Nice place overall. I found it clean an comfortable. I wish the room fee was a bit cheaper by to or twenty. But if you need to sleep I would come here again.

Our room was ok no more. Staff very nice and helpful. But others had really bad rooms …

Came here for 4 nights. Father need heart surgery and couldn't afford the $200+ a night rooms. So we stayed here which is about 20 minuits away from the general mass hospital also close to many and I mean many places to shop eat explore. Behind this place is the ww2 museum. Yeah there isn't much to do here no pool ect. But for the price and places around I don't mind it. Amy daughter who's 8 liked it for what it was. They have The breakfast in the a. M and no one bothers you I needed a new remote at 10pm and they came and gave me a new remote. Would come again for this price. (Simple)

Stayed here on 4-15-2018 and was very pleased with how well they treated me at check in and also room was very clean and comfortable… wold recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. Thxs roger.

I knew it was an awesome place when I found a crack pipe on top of the light in the bathroom. Not a good place for kids. Hotels less than a mile away are $70 more per week and well worth it.

Very basic accommodations. No clock or radio. Paper glasses only, near coffee maker. Large screen TV. Comfortable bed. Pastries, cold cereal, bagels, juice and coffee for breakfast. Free. Helpful staff. I was having trouble opening door. Front desk guy saw that and immediately came out to help.

Cheap place to stay. Crew who work here try very hard to make your stay as good as possible. But owners need to invest heavily to bring it up to better level. Positive : it is clean. Fast response to lack of ice bucket in room, even brought it filled with ice. Low cost. Quick to also respond to loud music from next door. Neg : don't know if it has heat, called office and they didn't know how to get heat instead of a. C. Bathroom door only opens half way runs into toilet. Tub has nothing to shut it up to allow bath, showers only. Hate to have to wedge myself between sink and wall to get door closed. Overall look of place on outside is rundown and peeling. Spend $30 more per night and get better room.

The price, nice people & location. Normally, there are other places around the area to stay but you have to choose what you need and how much to pay.

This is the most disgusting place we have ever stayed in. We wanted to leave, but the manager refused a refund. The manager was super rude! Please don't waste your money here. Just look at the photos! Gross!

Bugs confirmed, they crawl in beneath the door. No bed Bugs though. Breakfast sucked. Only good thing was the showers, were clean and big. Place is run down.

You can tell it is an old motel, lots of old Travelodge stuff in there. Decent beds and shower. TV is an old CRT. Overall not a terrible place but obviously not a 5 star hotel, either.

Bad coffee. Poor selection on breakfast. Old tube TV. Out of order soda machine. Room aperance was shabby.

Bad Hotel. The Price is to high for that what you get. Room is not the cleanest. Bugs in the bath room. Damaged door. You can hear the whole neighborhood.

Found my room clean and comfortable. I was traveling alone and felt quite safe. Frige and micro were spotless. I definitely would stay there again. The staff was friendly my only complaint lighting to put on makeup but I've stayed at 5star hotels and had the same complaint. So be the first and solve our problem☺

When I first saw the review online, I was hesitated to book a room in this hotel. However due to it's excellent location, I decided to give it a try. When I arrived, I was met with a very friendly front desk staff. The front lobby is simple but clean. It is amazingly located in the middle of shopping area and very close to the major highway. The room is also very clean with a small dorm sized fridge. I would recommend this hotel for it friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Best of all, you cannot beat the location.

By far the most gross hotel I have ever seen. Costumer survive was awful and they charged me completely Wrong and lost my reservation. The AC and the Wi-Fi do not work and the rooms where dirty. Do not stay here!

Stayed there a few years ago with my one yr old baby. This place was infested with Bedbugs! We both woke up with bites all over us. We wound up bringing them home with us and I had to fight those bastards for a month. The owner would not return any of my phone calls or emails of course. They knew they had an infestation because the housekeepers would knock on our door at like 8 am to clean and would put all of our belongings up off of the floor. I had no real idea of what bedbugs were at the time. Now I get paranoid whenever staying at a motel.

So far there's no garbage can in the room, also no chair, n I hate to see alot of people hanging out everywhere like they hanging on a block… that's tacky.

Dead bugs in the sheet. Dirty and smelly room. Coffee maker without coffee. No cups. Old worn sheets. Food left on the telephone. Extremely weak internet access. Don't pay for more than USD 35 to this hotel.

We have stayed with 4 persons for one night in 2 rooms. Price from $90 per room was ok, precisely because the Mall next to is. Unfortunately the wlan permanent problem made and we had used towels in the room. With the cleanliness, people's take not so right there. The breakfast was ok to good. All in all, paid little and even little received!

Came here for work for many years but milking out this motel did not made it better. We came here last week for a 3 month stay. We left after a week. Ice machines are down and than the air conditioning broke, manager told us that we where the only ones who where complaining (3 day's on a row every day 95 degrees outside and inside) they fixed it but just half. Expensive cars outside from management it makes me thinking? Do not go there, they might be the cheapest but Red roof is close by and about the same price and way much better.
