Kristin at MCN was amazing! Best sales woman. She’s efficient and does whatever she can for her customers. She didn’t pressure us at all and worked hard to get us in a car we loved. Fred was also great in getting us a deal that worked for us and worked so hard for us. Highly recommend both of them!

Manchester City Nissan is one of the best dealerships I’ve been to. The atmosphere and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I worked with Shawn, he is one of the sales specialist, he was very helpful and worked with me to find the perfect car for me. Matt the sales manager was also very helpful, worked endlessly to help me get an approval for a car loan. 10/10 would recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new car!

Horrible service! 7 weeks and I still don't have my tags, which they said they "take care of. " They made a mistake in the paperwork and when we called to have it corrected they cussed us out! Do NOT buy from them!

No customer service skills, most seem to be incompetent not to mention most of the 5star reviews on here are literally people that work for this place. They obviously suck and are trying to up the rating by having the employees review.

Stay far far away! this dealer. Place is a dump made a appointment still waited a hour and a half for a “salesman” to bring out a beat to hell car. Employees hang out at the “floor manager” desk chatting away instead of helping customers.

If you go to this dealership DO NOT DEAL WITH CHELESA VANDERSLICE! She is inefficient, unprofessional, unprepared, undependable, unresponsive, disrespectful and incompetent. Watch out for hidden charges for items like warranties. Be sure you see your car before you give them money for the final sale. We paid our money but did not get delivery of our car for a week. No one would answer our calls or give us the courtesy of a call back. When car was delivered there wasn't even any registration with it. It took 3 days to get someone to email it to me. The car is nice but their customer service stinks. Chelesa Vanderslice gives used car sales people a BAD NAME. I wish I had never gone to this dealership. Definitely took the joy out of buying a newer car.

I have been having my truck serviced here for a few years and had been pretty happy with the Service. I had a 90k service done about 2 weeks ago. A day or so after the service I turned the AC on and it was very loud and vibrated the whole dash. I brought it back in and was told it was nothing they did but they could diagnose it for $149. I didn't think this was right and called Bill the service manager a few days later and explained what happened. He agreed that I shouldn't have to pay the $149 and scheduled another appointment. I went in for the appointment and was told the exact same thing, it would be $149 to diagnose. Too bad, wasted my time again and I'm never going back.

Manchester City Nissan is one of the beat dealerships that I have dealt with. I visited another nissan dealership the day before heading to Manchester. Manchester was amazing! Moe, Mike and Matt were amazing. They were friendly, helpful and funny (which helped because I was not looking forward to what I thought would happen). My expectations were exceeded and I can’t wait for the many years to come that I will be visiting the dealership… my mother in law will be visiting them soon to get her new car! If you need car help… go see Moe, Mike or Matt!

They are doing very wonderful job. General Manager Micheal Hamadi is so energetic, attractive and good man. He always try the customers will be happy and satisfying for the offers. He try his best as much as he can. The sales representative Shafi is very nice, soft spoken guy and provides good service, and also he can help you if you confuse which car you wanna go for it. I personally recommend you all for this guy. Overall the management are very energetic. I really recommend you for this dealership.

Worst experience ever! If you want to have a terrible experience you can visit this dealer! A lot of promises and nothing was done! As soon as you buy the car you don't exist anymore for them! No customer service relation. Car was supposed to be detailed clean and was not done! Windshield was supposed to be changed and not done just repaired in the worst way possible! Car Keys were supposed to be 2 only 1 given!

Place is a joke. Service manager Matt was rude, condescending and mocked me when I was in today trying to resolve an issue with the incorrect diagnosis of my car. I will let everyone I know about the poor service and treatment I received from this place.

Clean enough but dated. There is still a telephone in the room's bathroom. Much of public space generously decorated with 50's rock and roll memorabilia. This gave it the feel of a museum. In my room, wall lights over bed did not work; desk staff apologized and made note for manager. Entry door for my room was smaller than frame by enough to let hall light through on 3 sides. Door did close and lock securely. Small breakfast area for a hotel this size.

So many inconveniences during our stay. One reason we booked them was breakfast but when we arrived, we were told none will be served. Not even coffee or tea. No explanation provided, no concessions to make up for it, not even an advanced notice so guests can plan accordingly. Same thing on our second day. The room was okay but the amenities we needed didn't work. The safe would not lock, the fridge wasn't cooling anything even though it was on. When we got back after our first full day, the room was not cleaned at all. When we called housekeeping, we were told the cleaning staff have all left. We had to go down the lobby to ask for clean towels. We emailed the General Manager and his assistant but have not received any reply to this day. At checkout, we were finally able to air our grievances to the manager on duty, who was genuinely sympathetic and offered to waive a night's stay, but only after we asked for concessions. In all, this hotel has seen better days and I think won't be in business for long, unless they change owners or make improvements.

Beware of being charged twice — We stayed at this hotel recently and booked it through Priceline. The front desk acknowledged that it was booked and paid for, online but put a hold on my credit card while checking in, as security for any possible damages. We checked out the next day and to our surprise, we were charged again for the room stay. I did go to the hotel to seek clarification and the reception did verify the records and confirmed that I was charged second time, in error, and that the assistant General Manager would be able to reverse it the next day. It's been nearly 4 weeks that I am repeatedly following up with those guys and I am yet to get the charge reversed on my credit card. I have made innumerable phone calls and left voicemails to even the General Manager but of no use so far. Seems like they simply do not care once you check out. As of today, I am still making repeated calls to the GM, which gets routed to the GM and they wouldn't even call back, as a matter of courtesy. Please be aware of this, if you are planning to stay at this hotel.

This place is awesome and they really do care about the customer. I had a problem with something and the staff on duty took care of it and also comped my room for the night. Great place to stay.

This is my first time staying at the Baymont by Wyndham. The hotel I normally stay at had doubled the price for the week I was there. I chose Baymont because of the pricing for the week and because the reviews suggested the place was kept clean. So let me start. This is an older Hotel with moderate updates. There are number of themes Sports, Hollywood and such on the different floors and in the lobby. At first I was a little bit skeptical. None the less my room was spotless. I even pulled back all the sheets to look at the mattress. My room was perfectly clean along with the bathroom. So this may not be the place for your honeymoon or a fancy night or two. But if you need an economical and clean place to stay I would recommend Baymont by Wyndham in Manchester Connecticut. Great service by everyone who work there.

What a neat hotel! The accommodations were very nice, but the nostalgic paraphernalia were really a treat, not to mention the excellent breakfast, and free popcorn and lemonade! We received extremely friendly service from the staff and had fun simply exploring the hotel and seeing all the collectibles they have on display. Each floor had different gems to see. The price was very reasonable as well and on par with other places in the region. Will definitely go back in the future.

The interior is like a fun trip into an antique store. So many collectibles everywhere. But it a cute kitchy way.

We booked two rooms at the Baymont Inn & Suites. When we arrived and the system was down so we could not check-in. After 15 minutes of waiting in the run down, old lobby we were finally able to check in. The elevator and 3rd floor, which our rooms were on, reeked of marijuana. Once we got to the first room, both beds were unmade and unclean. The door of the second room held open by the lock. The lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was far from a "suite". The floor panels were uneven, the wallpaper was peeling off of the walls in the suite and bedrooms, the carpet had stains, the couch had rips and holes in the cushions, the bathroom was not cleaned whatsoever, and the TV remote and TV buttons did not work. The "gym" was comprised of a very old treadmill, a few dumbbells, and a bike and the "arcade" had 3 working games. The parking lot of the hotel was unlit and very dark and the hallways of the hotel had about 10 cameras each. It felt very unsafe that there was a need for so many cameras in such a small place. I will never be staying at this hotel again!

Decent suite had to be moved the first time there jacuzzi tub was dirty and mantience was sent home for the night? Says in the description that there are flat screens in the rooms but there isnt only old box tvs. But flat screens in the hallways for what use idk… Love the decor keeps things interesting… Second room smelt a little funny. Clean and decent size expect a little more paying almost $200 a night … Game room is cool but half the games don't work or they eat ur coins and there is no refund so overall wouldnt stay again breakfast sucked all there utensils arw just sitting ona counter thats not the cleaniest… Eggs arent even scrambled there pre made circle eggs like mcdonalds was expecting fresh scrambled eggs… Guy in breakfast place was rude asked for 2% or one percent and he asked me if I wanted regular milk I said no again 2% or 1% cause the one on the counter was empty asked me if I wanted regular milk again. Then hesitantly got more milk… This place sucks never again coming here not worth the money at all… ive been to cabins in the woods better then this place.

I loved good treatment super clean rooms my family the super step. The pool and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The best people on Earth work here. After driving through my first Nor'Easter to get to Connecticut I found myself in a jam at 3 in the morning with nowhere to stay. They were so thoughtful and kind. Full arcade for the kids and adults. A well designed fifties dinner themed breakfast area with a lot of thought put into every detail. Beautiful place.

❤️❤️love this place it so clean and fun, the staff are amazing and always take such great care. For breakfast in the morning is one-of-a-kind not just bread products. Fridge, microwave, and ice even vending is always available which is great when away from home, Plenty of parking. Like so many great enhancements that not every place offers. So when I am inside Connecticut this is the only place I will stay at! Arcade room, fun meeting areas Inside the Establishment. And everything so local when going out This place is perfect The only complaint is that this review will only let me give 5stars.

I would definitely go back to this hotel again and plan on it next year. It was extremely clean and it had such wonderful accommodating employees. I’ve never been to a place where EVERYONE is friendly. In the lobby they have coffee, tea, lemonade, and fresh baked cookies. Who does that? Their continental breakfast was actually pretty delicious with numerous choices for both the carb eater like myself and the very health conscious. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day by very friend house keeping employees. There are a few lounge areas and rooms for convention activities which I myself was attending. To sum it up, this place is fantastic.

It's old. But it has some classic charm. Just make sure you have breakfast plans elsewhere.

The Inn is greatly presented in a very unusual way, very clean, well supplied, very friendly employees, breakfast have a lot of varieties of food to please the customers, the environment is cozy, entertaining, gives a lot of memories to everyone who stays in this place, a must to check and see for your self, I don't usually take time doing reviews but I believe this place needs a recognition, job well done, my husband and I love the place!

Joe Robles was a knowledgabe no hassle salesman. I have purchased different cars in my lifetime but never met someone that has the patience and no how on how to treat a customer that is going to make a big purchase. He was knowledgeable, Will recommend him to my family and friends! When you go to this dealership ask for Joe Robles you will not be disappointed!

Good placement and polite staff. The decor of the hotel was unlike any I've seen before. The rooms themselves were standard, the the hallways and the lobby were filled with movie posters, music memorabilia, and general knick knacks. They also had an arcade. Overall, a nice change from the normal hotel look.

Our client Kris Phakousonh stayed here recently while traveling with Ignite Hospitality Services, and had a fantastic stay! The room was perfect, clean and quiet, and the property was awesome! There is a game room with some excellent pin-ball machines, there's room service, and a free breakfast in the morning. Very great hotel!

Cool little place. Decent prices and always clean. A little different than most big chains but cozy.

The most "personal" feeling franchise I've ever been to. Lots of cool decorations / collectables — think Cracker Barrel with more variety. The room was nice and clean. The only down sides were old TVs (not flat screens… which didn't bother me) and I think checkout was 10am (we asked for, and received, a later checkout time. )

This place is very kitch and home but dated. CRT TVs? The bed was very soft and comfortable but the decor is dated. There's a low dip running down the middle of the room. It's not a high class establishment but comfortable and family friendly. Game room is neat.

Had a huge room at a great price. Hotel could use some updating that would keep it from feeling just a tad rundown.

Booked a block of rooms at this hotel for my wedding guests and booked the shuttle to and from my wedding venue so that no one would have to drink and drive. I chose the hotel because it was close to the venue and offered 2 hours of free shuttle and $50.00 each hour thereafter which was great! First off the hotel sales person had absolutely no clue what she was doing and there was NO communication between her and the staff. She couldn't answer my questions, screwed up the contract TWICE and then didn't send it. When my guests called in to reserve their rooms they reserved under our wedding party name, when they arrived either they were missing the reservation or put them on a different floor, it was a NIGHTMARE! My guests were charged a different room rate than what was promised also. Some of the desk staff members were pretty good and tried to be accommodating BUT it was my wedding weekend and they had me so stressed out it was sickening! About the ONLY nice thing was they left a dozen roses in my room for when I arrived but it certainly didn't make up for all the mistakes. They were nice enough to let my florist put my bouquet in their large refrigerator for a few hours, however, it was so cold they froze them and rendered them dead! I had to walk down the isle with my Matron of Honor's bouquet and she had nothing, not to mention it was a very expensive bouquet.

I had a great time staying at Baymont Inn and Suites in Manchester, CT. The staff was professional, friendly and very accommodating. The location was perfect and close to the mall and other convenient venues in town. The free breakfast was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable. I was in a suite and it had everything I needed and more, very spacious. Best of all, this place has character and stands out from your average hotel. From all of the antiques and memorabilia to the turtle, fish aquariums and cute arcade, I would stay here again just for the unique atmosphere. I loved it.

I really liked the layout of this hotel. Everything was easy to find and the walls were decorated with really cool art work. When arriving the check in was flawless and the front desk was very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. All the amenities were modern and working. The breakfast area was well maintained and fully stocked with goodies. My overall experience was really great. I will be back again for sure!

Loved this place! We had a suite with a large jacuzzi. Very clean. Friends came to visit with their kids and it was great that we all went to arcade — yes they have an arcade there — and teach them how to play pinball while they taught us how to play video games! It was so much fun. Another great amenity they have is an exercise room. Great to have after spending many hours in the car. Would definitely stay there again.
