It's a great hotel at a great price.

The photos on their website are incredibly misleading. Rooms have a bed and a small wardrobe. Literally nothing else. Not even a shelf to use a nightstand. You'd think a hotel that offered extended stay for business travelers would have somewhere to get work done or put some of your clothes. If I thought they'd give me a refund, I'd go elsewhere for the rest of my week. Definitely will not be back or visiting any of their other locations.

The room is disgusting. Hairs in every bed in multiple rooms and stains on the sheets. There were bandaids keeping the fire alarm together. And there isn’t a night manager so the child at the front desk was useless. He changed our room but the new room was just as gross so it’s a lose for this hotel. I’m furious to have wasted money and don’t recommend anyone else spending money here too.

I enjoyed a week stay here for a birthday getaway. The location is perfectly located in the center of Boston and almost everything is accessible by foot or a $10 Uber ride. Parking is around $27/day with the available discount, so don’t forget to grab a sticker in the lobby before leaving the parking garage! The staff was extremely accommodating and resourceful. The hotel was clean. Rooms are small, but perfect for what little time I was there. I would definitely stay again and recommend!

Quiet neighborhood, but room is too small and no refrigerator. I couldn't find the space to open my big luggages.

We are absolutely loving our stay at Found Hotel! The location couldn’t be more perfect for this cute little boutique hotel in an old part of Boston. Clean, quiet and safe at a very very reasonable price.

Staff are really amazing. Easy talking and ready to solve everthing in no time.

It was great hotel if you’re after a hotel for a night or two, just want go sightseeing then go to sleep and don’t want spend too much money, however I did think it was too expensive for the size of the room, but the location was perfect as it was only 5 minutes from the Boston common. The concierge was very friendly and helpful, she printed off maps so I could get from my hotel to the station.

I was there in February! The staff was helpful, the hotel is close many restaurants, right in the middle of the Theater District! Metro station close too! It’s clean!

Super friendly staff, quaint, clean rooms, great price point for the location. Food options all around and quiet for a city location. Recommended this hotel to my company to use for corporate visits.

We were 4 to share a very small room, we had luggages everywhere! Because of the works there is no bar, no lobby, no breakfast room, you go downstairs in the laundry to take your coffee and go back in your room or drink it on the road. Surprising when you were not warned when booking. The good things relate to the nice staff, the location, the calm within the hotel (we were at the 5th floor) and the comfortable beds.

Small quaint boutique rooms. But loved it! They were clean Breakfast was included. Simple but had what was needed. Beds were comfy. Staff very helpful. Would stay again and recommend for sure!

One notch above awful. For the (pretty high) price, go elsewhere.

So I was worried. Booked the hotel based on location and rate before I checked trip advisor. I went to cancel and also realised I had prepaid a 100% non returnable deposit. My mistake but not a great start.
We arrived a little early and a very friendly chap on reception arranged for us to store our bags and gave some lunch recommendations. Initial impressions were not great. The lobby is beyond tired. … We got the keys to our room and it is fine. Based on the reviews this seems to be pot luck. They are refurbishing and our room is old. But clean and perfectly functional. Only complaint is the bed is a small double … so if you are not friends with your partner it could be awkward. Not long married mine so we still like each other and it is not a problem. Breakfast was fine. Good ingredients but not a huge choice. Help yourself to cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, fruit, juice, yogurt and coffee. Restaurants are close by if you want something more substantial. Breakfast area is clean but also tired. Very attentive lady keeping on top of stocking items and ensuring everything is clean. So, the negative. Some of the staff are receiving reviews saying they are rude. And they are. Most are good but a couple are letting the side down. Very much give the impression that guests are a pain and stopping them doing whatever it was they were doing. However, most have been great so far.

Would definitely return! Front the minute we got there we experience great customer service. Received great directions on getting to where we needed to go. Very friendly staff and quaint hotel. Perfect for being a tourist, near everything, and in walking distance to downtown. Great selection for a continental breakfast. Very quiet and most importantly loved our room and bed. Our room was clean and I loved the shower head so much, I wanted to take it with me. When I plan a trip to come back to Boston, I will definitely consider coming back. Worth the money and at a very decent rate.

Awful. Left after one night. The woman at the front desk was just terrible. There was a Kleenex stuck in a hole in my ceiling, just hanging there, taunting me with it's mysterious purpose and contents.
