Simple. Clean. Inexpensive. Perfect!

The employees are all attentive and prompt. The beds are surprisingly comfortable, as well as the pillows. The water pressure is great and the location is right off the highway, which is very inconvenient. I'm docking a star because the air conditioner seems to be broken and therefore our room has a smell. I would stay here again.

Room was fairly clean. Check in was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. Air conditioner was COLD. Decent hotel for a great rate.

I stay at a ridiculous amount of hotels/motels due to extensive travel, THIS Red Roof Plus is the BEST of any I've ever stayed at! After a horrible 13hr trip filled w/ delays and cancellations they were a breath of fresh air! The front desk staff (especially Nikk) I is the nicest most helpful I have ever had the pleasure to encountered. They are masters of a long forgotten art called Customer Service. I only Wish I could have stayed longer. I will go out of my way to stay here whenever I'm in the area. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was fine. Average. Clean. Pillows we're like rocks — even the soft ones. I will say that it's pretty sound proof — a bunch of guys were staying in the room next to me and hanging outside my door, somewhat inebriated and when I shut my door, I could barely hear them. The light over the sink was out, but it was my fault that I didn't tell the desk. Checkout the night before was an issue — I've never had a problem with that anywhere in the past. In all fairness, the girl at the desk was new and didn't know exactly how to do the night before check out. Her supervisor was unavailable. I'll blame the supervisor for that. At least I didn't see any bugs — very important! All in all, it was acceptable, but honestly, not my favorite place.

The room was great. Everything was clean. The A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and wonderful. The pillows were a but flat and uncomfortable but other than that there were no problems.

The rooms are like brand new and seems as though they were just upgraded. Very modern. The hotel is close to EVERYTHING and there is plenty of parking. I strongly recommend and will continue to stay at the Red Roof over any other hotel in or near Framingham!

Nice hotel. The property is clean and well located right off of the Mass Pike. The traffic there is a little crazy in the morning, but that is to be expected. The rooms are nice and clean, we'll lit and with plenty of space. There is a Dunkin donuts right next door for the morning, very convenient. Only 30 minutes from downtown Boston depending on traffic. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was clean, in good repair, and the price was good. I chose this motel because they allowed my two dogs to stay in the room. The beds were uncomfortable (but clean). My room faced the hwy on-ramp, which was not as loud as I thought it would be. The Wi-Fi was free and fast. Minus one star because of those hard lumpy beds. Overall, great value.

Staff in order. Cleanliness and room service good. Wi-Fi fast. No microwave and hair dryer. Electric heater annoying during sleep. No elevator for upstairs!

For the most part this isn't a bad place for a night or 2. I've have stayed here twice before and it seems to be a bit better now. I'm not sure what they mean by the plus, but maybe because they cleaned it up a bit. Check in was pretty quick and easy. The front staff were pretty nice and check out was also easy and fast. I had no problems with my room, it was clean. I did here a couple complain that their room smelt like smoke and heard the staff say they would move their room.

Comfortable, clean room for a night or two. Great rates especially for people traveling with dogs. I had two dogs and paid $80 per night. Boarding the boys would be around $150 and I'd still need a hotel room. It's a no brainier if you ask me.

Get what you pay for, nothing more, perhaps a little bit less. If you need a quick place to lay down for the evening with no fuss, might be worth it. Can only really see this being worth it if you're driving for long distances or don't plan on spending more than a few hours in the room. Dunkin Donuts, a gas station/convenience store, and entrance to the Mass Pike are all within a one minute drive or less, so that's a plus.

Apparently the Plus+ in this place means you pay extra for what other hotels give you for the same price. As a frequent hotel guest and someone who works in the hospitality industry, I am seriously disappointed in this place. We arrive and the room is clean, but quickly notice there is no fridge, microwave, or hairdryer. The TV is really small and the bathroom is little bigger than a shoe box, and the AC unit is from the 1960's. The answer to why is included in the little book proudly displayed on the desk (Right next to the envelope begging for a $2 to $5 tip for their housekeeping staff). This place expects you to pay to "Upgrade" your room to get these amenities that every other hotel I have stayed in for the past 5 years gives you for the same price. Get what you pay for and stay somewhere else.

This is a fine hotel for a night. It is nothing special and provides its service well. People are reasonably nice to you and it is overall a good experience.

A nice and cozy place to rest and have the batteries full. Nice tv, bathroom, fridge. Beds are comfortable and it smells clean too. The staff on the reception desk is super nice. Super close to 24h open DunkinDonuts and some other stores. 15 min walk to Natick Mall. Quiet. Nice lights.

Room was ok. Bed was comfortable, and although it's right next to the freeway, the noise in the room was minimal. Not too many amenities, but the prices are relatively low. Staff was friendly, and parking was free. There's a Dunkin Donuts adjacent to the hotel, and a couple other places to eat within walking distance. A short drive will get you to a number of other places to dine, shop or see a movie.

I'm in a nice room… BUT the damn phone is making a crazy internal sound?! Finally found out the source of the noise was the phone and unplugged it… after realizing it didn't even work at all?! God forbid there was an emergency or something! Other than that nice spot, it saved it's purpose… when I could finally get some sleep…

Comfortable accomidations for a affordable price, the hotel is located near a highway with easy access to Boston. There are gas stations, convenience stores and pharmacies located nearby. The rooms are fine, they have adequate power outlets, the beds are okay, and the room was clean. The towels provided are small, but not inadequate. The toilet paper provided is best substituted. Overall completely passable for the price.

I was not given a good service at the front desk.

I have stayed here about a dozen times over the past few years, but my last two visits have shown a big decline in the quality and management of this location. Both of my most recent visits were in the middle of the Boston winter, and both times the heating in my room was completely broken, but they had no other rooms available. I received a half-price comp for my second visit after complaining, but if you plan on staying here, have a backup in mind nearby. I can't believe they try to sell rooms with no heat at full price!

I don't like outdoor facing rooms. The rooms are fairly small. Bathrooms are even smaller. The staff is friendly and pleasant though.

I use this facility from time to time when I need to stay in Boston. It is an economical alternative to in-town hotels as long as you are not expecting elegance. Rooms are totally acceptable and most have been updated only recently however plumbing fixtures are outdated and lighting in bathroom is poor. If you have diminished low light vision, this is not the place for you. Rooms are usually clean and have clean, fresh linens. Bath towels are small and usually only two are provided unless you request more at check-in. This is pretty much a Howard Johnson's of the 1960's without the pool or restaurant. There ARE several decent restaurants within a mile or less. Location is good, only a minute off MassPike. That's a big plus. In less congested road traffic times you can be at the Longwood Medical District within 20 minutes after pulling out of the motel parking lot via Rt. 9. Rooms have radiant heat and through-the-wall air conditioners, both do the job just fine. Bring your device chargers because no USB is found here. TV is satellite with 32 channels including two HBO and Showtime, plus CNN, MSNBC, FNC, Comedy Central and more. Phones in all rooms but incoming calls have to be handled at the switchboard. (no direct inward dialing) Outgoing calls are direct-dial (9+AC+Number) and. Calls outside local area handled by credit card. Enjoy!

One of the cleanest Red Roofs Ive stayed at. I appreciate a room that is well kept. This location in Framingham MA is a good one!

Location is the best, close to everything. Recepcionist at check in could be faster and more helpful. Rooms are very clean although the smell is not good.

Rooms are spacious. The bathroom was tight and small. The beds and pillows were comfortable. All in all not bad for a night.

Service and quality is what you'd expect from a standard motel style lodging, no complaints there. Only problem is that unless you're stay in the main building, the wireless Internet is extremely weak and pretty much not usable.

The room was nice looking and clean if not tiny. The front desk people were clueless in the morning when I asked to have extra towels. Watch out for the safe fee, my safe didn't work and they still tried to charge me. If it wasn't for the price I would not like it.

Stayed 2 nights at the red roof. First night we were in a business sweet. It was clean, spacious, convenient location. Then day two arrived and we had to move two doors down because that's what Priceline gave us. The second room reminds me of the saying " you get what you pay for " Overall not bad. The staff was very pleasant. P. S the room I had to switch from was vacant all night.

I have stayed her a bunch of times. The staff is always very friendly and the rooms are always clean and ready on time. The location is also very convenient to everything, mass pike to Boston in about 30 minutes. For an affordable, clean place would highly recommend this.

The air conditioner was mediocre. The girl that checked me in was awesome and friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Don't stay at THIS red roof in. The rooms are cheap for a reason and that reason is BEDBUGS! Literally just 1 night here and woke up to stains of blood all over the sheets and plenty of bugs clawing thru the pillows. Pictures and all were taken.

We stayed at this Red Roof Inn for two nights and had a great stay. The people were friendly, the room clean and comfortable and quiet (even though it was on the highway side). There was no breakfast like in other hotels we use but the price and closeness to Boston was worth staying here. The Dunkin Donuts shop next door was a treat. We would use this Red Roof Inn again when visiting Boston sights.

The room was clean and spacious. You could tell the place was recently renovated. My favorite part was the staff. I surprised my girlfriend with a weekend trip to Boston for her 30th birthday. I had never been there myself and even though I had somewhat of a plan for what we could go do and see, I was still unsure of how to get into the city without having to drive in. I really wanted to park and take the train in. One of the staff members helped us out considerably. She supplied us with a clean looking subway map (mine was pixelated and hard to read), as well as a map of where to go park (all day mind you, for like 6 or 7 dollars) and explained how the subway tickets work. She was seriously a huge help and we felt even more comfortable being there. Our first trip to Boston was very stress-free because of this woman. If she hadn't helped us, I'm not sure what we would have done to be honest. Anyway. Once again, the hotel was very clean, friendly environment, convenient D&D right across the way from the hotel on the same side of the road. This was great because the first night we got there, we were so excited we barely slept. The coffee definitely helped us wake up to enjoy the experience. I would highly recommend this place.

I only got to stay about 6 hours due to major traffic at the concert I was at. Super nice to hold our room for us as we only got in around 2 AM. The beds were pretty comfy, although when you rolled over the whole thing swayed. The rooms were quiet which was super nice. Our bathroom could have been cleaner but at least it was stocked. The AC could have been colder but it sufficed. The only real negative was that as we pulled in and drove to the second building, we had to drive around a woman who was parked in the middle of the driveway with her car on but completely oblivious and lying down in the front seat. As soon as we drove around her three cop cars swarmed in and then an ambulance and firetruck shortly after. DUI? Drugs? Not sure. Made for an exciting night, and thankfully we could not hear it in our room.

CONS: No coffee pot in room but there is a small one cup coffee maker, no microwave, no breakfast, no laundry services, not enough hangers in the rooms. One of the managers was rude when I asked for another desk chair. I had asked for more than 3 hangers and the manager brought 4 that did not even fit on the hanging rod. PROS: the cleaning staff is extremely nice, the night counter staff is nice, the rooms are kept clean. Great location.

Took my son to Boston, Stayed at this Red Roof which is only 20 minutes drive to Boston and Logan airport. Great hotel, friendly staff, reasonable rates, room was very clean, and located in a great location. What more could anyone ask for.

For a chain motel, it was great! Incredibly clean, great location (off of I-90), and reasonably priced; I was very pleased.

We found this place via AAA and they allow pets, which is a must for us! No pet fee either! You get a discount if you bring your pet or your AAA card. Not bad. For some reason, we got the handicap room. It's definitely spacious but everything is lowered and the bathroom doesn't have a tub. It's a little weird if your not used to it. They have things like that in Asia so it wasn't a problem for us. No breakfast in the morning but they do have the coffee stand. What I really liked was that they made a phone call to your room about 20 minutes after you had checked in to make sure you had what you needed. I wouldn't mind coming here again and I would recommend it to others. If you want a cheap place to stay and don't mind driving into the heart of Boston, this is the place, 30 min drive. You'll save at least $100 compared to the rates in the heart of Boston. There's also enough outlets in the room! There is also a fridge and microwave. The hotel room does not smell at all, not even of smoke.
