Fairly average for a hotel. No continental breakfast, which is a bit weird for the cost. Expect to spend $13-15 on breakfast unless you go elsewhere. All the employees here are fantastic though. Shuttle on demand, free but tips appreciated. Comfortable rooms with a little balcony you can step out onto.

It was a good hotel and I slept well. Room was clean and in good order. The open areas were very humid and there seemed to be a lot of mosquitos around the area of the elevator. I understand it is very warm and humid but I made a comment to another guest. That guest stated it was a consistent issue. Overall a good place.

It was easy to get to. Walking distance to the Natick Mall for incredible shopping. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. I would definitely visit again.

Don't expect much. The staff was absolutely horrible. If you don't want to serve others and don't be in the service industry! Simple questions were simply dismissed. They have a food place but the prices of very expensive. There was smoking on an entire floor on a non-smoking floor! When it was mentioned, it was dismissed. Bring your earplugs or something to block out all the noise as there is very little to no soundproofing. The only good thing about the place, besides leaving, was an older lady serving us at the restaurant. But she didn't even work out front!

Very clean, very quiet, GREAT staff! Room layout was unique as well. Enjoyed the fact it had a functional balcony as well.

It was okay for a brief stay. They won't provide you with toothpaste in your room. You have to go get it yourself from the reception every time you want one. Also, one old lady at reception always gives terse replies to everything. Except for her, I found rest of the reception staff to be warm and welcoming.

This property on its own is very nice. The rooms are large and very clean, building almost looks new. The elevator is a bit slow though. The staff is friendly for the limited contact I had with them. There is only 1 exit from the parking lot and you can only make a right turn. The second driveway is only an entrance. There is a decent amount of parking but the lot in back is a bit odd shaped making it difficult for large vehicles, this is an important issue for me as I'm a tour bus driver. Also there is no food within walking distance another issue I faced with the bus. The Natick Mall and several other restaurants are within driving distance if you have a regular car, but this didn't help me. The Marriott brand as a whole, however, is where I have issues. Many properties now have exclusive deals with Starbucks for coffee at Starbucks prices with limited hours. This means that Marriott no longer provides free coffee 24hrs like most of their competitors. Starbucks is absolutely disgusting, I can only describe it as burnt mud. I don't understand how they get away with charging such prices for this sludge, but it is a sad excuse for coffee. The hotel restaurant, called "The Bistro" is also a Marriott offering in many properties. Not only is the food expensive, but very sub-par and weird. I don't want a burger with some weird cheese I've never heard of, garlic aioli (whatever the hell that is) on a brioche bun. I just want a regular cheeseburger.

The service is great. The rooms are very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. The air conditioning is excellent. Restaurant is great with wide variety of choices for a meal.

At first I thought this would be a great place to stay well I was wrong because first of we had to cook are food downstairs because they don’t have microwaves in the rooms second of all the microwave stopped when we were cooking are food. Also for the bathrooms in our room the since was outside of the bathroom and when we told them we would have five people they said ok but then we got a call saying that they can only fit four and that they don’t have a cot or a couch so we had to bring our own air mattress and we also found dead lady bugs all over the room. The only thing I appreciated was the soft beds and the workout gym.

This is a great Marriott! The staff is so friendly and helpful! It’s very very clean. Much nicer than Residence Inn in Boston. Stay here in Natick! Great location! Good restaurants! Good shopping!

There's no pool. Everything else was fine.

Hotel is clean; bar is great; Bistro good. The star at this hotel is the staff and management. All employees are caring, friendly and really are concerned about their guests. I was there during the huge snowstorm last week and my car was buried under a foot of snow. I went out early to shovel out my car and there outside was the General Manager with a shovel waiting to shovel out guests! How great is that! I will always book this hotel when I am in Framinghgam for work and recommend it to others.

Moving out of town. Stayed here on after a long cold day of movers at the house (day after bomb cyclone). Got online during the day and booked a room. Asked for a quiet room. We got it. Clean room, hot shower, comfy bed. 9 hours later and I never heard anything but the wind outside. Perfect.

Was the room clean and comfy? Yes. Was the water pressure n the shower everything I hoped for? Absolutely. Was the hot chocolate in the lobby free and delicious? You know it. What would make me want to go back to this hotel? The staff. The staff was awesome — and I mean awesome. The guy who checked us in (DJ) — was the absolute best. We felt like he was one of our friends with his laid back and personable demeanor. 100% would come back again.

Staff is helpful and friendly, public areas kept clean, rooms are standard for Courtyard. During my stay, the AC/heat unit in my room stopped working. I informed the desk — they were very polite and understanding and were able to put me in another room hassle free.

Starting with our reception at the front desk, my daughter and I had a great experience. The room was clean and pleasant, the cookies were warm and my daughter enjoyed them. Her doll loved the bed, too. Breakfast was pretty standard, and checkout was simple.

Hotel is ok. Rooms are big and spacious. Payments could be more transparent. Any time they charge for some amount they call incidental charges which is fine. But that all has to be informed to every customer. You have to ask front desk then they clarify. No safes in room. Had my stay on a pricier side around $180. Breakfast is not included in stay & is costly in their restro Bistro. Moustached guy at reception gives free Sarcasm don't know why though…

There were no major issues. The elevators are a little slow. Our room's mini fridge didn't really get cold enough to be useable. Shower pressure and temperature were great. The lobby area is nice and sports were on some of the TVs, as a bonus. I stayed with my wife and 2 kids for 2 nights. The hotel is fairly close to some good places to visit for families.

Nice at first, but slowly disappoints. When we checked it, the place was very neat. There were nice seating areas and a cool cafe. The service was rather bland, they did what they had to do. Very slowly. That was the front desk though, so I'm not quite sure what the cafe or other employee are like. We payed $180 per night. Our room had one bed, a scratchy couch that became a pull out bed, tiny fridge, and bathroom. It was cramped and the only good thing were the excessive amounts of electricity ports. The room temperature control wasn't very good either.

Pros Clean room and bathroom. Everything worked fine. Serves Starbucks coffee but no Starbucks like other Courtyards Cons Pricey for the place. Guess the added price comes due to the plenty of colleges in the vicinity.

Great location for my business and personal business. Only 30 minutes from Cambridge clients. Very friendly and professional staff, rooms are nice and comfy!

I dropped in to the hotel to spend a little time with my friend who was getting married the next day, and then stayed for part of the catered cocktail + hors d'oeuvre event (there may have been a sit down meal after, but I needed to get home). The hotel was attractively appointed and my friend's suite was quite nice. The one hitch was navigating there via Google Maps, it thought the address was in the middle of the road, so I had to do some turns to get to the correct side of the divided highway.

The Courtyard by Marriot seems to have been remodeled a bit since my last visit. The lobby is quite nice, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and clean. They also offered fresh baked cookies in the lobby! There is also a small marker in the lobby and a restaurant.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient and the hotel operates shuttles to frequently visited nearby facilities. The rooms are well furnished and well maintained. There is no complimentary breakfast, but the hotel does have a breakfast bar where you can purchase some items. There are quite a few restaurants located nearby but lot of them don't deliver. Overall it was a good experience.

We stayed in one of the King rooms with a sofa bed. I was disappointed that the sofa bed was not already made with the sheets and the blankets. When pulling the bedding out of the bag there was hair on the sheets. Not having breakfast included with the room rate was disappointing. Offer something other than Starbucks for coffee, not everyone likes their coffee. Otherwise, the room was pretty clean and comfortable.

Front desk guys were great! Room was great, but the hot tub didn't work and when I called late night to ask about it, nobody answered. The water in the tub came out yellow and murky as well.

I stayed courtyard Boston natick for one of my interview, the room was pretty nice, big enough for 2 people and all the required things were provided.

Nothing stood out particularly but nothing was wrong either. It's just a hotel.

Nothing noteworthy. A little hard to get to. Small pours of wine from the bar.

The rooms are nice. The staff is polite and very helpful to us. I love a hotel that keeps the bar open late.

I love Marriott hotels and their quality service. This hotel is located in a great place right off the Pike and next to great shopping and restaurants. I love the fitness center and pool which are clean and up to date. The rooms feel very clean, big and like home. My one complaint is the elevators are very slow and the cafe can be somewhat expensive for what you get. Make sure to use the shuttle to get places nearby and business center to print boarding passes or other documents.

Truly the rooms are very clean and the amenities, including a pool and a whirlpool, are consistent with the typical high excellence standards of courtyard. But the management is by far one of the worst that i've ever seen. Since their pool hours are ridiculously short, 6-9 pm, I requested last night that they be extended. Today one of the managers PUBLICLY CONFRONTED ME IN THE LOBBY in front of my family and other guests because she seemed to think that my request was unreasonable, despite the fact that other members of her management had assured me last night that this would not be a problem. Immediately after, the manager pryingly asked me what room I was staying in and proceeded do scan me up and down with her eyes for 5 more seconds. This was the worst of all the similar incidents that are too many to cover in this review. It is a shame that the excellence of such a beautiful hotel brand can pale in the shadow of such poor and down-right insolent customer care.

Although hotel was clean, the room, plumbing, heating was noisy. The bed squeeked on any movement. Not recommended.

Check-in was quick, room was clean and bed was comfortable. No noticeable road noise. Jake's restaurant is on the premises and there are a wide variety of eating places within walking distance on 30. Great location within walking distance of the mall. Right off the Pike, near a Park and Ride and about 15 minutes to the Woodland T.

Its really good service what I enjoyed during my time in Natick.
