I am very picky when it comes to staying in hotels. This hotel was immaculate! from the lobby, to the bedding, and bathrooms… spotless! staff was amazing! would stay here again! highly recommend.

This was the first time that I've ever been in Maine and this hotel made me feel right at home. The room was spacious the bed was super comfy and the staff was very courteous. Everything seemed up to par from the carpet to the ceiling.

Fantastic stay here! Stayed here for the past couple of months while in the area working. The staff is outstanding! They really go above and beyond to help with any issues during your stay. Nightly there is cheese and meat tray for customers. Weekly there are special nights of customer appreciation of special treats. Just some examples are popcorn night (with sprinkles), ice cream night, smores night on the patio. Just to name a few. The customer service manager, Sarah, comes up with some amazing ideas each week. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were the best I’ve seen and enjoyed at a Comfort Inn. The rotate through different breakfast meats as to not be stagnant with just sausage as I see everywhere else I’ve stayed over the years. Very nice assortment of choices for breakfast. Special thanks to Sarah, Carroll, Gary, and Phillip for being so kind during my stay. Really made being away from home enjoyable!

Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, great price. Loved the complimentary strawberry shortcake event they had one evening we stayed. Would stay again.

We wouldn't stay anywhere else especially in this area … the staff treat you like you're a family member, the hotel is SPOTLESS! Coffee piping hot when you arrive fresh fruit waiting & inviting cheese & crackers to hold you over til visiting one of the many restaurants in the area. The room is clean, hot showers and the bed&pillows absolutely comfy. Thank you Comfort Inn until again …

We really enjoyed our stay. Good location. Bed is comfortable and the rooms are nicely appointed. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is very good, waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon, pastries fruits and real butter. This our second stay and will be back.

Great hotel. This is the 3rd comfort Inn we booked on this trip and by far the best. Great staff at front desk. Very nice room… clean with fridge, microwave, iron and hair dryer. We really appreciate the coffee maker with coffee and tea.

The hotel has a very pleasant and welcoming staff. The rooms are large and clean. The afternoon snacks are great, as is the morning breakfast. I have a mobility issue so we asked for a ground floor room, but it wasn't avsilable and the elevator was out of service for part of our stay. The staff helped with our luggage and we received a discount on our room. Above and beyond great service!

We are loving our stay at this hotel! Awesome friendly staff… very customer focused. We immediately felt welcome at check in. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well decorated. Breakfast in the large breakfast room had tons of food, hot and cold. BONUS — I met members of alt rock band Dearbones at the waffle maker! They were in town for a gig, and stayed here too. If it's good enough for celebrities… If you're traveling to Bangor, this is the place to stay!

Spotless rooms and common areas, even while undergoing minor renovations. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Originally planned to stay 2 nights, but due to bad weather, extended to 4. Truly felt like a home away from home with fresh breakfast every morning and complimentary coffee, tea, ice water and fresh baked cookies throughout the day. Hotel is very conveniently located for shopping, traveling on the interstate, concerts, or going to Eastern Maine Medical Center. Will definitely stay at this location again.

Excellent! I spent 10 days in Bangor recently and this was the 3rd hotel I stayed at during that time. For a similar cost, it was by far the most comfortable of the 3 places, and it will be my first choice if I return to the area. The rooms were very nice, warm, and quiet, even though I was on the 1st floor and just a few doors away from the lobby. Breakfast was included and the options were numerous, including hot eggs. I was there after a storm and during an extremely cold snap but the parking lot was kept clear and salted or sanded, and there was heat in the room when I needed it. It was central to a lot of shopping and dining and easy access to the interstate. Everyone was friendly and helpful and check-in was very efficient.

Hello. I don't travel often, but I know good service when I see it. I am entirely grateful for your amazing staff. I know it can sometimes be frustrating in the service industry, I've done it a long time. Your team has been extremely friendly, courteous, helpful, and graciously forgiving for people who sometimes may forget themselves. I'm here for work from Pittsburgh, and my employer made a great choice. The amenities are impressive (fresh baked cookies @7 too), the location is great, and the shuttle service is efficient; our driver Ryan was very helpful. Keep up the great work, and thank you.

We had a great experience at Comfort Inn. We arrived on Black Friday, so it was busy and I am sure everyone was very tired, but we received our usual friendly greeting and wonderful service. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are clean and very nice for this level of hotel. The breakfast is very good and the additional snacks are a great treat. We made use of their free shuttle service to our concert as well.

We love Phillip he's doing a wonderful job only thing I might add is the breakfast bar could use a little more help.

Very nice budget property. The included hot buffet breakfast was as good as the service upon check in and the room was nice and large and very clean. Overall a great experience and great value.

Nice hotel … almost in the Bangor Mall parking lot. Clean rooms and comfy beds. They offer snacks and cookies to guests at night. Free breakfast. Shuttle service. Reasonable prices. Would recommend this place to stay for shopping trips!

Perfectly fine. Price was right and close to all the big box stores! Comfort Inn tends to franchise their motels so there is some variation in quality. The breakfast is one of best and is open until 10 am.

Great location, breakfast was alright and the room was a good size. Our air conditioning wasn't quite as good as it should have been… The room was very humid all night despite the air conditioning running on high.

We were vacationing in the area and stayed at the Comfort Inn in Bangor. This is definitely the best Comfort Inn I have ever stayed at. They serve cheese, crackers, and pepperoni in the late afternoon and cookies and milk in the evening. This is completely unexpected and a great pleasure. Stay here and you will not be disappointed. Excellent staff and service.

Had to do an overnight in Bangor for work. The Comfort Inn was close to everything and my king sized bed was fabulous. Also loved the decor in the bathroom and the shower massage was a bonus. The only downside was there no bar or pool. Nice variety of breakfast food. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Very nice stay. Only stayed for one night, but could tell this place was a winner. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms were very large in the double queen rooms. The first hotel I've ever been that asked if I had a floor preference on check in. The had complimentary meat and cheese in the evening and milk and cookies before bedtime. Truly awesome place.

The room was large and spacious. The bathroom was well lit and spacious as well. The bed was comfortable. The curtains closed all the way which can be an issue with many hotel window curtains. You are able to keep the room as hot or cold as you want. All of the channels came in on the television. The only complaint I would have if I could rack my brain for one was the lighting. There was no over head lighting, and so you had to turn on about 7 lamps just to have decent lighting in the room. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable and, as the name would suggest, comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious! I've never seen a hotel serve a biscuits and gravy breakfast. Overall, for a stay in Bangor, Maine on the way up to Bar Harbor, Maine the stay was worth the layover night.

It was very comfortable. However the bathroom was crammed and being put at the last room at the end of the hallways the free Wi-Fi became a struggle to connect with. To sleep in I enjoyed my stay.

Nice and close to the Bangor mall. The one thing I'll always remember about our stay here was that it seemed each time someone closed their room door it would slam very hard and you could hear it constantly.
