Yesssss… amazing hotel stay. Beautiful room.

Great place the only thing is it was fairly new and they didn’t have a license to serve drinks or have a theme night with free food.

This is my 2nd time staying here, and I will keep coming back. Rooms are in very good order and clean. Staff is warm and friendly. I also LOVE how I can pick my room on the Hilton app and check-in. No need to go to the front desk. The app also contains your room key. Love it!

The hotel is really nice, especially the staff. They make the stay even better. This hotel has a basic hot breakfast, but does also do an evening reception with small bites and (soon) beer on draft. Locally there is a really basic mall, and some restaurants. I would say that this is NOT a good place to stay if you don't have a rental car. I walked to Starbucks, which is about a mile one way, and ended up feeling uncomfortable with the traffic around. I'll end on a positive and note that this hotel is well kept, seems fairly new, and that I slept well.

Overall great experience. We we're staying there for our wedding and the staff was friendly and helpful. They put out signs that our wedding was staying there as well as had chocolate little gifts for us and a nice leter. They accommodate our guest that all needed rooms as well as making sure all our rooms were near each other the beat they could. I recommend this hotel for any occasion. They have a lot like basketball court, walking trail, swimming pool, hot tub, and even grills.

Every employee here have exceeded with exceptional customer service. They have a fabulous salad bar when you book through out the week. (Mon-Fri). Staff maintains clean and friendly environment. This feels like a family owned business because they make you feel at home. They always greet with a smile and open arms. The dining area is clean and open. They have a beautiful 1st floor patio with 2 grills, An indoor hot tub and pool, An outdoor basketball court, an exercise room with great equipment. This is by far the best hotel in the area. And to add to the positivity, there are beautiful views with sunsets. Pets are welcome. Highly recommend. I have absolutely no complaints what so ever. Staff is very courteous to all their guests. Hector is also very great. He's very friendly and made sure he attended to us while grilling and made sure garbages and outdoor patio were maintained. Pool and hot tub are handicapped accessible as well. I highly recommend to anyone to visit the Homewood suites located here in Manchester, CT. I have traveled all over the country and this hotel, by far, has been so great and accommodating to my family and me during the duration of our stay.

We had a king suite. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was very good soundproofing in the whole hotel. We barely heard anything from outside our room. Bed and bedding were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice. There was a fitness room but we didn't use that though it appeared to have a little of everything. It's located right by the Buckland Hills Mall and just about every store you can think of within a 5 mile radius. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Incredible staff. Extremely welcoming and kind people. Very spacious rooms with lovely fridge, dishwasher, and stove. Close to shops and restaurants. Free breakfast and nice pool. Great!

Great place. Good location. Newer property but without the new property kinks to work out. Good side rooms. Breakfast was well done. Traveled for business, would definitely stay again.

A few words to summarize, in no particular order: 1. Top-notch service 2. Excellent staff 3. Fresh, new property 4. Patrick Fisher, Assistant GM This property is fantastic! First off, it's very new, and features even the most mundane amenities that complete the experience (new flat-panel TVs, digital climate control that actually works to guests' settings, very good water pressure, walk-in shower stalls, ample storage and room space). Customer service is excellent, and is represented very well through the professionalism and care exhibited by the staff in every dealing, from phone etiquette to baggage handling and meal prep / service. I did explicitly mention Patrick above as he's a standout member of the Team. It's very clear that he has the right mix of experience and personality for this industry. He represents the Homewood brand very well. Other than that he's extremely personable; he takes care of every detail of every request to the highest caliber. And he goes above and beyond what's necessary, and sees things through — something I've come to expect from the Hilton brand as standard. Yet, some people are just born with it — which makes the experience of doing business with Hilton even better. Will definitely be coming back to this property when I return to Manchester.

This guys know how to rock. Is the second time that we see so courteous service. After staying last year for more than 30 nights, this one has impressed us. We loved it.

People are SO nice here! It really feels as close to home as any place away from home can. We are here because of a bad insurance situation. They are the light in the tunnel here! Warm, inviting environment, including ALL the workers! Great food for breakfast and evening social hour. Nice fireplace that's cozy and warm, and indoor pool and hot tub too. Great views from the even numbered rooms that are higher up. Conference room, pay laundry on the premises that's nice and clean. Oh and a workout room, too!

Very nice and new. The location is in a great spot… The mail @Dave and Busters are in walking distance. The rooms are very clean @The staff is sooo wonderful… I will return soon.

Great extended stay new find. This property just opened a month ago and they nailed it from staff, rates, location, features and amenities. Very well laid out design. The open suite layout is anti-claustrophobic. Full kitchen with proper fridge/freezer, two burner stove top, microwave and dishwasher. Full set of dishes and utensils, pots & pans etc. They offer complimentary hot breakfast, social hour M-Th and 24/7 coffee. The wall art makes it pop. The staff here is some of the best I have met in my many extended stays around the globe. Kudos to Ilir, Patrick, Adam, John, Garrott & Monique for making this place my Connecticut go-to extended stay whilst building Pratt & Whitney industrial gas turbines in East Windsor.
