Solid budget class hotel. Full kitchen and well maintained.

Room not as clean and smelly. They advertising having a free breakfast but there is NO breakfast!

Horrendously uncleanly. Horrible staff. If you want to go to a pet-friendly place that charges you $25 per pet EACH night and a really gross experience, this place is for you! Oh, hope you like human hair and bodily fluids in your bed AND you don't like your room being "cleaned" but once a week, if that.

Rooms were clean and nice, staff was friendly and helpful.

As of 3/23/18, I wouldn't stay here. The building is in horrible condition and the staff are terrible. When submitting a complaint about my room's condition, I was told "that's what happens when they only pay us $10/hour". Also, the Wifi doesn't work and the (originally white) towels, had become yellow. The walls are paper thin, you can hear full conversations from neighboring rooms.

This is a terrific location as it's within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants. The staff is great, very accommodating. The rooms have amenities that help make you feel at home.

Cigarette burns in the head board along with a hand print of questionable substance. Don't look under the bed, I guess it's called a dust ruffle for a reason… Shower and toilet were clean one wash cloth had men's stubble on it. Stove top was also dirty. Linen was also clean. Tv stand has extensive cosmetic damage. And there was food in the heater/ air conditioner vent. I understand this isn't the Ritz but have some pride.

Good hotel, I don't stay in all extended stays normally. This property was fine that's why booked it.

The first room they gave me was a smoking room. They did not tell me this which they are suppose to do. Called down and they gave me non smoking. In this room, the sheets were dirty and the room smelled stale. I did not stay.

Advertised as having breakfast — no breakfast apart from a fruit bar or muffin. No hot water on last day then no water. Called redception no answer. No room service.

Overall good experience. Booked the Studio/ 2 Full beds. Had a mini kitchen to my surprise which was great for the price. Spacious and clean. Water pressure and shower head was he only negative.

Dirty room dirty kitchen trash can full of. Waste from. Previous guest no soap or champoo not enough towels but. Nice girls at the front desk.

The staff was pleasant. But the free "breakfast" was very disappointing. A muffin, oatmeal, or granola bar. Coffee or hot chocolate. Thats it. And unless you're on the top floor, you're going to hear every step in the room above you.

One star is generous. Reserved a nonsmoking room online to find zero rooms available. Went on a "tour" of other available smoking rooms and settled with one. Our cards did not swipe correctly, then once we got access, realized the sheets were dirty and the rug was definitely not vacuumed. Went downstairs to ask to get our sheets changed and we were handed a pile of sheets to change ourselves. Once we change the sheets we realize a chunk of hair behind the chair on the floor Absolutely disgusting. Will not return ever. Do not recommend.

Rooms are a decent size. Not a beautiful view but in a central part of Manchester. Beds are comfortable. Kitchens and Bathrooms are a fantastic size. I'd recommend.

Very reasonable at a good price. Very nice service. Booked a room with 2 double beds and they were out of double rooms by the time we checked in so they gave us two single rooms across the hall from each other for the same price as the original reservation. Only complaint was one room seemed to only have a bath tub with no way to turn the shower head on, but we were able to shower fine in the other room.

Great hotel if you are traveling with your dog. Nice and close to Hartford, we stayed here for a concert and our room was very nice.

The front desk lady at night is horrible! She is like a nightmare. She does not know how to communicate and is sooooo confused. I never had an experience like that with a hotel ever in my life.

Very basic hotel nothing special. I got a room with a double bed, bath and kitchen. Room was a little small and the door way is a little tight too but it's not too bad. Room was clean and AC worked. Bathroom was also nice and roomy with plenty of towels. No dishes at all where in the room, had to go to the front desk to get everything. Unfortunately there is no breakfast just a cart with some granola bars, packaged muffins, instant Oatmeal and coffee. No pool or gym, also there was almost never anyone at the front desk. Overall, its a good basic hotel, clean and has good beds. But nothing special.

Wifi is slower than dialup, bulbs out in 2 lamps, microwave bulb stuck on as a permanent night light. Very disappointing.

The hotel was immaculately clean upon arrival, and the room was nicely appointed. The free breakfast that is supposed to be available at 6:00 am was a bit late getting set out, so I had to skip it.

I spend a lot of time in a lot off different extended stays. They all are pretty much the same. This one in particular was fine. The cabinet under the kitchen sink smelled of mold tho. Was in a different room the weekend before and there was no odor.

Full of roaches, house keeping is a joke and the management here wouldn't know how to run a a straight line down a hall way let alone an entire motel. Absolutly terrible customer service and people skills. Do not waste your money with this dirty hotel.

I stayed here for a week in November 2015. I booked through Hotwire at a greatly reduced price. The room was clean and acceptable in all ways. The fridge, sink, dishes and all else in the kitchen was clean and serviceable. The A/C and heat worked well. I did use them both. Breakfast is minimal, but you really could live off the apples, oranges, granola bars, oatmeal and coffee provided. The entire facility is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is good, close access to the Interstate but not loud, and also close to restaurants and a large grocery store. I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was very quite; no disturbances, parties or such. The only negatives: 1. My Dad visited and said he could smell cigarette smoke, 2. The hallway was cold, 3. Not much selection on the TV. I have traveled the world and stayed in better places but this place is fine. I recommend it to all but the snootiest travelers.

These have little kitchen areas, but mediocre beds.

It's livable but it' smells like Indians and they don't clean your room. I would not stay there again!

So I could't rate this with negative stars. One is too many. DAVID DAVID DAVID! Sucks as hospitality management. Unbelievable experience, one would never believe it unless it happens to you. DAVID is a risk for this hotel chain. I checked in at 8:30PM, I am local to the hotel. I paid for the room with proper identification and a proper credit card. I am under 30 and so is my fiance. We paid get our card keys. Get up to our room and by 10:00PM. The room phone rings, DAVID is calling me. I tried to pick up, he then calls my cell phone. DAVID says to me "Dont have too many friends and not to be too loud. " I asked him if their were any complaints about my room, in which it is just me and my fiance. He confirms that there is no concerns, but that he was under 30 (which was probably a million years ago), and that he knows how wild kids can get. I could not believe what I just heard. He says that I could have 1 or 2 friends over but thats it! To act like adults because others are trying to sleep! He knows his normal clientele is 35 YEAR OLD INDIANS, AND THAT I WAS NOT A 35 YEAR OLD INDIAN, AND THAT HE KNOW HOW KIDS ARE! When I said to him that this just ruined my night and that we would be vacating the room in 10 minutes flat, he advised me to get a meditation book! if that is all it takes to get me upset. My fiance and I got ready and headed to the lobby. I asked her to go straight to the car and I confronted DAVID, in which he already had a refund slip for me to leave.

Terrible service seriously understaffed I've given these guys 3 chances and every time they make me wait to "clean a room" and im usually waiting for a room for 2 hrs this place is by far the worst service I've ever seen. It seems like the management is too cheap to pay for more employees.

I really enjoy my stay there. Best thing in the hotel room is kitchen. Staff is very supportive, friendly and gentle.
