If you want to hear drag racing cars and the highway all night, this is the place to stay. Overpriced restaurants. NYC prices for Springfield. $19+ per person for a breakfast buffet that was overcooked. How do you screw up breakfast? Very disappointing. Room was fine. Typical room. Shower drain is slow, AC is slow to cool room. Glad that I won't be coming through this way again and that I cut a night off my stay.

No air conditioning in our room and nobody showed up to fix it. Terribly noisy, the room above us apparently doubles as a basketball court…no sleep.

Great hotel in the heart of Springfield. Close to mgm casino. Lots of shopping available.

Beautiful decor, kind staff and comfortable rooms, however noisier than expected — heard doors down the hall slamming during the night, heard neighboring room phone ring (2) at 4am, voices in hallway overnight were audible — need better soundproofing considering the cost per night. Have note eaten here yet — will today.

Cold pool, hot tub gone, exposed wires on a lamp, thermostats don't work (we had 2 rooms), took forever for food in restaurant, toilet overflowed so bad the water went into the hallway and staff delatrd coming to fix it).

I attended The PWC Woman of the Year Award ceremony last night. The Event was held in a welcoming banquet space, The wait staff friendly and attentive, the dinner delicious! Perfect evening!

The staff are great friendly people they make you feel super welcomed like your family any hotel that can give me the comfort of home is the best hotel.

Attended the ARBA banquet and the food was amazingly horrible. Chicken needed a steak knife and then it broke off because it was so hard! Veggies were half raw and half burnt. Obviously not cooked together.
Waitstaff was very rude and short tempered.

Trey was excellent super polite. Great problem solver. The hotel was beautiful and will stay here again. The rates were affordable too. Thanks Trey!

Amazing hotel me and my husband stayed for a couple nights. Beds were very comfortable, great food and drinks. Me and my husband had a great time at the bar. We did have a problem with our sink and TV so my husband called and this very nice gentleman Michael came and fixed the problem in no time. Overall the Sheraton Hotel is a great place to get away and have a little fun. We plan on going back before the summer ends and go to the MGM with family and friends.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Hotel cleanliness was about average but the room was spacious, featured a nice desk, comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. The shower is the bathroom was kind of dated and not as nice as the rest of the room. The TV was also quite dated but that's true of most hotels. Interior of the hotel features a nice open floor plan with pleasant decorations. Staff were great and very helpful even in the later hours of the night. Location was great, lots of shops, restaurants, bars to be visited. Would definitely recommend it for the price.

This location is great! Conveniently located near so many things! We were attending a function so we spent lots of time in the meeting rooms. They were furnished nicely and we always had refreshments. The refreshment table at check in was also a nice touch! The look is really nice inside with the wide open atrium overlooking the floors. The rooms were nice enough, but just plain. The room had a bit of disrepair with broken fixtures but they weren't unusable so it wasn't the end of the world. The beds are extremely comfortable and AMAZING! My biggest frustration is paying for parking. I hate having that as a separate feature, just include it in the room price!

Such a beautiful hotel right in the middle of downtown Springfield, easily sound right off highway exit 7. Had a 3-day family reunion held there recently and was treated so well and accommodated. Staff is a mix of younger kids and older adults with everyone has a professional yet kind of demeanor to them. Pool is beautiful and having a built-in Pub restaurant is really cool and savy! Absolutely plan on going there again.

My only bone of contention is that they have reusable glasses for water, but not for the coffee maker. Seems out of character for branding sponsored by Starbucks. Otherwise, it's great.

Great location if you are at an event at the Mass Mutual Center. Right now, the whole area is under construction, so there are a lot of empty buildings around. The hotel itself is nice.

Nice older hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Not at all a fan of using flat sheets on bottom of mattresses. Constantly loose and bunched up underneath leaving marks on my legs and bottom.

Very nice hotel, a little bit Antiquated but very helpful staff and good amenities. Hotel restaurant is a bit slow and surrounding area is a little bit questionable at times. Overall quiet stay, a little bit of Highway noise though. Also very slow internet and cable connection if that matters to you.

The restaurants are awful. I have never ever seen such horrible service. Tables are mostly empty and we still wait to be served. I will never set foot in this place again.

I attended the Howdy Awards… the dinner was excellent! The only thing that was lacking was attentiveness & Friendlmess of waitstaff. As a Banquet Manager I noticed so many issues but the biggest for me was servers not engaging with their tables. Our table never received refills on waters, even after being asked two times… we never received coffee with dessert either, one of the guests at our tables had to get up and go to the side of wall where coffee was sitting on tray stands and served our entire table coffee. As I stated there were other issues I saw but these stuck out like a sore thumb.

Absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. One star is being generous, it should be zero. When I got here, I was told parking was included with my $300 room. They said there was a $18 charge for the parking of those staying in the room. (Me, my Grandfather and my mother). So he paid and we were supposed to get free parking for the other two vehicles. Then we had to pay $18 for each vehicle! Are you kidding me? $300 for a small room (room service not inucluded in that price) and you have to pay for parking! You can’t even have a bottle of water without them charging your credit card. $3.00 for one bottle of water! I can pay $2.50 for a 24 pack back at home! On top of that, the TV was broke! This is how bad it is, if you die in the room, they still charge you. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don’t come here.

My favorite part of my stay at a Sheraton is the thick warm comforter on the bed that rivals almost any other hotel chain. The mattresses are comfortable as well, and make for a great sleep. This fitness center has old machines, but they are in good shape and there is also a squat rack and bench with barbells.

A fantastic hotel, right in the middle of downtown Springfield. I spent 4 nights here and had a great stay. This hotel is within walking distance of several really great restaurants and museums, including the new Dr. Seuss museum. I highly recommend it.

Rooms are nice and quite. Beds are comfortable. Guy at the front desk was a little less than nice, but he was busy. Overall good place to stay. Location is good.

Had a wonderful stay with a view of the clock tower. Enjoyed a king sized bed. Was there for a conference but it was conviently located near restaurants. Staff was friendly. No complaints.

A generally pleasant hotel. I couldn't figure out how to lower the thermostat to a more comfortable temperature; I prefer to sleep at about 60 degrees, and it was set at 70 or so. The mattress was a pillow-top; if you like that, it's great, but if you prefer just a firm mattress, it's not that comfortable. And, while in most motels a request for "green service" means that you use the same towels and sheets for the duration of your stay, at this one it means that no service is given to your room at all. We were disappointed not to have the bed made up, the trash taken out, or the coffee supplies replenished. I would stay here again, but use the experience I just had to govern my choices.

Really nice place. Great rooms. Good food. Practically empty when I went for the Navy so it was a blast.

Love this hotel. Clean and modern. Staff is the best ever. Very friendly and gies the extra mile to make sure my stay is a good one. Showed up with two vehicles when I was expecting to have one so they only charged me to park the one and comped the other.

I travel a great deal. One thing I expect at any hotel is that when I'm in my room its quiet. I understand that sometimes people walk through the halls and talk. I'm used to this. However, when you can hear entire conversations four floors down or screaming kids from the ballroom area three floors down, in your room, that is unacceptable. The open atrium design of this hotel funnels all of the sound up to every floor and every room. I've been to other hotels that have an open design like this with out nearly this much noise coming into the guest rooms. If you want a quiet night's sleep don't stay Sheraton Springfield.

Went for a work function. Good was good. Service was nice. Drinks were a little expensive for the area.

Nice hotel with updated rooms. Great for a conference or weddings with 3 floors of meeting rooms and a ballroom. Location is right off the highway, but not a good area to walk around at night without a group. Food is great in all the restaurants and the hotel chain directly across thd street. Staff are wonderful.

Attended a business conference at the Sheraton. Did not stay overnight. Classrooms were clean and stocked with water and mints. Lunch was great. Breakfast was ok. Needed more variety.

Clean and freindly. My room was facing the highway. Didn't sleep well from highway noise! Excellent service though. The staff is fantastic.

The hotel was pleasant. I was there for a conference and I didn't stay in a room. The food service staff was really great! The parking was horrendous and they sent me to another lot which was extremely bad due to the ticket machine eating my $20 and not giving me change or a receipt… The Sheraton didn't do anything about it either…

Open central atrium makes for a spacious and light filled hotel. Good breakfast. Upgraded to a recently remodeled deluxe king suite and breakfast for free after waiting just a few minutes to check in. My mistress and I couldn't have been happier.

Stylish rooms, High Tech televisions, nice big beds and pillows of different types. Service from the desk to the restaurant / bar to hotel attendant were wonderful. Recommend this place.

Stayed in town for a family funeral and just wanted some rest before the big day. Less than pleased with the room. I woke up from a nap and was very itchy. I also had small bumps on my arm that were red and itchy. Staff at the front desk and house keeping were less than satisfactory. Stagg offered to change my sheets for "piece of mind. " While they did change my sheets, I noticed that it was possible it wasn't changed properly from the night before since the duvet was stained. House keeping didn't seem to understand that I wanted everything on the bed new and not to reuse anything that previously touched the bed. The following morning I spoke to a manager who seemed very understanding and was quite sweet. Still itchy the following day and will not be booking for another night to stay.

I was just there for my honeymoon/couple retreat from my church My husband and I had a wonderful time. The staff, the place, the view was excellent. Except the for the food, not that it wasn't good though. I'm Haitian we love a little flavor on our food. But overall it was amazing so thank you Sheraton hotel!

Nice rooms, great service, except for an unhappy club lounge attendant who made everyone feel they were not welcomed. Restaurant could use some more innovative foods that could really make it do better. What they do offer is quite good, but standard fare. Lounge food was okay, but uninterested staff, failed to do the extras like dressing for the veggies, condiments, or refilling the hot trays in a reasonable time.

They hotel is nice, there are a lot of floors. They rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy. It's like sleeping on clouds. The Starbucks Coffee is good. Definitely had to goto the 12th floor, also where they serve breakfast. I didn't like the fact they didn't have a microwave in the rooms you have to go to the desk and ask them to heat up the food. Some reason in two separate rooms the light switch in the bathroom would randomly shut off. Overall great place to stay. It walking distance from stores and restaurants food court is across the street in the mariott hotel.

Beautiful hotel! Check in was easy and fast! Our rooms were great! The pool was a bit cold the first night but the sauna was fantastic! Wish there was a hot tub. We were given free breakfast buffet tickets and a free pass for Bright Nights!

Location was great and has great service. Incredible location and very nice architecture. The pool and restaurants are high quality.

Room service was speedy, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The place had a really good vibe, and everyone working there was very helpful! I'd definitely stay there again!

Excellent room! Housekeeping is exceptional! Room service is too expensive and sub par Beds are amazing Staff is cold and needs training on everything Customer related LoL Our TV died and never got fixed the entire stay.

The room was great. Clean and neat. Front desk service was good. Went to MVP bar and it was ok. Food was bland and the drink, while decent, was expensive for a house pour liquor. Would definitely stay again. Just eat somewhere else.

The Sheraton Hotel is conveniently located a few minutes away from the Springfield bus terminal, making it an easy commute to and from the buses in the area. The hotel itself was clean classy. The conference rooms were organized and the wait staff was friendly and efficient.

While I have only ever dropped guests off there, the staff is always very accommodating and the facilities are well taken care of.

Very comfortable accommodations. Good food at the bar, though priced as one might expect in a hotel. The staff accommodated our unusual event graciously and everything went swimmingly.

The meeting room they put us up in was top notch. It has a large projection screen, several types of video hookups, complimentary candies, water, drinking glasses, and a nice overall feel to the space.

We didn't stay. I was there for a formal event for work. The food and ambiance was nice. Parking was easy and fairly priced. I did see one of the rooms and it seemed clean and cozy. The service was great!

Don't even think of staying here. I am an elite member of Starwood and travel every week. This hotel is sub par in every way. Old dirty facility etc. Noisy rooms. They screwed up my reservations, had the wrong rates and days. My room had a leaky sink faucet (3 calls no resolution) broken toilet seat and a leaky old rotted shower head. Housekeeping shorted me on towels and left no shampoo etc. They just don't have it together. I will be back to this city soon and will try the Marriott across the street or the Hilton but sadly never here again.

We stayed here for a convention and although the place is very modern and clean, rooms are very nice, food that was served for breakfast was great! BUT if you want to actually sleep, forget it. They layout is such that when you open your door you can see all the other floors from the open concept, so you can also hear ALL the other doors slaming throughout the night. I won't go back there beacause of that. Oh and the maids don't respond to requests for replacing burnt out light bulbs.

I don't understand how they are still in business being across the street from the Marriot. I have had better experiences at the Red Roof Inn! Very outdated, we had an old box TV in our room and the rest of the room was pretty dark and gloomy even with all of the lights on and there was nothing special about it. When you reserve the club room and lounge make sure you’re getting the club room and not just access to the lounge. The staff was very uninformed and misleading, we were told that our room came with free continental breakfast and when we asked the front desk were to go they sent us to the restaurant on the fourth floor who then informed us that it ended an hour prior and was on the twelfth floor. One of the employees told us that the hot tub has been out of service for over three years, the steam room in the ladies locker room wasn't working and the sauna is unbearable. I would recommend booking through Travelocity or another site other than their own their policies on the site apparently no longer apply and the prepaid rate is not really prepaid. They took the money out of my account when I booked and then told me that the payment never went through and I wasn’t notified until two months later at check in. Parking and internet are overpriced as well as the restaurant. Overall I was not satisfied and will never stay there again, worst weekend of our lives! I will spend a little extra and stay at the Marriot.

A nice hotel, good customer service and 24/7 lounge. The swimming pool was not very clean but it's large so lots of room for everyone. Room was clean and housekeeping was excellent. They were also very friendly and made sure we had extra towels and water since there were 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids). Breakfast was nice at the Pick restaurant, decent meal and enough to eat although I would still prefer buffet I get from the Hilton brand hotels. In buffet I can eat what I want to eat and not waste. Will stay again.
