I like this property and have stayed here many times. A couple things that are a bummer. Indoor pool… I wish they had adult only hours. Hockey weekends… I wish they warned guests not participating in these activities… if you know, you know. There is a lovely firepit but its very inconsistently supported.

Staying in this hotel was the worst experience of my life. The front people were very rude, especially James! I was told the breakfast it's included and then they didn't want to give me the tickets for that. On top of that I was there with 22 months twins and they only gave me one crib. One of my daughters woke up at 1am and she didn't sleep for another 2 hours because she is used to sleep in the crib. I canceled the whole thing and I called the manager Chris for help but he never called me back. I WILL NEVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN!

Staff is wonderful! Their help, courtesy etc help to make the Covid situation better, no indoor pool, exercise room.

Beautiful, clean and everyone comes across as nice and friendly. I'm loving their energy here and catering to guess.

Was a great place to stay for a nice weekend away with my husband. Quick walk to the parking lot for the Martha’s Vineyard ferry bus.

Absolutely not a Hilton for facilities or service. Poor ability to make it easy for guests to navigate convoluted floorplan and poor signage. Air conditioning did not work, card keys did not work twice. Bar closes 10 p. M. Visiting airline pilot told me it is barely a two star hotel. I suspect they will be out of business within a year if things don't change.

I have stayed in many Hilton hotels however this one by far most was the worst… it’s more of a motel than a hotel. We checked in late first impression the washrooms were not well maintained the light switch was broken, the air conditioner setting board was not working, the ambiance was suffocating, the room in general was horrible and to top it all we couldn’t sleep at all because of a dripping sound all night… The rate per night was over $350 per night and apparently breakfast was an extra charge. When looking through the pictures from their website the front desk gives off a nice clean modern setting however once there it was the complete opposite! Very dissatisfied, when I explained what had happened to us to reception it was completely shrugged off. As a Hilton member who conveys to most friends and family about the service, comfort and quality this was a let down … Very disappointed.

Nothing exceptional but a good hotel. Conference rooms seemed blah but functional. Expensive but not for Cape Cod in summer.

I don't think I could have been more disappointed! The hotel was old, the room was very small and right across the street from the runway for the major airport. We were left only 1 roll of toilet paper, which some days when they cleaned, we would have a partial roll. That's it! We had to go to the front desk for another roll. No microwave in the room, but one was in a common area. They advertised they had a hotel shuttle, we saw the shuttle, maybe twice, but when we needed it to take us to a tour, we were told to call a cab. WHAT? We will NEVER stay at another doubletree by Hilton! Sorry no pics were taken at this place!

Nice place. Stayed two nights. Food was pretty good. Bartender was excellent; gave us a tip where to buy liquor.

Handicap room was terrible, smoke filled nicotine stained walls, needs a total referb. Don't let them put you in the old building! They did move us but it was marginal. We complained to the manager and he did give us Hilton Points, cookies and water. But they should have a better sense of attention to detail. The managers were very nice but I expected more from a Hilton property. When you drive into the property the outside is very impressive. Hopefully they will work on getting rid of the smoke smell in the rooms. Also the different levels make things confusing and the restaurant for us was hard to get to and limited hours, so we just went elsewhere. (Restaurant was all the way in the new building and we are handicapped)

"Would you like your white chocolate macadamia nut cookie warmed up or no"? That's the first thing I heard when we arrived. "Well I didn't know we were getting a cookie, let alone warmed up, but heck yes" Great staff, friendly staff, clean rooms. Will return to this hotel.

Attached to a fitness club. The indoor pool is a large saltwater pool with a lifeguard on duty. There is also a Sauna here which was a very nice surprise. Hotel also has a nice bar and was very lively for a Monday night. If anything, the bar could stay open later than 10.

Great stay. Went there for a night just to hang in the Cape. The rooms are very clean. Multiple restaurants in the hotel. They also have a pool. Visited one of the restaurants for breakfast and it was fantastic. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience. We went during off season, so some features of the hotel and the area were not open yet, but that also meant we had a quiet stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great knowledge of the area. Hotel was clean and quiet. Pool had a lifeguard on duty which is rare. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

All the staff were very nice and helpful. They gave my daughter's fresh cookies whenever we passed the desk. The indoor pool was clean, warm and staffed by a lifegaurd. The room was also clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was great stay after being stranded by boat cancellation yo Nantucket. Islanders rate was appreciated. The only down side was not enough toiletries in the bathroom. Definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. The manager let my hubby check in early so he could set up champagne and flowers as a surprise for me. They room was very clean. The soaking tub was the highlight. The breakfast we good. The staff was very kind and accommodating. This was not our first time here and certainly won't be our last.

Great room for disabilities… the non-slip flooring in the bathroom is the best I’ve ever seen. Walk-in Shower is perfect. Cookie was a nice pre-Passover treat. Hotel is a bit labyrinthine but has a nice indoor pool and fitness center.

The hotel was great. Alex at the front desk is incredible. He helped me from start to finish with my check in. Then, I left something in the room by accident. He personally went and got it for me, called me to let me know he had it, and kept it safe until I could get it.

Subpar. We arranged for a king size bed, sofa bed and bath tub since we have a two year old who likes tubs. We arrived way later than planned from traffic, by the time we got up to the room we found no tub and water damage all over the room after the gentleman who checked us in said it was one of the best kings in the hall… Terrified to think we had the "best". At that point our daughter was begging to go to bed so we just dealt with it. There was horrible signage around the hotel so at times annoying to navigate. We did try the restaurant pizza, which was good and worth trying. The pool was very nice, and we loved that it was a saltwater pool! The employees were very nice, I just wish our room wasn't such a dump. This is just one image of the ceiling but there was water damage in the bathroom, and all down the closet also, very surprised being a Hilton.

We stayed here one night for a funeral down there. I give it 1 star because there was a junkie that was in and out of the building and laying in the hall at one point withdrawing. We had our 2 young children with us and didn't feel safe he was able to just roam the hotel.

Stayed here with a group for the weekend. We had a hospitality room where we could all meet to snack and chat. Then we had a great buffet dinner and dancing with a dj. It was a great time and the hotel put the whole group on the same wing and floor. Very nice!

The staff was very nice and professional. The food was great! The rooms were clean and pretty. The pool and sauna were very well maintained. I loved it and I would definitely recommend it.

I stayed at this property during December of 2015. The room I stayed in had a modern, but small bathroom. There seemed to be a bit of water damage to the ceiling. The lighting in the room wasn't very good, but that seems to be par for the course in hotels. Overall, the room was comfortable and the staff was wonderful.

Great hotel for venues and vacations. Centrally located to the Cape Cod Mall and Main St in Hyannis. Their conference rooms are in good shape and their facilities are in great condition as well.

Stayed here during the winter time there was some construction going on but the staff made the best of our stay. The snow was beautiful around town once we were able to venture out in it but we played games in the lobby and the staff kept us entertained while we trapped in doors! Great location. Easy to find places to eat around and the pool was a nice incentive! We were worried the airport might be disruptive be we barely noticed it! Very clean, inviting hotel!

Pool was FREEZING! OMG GET A HEATER! ===== All the food at this hotel was very good. You can get the same menu at the bar near the lobby as you can from the restaurant. Pizza was very good. ====== Folks working there pleasant. We were greeted with Choc-Chip cookies.

Rooms are very comfortable and the food is great. We really enjoyed talking with other travelers by the fire pit! So relaxing after a day on the bus.

Very clean hotel, staff very professional, majority of rooms are 2 double beds however. Inside pool, easy walk to downtown area. Great reasonable restaurant on site.

Came down for breakfast at 0945… staff were very quick to clear away and when asked to bring the bread back they brought soggy toast. And since when was it Hilton Co policy to charge $2 for a bottle of water? Such meanness creates such bad feeling.

Staying at another gym-less property on Cape had me researching the options to get my workout done while on vacation. Cape Cod Fitness Center located inside the DoubleTree Hotel was exactly what I needed. They have daily/weekly/short term passes (as well as many options for locals as well). Khalil was so helpful walking me through the gym and setting up the temporary membership. I can't wait to return for my next workout! Walking through the hotel, I came across several very helpful employees, all kind and smiling and willing to help me find the gym. The public areas of the hotel are spotless and we'll organized. Will definitely research staying on property next time too.

Clean and well kept property. The lounge is friendly and the food is pretty good. The clam chowder is legit.

Great room size and wonderful staff all in a perfect location. Close enough to beaches but right in the thick of summer fun activities.

Pricey but above average. Staff of professional. Bed bug covers on the mattresses was an impressive attention to detail. Rooms could use a microwave along with the fridge and safe. TV is respectable in size and picture.

Nice place. Good rooms. Both indoor and outdoor pools. Good location on the cape to drive to places. Hyannis is very quaint and nearby — 5 min in taxis.

This is an excellent hotel in a good location. The staff is as friendly as can be, there's an indoor and an outdoor pool and a huge fitness center (non-guests come in to use it). The restaurant looks nice but we didn't eat there (this is a resort town after all and we had a car — — plus I consider dining at any hotel a last resort). Most local restaurants do close at 9 or 10 PM but with a little effort you can find a place to eat or drink later. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. All the other amenities you expect in a hotel room were there including a little fridge (but no microwave). I took one star off my rating because the room smelled like pee. I suspect there was something faulty with the ventilation system because it was worse over by the a/c unit. Also there was no complimentary breakfast. That may sound petty but most midrange hotels offer it now, even Hampton which is also part of the Hilton chain. Seems like an odd inconsistency but maybe Doubletree is supposed to be a step up in prestige and it would be too low rent to offer a free breakfast? I don't know.

Great location. Short drive and walk from the harbor, right next to the airport. The rooms were very clean and service was nice and quick.

Very clean, nice staff, you even get warm cookies when you check in! There is a fitness center and both an indoor and outdoor pool. This place is very nice.

Tremendously overpriced! 240 for one night. Got a burger and a beer at the bar. In the morning I noticed they added eight more dollars for a tip for themselves extremely rude. Audacity is common here. Breakfast menu in room, they charge you near $300 for the room and then between 13 and $25 for breakfast ridiculous. Hotel is in dire need of updating. TV about 10 years old. The room smells muskie. Small bathroom bathtub is really slippery they give you a disgusting suction mat so you don't slip and break your leg.

Location is great! The road that it's on is centrally-located, but keep in mind that you won't be able to walk anywhere. The room itself was beautiful with really high ceilings and a super comfortable bed! I didn't want to get up in the morning! Front desk staff was very cheerful and ugly very welcomed upon check-in. They recognized my Diamond status right away and gave us a welcome bag with delicious cookies and some breakfast vouchers. Some minor negatives: There is no Diamond parking here. The breakfast vouchers we were given give us a free item on the menu. One of the options is a full buffet, but they didn't have that available for some reason. It was just a continental breakfast which was very light, but tasty nonetheless. There are many other items on the menu of course (like eggs benedict, etc) but I always look forward to a decent buffet for breakfast so that was disappointing. Overall, I had an excellent stay!

Room is clean and amenities such as the indoor/outdoor pools, and fitness room are nice. The Wi-Fi is pretty poor, so that's where it loses a star. Also, I ran a bath and saw the water was yellow. I drained the water and it eventually cleared. Maybe it was because most people shower, but it was still alarming.

Wi-Fi is terrible and the worst ever, but the rooms are very clean and very nice showers. Respectful staff. Indoor pool is nice, strong chlorine smell though… The pull out beds are metal bricks : (

Truly awesome staff and the room was great. It was cold so we did not get to enjoy the pools, but the fireplaces were great. The bar area was awesome and the bartender was extremely friendly. I forget his name but he made an awesome recommendation for breakfast the next day. My only complaint was that there is not more within walking distance, but everything was a 10 dollar cab away.

We loved the indoor pool! It's the biggest hotel pool I have been in. And the temperature was good, too. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at one of the onsite restaurants and our room service breakfast was awesome! All the staff were kind and helpful.

Nice choice, friendly and affordable.

I travel for a living and stay in hotels weekly. This hotel was clean, and night staff were friendly BUT around 7am maintenence and custodial what began working which apparently entailed yelling to each other down hallways as loudly as they possibly could. This is a huge turn off when choosing a hotel. Especially when the quiet sign is on the door. I don't care what time of day or night it is. Be quiet!

Overall everything was fantastic! Didn't have a single complaint!
