Had my wedding here 4.17.21 and it couldn’t have been a better day. This was our third dates because of Covid and the hotel/staff worked with us non stop to make sure that we got to have our day (while still being safe). Amazing guest service! I got food poisioning and the front desk brought me ginger ale and checked on me through the night. I also got a NYC facing room but didn't pay a huge price. Room was clean and comfortable. They accommodated me with a late checkout so I could pump breast milk in privacy before heading to the airport.

Mt family and I stayed here after we had a house fire in 2014. They had the best customer service! The staff got to know us by name. The staff was really good to us! I would highly recommend this hotel! They were there for my family and I when we loss everything, and I wholeheartedly THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE FOR US!

Had to wait 4 hours and 40 minutes for my room to be ready. Asked the women at front desk what was up. Said a lot of late check outs, under staffed then finished with it’s not my problem.

This hotel lost my laundries twice during 7 weeks stay. And the 2nd time missing happened within only 3 weeks during 7 weeks stay. Below is my complaint email but no one tries to solve this yet.

I was very painful/ suffered and spend quite a long time to explain/ discuss/ check to find 1st missing. … So I politely requested to vice GM to reimburse my 1 day salary as a emotional harm But he told me that was difficult. After that, I, again, politely ask him for possibility to reimburse me as an "Lifetime Platinum Member" Lars also refused it. Instead, he offered me 2 years Platinum, and I accepted. However, 2nd missing happened only in 3 weeks is apparently unbelievable and thing must not happened in the famous-branded hotel. You have take into account that I have to invest my time to re-purchase same item and one item is very important for me because it's a special present from my wife as an anniversary when we had dated before marriage. In addition, I will not able to forget the unpleasant, I think worse than unpleasant, felt insulation moment when one employee called to my room 8:30am in the morning. It was around after 2 days when I asked to find my 1st lost. I slept 5~5:30am (stayed almost all up night) to prepare important client presentation. I was astonished (nearly screamed) and woke up suddenly by ring from hotel telephone. It was she.

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are very updated and modern, beds are comfortable and the showers are very nice. Room service was quick, and the bar downstairs was a relaxed place to get a drink. Elevators are a little bit slow but not so much that they would make you late for something. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and greeted me the moment I walked in. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the housekeeping came and knocked on my door before 8am to find out if I was gone yet. I think at a hotel of this caliber, they would be more sensitive to the fact that you may still be sleeping at that time. I was up and getting ready to leave, but I was put off by their lack of attention to who had actually checked out. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and definitely recommend to others. I would absolutely stay again when I'm in the area.

When I'm in town I always stay in the Marriott. The room service is excellent. The maid service is excellent. It's right by major highways Route 80, Route 46, Route 17, I've been using this hotel about 12 years already I love it. Also dizzy gym downstairs if you want to use it a nice gym and a swimming pool. Sometime if you're lucky you see some of the Jets or Giants using this facility and that's pretty cool. And it's not expensive either. Remember you pay what you get.

Great staff and room. Didn’t spend much time in the hotel, but it was beautiful and I plan to stay again when I’m in the area. Love the convenience of the buss stop outside of the hotel that takes you into the city! Be careful not to stay too late in the city, the last bus coming back is crowded.

We've stayed here a couple of times now. Really nice hotel. Great rooms and really nice amenities. Breakfast has been awesome both times we've stayed. Enjoyed drinks at the bar with Jon, super friendly and nice guy, great conversation. I definitely would recommend this location and look forward to staying here again.

My experience with the Teaneck Marriott has been good. The room I stayed in was well equipped with the latest technology and power options for recharging all of my portable devices. My only issue was the bathroom, while having been updated, just didn't feel up-to-date and the shower/bathtub was not the best. This was not a deal breaker by any means as everything else was A+ and service was great!

The food is usually pretty good. It presents as gourmet but it's just good. The staff is always nice and eager to accommodate. We go there because is it very wheelchair accessible and never very crowded except during an event. We like it.

A very place hotel for business meeting. Close to the city. Quaint and easy to mingle. The restaurant was nice, but another eating spot would have been a plus. Fitness facilities. An enjoyable experience. Beds were very comfortable.

Decent hotel with easy highway access. Be sure to have a tollpass. Rooms are well maintained and cleaning service is good. Starbucks and a small mini selection of snacks on site. A few decent restaurants. Lots of decent food within 10min and decent access to NY city of you want as well. Rooms are mostly hard floor with a small area rug. Good sized TV and plenty of channels. I liked that they left a shave kit as I had forgotten shaving cream and they left some.

Excellent service and staff especially the young African American girl at the front desk. She greeted as soon as I entered and when I wanted to know where to go she pointed me in the direction and even held the elevator open for me.

Great hotel with bus that in no time brings you NY.

I can see why this is rated as one of the best hotels in the area. The room was nice and the M Club amenities will make me stay there again next time I'm in town. I was there on Monday/Tuesday this week and the M Club service staff was very welcoming and attentive.

The staff was so pleasant. The rooms were clean. Same as the last time we stayed. We went to the bar for a night cap. The bartenders were so nice and the dirty martini was perfect.

The Marriott is nice but for $200+ per night I wish they had a little free breakfast. I've stayed here three times and my favorite element of every stay is the staff: they're always helpful and go above and beyond to fix whatever issue I may encounter. My second favorite element is the location of other businesses: there is a gym that guests can use, a full Starbucks downstairs, and a convenience store that sells sandwiches and salad just one building over. And my third favorite element is the free fruit and veggie water and hot cocoa.

For the attention they gave to the entire event of the Atomy company.

I've frequented this hotel few times, first time being in 1994! Big rooms and well managed at a reasonable price. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a room in the neighborhood.

The facilities are older, the price is more expensive, the swimming pool is very spacious, is a nearby swimming pool of the gym, lane more, the water temperature is also very moderate. If you want to swim fitness recommend here.

Recently renovated with outstanding and updated rooms. A perfect stay for a business trip. Excellent restaurant and bar with a fairly descent wine selection. There is also a full Starbucks on site and a spa (I did not use, but it was available through room service. ). I'm glad my company has chosen to use this hotel from now on. Highly recommended for the business traveler with high expectations.

The rooms are super cute, and bathrooms are modern with plenty counter space. Beds are great. I gave 3 stars because the kitchen/room service/restaurant service has major communication issues. Examples — my group waited 30 min for our dinner check, my room service was wrong, and then wrong again when they tried to correct it.

Definitely 5 star hotel right outside of New York with access to major highways, Met Life staduim and every restaurant imaginable. Staff at the hotel was great! I attended a company function, however food was great and staff was very attentive to our needs. I stayed here in the past and they are continually improving, delivering excellent service.

Showers were strong. Food was decent. Wait staff for events was amazing and super nice. The only problem I had with this hotel was that the beds were too hard. I didn't get a good night's sleep the entire four nights I was there.

Great accommodations and attentive staff. Huge convention center serves as a bridge to a business section and a courtyard with a food court. Featuring 26, 500 square feet of renovated space offering luxury suites with all the comforts you may need.

My visit at the Teaneck Marriott hotel was amazing. The facility is so beautiful and the staff is so kind. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are kept clean. There were no problems with my stay and will definately come back if I ever have a chance!

A beautiful place with several businesses and large business operating centers.

As a regular business and leisure traveler — I had my best hospitality experience to date at the Marriott Glenpointe. I was in town due to an emergency that came up-at the last minute, my stay came along with multiple time sensitive special needs and I wasn't sure the hotel would be able to accommodate them. When I arrived I was introduced by request to manager Mr. Justin Martin who instantly attended to the situation and went above and literally BEYOND to accommodate the time sensitive and special need's required for my stay. Mr. Martin's handling of the situation and his going the extra mile was done in a way, only a first-class hospitality executive could have done. His staff was equally as accommodating during my entire stay and I look forward to many future stays here. The hotel is marvelous, the room was outstanding and the common areas and lobby were superior. I am thankful I choose the Glenpointe Marriott and even more thankful that Mr. Martin was the one assisting me when I arrived. What started out as a possible crisis, turned into a wonderful experience for that I say thank you kindly to Mr. Justin Martin!

Clean room. Nice gym. The restaurant is awesome. The breakfast and dinner are both good. They have Starbucks in the building.

Teaneck Marriott is Grandiose! Roomy, clean, Fabulous staff. The Bar, 2 of them serve great drinks including draft beer. In house Gym is fabulous… And it's got great views too.

Staff was universally warm and pleasant. Facilities qere spotless. Rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We're here for a wedding, and it's such a happy occasion! Thank you to all at the Marriott for making our joyful time even better!

When the only negative thing you can say is that the service is "a little slow at bar/restaurant", that says a lot about this place. Staff is some of best I have seen in the industry. Hotel is renovated and had very modern rooms. Also, there is a full size gym located on site for free use by hotel guests. Well worth the price of admission. Quick drive to airport or downtown NYC.

Its a very nice location and big wide buildings. Spa and ballroom facilities are very good, Neat and clean, There is air flow around the year, Front and back side has greenish view. Almost 24 hours NJ transit bus communication which is 20 to 30 minutes ride from and to Manhattan. 5 miles away from George Washington Bridge. Its a very convenient place for tourist to get taste of New Jersey and New York,

Enjoying my stay already but I would say they could be a little more kid friendly. Their pool is not accessible for kids. Sometimes you wanna take a relaxing break from the city and let the kids swim, but we couldn't. On the bright side though it's well maintained and the staff is very accommodating.

I'm on a flight crew that often visits Glenpoints… and here it is for me: Windows that open and lets the fresh air in! That's 5 star stuff right there… they have recently remodeled the rooms as well as the concierge lounge, now located near the front desk. The staff is fun and professional and always smiling… believe me, it is so nice to be in a pleasant and positive environment when I've got the stress of catering to pilots and passengers. Sometimes the housekeepers can get very loud talking in the hallways and I will ask them to please be more quiet, but to be fair, they probably aren't expecting day sleepers… love the new Starbucks too! Thank you!

Rooms are great! Event staff very nice. My only complaint is with the waitstaff at the Pancetta. I had 4 hours to kill before leaving for the airport, so I sat in a booth working on my laptop. The first server Randy was very friendly and so nice. However, when his shift was over, the subsequent female waitresses never even came over to me once in 1.5 hours. Not once! Never even looked my way. They were always in the back or on their phones. One patron even had to get up and go to the back looking for them. I would've liked to have ordered more food/drinks, but never had the chance.

The staff is great here. Always friendly, helpful, and patient. We come here once a year and it's nice to see some of the same staff as well. Great hotel/venue.

Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had with a hotel. There was an issue with our check in & they took care of it no questions asked. The air conditioner in our room stopped working and when determined it couldn't be fixed, they gave us a new room and food vouchers for the inconvenience. Every staff member so far has exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the bartender at the Glen Lounge makes great drinks! They have made our stay very enjoyable so far!

We stayed two nights at this Marriott location. The hotel is easy to get to, has plenty of parking and is conveniently located if you are exploring NYC (there's a bus that runs right from the hotel straight in to Manhattan). The building itself is clean and well decorated and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was also really friendly. We had no complaints about anything during our stay!

Revisited the Glen Point Marriott last weekend. They updated their rooms and they look fantastic! Clean, Modern and new. Great service, location, convenience.

Poor service from the minute I arrived. Tried speaking to Dan, the front desk manager about the poor reception and attitude I received from Bruno, one of the employees but Dan did not have time to speak with me. Rather stood in front of the elevators chatting with another employee. Some of the staff and especial front desk management don't seem to have the traditional Marriott/Ritz training nor the temperament for service based work. Property is nice and clean but so are many other hotel. Only reason I'm staying is due to my corporate offices being so close. Otherwise I wouldn't. Its all about services and this location is by far the worst Marriott I've stayed in on that measure. P. S. I'm a Marriott Elite member. Maybe next time I stay at another brand that understands customer service.

We just completed our stay in your hotel this past weekend April 27 to May 1. Front desk people — great especially Bruno! There are a few things I feel need to improve 1. High priced Wi-Fi — $12.95 per day — too much. We used our hot spot. 2. The comforter did not keep us warm = My body was cold and I had to receive a treatment from our doctor for my body tightening up. 3. No fan in the bathroom — foggy = difficult to put on makeup. 4. The light in the hallfway should be moved to be over the mirror so 3 girls could use it for applying makeup. 5. The hairdryer was tucked way back behind towels that were nearly on the floor on a back shelf. I think it should be moved so you could see that there is one, once you move into the room, like the closet. 6. The price of the breakfast buffet should be posted so you could see if it is beneficial to get all in one, or just buy a smaller breakfast. $50 for 2 for breakfast is pricey — and we did not get seconds. Went for a t-mobile training event. The location was very clean. The lunch served was well prepared and the staff was very attentive. The bathrooms were also very clean.

Nice place. Very clean, friendly staff and convenient to New York. The kids loved it also. I got one of the new rooms is spacious and comfortable. To me is worth the money.

The Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe is an amazing facility. Over the past year the interior has experienced a complete renovation giving every aspect of the hotel and modern face lift. Pancetta, the hotel restaurant, and The Glen bar, the hotel Lounge, are both great spots for drinks and food. I have been there for both work and social events. I have also been to grab a few drinks and get some work done on my laptop. The food is always great. The craft beer list short but inclusive to most styles. The wine list extensive. Most importantly the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Stopped by to check out as a reception venue — very clean and spacious… lots of empty corridors in the business center out back. However, it was very hard to find any employees able to assist and direct our needs. Initial requests for venue availability and pricing (via online form 1 week ago) went unanswered and no records of request were found when visiting in person.

I stay at this hotel roughly 30-35 times a year. Normally the service is great, but recently the management has decided to play music in the lobby at a very high level. When we asked if the music could be lowered, since the concierge lounge is now in the lobby, we were told, "The manager has been asked previously, but will not budge. " Please fix this.

Newly renovated lobby area. They renovated guest rooms also over the past few years also. One of the few good choice in northern NJ area.

The newly renovated lobby is very nice and the employees and very friendly. Their restaurant is a bit overpriced, but the food is good. The hotel allows access to one of the nicest gyms I've seen at a hotel, which is a great benefit!

We stay here every year. It's great, I especially appreciate how accommodating they are. I just wish breakfast was cheaper.

Like other Marriott hotels, it was luxurious and neat. I must say the shower water flow was unexpectedly stong — best one I had in a while. Free parking and fast access to I-80 and I-95 highways.

I never recommend this hotel. Last week, I've got a terrible experience. Minkyung who work for night duty made me crazy as disobliging and annoying her colleagues. And tried to sell employ benefit discount to others. It was very disgusting experience.

Elite room is a bit small but the lady in the morning is super pleasant. One of the best gym facilities I've seen.

Very nice hotel, very clean. Had a problem with the toilet clogging every time it was flushed. Hotel staff was very nice about it. They even sent up a cheese tray to apologize. Food is fairly expensive. We spent about $75 for breakfast for 3 adults and 2 kids. Not many restaurants nearby. Wi-Fi should be free but it is $12.95 a day! Even hotels in NYC have free Wi-Fi so I'm not sure why this Marriott doesn't. Bus to NYC is very convenient.

Visited the hotel in March, had a wonderful experience. Hotel was very clean, friendly people, awesome breakfast buffet, best food around. Very easy access to the city and the meadowlands.

I have stayed at many many hotels over the years so believe me when I say that the service we received at our recent stay at Teaneck Marriott over Valentine's day weekend was outstanding. Right from check in to check out, every staff member we encountered was very warm, pleasant and eager to help. One particular Staff stood out, Alba at the reception. She went out of her way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable and any request we made was promptly attended to. We had a very nice dinner from the Valentine's day menu, a 5 course meal for only $45 and everything tasted great! The whole hotel especially the lobby was bright, warm, nicely decorated and smelled great. We went to Bergen PAC and saw a great music show. It was a great experience at Teaneck Marriott and I recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great quality. Incredibly friendly people. We love the ” hidden restaurant/bar” to the left of the check-in counter. Quick (45 min during rush hour) bus ride into Times Square (Port Authority. ) Hotel Restaurant is expensive though. I recommend walking up into Teaneck for a variety of good restaurants at local prices. I spent $30 on a room service hamburger @ the hotel, but $30 on food for a whole table in town. I've stayed here at least 5 times. I'm unsure if pricing is reasonable.
