Lovely welcoming owners, great room, spotlessly clean, great location and lovely pool on a 39 degree day! Highly recommend.

We had the privilege of experiencing 2 magical nights in the beautiful room, with a fantastic spa bath, balcony, large rooms and great hosts.
Margaret and John were very friendly, helpful and very informative, we just loved our weekend away.
Highly recommend this wonderful oasis.

My husband & I stayed there for a 21st birthday party we were attending in Dalby. We were so impressed upon arrival, Mary was so hospitable even though we arrived quite late and had no prior booking. The rooms were nice and clean and comfy. The shower was nice and big and the rain water a special touch for a nice cuppa. We loved the attention to detail that the management provide. In particular the restaurant which was set up as a "help yourself" breakfast — fantastic idea as you can go what time suits you, eat whatever you want and eat while the food is hot unlike a lot of room service, which isn't always as nice when you get it. My husband loved the boiled egg maker. They catered for Gluten and dairy intolerance aswell, again attention to detail. This would have to be one of the best Motels we have stayed in and outstanding service. Thank you Mary, much appreciated :)

Rooms were clean, the staff were polite, complimentary breakfast was delicious. I have a lovely night's sleep. Rain water on tap was a nice touch as I didn't have to buy bottled water.

My wife and I stayed three nights at the homestead and despite major roadworks on the street we had a fantastic time. The hosts could not have been more accommodating the room was extremely comfortable and the other guests were very friendly. Best motel ever and the breakfasts were brilliant. We will certainly be back.

Very friendly owners but not night shift friendly (light and aircon). Quoted $142 charged $150.

Stayed in the king bed room with the spa. Omg it was amazing. It had everything you would want for a comfortable weekend away. It costs abit extra but it was worth it.

You must try the surf & turf meal cooked by Peter when you stay here. WOW! It is awesome, Beautiful rooms well maintained. Very friendly and curious welcome on arrival. I stay here every three weeks and wouldn't contemplate looking elsewhere.

With my work I get to travel QLD constantly.
Stays from 1 night to a week at a time. So far ive learnt that prices will range from 80 to 200 a night. But wow what you can get ranges from a tidied up humpy to top service, food, rooms and extras to go with your stay… I have paid 140 a night to stay in a room with cockroaches and it stank. You could not lock your door… I could go on for ages… but I could not wait to get out of there…
Ive also paid 140 a night in killarny and I went to reception and said there is no shampoo.
The response was… this is not the Hilton. Well she was right. The vase used for flowers was an empty wine bottle with wine and mold still in it… it was ferral.
Now we are working a week in dalby. Me… my better half and mini me… we have forked out and got the room with the spa etc…
A few bucks more.
But what we have got is a bloody huge room. With a spa. A bath room thats huge a kitchen and lounge room.
A verandah over looking a nice park. Under cover parking that has accomidated for my car and trailer. A pool. And the breaky and smiling happy faces in the morning is a joy to wake up to…
BUT. The food in the restaurant. Omg.
now room service is supposed to pull up by 7… I rock up a bit late. 730. I walk in and go oh shit I missed it.
The owners go no. Whats wrong. What do you want?.
I said I wanted the lamb shanks.

Great place to stay in Dalby. Free continental buffet breakfast. Great beds. Free Wi-Fi.

This hotel was lovely and clean. The decor has lots of character and warm colours. The bathrooms are great and you get a free breakfast. Nice for a weekend getaway or a visit to the heart of country Dalby. Very highly recommended! We would definetely stay again.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at the homestead, have to say managers would have to be the best I've come across in a very long time, the place was spotless, it was way above my expectations, everything they say they offer they delivered well above standards, only down fall was I was only spending a night … Keep it up guys, definitely will stay again.

Run by a farming family with great family values… rooms were beautiful and the beds were super comfortable… I'll definitely be staying there again.
