Bus parking spot plus nice extra bus groups find if other hotels full.

It was an awesome hotel and so close to the basketball hall of fame.

Though the stay was brief, my wife and I still had an amazing time. The atmosphere you get from the lobby is inviting for everyone of all ages. The rooms here are beautiful, and clean. The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. The free complimentary breakfast is awesome. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area. I would recommend to anyone who choose to stay in the Springfield Massachusetts area to please give this place to stay. Plus it isn't far from the new MGM Casino.

Nice big room, great bed, small pillows. Shower was great! Strong stream. Breakfast was good, 2 strengths of coffee!

Quiet, clean large room. Very polite staff. Enjoyed breakfast, tasted like freshly cooked instead of microwaved. Would stay there again. On way home from Maine.

I'm actually a guest at this Hotel. The receptionist were very nice and friendly when we checked in last night. He was very friendly and helpful in providing all the needed information. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Check-in, Stay, Check out all were easy. I had my digital keys that worked well also. Bed, pillows were all comfortable. Free Breakfast is the normal breakfast you would find at any other Hampton's, may be a little less selection than the normal. Elevator had issues and they seriously need service as the timing is off. Stayed 2 nights for a conference at Mass Mutual Center which is about 7-8 minute drive. Can also be walked to the convention center but would not recommend walking at night for obvious reasons.

The room was nice and clean along with the hotel. I was able to buy discount tickets to Six Flags. The continental breakfast was good.

Better than expected, should be more than just a 2-star hotel in my opinion. The designs of the hotel room are simple, but very modern. Everything is neatly presented and clean. Thumbs up!

The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious, but the cleaning could have been a bit better. I know its impossible to get every single strand of hair or spec of something, but it'd be nice to not realize there was a bit left over in the shower. I felt like I could hear more through the walls than some other hotels and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up either.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel’s customer service especially in regards to emergency cancellations. I have been traveling for the past 2 months for my son’s basketball tournaments out of state and we always choose to stay in Hampton Inns/Hiltons. My husband has MS and needs a handicap accessible room. We have always received outstanding customer service at Hampton’s especially with my husband’s disability. This past weekend we had to cancel due to an unforeseen sickness with my son. This certain hotel charged me for the room because I wasn’t within the 24 hour time. How can you predict a sickness? I realize these cancellations can happen often, but not with me. We travel a lot for our kids’ sports. We never cancel! So much for being a Hilton Honors Member… My family, friends, and I will be staying at other hotel chains.

Let me start out by saying being a GM for another hotel, you know when sheets have been reused. So paying $157.00 to sleep where someone else has laid or dod god knows what is totally not acceptable. They did change my room but only to give me a room the same housekeeper had. I wont fuss I will sleep on top of the quilt with my own blankets… so keep in mind of that old saying… you get what you pay for… how much extra do I have to pay not to sleep on someone elses skin cells…

Excellent, would stay again on own or immediate family. Rooms clean, well decorated, free breakfast is a golden solid. Lost a point on the bathroom doors in the hotel rooms, they don't have a latch or lock to keep them closed. Sometimes you travel with colleagues, friends, or extended family and share a room… it's uncomfortable to have a bathroom/shower without a lock. "Whoops, Surprise"!

Great place very clean Lisa at the front desk was very helpful… Beth running the breakfast was amazing she kept everybody happy all the time and Will was right by her side.

I have been staying at Hilton hotels for over 10 years. My daughter does competitive cheer and we are constantly traveling and always choose a Hampton or a Hilton brand hotel. We book at least twice a month. My family booked 2 rooms for a cheer competition but unfortunately dormant kids are sick with the flu one team will not be going. We called the day ahead of time to kindly ask that they change our reservation to just one room since we will no longer need both. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life! The girl who answered was so rude right down to the tone of her voice. When she finally switched me over to the supervisor after lying that she was "in a meeting" at first the supervisor may have been worse! The voice and vocabulary of a 16 year old girl, completely obnoxious and not understanding. When you have customers who use your hotels as often as we do you make an adjustment to a reservation for unforeseen circumstances! Hopefully when I call corporate they can fix this issue or that will be the last time I ever book with a Hilton!

The hotel is located in the middle of downtown Springfield MA, so it is extremely convenient to reach anywhere. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room, on the 4th floor, was very clean and comfortable. For a hotel located right off the highway, the room was exceptionally quiet! No road or traffic noise was descernable during the day, and even more importantly, during the night… I would recommend this hotel very highly.

My husband booked us a room here for our 7th wedding anniversary, it is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and everyone knew who we were and all wished us a happy anniversary. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful staff from check in through check out. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was, once again, delicious. We always know what to expect at a Hampton Inn, and Springfield met those expectations. Same time next year!

Great experience! Newer property, clean and good size rooms, nice pool, convenient location (close to NBA Hall of Fame and downtown Springfield — try Nadim's Mediterranean restaurant) and awesome breakfasts. Worth every penny. Thank you!

The room was nice and clean, staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the free hot breakfast was delicious. The only thing that could have been better was the pool. One time there were fleas in one area and another there were no towels.

Nice hotel with amazing staff. I was greeted by Ebony at the front desk. She was amazing! Along with being very helpful & considerate. Working with the direct public for over 25 years I can honestly say what a great personality. The room was beautifully decorated &;comfortable.

Standard Hampton Inn rooms, food, and experience. Staff was above average and very helpful, friendly, and polite. No spa/hot tub with a smaller pool and smaller fitness center but that's generally the case. I'd try the garden inn across the Highway if you're looking for more amenities. If you just need a solid place to sleep, then this will work perfectly.

I enjoy my stay big time we work also for Hampton company as well and this hotel is amazing great friendly staff breakfast was over the top very good room very clean facilities very clean security in night time super I do stay here anytime I came to Springfield to visit my family and friends good job guys great staff I recommend to anyone very great service.

We always choose to stay at the Hampton Inn wherever we go because it's always a great experience. The Hampton Inn on E Columbus Ave in Springfield, MA was no exception to that rule. The room was gorgeous, service was excellent, and the view was pretty cool. We had a great time on our vacation and will continue to use Hampton Inn for our travelling needs!

From check in to check out the customer service was phenomenal. Very clean and up to date rooms. Pool was kept pretty warm too!

Nice Hotel that is fairly new. However, it looks like it was built to quickly, because there is some minor cosmetic issues. Gym is okay for a hotel but is more of an after thought and the same thing with the pool. Breakfast is surprisingly good for one of those free continental ones.

I am amazed at our experience staying at this hotel… WONDERFUL!

Excellent Hotel I enjoyed my stay friendly staff with a good hot breakfast great maid sevice they always made sure I had what I needed will come again so anyone looking for a great stay should come to the Hampton Inn in Springfield Mass it even has a in door pool and Gym.

Room was very clean, bed comfortable. The hotel was located in a decent spot right around some good eats. The breakfast in the morning was one of the better ones I've seen. Check in and out was a breeze.

Loved big beautiful banquet hall wait staff was very polite and attentive. I would definitely book an event here.

Place is over all nice. Walls and floors are thin. Good rest one night, but upstairs for hours people being SO LOUD. LOVE the 24 gym. Not much, but it supplies my needs. Breakfast isn't great, but it's free so I can't complain. Shower kind of broken. Room service is super friendly. One girl at the front desk was helpful. All have been friendly. However, when wanting to use the pool, they only had towels that won't even wrap around my head let alone my body and ate not allowed to bring regular towels. I wanted I'm required to do aerobic activity due to my injury and I rushed to get to the pool before closing and then couldn't even swim. I asked the front desk for a towel, and they would not help. Although friendly, a big reason I came was for heated indoor pool. So that sucked. Had to go back to room and could not do my activity. I could have broken the rules and gotten towels from the room like the other 4 people that were at the pool, but I am not one to do that. They said because ppl have allergies to chlorine and can't be washed together. I don't see how I can't swim because one person may have an allergy. That's not right. Conveniently located to things. Gas station just next door which came in handy for very small selection at the hotel store. Over all, I would have rather stayed at a BEST WESTERN for that cost. This is a revision.

The front desk staff is very professional and so helpful. Parking was more than sufficient, even though there was a dance competition, and a Mary Kay Career Conference in town. Our room was lovely, and immaculate. A full breakfast was served in the morning, and was delicious. I was very happy with my choice of hotels, and I will stay again for the next event that I have in this town.

I spent the weekend at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Springfield/Downtown and I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff were outstanding! The rooms were clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many choices. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed with our volleyball club so if you are looking to book a block of rooms ask for Rebekah. She is amazing.

Great hotel! Beds are extremely comfortable. Recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road & it was horrible. Will always stay here at the Hampton when we are in town.

Good price for Springfield. The room looks like new although the client I visited told me the renovations were done two years ago. The toilet ring was installed too close to the tank, so I had to hold it while taking or it would fall done.

The bed was the most comfortable bed that I've ever slept on! I definitely wanted to bring it home with me!

This hotel has the worst customer service. I got a call asking if I was still planning on coming and I said yes and that I was an hour away. Then a half hour later I get a phone call that the room I had booked 2 months prior had been given away because a Diamond member "forced" his way into the hotel with no reservation — Guess what, I have a 48 hour guarantee policy on my reservation and since I had booked well in advanced I should have had that room no matter what! But because I am an employee at another Hilton property I got relocated to another hotel (because I was paying a very low rate) and the Hampton Inn didn't even pay for the night at the new hotel! I have tried to call the GM several times and each time have had to leave a message and she will not call me back. This was NOT how you treat a paying guest, even if they work for another property of the same chain. It was unacceptable and I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone I know.

The hotel was right in downtown, convenient to everything. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and well-kept. I would go for higher floors, as lower floors can be noisy due to downtown street noise.
