Loved the room decor, and loved the staff! Shannon at reception bought me a bottle of sparkling wine and had a card signed by everyone there for my 60th birthday. SO nice! Great place!

I'm staying here now, though for one night only, and I'm just enthralled with the beautiful, up-to-date room with its kitchenette, really nice furniture, and pretty neat hi-tech bathroom. It has a heater and air-conditioner all-in-one unit that works really well, keureg with 6 individual cups included and beautiful king sized bed with numerous pillows and back cushon. It also has a smart TV I believe that someone could screen mirror from their phone. Other amenities are the free washer and dryer, hair dryer, and free breakfast.

Close to town center and the harbor. There are no fancy amenities but it is clean and staff is friendly. The location makes this a perfect spot to stay and explore Hyannis.

Wonderful front desk service! Tommy was so friendly and recommended delicious restaurants and cute shops. I have never had such wonderful customer service at a hotel before. Nice clean rooms and close to the beach!

Really close to the beaches, room was nice and the service was great as well. I didn't have any issues.

A decent overnight experience. Staff was friendly and plenty of room. Stove fridge and microwave were a nice touch. Room did have an odd smell, and pots/plates provided looked dirty. Breakfast in am was very meh, never had frozen pancakes in a fridge to be microwaved before. Location is good though, so if you're looking just for a place close to the harbor this might be the place for you. Paid about $110 off season which seems a bit expensive but if prices dont change much over summer it might be worth it.

Room was nice. Was close to where I was working and the breakfast was great. Was near the ferry and some great restaurants too.

Ideally located within walking distance of Hyannis harbor and the bustling main street — Seacoast Inn is a gem. Tommy was at the desk when my wife and I checked in and he was friendly with plenty of suggestions. They also have a stash of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, beach towels) that you can grab and head out — so one less thing to worry about in case your planning for the beach was less than ideal (ours was essentially non-existent). The bathroom was small but adequate. Our room also had a small kitchen — always glad because I am addicted to tea and prefer to brew our own. All in all — highly recommended. Definitely plan on staying there again.

Comfortable, clean rooms. I didn't expect to have a mini kitchen available — with a two burner stove, sink, microwave, larger-than-mini fridge — and it certainly came in handy. No old CRT televisions here. At least in the room I stayed in. A nice 20-30-something inch LCD with a good selection of channels. More importantly though, the location is great with a 15 minute walk to a beach, and a less than 5 minute walk to a long shopping main street. A good selection of restaurants, lunch places, coffee/cafe joints. The owners of the Inn are some of the nicest people you could meet. Friendly, and helpful, they drove my girlfriend and I to the nearby airport. Saving us a bus trip, and giving us more time to relax before returning home.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel.

Chose this hotel based on the reviews. They were absolutely correct. Hotel is very clean and comfortable but the best thing by far is the hospitality from Al and Terri. They took the time to find out what we wanted to do each day and helped us find the best tours, routes, whatever we needed. They take great care of their guests and their accomodations should not be overlooked. Thanks for making our stay so great.

We couldn't have had a better place to stay, wonderful people, and excellent, clean motel. Terri and Al made us feel part of their family. They both are so knowledgeable and fun. Our room was spacious, clean and well kept. Nothing was too much for Terri or Al in helping us make our holiday fun. This will be our place to stay whenever we come back to Cape Cod. And for sure, our friends. Thank you Terri and Al.

I cannot say enough good things about the Seacoast Inn in Hyannis. What really makes this hotel is the fact that the Owners are amazing. They are so friendly, helpful, etc. Etc. I could go on and on. Terri saved a special doughnut for our daughter every moring (pink with sprinkles) and drove me to the harbor when I was running late to catch the ferry to Nantucket. They are amazing! The location is really great, so close to everything re: Nantucket/Marthas Vineyard, you really do not need to move your car! The hotel is very clean, and the room are large/comfortable. We had a mini kitchen, which was great for our toddlers milk/yogurt, etc. And drinks for us older folk! The room was large enough for our port-o-crib, too. Plenty of room to relax! We will absolutely be visiting the Seacoast again! We can not wait to go back! The only gripe I have is that we did not stay long enough! WE LOVED THE SEACOAST! :).
