Very dated and room smelled musty.

Raj is a super nice person/host. Room is clean and hotel is conveniently located.

A superb place to stay. So good we stayed longer. Owner was very helpful with excellent knowledge of surrounding areas and he would always greet you with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Relaxing atmosphere in a super location.

We have stayed at Harbor House twice! It is a very nice & quaint place to stay! The manager is awesome and is so helpful with everything! I will definitely stay there again!

Not the best place not worst place. Needs some updates in the rooms especially in the kitchenette and bathroom 60s. Also I wouldn't call that a breakfast it's a continental breakfast that starts at 8am. I guess the owner doesn't like to get up as most start at 6am or 7am at the latest. As for the price there are better options. Raj you need put some $$ into upgrading the rooms and your breakfast. Also please don't stare at people when they are eating. By the way you and your wife are very nice.

Very comfortable hotel located in the heart of the harbor district of Hyannis. The proprietor, Raj, is extremely nice and very helpful. Raj was happy to supply us with excellent dining suggestions and even had discounts for several restaurants. Raj also booked our tickets for the ferry ride to Nantucket at a discount. The rooms are equipped with small kitchens a desk and a small table. Very comfortable for our family of four. The kitchen has a stove, microwave and a refrigerator. It is a very short walk to many excellent restaurants and local sights. Also there are two ferry lines to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, which are also only a short walk away.

Location is great, right by the water, within walking distance to bars and restaurants in the area. The king size bed room is a little small. There is a small kitchenette with the room that went largely unused during our stay. The room was clean and quiet enough for sleeping. Would recommend this location if you are staying in the area.

My wife and I stayed twice last summer great owners had a great time both stays. Walking distance to great restaurants. Very close to main st Hyannis. Plan on staying again very soon. Owner was so nice and made us feel at home.

We stayed for the 4th of July, we had an amazing experience. Clean suites and friendly staff. Surprisingly quiet for the location. Close to everything. Can't wait to come back again.

Raj, is phenomenal! He is so nice! The room was spotless, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette, futon, DVR player are added bonuses. Located in Hyannis Harbor you can walk to everything! To top it off they welcomed our dog Strudel! Housekeeping was smiling and friendly too! I highly recommend this place and will be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This place exceeded my expectations! We booked a last minute trip to Hyannis and were lucky to be able to find this room at the last minute. The proprietor Raj is very friendly and hospitable. The location is great — close proximity to shops, dining and across from the harbor. The rooms were clean, reasonably priced and they even offered a continental breakfast. The proprietor was exceptional from prior to arrival and throughout the stay in planning our activities, providing discount opportunities at restaurants and ferry trips, and accommodating special requests. He remembered all of our names which made us feel at home. The Inn is well located within easy walking distance to town center, ferry dock, beaches, restaurants and JFK museum.

We just returned vacation which included 3 days at Cape Cod Harbor House, Hyannis. All aspects went well, and we would not hesitate to stay there again should our travels take us back to Hyannis overnight. The unit was clean and spacious; in addition to the large bedroom, there was a small kitchenette and bathroom; windows are important to us and each room had a window. The Inn is walkable to both steamship docks to Nantucket, so we were able to leave our car at the Inn for the day we spent on Nantucket. As a Innkeeper, Raj is a delight, he's friendly, personable, informative, and candid.

Had a wonderful stay! it's the perfect location, great staff, and reasonable price. This was my second stay and i'm sure it won't be my last. if you like a little bit of everything on your vaca, such as, shopping, eating and having a few cocktails (main street is great), you're right on the water and there is a large baseball field very close by, so if you have children and/or dogs it's definetly a plus.

Right across from the ferry and harbor cruise and also in the heart of the Harbor. Very friendly staff and the Air Conditioning units are so cold that it frosted the windows (By choice — you control it of course). Location is perfect! Will return for sure.

It was absolutely beautiful. The sea there is so fresh and brisk. Loved the room. Wonderful staff.
