didn't want to help us. We called their 1800 number and we explained to him what had happened then he ask to talk the the guy at the front desk he continued to refuse. My wife was on the phone going back and forth for an hour plus. Their customer service person was shocked that the person at the front desk was even refusing to talk with his own teammate from the customer department. It was the most terrible weekend with my wife in a hotel.

The hotel stay was okay. Slept in a bed that was clean, bathtub need a good scrub down (see pics). IHG should replace the shower curtain in room 717, along with the ceiling tiles. Staff could be friendlier, but I understand (? ). Too many faces of stone. Was there low guest capacity? If so, that would explain the wait on waitress, housekeeping, front desk receptionist and waiting to check out. Maintenance did respond quickly to request to fix light panel. Food in the restaurant was good, not pricey.

Great place. Clean big rooms. Staff very friendly and proffesional. Breakfast was included and had many things to choose from. Close to Manhattan. Free parking. Will stay again and recommend to others.

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Staff was awesome. Restruant was delicious. Front desk Clerk's recommended several restaurants that were local. They turned out to be very good. Trust there judgement.

The location is great because it is right off of route 4. The rooms are decent and frequent staff. The restaurant in the hotel is not that great but there is a diner across the street. Also having free access to the gym across the street is a plus.

I needed a room in Englewood for 2 nights. On the phone the operator told me that nothing was available. I am taking a family member to the hospital so I needed a room for 2 nights. I was in the hospital for pre-admissions and I decided to go into the hotel just to see if maybe there were any cancellation. The Manager came out and heard my dilemma and assured me that I would have a room for the 2 nights I needed. In today's day with all of the negativity it is nice to know that some people still care. Both my family and I would like to thank the Crown Plaza Hotel in Englewood New Jersey for their compassion and understanding in this matter. Thank you again Sincerely Howard Krulik.

Was only there to meet with people for a wedding elsewhere. Did not stay over night. Rooms looked ok at best. Nothing too fancy. Did not stay long enough to gauge the cleanliness of the place.

The staff was very pleasant and cheerful. The rooms were ready when we arrived, however we had requested a cot in our room, (we booked 2 rooms as we were traveling with my inlaws) and were told we were not allowed to have a cot afterall. I thought the breakfast was too expensive. The least expensive item was a small muffin and that was $4.00. Convenient location to the highway. Overall, a mostly good experience though.

My only complaints are that while we called a couple days bwfore and were told a cot could be put in our room as an extra bed for cheaper, when we got there they said we would not be able to fit a cot in our room. Other than that, the shower was really nice, the bed was comfy, and although it was really expensive ($14) I liked the breakfast buffet.

The Hotel is beautiful and well kept. The staff is very nice and helpful and the room attendants do a great job of cleaning. They offer a courtesy toiletries service should you for get a toothbrush and toothpaste as I did, among other products. The breakfast buffet is deceiving. No signs saying it isn't included with the stay, which would have been fine had the food been fresh. The waffles were crunchy hard, the potatoes were overcooked, the eggs tasted fake. Even the orange juice tasted bad. Other than that, they have an indoor pool and a bar for adults with a decent happy hour. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. They also accepted our EMS card for a discount.

Decent hotel. I was a bit disappointed that the pool area did not include a hot tub.

This place is awesome very beautiful. The bar it's a bit expensive and the crew lack knowledge of the pool community, others than that it is very well maintained and the staff are extremely nice, I recommend this place tho everyone, the best part is that t is minutes from NYC.

The Crown Plaza is a nice hotel choice in Englewood. The hotel restaurant serves decent American fare, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. The parking lot is a little awkwardly positioned but the location of the hotel is pretty convenient.

Mary anne is very rude. Fire her. She works there at night and her service was horrendous. She said that we would be able to get a refund when I called from upstairs so she said to come down after LITERALLY 1 minute. Once I came downstairs she says that I can not get a refund and when I asked her why she called SECURITY on me and my gf. Why did she lie? I do not know. She had someone go "check" the room and because of the blankets being sat on she said that we could not get a refund. We did not LAY in it and that was NOT a standard room that I was charged $250 for. Terrible service. Terrible lady.

My husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza a few months ago and I just made a reservation again for next week. We have to go to New York City for doctors appts. But the hotels in the city can be quite expensive and the parking rates are not cheap either. This hotel is close to the George Washington Bridge so it takes just a few minutes to get into Manhattan. If I left something in my car, it was right outside in the free parking lot. The restaurant in the hotel is good and there is a coffee machine in the lobby. I didn't go to the cafe yet but I will check it out next week. We booked a room with a King size bed and it was very comfortable. They had extra pillows and blankets in the closet which was nice. The staff was friendly which made the hotel stay even better!

On July 25, 2015 I stayed at the Crowne Royale in Englewood. It was a Three week stay as my granddaughter was having a double lung transplant at N. Y. Presbyterian. Having stayed at the Crowne Royal many times before this, while she had her evaluations, I wasn't surprised by the usual lovely room, etc. I was surprised at the wonderful, caring treatment that your staff gave to me. They knew that I was alone so they took care of me in every possible way. I salute you for having a staff that has such kind people. There was Ramon, Rossi, … the shuttleguys.
