Pool was beautiful, Uno's was connected via hallway and our room was spacious, clean and cool (68° when it was 101°outside! ). We enjoyed our time in the room and the other amenities they supplied. The gym was pretty nice too, but I was skipping the workout and getting into the water.

I have stayed at dozens of Garden Inn locations around the country and in Europe. Almost without exception, they are good mid level hotels. This location was a very unpleasant surprise. The hotel was dated and not in good shape. Carpets were faded and dirty, bathroom plumbing was poor, I could hear every little noise from the next room. Normally one reliable thing about staying at a Garden Inn is that they have a very comfortable standardized mattress. For some reason, this hotel did not have the normal Hilton Mattress and had a horrible Mattress that had a large valley in the middle and I could feel the innerspring digging into my back. When I woke up the next day, my back hurt so much, I could barely walk (I don't have back problems, this was from the bed). I certainly will never stay at this location again.

Nice desk folks. Very clean room. Breakfast was AWESOME! Massive selection, and everything I tried was good or great.

Had the best breakfast ever, I'am a truck driver parked my truck next door and was told The Hilton had open all u can eat breakfast. Had to give it a try, was surprised to find great staff even if I was not as presentable as the rest of the guest. The staff was great will stop by when I come this route. "Truckers are people to".

Nice clean place to stay. 2 years I've stayed here for a conference and plan on returning next year! You are minutes from downtown and there is plenty of free parking.

I lucked out and got to stay in a very large handicap accessible room. Super clean and spacious. I couldn't figure out the spray hose in shower, might have been broken, but the main shower head worked just fine. Wish I could have stayed longer.

After a brief mix up at check in over what room we were supposed to be in, we had a pretty good visit. The staff were courteous, the grounds were clean and well decorated, and the breakfast buffet was great. We didn't use the pool or fitness center, but they looked great. The only issue was that the beds were uncomfortable. I was surprised by how old/outdated they seemed. If they got pillow top or memory foam beds, this would be a five star review.

Nice hotel, very close to all Springfield has to offer. Discounted tickets to the Basketball hall of fame (500 ft away! ) is a big plus. Very friendly staff, Jack at the front desk made sure we enjoyed ourselves and the breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive. Keep up the good work!

A nice hotel in Springfield, I think it's one of the newest ones. Good atmosphere, clean, nice big rooms, overlooking the basketball hall of fame. The breakfast here alone is worth it, I had steak and eggs all three mornings, fresh fruit, a great hot bar… Enjoyed it very much.

Nice and clean room. A lot of cold air coming in under the AC unit and it was never fixed during our stay. Asked two times over 3 days.

One of my favorite hotels in MA. The location is amazing. The Spa in this hotel is the best I've been in and I've stayed in luxury hotels all over the world. The restaurants within the hotel are phenomenal, bespoke dishes galore. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel regularly to friends and colleagues.

Hotel was quiet, rooms were comfortable. Water was hot. Had a weird sewerage smell when you went outside around 5pm, the smell was gone around 7pm when I returned, it was like someone was cleaning the septic tank. Staff was very helpful. Hotel pool, jot tub was clean also.

Beautiful hotel, updated room and lobby. Very clean and pleasant staff. Check-in was quick and they offered to sign me up for the honors program, since I was not a member, so that this stay would count in points. Room was very modern with mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. It has been a couple of years since I stayed in a Hilton Garden and the service and experience has maintained. Breakfast was good too. Buffet style for most with a grill so eggs, pancakes and french toast (plus breakfast sandwiches if you asked) were available instead of the usual hotel care of just scrambled eggs in a warmer and a waffle maker. Serving staff in this plus seating in the lobby make for a confusing situation until you have experience. Servers were great, pleasant and very helpful. My only complaint could be that we were only staying one night.

The hotel is directly next to the NBA Hall of Fame. The beds are super comfy, the towels soft and absorbent. The rooms are spacious. The staff does everything to make your stay comfortable.

Decent, newer hotel right next to the basketball hall of fame. Lobby is bright and inviting. Rooms are good sized. Bedding is a little to be desired… no fitted sheets and bedspread is a ltitle worse for wear. Bathroom had great water pressure, best of any hotel I have had in a while, but drains are lacking, both sink and shower has issues with the drain plugs. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was of good quality, good service from the waiter. Clean room, quiet pool.

Nice place, bed is comfy, room is spacious and we'll set up. Counter service was great at check in and the waitress at the bar was friendly. Worth a stay or two.

The event that I attended there was very good. The room was clean and the people at the reception desk helped me get to the room easily and without a problem. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5-star review is because of its location and proximity to the highway it makes it difficult to get on and off with all of the construction going on in 91. I would recommend this to a friend or family member if they needed somewhere to stay in the area.

Pretty good I guess. Lots of flowers all over and a really good view of the basketball hall of fame and at night the big silver ball in the center of it lights up which is cool. It has a pool which was average. Only complaint was the mini concert going on outside at the Uno next store. It went on until like 10 I think. But overall pretty good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for my two most important criteria, cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. The staff is very friendly, everyone greeted us with smiles and went out of their way to help. Free parking, great location, great price. Military and first responders… this is the place to go.

Since I checked in by online, I was disappointed to be in a long line of registrations just so I could pick up my room key. Once in my room, it was ok. Nice and clean with a decent mattress. There were a couple of wedding parties at the place and some were still partying in the hallways at 2am but they were gone as quickly as they woke me up. Overall, it was a good place to stay if you need to be in Springfield, Ma.

Very nice, fresh atmosphere, Clean, polite staff, knowledgeable and helpful. View from room very nice. Room service fast and delicious. Morning breakfast delicious. Server's for Morning breakfast fast and courteous. Will recommend and hopefully return.

Only stayed one night but would stay again if in the area. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and the TV reception was good. Hotel connects directly to the Uno's next door, which is convenient for getting to if the weather is poor. Location was convenient and staff were very friendly. I noticed that the shower took a little long to drain, but it wasn't enough to cause a hassle.

This hotel is next to him in the Basketball hall of fame And there are many places to eat and to go shopping. My room was clean and they have cookies and water at the entrance.

Love this place, staff is always very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are very clean! During my last stay, I was dealing with a trunk issue on my car that would not shut due to an accident the previous day. I found the issue early in the morning and had a meeting I was already running late for. Nick (who I think is a manager) and a maintenance guy came out and looked at it with me, they were able to fix the issue and get me on my way quickly. Great team work, and much appreciated!

The stay here was perfect. We were in town For a fenural and the staff made our stay, nothing shot of amazing! The staff was so kind and went above and beyond, EVERYTIME! My only issue we had was, the pool stated it was heated and it was super cold. Thank you, Hilton for serving our family with great service! We will be back!

Great location, right next to the basketball Hall of fame and many restaurants. I love that Uno's is the room service. The breakfast is pretty good, and Mary Alice is a great server, always recognizes us and stops to chat.

Great location near the Basket Ball Hall of Fame. If you have to visit Springfield MA they why not make the best of it. :)

The hotel is conveniently located for visitors to the basketball hall of fame as it is directly across the parking lot. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. My stay was fantastic!

Right next to the Basketball hall of fame. Standard Hilton fare so you know exactly what you're going to get.

Enjoyed a small seminar in one of the conference rooms. The refreshments were good.

The Hilton Garden is very conveniently located near the highway, downtown Springfield, and several restaurants. The rooms are fairly comfortable and well sized, though a little worn. One downside is that room service is managed by the attached Uno's Pizza, and so is fairly slow and of inconsistent quality.

Friendly staff with a clean comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast and Uno's next door with nightly entertainment.

I phoned to get group rates and I was transferred three times after asking about dates and cost. What a joke! Marriott is getting my business.

The staff and hotel are top notch very home away from home feeling. A pleasure talking to the staff.

AWFUL place I stayed there for night and never like the whole place and when I left they charge me for 3 nights and I to chase my money back for another week and will never go back there again.
